Found this pub via Trip Advisor and it’s location was perfect - adjacent to our London Olympia area AirBnB. We had a big lunch earlier in the day downtown and decided to split the wagyu beef burger plater along with a bottle of wine. Burger was excellent and my wife and I were satisfied with our shared portions. Very nice cosy atmosphere as our table was adjacent to a lovely decorated fireplace area.

Staff were very helpful and friendly! Most beautiful little pub with great character, they even have a dog menu which is fantastic. Will be back, bit pricy but in a fancy area so to be expected.

The girl with glasses who works there is very rude to customers. Zero customer service. Looks like he's doing you a favor

Great atmosphere, nice beer, friendly staff, excellent food. All in all we had a lovely evening in this traditional and atmospheric pub. Would recommend!

My friends and I had this place booked for a number of months. We were travelling down for the Scotland/England game and heard they were taking bookings. Everything was fine, booked the table no problems at all. On the day of our visit, we unfortunately hit London traffic and arrived at the venue half an hour late. We phoned ahead and the woman rather arrogantly said they couldn’t keep the table, which is fair enough, but we could turn up and chance our luck anyway. So that’s what we did, my issue going forward isn’t about them keeping the table, I totally understand that. My issue is the attitude of the woman who dealt with us, I unfortunately do not know her name. I said we had a table booked and she frowned at me and said “what time for?? We are completely full, I didn’t keep your table”. I asked her exactly what her problem was, why she had an attitude and all I wanted to know was if the table was available, so we could find somewhere else. Her attitude and body language was extremely aggressive, arrogant and utterly bizarre. I called her out on her facial expression and of course she began to back track. I simply wanted to know if the table was available, we had travelled all the way down from Scotland to this venue and she left a bitter taste in the mouth. Perhaps you guys know who she is, she dealt with us on the phone and also in person. Maybe she doesn’t like Scottish people, maybe she was stressed, but if you are reading this then please treat your guests, and people you may come across in life with respect. We ended up walking down the road to a Hilton and watched the game at the bar with them, they were extremely professional and friendly, so everything happens for a reason. I hope this finds the woman who treated me and made me feel very small. You should learn from my manners, and use it to better yourself.

Мне очень нравится мост Хаммерсмит. Встречался рядом с другом который мне его показал, так как он живёт неподалёку. После фотосессии он предложил зайти на пару пинт в The Albion. Паб с настоящим британским названием - разве можно пройти мимо? Еду мы не заказывали, так как нас позже ждали в гости и мы не хотели обидеть хозяйку. Паб очень понравился - здесь такая британская атмосфера! Мы пили прекрасный и такой любимый Guinness. При случае зайдём еще раз!

It seems like a nice pub. The staff didn't seem friendly at all except the new girl who was struggling a bit but seemed very polite and friendly. I get prices in London can get quite high but a shot (25ml) of Gin (Forest Gin) no mixer is £9.50 that is for ridiculous. Especially because I'm someone who works in the same industry and I know how much a bottle of Forest Gin costs that price is ridiculous. Won't be ever coming back because that just seems like a piss take. With that kind of price you would think that the gin would be served in an actual gin glass, some fresh fruit and juniper berries. Didn't get any of that. Disappointed.

We came as a large group all ordering a few drinks and food to celebrate a my fiancé birthday. A friend hid in the corner to write his name in M &M's on the cake and was told off by a staff member and told we were not allowed the cake in there and we weren't allowed to eat it! Dispute their being no desert menus! This ruined the birthday celebration which would have caused no harm ( we weren't going to use candles either) The staff member involved (unsure if she is a manager) was rude to customers looked scruffy and was really rude to other staff in front of customers. We won't be back.

No impresionado masivamente. Una pinta de cerveza y doble g n t cuesta más de 20. . . La última vez que pagué tanto por dos bebidas, eran cócteles con una vista desde la azotea de la basílica de la calle Peter. . . El servicio fue lento y resentido (¡y éramos 2/3 de los clientes!). No sé qué ha pasado desde la última vez que lo visitamos, ¡pero pobre espectáculo! ! ??

Nos encontramos aquí en una tarde húmeda y ventosa, pre concierto en el Olympia que se encuentra a 3 minutos a pie. Tan pronto como entramos, nos sentimos como en casa con un ambiente agradable y cálido y un personal amable. Cogimos una mesa junto a la ventana para ver pasar el mundo y nos acomodamos para la tarde. También probamos el menú del bar y, aunque el pub estaba muy ocupado, el barman prometió que estaría listo en 30 minutos y llegó a nuestra mesa en el punto! Comí la hamburguesa de pollo, mi compañero comió la hamburguesa de 7 oz y nuestros amigos comieron una pizza casera con queso y aderezo de oliva. No nos decepcionó, la comida estaba preparada perfecta y presentado encantador.Definitivamente recomiendo este pub si solo quieres una bebida pero te estarías perdiendo la comida sabrosa si no ordenaste algo.

