Ordered a delicious, authentic panang curry and pad see ew, as well as the fish cakes and spring rolls to takeaway. All of it was soo good, and they offer 10% off for collection! Thank you!

The Thai Pantry has a great range of food, all of which tasted fresh, with great flavours! As a vegetarian, the range of options is varied, and with a good mix of vegetables in all of the dishes my family and I had - definitely the best Thai Green Curry we have had. Additional to the great food, is the fantastic service, a restaurant myself and my family will definitely be visiting again.

We picked up a takeaway as there were only 2 tables occupied on a Saturday night and not much of an atmosphere to speak of. The jungle curry was a soup consistency and not a curry consistency, which was disappointing. The fried sea bass with Thai pantry sauce had a subtle flavour that worked well. The fishcakes tasted like frozen ones and were not made fresh. Food was reasonably priced. A hit and miss experience overall.

Food was delicious and service good. We didn't realise the restaurant was not licenced but this did not matter. We did find out you can bring your own drinks. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing food ! I had the massaman curry & hubby the jungle curry, both were so flavourful. The owner Steve is the most friendly guy BYO alcohol with a corkage charge of just £5 great also. A shame we aren't locals 😔

Great fun evening with delicious, freshly made Thai cuisine. BYOB is an added bonus. Speedy, friendly service at this family run restaurant. The massaman curry, crispy chicken, jasmine rice and prawn crackers were fabulous - full of flavour and great value.

Revisited on 1st April, partner ordered exact same dish as previously. Must say somewhat disappointed this time, mixed veg was broccoli and cauliflower and some pak choy. She took a photo of previous visit (weird I know), plenty of the same with carrot and peppers in addition. Maybe because it was the Bank Holiday Monday and stock/ supplies were low.

Absolutely delicious food and so reasonably priced. Can’t wait to return! The best Thai food I’ve eaten outside of Thailand :)

Great place - friendly staff and great food. One of the best Thai meals I've eaten. Reasonable corkage charge for a BYO which gave us the flexibility to drink exactly what we wanted. Will definitely be coming back.

Our first time visiting the Thai Pantry and we have been very impressed by the food we had this lunchtime. I had the standard chicken and cashew nut with rice - this was very tasty, plenty of perfectly cooked chicken, fresh crisp vegetables and a sauce that was delicious , leaving a gentle tingle in the mouth. The best chicken with cashew nuts I have eaten in many years. My wife, who is Thai and is often quite judgemental of Thai food in restaurants, had the Som Tam, was equally happy with her meal! Overall an excellent meal, good value for money and we will definitely return.

Lovely freshly cooked lunch here today. Good choices and vegetarian options and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely be coming back when we're in Poole.

Seats were fifthly, had to move the chairs to get one relatively ok to sit on, makes ne wonder about the hygiene in the kichen, which sounded like the food was being microwaved

Beautiful fresh authentic thai food, really enjoyed our visit

This is a nice restaurant serving good food and with BYO which I like. Unfortunately they still have a problem taking bookings. They only have one mobile telephone number which is never answered. I left a message about 10 am trying to book a table for 7 pm that day. I had no response at all. I decided to go over there anyway and as I was parking about 7.40 pm they called me to say they had no space. I said that I was outside so would come in to speak to her. In fact they had tables in an enclosed but outside area which were fine and so we sa down and had a nice meal. But only because I had decided to go there anyway!

Really tasty, ribs fell off the bone with lots of flavour. Fresh red curry was ace too. Recommended

Stunning flavours !!!!!! Seriously delicious… We chose the vegan tempura with sweet and sour sauce. Panang curry coconut 🥥 rice for both and veg and cashew nut with sweet n sour sauce Couldn’t have been tastier Friendly service !! Would 100% reccomend

Had a really delicious dinner here with my partner. Very friendly and welcoming and the food got a wow from me! We go to Poole quite often and will definitely be stopping in again. Heads up there is no alcohol served on the premises but you can take your own for a small charge.

