Got our order wrong TWICE. We ordered online for collection, ordered a large “make your own” pizza with anchovies and pineapple (don’t judge it till you try it!) Arrived to collect and luckily opened the pizza in the car before driving home to see a pizza which had artichokes and pepperoni, no sight of anchovies or pineapple. Assumed we got someone elses order we went back in and initially the staff member tried to say that it is what we ordered despite us showing our order on the screen, he even said it had chicken on it which it didn’t it had pepperoni but besides the point as neither is what we asked for. Sat around for 10 min waiting for our pizza to be remade. Fair enough they told us to keep the first pizza which was nice but its not really our cup of tea, still a nice gesture though. We left with the new pizza and got home, opened it and surprise, surprise - this time it was just pineapple and artichoke. Again no anchovies… not even another type of meat, just a fruit and a veg that do not go together. Not the first time our order has been wrong. Very disappointing, and I feel like I won’t be returning despite this previously being my go to place for pizza for the past 3-4 years. On a positive note though the pizza is always good when they do get the order right.

I previously had a horrible experience at this place, but being the forgiving man I am, I decided to give it a second chance. As I was enjoying the beautiful weather, I did not feel like entering the shop, hence I decided to call them from around the corner. However, as I was halfway through my order, a bald European man comes storming out, screaming 'You think your funny, ah, prank calling...?!' I was simply placing an order, and supporting local businesses, and all I received was the anger of some bald man. This man terrified my wife, and scared my young children. After a second horrid experience, I will never return here. Please don't come here, it is not worthy of your hard-earned money.

The pizza was very small and undercooked. When I asked for my food to be remade or offered my money back, I was met with a snide remark. Quote on Quote "N***A" and a older staff member tried to touch me I am deeply offended and will never come back

was just bad all around. pizza was two inches too small in diameter. was cold yes burnt and had anchovies on when i ordered chicken on it

Double check the base of their pizzas, mine had mould on, drove back to them and staff was being very rude and kept saying is not mould when they could clearly see it had green bits on the base.

Pizza was disgusting. Evidently pre-baked, with a crust so thin we could barely hold our slices without them drooping. Speaking of slices, they were unevenly cut, and cut into sixths, rather than eighths. The toppings also felt pre-made and old. For the price (£11 for one medium pizza), never go here. Far better alternatives exist, rather than these up-charging, good-for-nothing scum that want to rob you of your hard-earned money. STAY AWAY!

The pizza was very small very thin crust worker got angry when pictures taken of the interior scared the kids, 7 minutes for chicken to taste frozen ingredients not a good value for money slices uneven for £11 at that point just order dominos or anything else

Horrible food. £11 for 1 small pizza with 6 uneven slices is a complete robbery of money. The pizza was evidently pre prepared, and the ingredients were old. The crust was so thin that we were unable to hold a single slice without it dropping. Also, the workers got really frustrated with my wife when she took a picture of the interior, angrily asking her to delete it. I would not recommend, do not waste your money here.

Staying at a hotel at Manchester airport, delivery was on time, the delivery driver rung me 5 mins before arriving so I could meet him at reception 👍🏽 Food was really good, I like a thin based pizza too, can’t fault the service or food. Thank you.

Disappointed with the pizzas this time (Sunday) do you have alternative staff on? In a normal world I would say early delivery is a good thing, but this order was placed, prepared, cooked, packed, and delivered from Hale to Wythenshawe in under 20 minutes. Both pizzas were lukewarm and soggy base, the chicken bites were okay. I’d have expected the pizzas to be piping hot, fresh from cooking and with the speed of delivery which makes me wonder if they aren’t freshly prepped on Sundays. Other t

I did not like the artificial taste. Pizza looks like it was prepared by a machine. I suspect it was not made by human. The quality of the ingredients was poor. If you expect italian pizza, you are far a way. If you want a british fastfood then maybe ok.

Have been ordering from this place since 2017. Food quality is usually 10/10 - occasionally pizzas are slightly burnt but I don’t mind either way. Genuinely the best pizza place in the area.

I've had pizza in a lot of places in the uk & around the world and I have had pizza shops myself too but I can strongly say that it is one of the best pizzas one can get. Not even in Italy, you can get a crisp, tasty, healthy & delicious pizza. Thsnk you.

My food was left at the hotel desk without notifying us. We had no idea phone service was limited in our room. When I rang, they seemed to think this was an acceptable response/solution. Food was cold.

Chicken strips that were just cooked enough and looked anaemic. Cheesy garlic bread that had hardly any cheese, might as well call it rubber.

I’ve eaten from That Pizza place for years, and it’s always been my favourite… but the last couple of times I’ve ordered, the pizzas have come fairly overdone and burnt. I suspect I’ll give them one last go at some point, but they really need less time in the oven! One last point, they used to do a hot chilli dip which was amazing with the 3 Sausage pizza, but you can’t seem to get it any more, certainly not through the Just Eat app. Bring it back, please!

My last few orders have taken over an hour and items have been missing. When I call to enquire I don't receive an acceptable response. I've tried to be accommodating but they take the mickey every time.

