Satay Chicken & Peanut sauce was amazing, and the texture too. The Pad Thai noodles were great portions and green curry was delicious. The ladies there were lovely and kind too.

Fantastic, restaurant quality food from a mobile van! The nicest food and the nicest people, we'll be back for more! I recommend the Thai green and Panang curries!

Really excellent take away we had from Thai Wok. How they produce such fantastic food from their van is a wonder. As good a Thai meal as I’ve had anywhere and not overly hot on spices and chilli, so I wouldn’t be frightened to ask for extra chilli if you particularly enjoy heat in your food. Very reasonable prices as well. A fantastic and surprising find whilst staying at Parkdean’s Sea Acres.

Hideous, the chicken tasted wrong, bad texture, the noodles were slimy, too expensive for bad food. Plastic packaging. Staff, the 2 women were ignorant and had a bad attitude.

Amazing food! I've been coming here for years and the food is still as good now as it was 5 years ago. My oder is always hot and never wrong. I order for 4 people and o ly wait 10 mins. Pickup only and can order in advance. Highly recommend!

Easy to order over the telephone. Was ready at the time they gave us. We tried 3 of their dishes thought the food was excellent. Great value for money would recommend.

We recently visited this little gem while on holiday at Sea Acres. We phoned in our order and it was ready for the allocated time. Very friendly service. The food looked good and was really tasty. Would highly recommend a visit!

Ordered a pad Thai but was more like sweet and sour. Not what expected as not that keen on sweet and sour. £5 for veg pad Thai reasonable priced and cooked fresh while waited.

absolutely incredible! The food was of restaurant quality and very friendly service. We rang ahead and was told to collect at 7.30, we arrived and the food was ready for us. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Glad we stumbled across this gem!

Simply put. Food to die for. Portion sizes great, piping hot, tastes brilliant, great variety available, reasonably priced. The 2 ladies who run this service are extremely courteous and polite. Gem of a place-just order beforehand as can get extremely busy at times!

Wow. This is the best Thai I’ve had in the UK. Better than what you could expect. Perfect level of spice. The Thai green curry the sweet and sour were so good.

Firstly, dont expect the greatest Thai meal yo ever ate. This is a semi-remote caravan in a field run by two lovely ladies. If you wanted to be picky, the green curry sauce was a bit thin and the satays were a bit overcooked for my seven working teeth to negotiate. Positively though, the holy basil stir-fry uses holy basil, so think on you eateries out there who use European basil from Tescos and claim it's difficult to come by. And the prices are no money.

We’ve been coming down to Sea Acres for a couple of years and have never tried the Thai Wok Takeaway until today! Absolutely amazing and will definitely be back next time we come. Haven’t got any photos as we couldn’t wait to eat it!

Amazing!!! Food was stunning kitchen is immaculately clean. Service is fantastic and friendly nothing to much trouble. Every dish was beautiful cooked to order. We would 100% recommend eating here you won’t be disappointed.

Always hesitant about eating these types of food from takeaways local to us but I can honestly say this wasn’t bad at all. Two nice Thai women working there and all food cooked from scratch none of this warmed up shitike other places. Was really impressed with the chicken pad Thai and the portions was good too so if you need a takeaway down in kuggar or near there then defo try this place. I’d also ring and order as it can be about an hour ish wait. Well done 👍🏻

It was OK but food was bland and liquidy.. We love Thai food but were disappointed with the meals. Was fairly cheap and freshly made. We won't go back as can get better at home or in any of the good local pubs. Think they suffer from a lack of competition. There's nowhere else in Kuggar to get an evening meal and the local pub which is just across the road (the Potter's Bar - good pub) allows customers to bring the Thai takeaway meals in.

Very reasonable prices (about £8 for main course) and HUGE portions! Ideal quick take-away to eat back at the caravan during Covid restrictions

We had a weeks holiday booked at sea acres which is just down the road and i had read a few reviews mentioning this Thai so thought we would give it a go. It was absolutely Yummy - so yummy we went twice. The Penang curry was to die for and very reasonably priced. If you are ever in the area, you must visit!!

We visited twice whilst staying locally, absolutely delicious food served with a 😃 smile. We ordered by phone and had a lovely walk over the fields to pick up.

Close to "The Potters Bar" this takeaway is great. It is seasonal and open wed to sat evenings. I have tried most of the menu over the last two summers. The green thai curry excellent, a bit hot for my wife but the cook is happy to make her a light green curry. My favourite is probably chicken pad thai (noodles) I often ring from the pub, walk over to collect and eat it with my pint.(At the pub) She sometimes has a reduced menu near closing (9pm) because it is fresh stuff and she runs out depending on what is bought that night. Oh there are seats,tables and a bit of parking. Look out for potters bar. Opposite side of road twenty ish yards down hill in a field.

We found this place last year when we were stopping at Kennack sands. We were hoping it was there this year and it was. We went twice this time, we were there for 2 weeks. It is on the road down to Kennack sands, in a van in a field. It is signposted, just over the road from the pub. Two ladies cooking thai food, not a massive menu, but the food was delightful. Well worth a visit, and you can order in advance. We tried about everything, and it was all good. Open 5 to 9 I think. Thanks ladies, see you soon.

My partner and I had searched TripAdvisor for places to eat whilst staying at Kennack Sands, and came across this takeaway... The reviews sounded very positive, so we thought we would give it a go..... It was amazing!!We walked passed it at first, to stop at the pub behind it. As we walked passed, we saw the chef and her one staff member. She waved at us so friendly and kind, we shouted we was coming back after our drink, and they were beaming. The takeaway is on the side of a farmers field,in a catering van and not well advertised, unless you pass it, or a keen TripAdvisor user.The menu is quite limited, but what a menu it is! We ordered spring rolls, Thai fish cakes, vegetable green Thai curry, chicken panang, and rice.....we were not disappointed!! The flavours were amazing, and the food was plentiful in portion. Just be advised, as well as the nicest Thai we have had, it's also the spiciest. It will not let you down, and you will be going back, as we will too. To help decide... Good food, nice staff, deffo worth a visit!!

Found this gem last night! Ordered food to be collected a few hours later and it was amazing! Don’t think we have eaten a Thai like it since being in Thailand. Very impressed!

Well this is basically a trailer with 2 women in doing Thai food. If you blinked you would miss it. In the entrance to a field this small trailer is knocking out food at a rate of knots.While I waited there’s was 4 to 5 people waiting for orders not small ones either and one woman taking phone orders these guys were busy. Also did I mention that it’s a trailer in the entrance to a field.I had chicken satay and some sort of rice and veg. Ample portions hot and tasty with in walking distance of Sea Acres caravan park it must be making a killing in Holiday season. On thing is it’s only open 4 nights a week.It was quite cheap but a gem of a find.

We can't recommend this takeaway enough - the food was absolutely wonderful and the whole family enjoyed it. We had a selection of dishes and each one was delicious. Everything was reasonably priced, too. We're from Birmingham and there are loads of Thai places, but think this is better than some of the "good" Thai restaurants there
