Cant fault these lads at all, good prices, good food and good offers. Donner Calzone is beautiful and very well priced in relation to rest of takeaways in cas, delivery is always prompt and any issues always resolved as quick as possible without any fuss. One of the best in town

I don't want to say anything about food, service and atmosphere of bilal's kitchen. But I want to shear something about owner of this takeaway. Because I am not that type of people who damage the reputation of any famous people for any small personal reason. I feel very bad to shear this but I have no any other option. So I want to say sorry before shear anything. The owner of this takeaway is a very bad person. This person made my husband work for one, two months. He said I will pay you. But this man did not pay him. My husband used to go to work at 4 in the evening and he would work all night, coming home at 3 in the morning. He worked very hard there. He used to waste his entire night. But this man did not pay him. Our Allah knows how much we suffer without money. How many requests have we made to this person that if we don't get full salary, then less salary is right, but please give us salary. We asked for a little money to cover our expenses, because the landlord was also kicking us out of the house for not paying the room rent because I also did not have a job. And finally without giving money this man told everyone that my husband is not working, and this man used to train him. Normally we train a trainee in maximum 3 days or a week. But this man trained my husband for a month. Does it look very funny or not? This man threatened us that he would complain to the police and arrest me and my husband over to the police. That we were bothering this man by asking for our money. Before this I believed that Muslims are very good people. But such people are a stain on the forehead of Muslims. Such people damage the image of Muslims. Allah always sees His good Muslim. These types of people usually pay for their bad deeds very quickly as well. It will never succeed. Most of the Muslims here do bad things by forgetting Allah's punishment, not all Muslims here are bad, but because of such people, people lose faith in them. Here it is very important for them to be aware of the punishment of Allah, because if such people continue to do so, the day is not far when Muslims will lose their dignity forever. To maintain the honor of their community, Muslims need to unite and raise their voices against such people so that such people do not damage the name of Muslims. And if it does not happen, such people are digging up the cart of sins with their bad deeds for themselves and their families. And walking in the path of evil.

Just had lamb chops with chips and salad was gorgeous , just enough spice and chips not soggy like from some takeaways,salad was fresh as well will definitely have this again.My husband always gets a large kebab and always enjoys it.Everything is reasonably priced ,fast delivery and lovely guys in shop who are very friendly and polite Would definitely recommend ordering from here 👌

Banging food grill selection is out of this world keep it up

Ordered food through just eat, drinks never arrived. When we rang up. They said they didnt have any in stock, my husband found hair in his food. Rang up again. They said they were going to refund us. Still waiting now. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs

SCAM ! Ordered food on Just eat, 2 after it went over 2 hours I called the restaurant and no answer! I called serverl times no answer! 3 and a half hours after the food was ordered I was called to say they where on there way. I said I have already requested a refund. They said no problem, the driver proceeded to drive to my house so that Just eat tracing thought he delivered it!! I never got my food and I cant claim a refund as they are LYING saying they delivered it. FRAUD. I suggest i get my refund or Ill report to trading standards and Ombusmen, this is not acceptable and disgusting scamming behaviour. order 162987105

I ordered on the phone for delivery, I ordered a chicken margarita Parmesan but when it arrived it was a margarita pizza I rang back and they said they forgot to tell me that they didn’t do parmos, my partner then said can you sort it out please to which he replied it’s been half hour can’t do nothing now. He was really rude he also said to my partner sold as seen told him he can’t sort the pizza he could sort his face with his fist my partner is so scared he darnt eat. The man on phone called me fatty which upset me because I am fat. So now I have no tea and I’m having to eat the kids pack lunch for tomorrow (don’t no how I’m going to explain that) I will never order from there again it has been a very traumatic experience all I wanted was a Parmesan & it’s left me single and hungry! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone…

Took my order never delivered it and never cancelled the order . Tried ringing and the shop had closed . Absolute time wasters

Said it was on its way which took 40 mins to arrive then when it did arrive it was flat Cold, definitely wouldn't recommend is chicken pacora it's basically just batter no chicken!!! Disgusting

Do not order, bad attitude, awful food. Driver could find address so instead of ringing me took the food back. Then when I called to complain got told ‘nah we don’t ring, it’s a paid order’ in a cocky tone. So you’d ring if you didn’t already have my money? Save the stress and go somewhere else

Be careful when ordering using JustEat. Tried this several times and the food does just not get delivered. Utter con and waste of time - avoid this place at all costs.