This Pizza was not good. After travelling up the M5/M6 today and feeing very tired I really fancied a pizza. I picked this as a recommendation from JUST EAT. as I was staying near Manchester Airport. The Pizza was very very thin and a major disappointment. It felt like when the Pizza left the shop it was full of meat and cheese etc but my order was the final stop of many orders on the way. Usually the pizza is top notch but this time is was bland, barely taste the bbq sauce and the bacon didn’t taste right either, on top of this, the onion rings are bad, bland and a little hard.

Food delivered to an airport hotel... delivery time was long (maybe owing to being popular?) for a Tuesday night but wow..it was amazing!! Still steaming when it arrived.. Pizza was so thin and crispy, just like it should be! Wedges crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside..no greasy floppy poor excuse of a wedge in sight. Awesome start to our Italian adventure!

Just ordered pizza and 2 dips for delivery and they miss off the dips which I have paid for from the delivery. This has happened to me a couple of times from this place before!

Had a pizza here at the weekend and was very disappointed. I don't know if this branch has changed hands, management or their food supplier, but everything about the pizza felt cheap. The base was evidently pre made and frozen and the cheese + marina was bland. The pizzas here used to be fantastic and I always championed it, but I wont be going here again. Plus my partner and I had bad stomachs the next day!

Food arrived quicker than expected but was very cold and pizza crust was literally brittle! Not impressed!!

Pizza was beautiful and wasn't a greasy or overly thick crust. Fully of flavour too. Delivery driver was very polite and even gave us a phone call to say he was on his way.

The most blandest pizza ive ever had in my life. Absolutely tastless! The popcorn chicken was burned and unedible and the chicken strips were so dry it was ridiculous. Was really looking forward to it but im afraid to say it was shocking! Even more so for the price. Never ever again.

Awful customer service, waited 2 hours to for a pizza to arrive. Ended up driving to the place to talk to the manager because they refused to answer the phone absolutely joke. Wanted my money back but was told that because it had already left so I couldn’t, was also told they don’t answer the phone when they are busy even though this is the only way to contact them. Was given a £1 bottle of tango as compensation for me travelling to the restaurant to check on the order and the order being 2 hours long. Joke !!!!

Waited 2 hours for 2 pizzas , So rang up to check on my order and no answer, in the end I ended up having to drive there to be told they don’t pick up the phone, and then being told I couldn’t get a refund as my order was being delivered and all I got in return was a bottle of tango

The food was not as hot as last time.

Customer service was horrendous. The pizza arrived burnt, dry and hard. When calling them to let them know, they did no apologise but instead said to send the pizza back to them and they will then send a new one which will take a further 35-40mins. Unfortunately I don't like burnt pizza and so my meal was ruined this evening.

First time here and we definitely recommend and will be back again! We really enjoyed our pizzas’s, great tasting, lots of flavour and loved the thin crust. Super fast delivery and excellent service! Thank you :)

I ordered for 1920; it was delivered at 1800 and was luke warm at best. Tasted nice but nearly cold. Also, it's a good job I was home an hour and 20 minutes before my delivery was due; spoilt my plans though!

Well we’ll, I’m a big pizza 🍕 fan but for some reason I wouldn’t call “PIZZA” what they serve. It looks super thin, and a little gummy. “definitely not ITALIAN” no crispy crust no depth no flavour. I gave 5 Stars ⭐️, for customer service and place are on spot. But I suspect they don’t do in-house dough etc. Yet prices are +- similar to other pizza 🍕 business in the area. So 3⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not fair I’d suggest a digital screen with the menu in the shop. So people can see the real product. Before purchasing. Regards

Once again another great meal from these guys. Consistently good in fact. I love the credit-card thin hand made pizza bases (at least they seem hand-made to me) and selection of toppings. They always oblige my special request of putting pine nuts on whatever pizza I order. I would pay for them as an extra topping if they were on the list.

The food is normally very good but this was late and cold. I understand they will have been busy because of the football but they should have anticipated this and had enough drivers

Meh….. tough as old boots really wasn’t that great not worth £20 for pizza and garlic bread nothing to it. Not much flavour either garlic bread had no cheese on and it supposed to be garlic with cheese too much rosemary aswell for my liking

Lovely thin pizzas! Garlic bread is delicious! We ordered at 6.14 and it was with us by 6.33 - WOW! Piping hot. Always good service, and we ended up with a free pizza - thank you.

Ordered a double pepperoni double cheese pizza and was lucky to get one piece of pepperoni per slice. Definitely not what I had paid for. Called the restaurant and the manager didn’t care at all and didn’t want to do anything at all to rectify the situation. This business does not care about its customers at all and miss represents itself to drive up prices and sell inferior product. So sad because they were good in the past but seem to have lost any care for their repeat consumers. Best look for another business to support because this one does not deserve your money or custom.

I wasn't a fan of the pizza, with all the other choices there are it fell short, especially for the price. It didn't taste bad, but it didn't have much taste for me. It was too thin and the cheese had no flavour, I couldn't taste the tomato base and the tuna was sparce. The wedges were still a little hard like they were frozen one's that needed a bit longer. My partner liked the garlic bread though and the delivery was fast. I think it could be better if more base sauce was used and a better cheese though.
