The foods were not really special to me; however, I would definitely come back owing to very romantic atmosphere and very friendly and nice staff.

I recommend the crispy chilli beef 👍🏻

A real find of authentic Thai food- so many chains in Norwich. Attentive service throughout our meal. Thai curries were delicious as was the satay chicken. The noodles had a two 🌶️🌶️ rating but it was really hot. As a whole highly recommended.

The food is so bad don't get the pineapple fried rice it's too white for anyone to eat this was horrible and the portion being too small im never coming back.

Food was nice, a little pricey but worth it. Service could be improved on. The atmosphere was really nice. It's a small place but filled up quickly with interesting people. The teapot and dishes were really pretty and the food was nicely presented.

I was visiting Norwich with 2 friends and we came across this restaurant enroute to the town centre..The decor was beautiful..and inviting..the ceramics for the foods were very pretty..the food menu was simple and had a great choice of options including vegetarian and tofu...the food was very decorative..and tasted amazing..I had satay chicken starter..veg spring rolls..thai green curry and rice with a tia maria and coke and seperate lemonade for £24.. The servers were lovely..very polite and friendly... The meal came out quickly and cooked fresh...I cannot fault it.. The only criticism is the cold restaurant..no heating..but the food and servers made up for it.. I will visit again one day with my son and daughter..

My recent experience at Thai Kitti was truly lovely. The restaurant's adorable interior created a warm atmosphere, and the service from the delightful young lady was a highlight. Despite the quiet ambiance, the Chicken Massaman Curry and Pad Kee Mao were both delicious and satisfying. While the starters, like spring rolls and satay, didn't steal the spotlight, they added a nice touch to the overall meal. In essence, a charming place with delightful Thai flavors that left me with a positive impression.

We went for dinner quite late on a Sunday, so the restaurant was very quiet, however the food and service were really great. We also thought it was very well priced, coming to about £30pp for three courses. We will definitely be returning. Perhaps for lunch next time.

Great service and great food. Fresh, very delicious and the atmosphere relaxing. We have tried many Asian food before, but this was by far the best. I totally recommend it.

Thai Kitti is located at 4 Opie St, Norwich. The location is a little bit quiet for business. Only one table of customer there at the time of my late lunch on Wednesday. Noodle rice is too sweet, a set of starters ordered are not tasting good. Generally expensive.

I got takeaway, the food was good for what it is. However, the pad thai was too sweet.

Amazing food! Went for lunch on a summers day. The best Pad Thai I haven’t eaten since I left London, never been able to find a good quality authentic one. Lovely decor, clean restaurant and great service. Highly recommend we will be back!

I ordered pineapple fried rice in dinner time. The portion size was pretty small, even smaller than my palm. I would say the position size was more like a side dish instead of a main course. Fried rice was too salty. Pineapple chunks had a weird taste, seems like stale. The menu said there was seafood in the fried rice but I only saw three little chunks of shrimp in it and they were not fresh either. Very disappointed.

Went in to order for takeaway, staff were really friendly and restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. Food arrived very quickly and was delicious, especially the green curry and veggie spring rolls. Excellent food for a reasonable price, would definitely recommend.

Came across this place by chance. Norwich footie fans so here alot. Read reviews and booked for evening meal. An absolute gem, the best tasting food and served by a lovely polite young man. Nothing too much trouble. We will be here again

Great authentic Thai food! The tempura king prawns were the very best I’ve had - and I’ve been to plenty of Thai restaurants. They were large, light, crispy and unctuous. And luckily because the food is cooked by a Thai woman they cooked me an off-menu item for the main course- Thai prawn jungle curry which was delicious if perhaps on the hot side. And very nice coffee for afterwards as well. Next time I’m in Norwich I will be booking a place here!

Always delicious food and good, quick service - lots of veggie options available if that's your thing and lots of meat and fish options if it isn't! Just off London Street in the heart of Norwich City centre.

The food was very good (not the best I've tried, but still flavorful), the ambience very nice (with Buddhist statues and elephants all around, even the plates are lotus-shaped!), and the service very friendly and attentive. Maybe a bit overpriced, but not too much. definitely recommend

The food was rather disappointing. The massaman curry was thick like a coconut paste with little curry flavour and too much salt. The sticky rice was hard, not soft, hard to eat. It wasn't particularly cheap neither. Won't go back again I'm afraid.

We visited here Saturday lunchtime, a meal for just two of us. The food was really nice and tasted authentic, the portions and prices were in-line with other thai restaurants in the city. Our only grumble was the actual restaurant was quite chilly. If slightly warmer we may have stopped for another drink.

