No1 Kebab & Pizza in Norwich

Tried this place for 1st time last night, 16" pizza, 2 x chips, bottle of coke for about £20, not bad but cooks need to wear hair nets as I found numerous hairs on the pizza, not nice to see!! May try again

I ordered a large pizza and lamb kebab. They were both excellent and the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience at this pizza place! The customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and super helpful. They really made me feel welcome, and it added a lot to the overall experience. Definitely coming back!

Told them to call me and not to press the buzzer as baby was asleep but they pressed it anyways and woke my Little one up😒

it was 30/40mins late but came still hot and fresh so food was still very good

From the 1st time I got my food from here to now they never let me down the things I have had I never needed to phone up and complain about as it's always great food

I asked for extra slice of cheese in my burger and they kindly did that for me so Thankyou for that ;-) It was delivered earlier than expected so that was good too. I must say the chips weren’t good as they were a bit overcooked and tough/hard/crunchy. I would say lessen the cooking time by 30-40 seconds in the fryer as a suggestion. Or perhaps try a different potato style of chip. But burgers were nice and my mum liked the salad in her burger. Thankyou No1 staff

Ordered at 8pm, was supposed to arrive between 9-9:25. Order then said it had arrived on the app which it hadn’t. I reported this and they then changed the delivery time to 9:45 which by then again it hadn’t arrived. My order ended up arriving at 10:25 completely cold.

Lovely pizza, piping hot on arrival even though the place is 25 mins from me. Also arrived at the earliest arrival time. Will definitely be ordering again. Thanks 😄

Lovely food always fresh and cooked with care in mind, the four cheese pizza with added pineapple and ham is insanely tasty, I haven't had a different one since :). The owner Matt is a lovely guy too always have a nice friendly chat. Would defo recommend popping in and seeing and tasting for yourself :)

Pizza exceeded expectations. Very delicious. The cheesy chips were awesome with such melting pulling stringy cheese like in the movies. Pizza quality feels a lot better than most takeaway pizzas. Overall would recommend and all for a good price. Very accommodating to any changes I asked for over the phone as well. 5 stars all round.

I live around the corner from this place and decided to pop over for some food tonight. Google says they are open until 22:30. I arrived at 21:55 and was immediately told to 'order quick' because they were going to close. I placed my order and was told, 'No'. That was it... no follow up... It was abundantly clear that I and my order were not wanted there. Another person entered to a warm welcome while I waited to see if there was something else I could order. The person being served ahead of me during my brief visit told me 'not to test his patience', regarding the gentleman who was serving too. I can only assume that this place will be closing very soon. It's in a part of the city that has no foot traffic at all, so if they continue to treat people in the way I was I can't imagine it will last long.

Everything was perfect! The food was so nice and it arrived nice and quick too, this place has quickly become my new favourite!

More than hour late, poor communication and food cold on arrival. Have requested a refund. Shame as last two times were really good but sadly won’t use again.

ordered excepted and estimated delivery time given, when the time came delivery was not here but app stated that the food was delivered. after waiting for an extra 20 mins I informed just eat and was replied to quickly and the fact the food was still being prepared (so had not even left yet, let alone delivered) and a new delivery time an hour after the original. time came and went again so called the resteraunt and was assured driver a minute away which meant another 30minutes!!!

The rudest man I've ever ordered food from. It's a shame because the food is lovely, the staff just need training in customer service.

After over an hour and 20 mins the food said it was delivered but never arrived, tried calling them several times with no answer, called on a different number and answered straight away.. lol. Said the food was sitting there ready and coming straight out, took another hour to finally receive the food..

I love the food here and the delivery was very welcoming

Order took an hour and 50 minutes to arrive at the address for a couple of wraps .. called the restaurant after the hour mark which is the standard delivery time and was told would be the next order being dispatched yet still took a further 50 mins after the phone call to arrive when the restaurant is 10 mins drive

the pizza was dry, the bun was dry, chicken strip was bland i really did not enjoy my dinner very disappointed ☹️😞

this takeaway is amazing and 1 of my favourites! the food is so tasty and the prices ridiculously good for what you get compared to there takeaways and Iv tried pretty much all of them! Will definitely order again x

YES! Today's was GOOD! The chips were good, the pizza was amazing! Only thing I have to say is that the coleslaw portion with this deal is way too small.

My husband ordered a completing plain quarter pounder burger,no cheese or salad,just the burger and the bun,but he had cheese in his burger,so he didn't eat the burger at all.

food was good but cold when turned up late

Pizza was good, chips were decent. Less oily chips which is good, and pizza was one of the best takeaways I've had. But pot of coleslaw was TINY and even though I rang the place, they confirmed they have Sprite, they gave 7Up Zero, which is nothing like Sprite. We hate 7Up Zero and they didn't even tell us.

I wouldn’t advise getting anything bigger than a 12 inch pizza, just tastes like cheese on bread with no sauce. Base is definitely not made to order, tastes like it’s come out the freezer. Ordered cheesy chips with extra cheese which was an extra £2 and the cheese is just ontop not all the way through so a nice handful of cheesy chips and then you just have plain chips

Food was on time but cold and stale, pitta was yesterdays and was stone cold. Shame first time trying won’t bother again

First time trying this place but certainly not the last. Chicken kebab very nice. 1/2 lb burger spot on. And the jumbo burger is a beast. All very well priced too.

First time trying this establishment.. Ordered cheeseburger and cheesy fries.. Didn't realise the burger came with fries,also ordered pizza and dessert.. The dessert I ordered they didn't have. They called me and said so. Food absolutely excellent, delivered piping hot by a lovely delivery driver.. Will definitely order from them again and highly recommend. 👌

Supermarket bought pre rolled dough, which is stale and lifeless. The only positive was it was delivered hot.

Cold, late, very small portions and very dry… certainly won’t be returning

chicken strips was okay but the pizza was disappointing , the dough was a pre made dough you roll out and can buy from a supermarket was disappointed by this as that was the only thing that let it down.

Took a hour and half from ordering the food for it to arrive. The meat on the kebabs I would say was low quality meat. we didn't even eat the salad as that wasn't even nice. nicest bit of the meal was the rice. we won't be ordering from here again.

I have had shish kebabs (ordered in store and cooked fresh) from here. All have been fantastic. Meat perfectly cooked (lamb or chicken), salad very fresh and owner is very friendly. Best in NR3 for takeaway.

Donner meat was not good quality very thin mad the chips greasy

Meat was cold so had to reheat it, the chips were chewy and the chilli sauce was bland and watery. Quality has gone right downhill and wont be ordering again !