Podemos aquí después de una exposición en Olympia y lo hemos AMADO.La cerveza era buena y el personal era realmente muy amable.La comida era excepcional, tuve una deliciosa hamburguesa de cordero y fue el mejor que he tenido. . ¡no es mentira!Mi amiga tenía una hamburguesa de pollo cajún con extras añadidos del menú de pizza (nada era demasiado problema) y a ella también le encantó.Muchísimas gracias.

Participé en el evento de moda de exhibición pura de Londres en el London Olympia.Después de agotar el tiempo entré en el lugar dos veces.Olivia (abeja) trabajó en el bar y fue encantadora y totalmente refrescante después de una feria comercial.Vivo al oeste de Londres, pero ahora sin duda volveré después de una experiencia tan atractiva.Ella me hizo sentir bienvenido y eso fue maravilloso.Fui el domingo lunes y martes. El lunes fue una persona diferente que sentí que estaba de un mal humor terrible. Pero la proximidad al centro de exposiciones de Olympia significó que regresé el martes, cuando afortunadamente la abeja estuvo allí para alegrar mi cara de exhibición, cansada y de mal humor.Gran interior también!Acogedor

Along with some Colleagues of mine in this very nice place; private hire till.... stellar service and great selection of whatever you want ‘to drink’. Just out of Olympia this place is always very crowded and it worths a visit.

This is a good London pub that has a real traditional feel to it. Good selection of beers and friendly service. Good meeting point.

Cuando los propietarios lo permiten felizmente, niega la mayor parte del bien que hace el personal trabajador. Good traditional London pub, clean, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere, good drinks selection behind bar, didn`t eat but pizzas looked good. Live entertainment during midweek. Worth a visit.

Fuimos a tomar una pinta rápida con amigos. La cerveza está bien, Guinness es normal. La decoración es agradable, pero los baños son sub estándar. La camarera fue muy agradable. ¡Comida! No te molestes, caro, porciones pequeñas y mala calidad.

Yo trabajo al otro lado de la calle desde el Albion y usados recientemente el espacio arriba para ejecutar un concurso para recaudar fondos para un refugio. La noche fue un éxito debido a la atención y excelente servicio del personal.

He visitado el Albion por un número de años - normalmente después de eventos que asistir en Kensington Olympia - y siempre me pareció un buen pub. El ale puede ser a veces un poco deficiente condición (esto hace que la cerveza parece un poco plana - no ayudado por cuellos de cisne en las bombas de mano) y, de hecho, en esta visita el London Pride era y fue ligeramente, pero el Wainwright Hobgoblin era muy bueno (Yo tenía tres pintas y mi colega uno de cada uno de los anteriores y nos pareció que el Hobgoblin para ser el mejor).

Decidimos darle una oportunidad a este lugar cuando se alojen en el lugar por un evento en Olympia. Para entradas tuvimos los calamares, que era muy generoso en tamaño. Era lo que esperábamos de nuestro principal. Fue recién preparada y absolutamente delicioso. Para el pollo principal tenía que era preciosa Hunter's y mi pareja tenía el pastel que también disfrutamos. El pub en sí era agradable y acogedor, y el personal fue muy amable. El único inconveniente era que me tomó años para nuestra comida, especialmente nuestros platos principales y que no estaba muy lleno. Buen trabajo que no estábamos en una prisa. Este fue un poco decepcionante, pero no nos afectó mucho en esta ocasión como toda la noche fue nuestro propio. Sin duda volvería otra vez cuando visite Olympia, sin embargo, no cuando estamos apurados para volver para el evento, pero después cuando es tiempo de relajarse y tenemos un montón de tiempo para relajarse y disfrutar.

Popped here for a beer after Imbibe Live at Olympia, just wanted a beer but we got so much more from the wonderfully arrogant 'senior' member of staff. We moved a table together cos a few chairs were dodgy and got an onslaught of abuse because 'you're industry, you should know better' followed by her abusing the bar staff in front of a crowd of 20-25 people who work in the industry. The only credit to this place was the girl upstairs who (for reasons we don't know) took the abuse from her and served us absolutely amazingly, honestly she deserves to work somewhere in this industry that appreciates her.