Staff seemed friendly, but food not traditional, small portions, expensive, they don’t use Thai vegetables, curry watered down, starters like tiny kids play food, fish cakes tiny and taste to fishy…not happy I would avoid if I were you 😟

We were warmly welcomed by the host & offered a table of our choice. It was after eight o'clock on Sunday evening, after Cinema City. Front of house was efficient, producing our drinks, with browned rice cakes & chilli sauce, giving us time to decide on what was to come. The Sea Bass filleted, (no bones at all), with a side order of Rice, served & kept hot, compliment the Fish. Pleasant conversation followed, about holiday in Thailand & the realisation that we had both grown up in Suffolk, right down to the same market Town. A pleasant return, to a tastefully redecorated restaurant, maintaining it's unique charm, visited in 2003.

Had a meal there tonight. Dont order the crab fried rice, my wife did but there was only 2 tiny bits if crab in it. In fact they may have been egg as they were very very small and didn't taste of crab. Portion sizes were small for the price. £6.50 for prawn crackers! OK quality but need to increase their portion sizes to justify the prices.

I don’t often leave bad reviews as I know this could in a small way affect a livelihood. My kids love Thai food and having four of the little miracles we seldom can afford. They were all very disappointed with their standard order of chicken satay and rice (I know it’s a starter but they love it). My meal was tasteless and stir fry vegetables burnt. From the other reviews seemingly they may have had an off night, a Thursday, maybe head chef’s day off before a busy weekend.

The staff were friendly and most of the food we had was delicious (corn cakes were pretty poor and did not seem fresh). We were initially brought the wrong main dishes and had had a few mouthfuls of it before the waitress came over and told us that she'd accidentally given us someone elses order. She apologised and then brought the correct food out but we were charged for the incorrect mains too!! We tried to argue our case but the waitress was having none of it. Despite it being her mistake, we'd eaten so as far as she was concerned, we had to pay for it. Will not return.

Best Thai food I’ve had outside Thailand, so nice!!

The food was good and the service was nice until it was time to pay. We were a group of six people and the lady refused to split the payment, insisting we should work it out between ourselves and make only one card payment (two at most). The bill was not helpful, as it didn't clearly state what each dish costed, listing items only by code instead of the titles in the menu. It's also a bit overpriced.

Dissapointing stodgy food. Instant coffee. Vastly overpriced. Noodles and rice are extra ontop of dishes that would normally have them included as standard. But mainly the quality of the food was less than you would expect from a even a bog standard takeaway. Dinner for two with one drink each was over 70 pounds. Empty apart from my friend and I. Not surprised.

Spontaneous and unplanned visit at the City Centre turnout to be very pleasant, delicious experience . Traditional, delicious Thai food, well served and decorated plates, very good service, nice and calm atmosphere, and surprisingly good prices. You should try it yourselves. Highly recommended!. Almost forgotten we'd been to Thai Kitty! Without a reservation we walked in as there were a couple of free-looking tables. The guy seemingly in charge was keen to seat us but looking around most diners were sitting very obviously waiting between courses, nobody was actually eating. Just at that moment we were approached by a diner who asked when she was going to be served - she said she'd been waiting for nearly two hours and only had starters.... so clearly, we left. Seems unlikely we'll be back in a hurry.

It's not a bad restaurant. You can choose your Thai meal and then one of the five different meat they normally serve with. The only pity is the lack of desserts - not much variety

I only had a starter, the chicken satay, and due to a communication issue I ended up with two portions. However they were only three pounds each. This was excellent value as they were really good and beautifully presented. Recommended.

Service shocking. Waited 30 minutes after ordering drinks to get them. Theres only so many false smiles you can put up with. When the food arrived first mouthfuls tasted like Iceland microwaved food. When we refused to eat it , but said we would pay for the drinks and leave. We were then threatened with the police. I am only comparing our usual thai restaurant ' thai lanna' which is amazing , compared to thai kittie where I wouldn't even allow my cat to eat.

Just had some delivery from Thai Kitti, the food was absolutely appalling, no flavour to it at all. Plus, it looked more like a cheap chinese rather than Thai. To top up, it was way too expensive, definitely not worth it!

Great restaurant, food is delicious & good value

Fantastic evening meal. As always, the service was courteous, friendly and prompt. I have a gluten-free requirement because of a severe wheat allergy, so I always take my own (Japanese) soya sauce - which the chef is very happy to use. Along with Umberto's in St Benedict's, it's the best place to eat in Norwich by far. The food is superbly Thai. Thank you.

The food was nice, however we had to wait over two hours before we got our main course. We were a group of 11 and our visit was over the Christmas holidays and they appeared to be very understaffed with only one person waiting tables, although the restaurant was not too busy. The lady serving us was apologetic and polite and did not charge a service charge due to the inconvenience it caused us. It is quite likely that on our visit to the restaurant we did not receive the level of service that would normally be delivered by the Sugar hut.

3D menu a total plus! Ace food and friendly service. Good vegetarian selection (except the oyster sauce!). Although the hostess did remember to check if I would eat prawns before offering prawn crackers. Would recommend.

Always go when I am in Norwich - Amazing food - a little pricey but in my opinion - definately worth it.