Very overcooked and hardly any topping on my pizza, the shesh kebab strater was mushy inside, and I didn't get a garlic bread that's offered on collection either! Not nice, very disappointed

Food is very nice staff are nice too and quick with delivery never had any issues and I use them all the time this is the only takeaway I use in cas.

Very long wait time for delivery

Ordered from here last night. I got natchos and a calzone the natchos was literally crisps with cheese. The cheese wasn't even melted and the natchos didn't even have salsa sauce on them. The calzone was basically cheese and bread with 2 pieces of donner. Gone down hill fast this place and I'll never be using again. What's point having a takeaway if your not going to put effort in making meals wasted 17 quid last night on nothing 🤮

normally love this place for food but today was terrible. ordered through just eat and received the wrong items so i called them and their attitude was terrible. the quality of the food jesus, greasy and sloppy, chips were stale and the kebab meat was undercooked. we ordered the bilal burger and waited ages for it to arrive. not ordering from here ever again absolutely disappointed

I normally like food form here but it's the fifth time now and the chips greasy oil chips burn calzone all over won't be ordered agisn now from there wash my hands with them

Not too bad I mean I ended with a pizza wi no toppings because the driver must of sling it round a bit driving but food was decent and staff friendly he offered me a full refund straight away. Can't complain

A few weeks ago I ordered food only for the order to be cancelled by Bilal Kitchen due to lack of drivers. Never recieved a refund after weeks of chasing just get passed around to different company's I will not be using them again

The person posting leaflets was spitting on people’s doors. For this reason I won’t be trying the food.

We ordered through Just Eat. No descriptions on Just Eat for the Triple Americano burger I ordered. Size was okay but the cheese for the cheesey chips was dumped over the burger, I'd order it to come with "salad" (see picture - pretty meagre) and fried onions so maybe the cheese on top is what makes it an Americano burger. Could have used more seasoning on the burger. Ordered mozzarella sticks on the side, these were dripping in grease, needed to be drained better. Wife had southern fried chicken, and the coating was missing on more than half of each piece so there must be an issue with the binding agent. We ordered late so guess we got the last pieces of chicken as wife said it was dry. Ice Cream was not Ben & Jerry's Carmel Brownie as advertised. Overall, wouldn't order from there again unless they overhaul the way they cook. Delivery guy was sound.

Ordered food food came found the prawn cocktail I ordered only contained salad and sauce it had no prawns in phone up and was told they would send a replacement. Replacement wasnt sent so now iv payed for something I havent recived total rip off its obviously a regular thing my previous order was missing a kabab but that was replaced. It's safe to say I wont be ordering again thankfully adeals have come to the rescue and are delivering me one but not happy iv had to go else were to buy again

Ordere two cakes and two cans of pop. Orgered iron bru and got tango. And i seriously doubt the cake can be classed as food. The cheesecake was just a chemical tasting foam with a sponge bage and a piece of chocolate on top that had gone white with age and was soft. My partner will eat anything and even he wouldnt eat this. Not to mention for an order that required no cooking it took arpund 40 minutes to deliver

Fan of wrestling staying up late to enjoy a good night. I ordered 2 and half hours ago way before they shut. Still not delivered. Wasting my night. I will be ringing tomorrow to a refund!!!

DO NOT USE!!!! If it would let me write a review without adding a star I would rate it NO star. Ordered from just eat payment taken straight away, food arrived when I plated it up my plate was full of water, the chicken corma had curlded so was not edable. When I called the restaurant they refused to help had a bad attitude and shocking customer service. So then I contacted Just eat who tried to contact Bilal Spice who refused to answer the phone. Absolutely disgusting food and service.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered via card on just eat, payment was taken & accepted but the food never delivered! Had to waste time & petrol driving through as staff weren't answering the phone to find that the place had shut over 2hr early!! Absolutely ridiculous, should've declined payment if the place was shut! Would never EVER trust this place or order from here again!

Just received my pizza and must say it was the worst one ever it was cold totally unedible I used to order nearly every week but then the food got worse tried them again was ok for a bit but gone really down hill thrown it in the bin waste of money sadly.