Blown away! Fantastic service from start to finish, 3 of us shared 3 curries, the Thai red curry was so warm and a great amount of chicken, the Panang curry was our favourite it was perfectly spicy and balanced and quick arrival time for how busy it was. The duck spring rolls were delicious with a lovely sauce. Just so blown away by this quaint little building we would usually walk past pack such a punch! Will be returning.

We hadn't been here for a few years and learned that the cafe had changed hands. Decor had been improved as had the "garden" outside. The menu was mor extensive and improved. The service and food did not dissappoint. Three Pad Thais and one green curry were all excellent. Overall, well worth finding for a great meal.

Ate here during a visit to Poole and everything was fantastic! It was the best meal we had all week. Every dish was served hot and fresh and everything was so full of flavour. We wanted to go back again before leaving but didn’t have time. I highly recommend stopping here for dinner. So many vegan and vegetarian options so there is something everyone will enjoy! Best Thai food I’ve had in a long time.

Thai green chicken curry ordered through deliveroo It had chopped peppers and one small slice of courgette. 3 small strips of chicken Very runny sauce No authentic ingredients as advertised So dissatisfied Emailed them my feedback and they didn’t even reply to me. I will not be ordering from them again.

Excellent Papaya Salad ..a veggie option. The basil stir fry was well made as well. Really tasty.

So lucky to discover Thai Pantry. Fantastic welcoming service and the most amazing food, we loved it so much we came back a second night. Personally I can recommend the Som Tom as amazing and the Red Curry the best I had out of Asia I hope they are there next year on our visit!

Fantastic Thai food, made there on the spot with perfect sizes. Reasonable prices. Cozy atmosphere. What else can you ask for. We ordered 3 dishes: Phad Thai Rice Noodle. Soft noodles in a sweet and sour sauce. I think it would suit anyone. Massaman curry with a bowl of rice. This is a little on the spicier side, and the flavours emerge after it cools down slightly. But definitely worth the wait. Noodle soup. A slightly sweet but savory soup with soft noodles that try to escape each mouthful. You receive a little platter with salt, oyster sauce and lemon. The lemon really brings out the sweet note in the dish.

We saw this cute looking restaurant and decided to give it a try. There were customers on three other tables so we needed to wait until they had all been served their food until we received ours, probably because there was just one server girl receiving people and serving the food. The drinks menu was limited, no juices at all, no Thai tea at all, just soft drinks and a selection or coffee and tea. We ordered a lemonade and a pot of jasmine tea. Unfortunately it was not a nice jasmine tea, very weak and not the normal type of jasmine tea that we expect. When eventually the food arrived, we were disappointed. we had ordered a red curry chicken, a stir fried chicken with cashew nuts, a steamed mixed vegetables, two steamed rice and one egg fried rice. The red chicken curry was the worst as the sauce was very weak and watery. The way to cook it is to use more coconut milk and less water so that the sauce is thicker and have more taste, but this was watery and not much taste. The chicken with cashew nuts was a bit better. The steamed vegetables was just alright. The steamed rice was fine but the egg fried rice was tasteless. For those who are used to eating good authentic Asian food then this was a big disappointment. Watery red curry sauce just doesn't do it for us.

I went here last year and had a nice dinner and was looking forward to another meal. But the web site said that it was not taking table bookings and so I left a message on their mobile number as I did not want to have a wasted trip there. Unfortunately I never had any reply from them and so did not want to have a wasted journey if it was closed.

What an amazing place well worth the visit. Food was great had a great selection to choose from and all very tasty. The staff were so friendly and funny and catered to all our needs. Thanks so much for a great night.

This is a hidden gem in Poole, a real authentic Thai restaurant with incredibly tasty dishes. Friendly service, take your own alcohol if you want it. Easily the best Thai we've eaten in the UK and very reasonable price. Loads of choice. Would highly recommend if you like great, authentic Thai food.

We discovered this little restaurant just off the HIgh Street in Poole. Unlike the chains offering standard fayre and sharing plates Thai Pantry offers authentic Thai dishes perfectly cooked and flavoured to suit all tastes. It does not charge a "corkage" charge for BYOB customers...

Just had dinner there. Great place, lovely people and excellent Thai food. Would have given 5 stars but was slightly disappointed with the beef red curry. The other 8 dishes we had were excellent.