I've never written a review of a place before but I felt very strongly that this needed to be said. I turned up with some friends to a busy pub after a drinks event nearby. This probably should have been expected by the pub but to be fair I can understand if it wasn't.Anyway, great pub with lots of seating upstairs and downstairs and a good selection of drinks. Didn't get a chance to look at the menu but the food smelled amazing.However, on arrival we moved some seating upstairs to accommodate our group. This was because most of the seats were broken or felt very weak to sit on. There was no members of staff upstairs at the time so we moved them without asking. Shortly after the manageress shouted at us from across the room saying that we were all industry and we should have asked first. Valid point had there been someone to ask. She left and we moved the seats back after realising our group was a little smaller than we originally thought. Again we realised that it would have been better if we had asked but ad mentioned there were no staff around at the time.About ten minutes later the same manageress comes storming back upstairs and starts screaming at a member of staff over the bar in front of 15 or so customers. The tone and the general way with which she spoke was beyond disgusting. In fact after she walked away the customers at the bar and a few friends from my table apologised to the bar maid in sympathy for the way she had just been treated. Although she made excuses for the manager saying it was just because it was busy it was very obvious that she was personally upset and that this hadn't been the first time she was spoken to in such a manner in this venue.Later I was interested bathroom when I heard a separate group of people complaining about the managers behaviour.As we were leaving I was walking down the stairs when I saw her. I wanted to politely tell her that I didn't think that she had handled the situation well however the manner in which she spoke to me when I said I wanted to speak to her made me feel that I didn't need to sugar coat explaining how bad her attitude was. I told her that the way that she'd spoken to her staff was appalling and she tried to answer me back in a very unprofessional way so I started walking away. She then shouted down the stairs to me that I should leave.I then met my friends outside who told me that after our confrontation she had come to our table and told them that they all needed to leave because I had been rude to her on the stairs.I understand that perhaps I could have been more diplomatic in the situation however her behaviour was beyond unprofessional and also crossed the border into incredibly rude.However I would come to the pub again (if I was allowed which I would imagine I'm not) because I liked the atmosphere and drinks offering. It seemed like it was a great local boozer.

We had a team night out here and the service was awesome, especially Aiste who was very welcoming and friendly. Great pub!

I am a local who lives not far from the pub and really wanted to be able to make a regular habit of visiting. However, I found the staff (except one) rather miserable and the Owner unfriendly. The pub ran out of House wine - what pub runs out of House? So i asked if I could have the next wine down, for my spritzer, on the list for the same price and was told a flat NO. The difference was a mere 25p and really would not have hurt the pub for good local relations and entice me to want to return as a gesture of goodwill. However, I wont be going back - there are plenty of other great venues in the area.

Nice and cosy pub to take some pints after work or study. The staff is really friendly. I ate a burger which was great, so big that I couldn't finish it. Oh! And there is free wifi, nice touch.

Nice little pub to go to after work nice in the winter as they have the open fire on and it's lovely and warm . Also good in the summer as they have seating outside . The place is abit of a hit and miss because it can be very busy one night then very quiet another . Thinks it the location . Staff always seam very polite . So recommend to stop by for a pint .

As a new comer to the area i was in search of a good local pub. Despite several attempts this place never quite warmed up. The owner maintains a cautious arms length whilst his other half selectively picks whom to serve and especially after the call. FY I. It is possible to find a drink here past the hours if the owners other half thinks you fit the bill! She told me so herself. Sadly I didn't even qualify as bar staff. Give this pub a wide berth!

This old pub in Hammersmith Road is one of my favourites, has beautiful decor and the attention of the spanish waitress who joined few months ago is amazing: smiling , friendly and professional, with perfect English. Recommendable for happy hour!

I flew in to London for Comic Con and myself and a friend decided to grab a few pints at this place. Prices were good for the beer. I thought it was odd that no music was playing. Many people in costumes there which made the atmosphere a blast that particular day. One big problem was that the woman couldn't get any of my three credit cards to work, although it didn't seem like she was really trying.

Staying at a local hotel thought come out for a bar snack and a beer - should have known better 3 people in pub -on a Friday night ! me included - asked for a beer I know well - a Cornish ale - completely flat - bar lady was in a hurry to get back to her texting - meal arrived - ok only a burger and chips - but still over £9 - shocking standard of food frozen chips limp lettuce - and burger was like cardboardDo yourself a favour give this a wide berth - I don't often give a bad review would sooner say nothing and just not go again - but this place needs to be mentioned - sorry just hope the manager/landlord reads this and bucks their ideas up.
