Food was authentic and alright, nicely decorated cute restaurant All meats in the dishes are too lean and tough to chew we had a lot of meat left over, pineapple fried rice was cold, but other than thats its alright food I recommend the Mango sticky rice

So this was called one of the most authentic thai food place in town. The restaurant is spacious and well lit and all gave a cozy ambient. Staff was very attention and helpful in refilling water. Prawn crackers as a starter was definitely a wise decision. They came in great portion in crispy yet not greasy skin at just £2.95! Tom Yum Soup was another must-try item and the broth/fillings portion was super generous! I think there were around 10 prawns and the soup is delicious and spicy enough for me. The main dish was disappointing though - I was expecting more moist and broth-cooked rice from Hainanese Chicken Rice (Kao Mun Kai) and it turned out hard and dry. Chicken was just ok and could be lots more tender and juicy. I wont recommend this dish at all but if I ever visit again I might go for their Pad Thai as it sound more of a thailand dish instead? But overall I think this restaurant is worth trying.

Good food. Served with taste and quality. Price is pretty reasonable considering its location. The restaurant is well done with its nice interiors. I ordered their duck and crispy chicken. I liked the duck.

The food here is absolutely incredible. The sauce that comes with the spring rolls is so so good!! Deffo recommend the noodle dishes (especially the pork belly). The service was good and the staff were very pleasant. Overall a lovely experience

Authentic Thai food. The papaya salad was really good. I love it. The curry was very nice. The tray salad is very delicious.

Visited spontaneously yesterday with my partner and so glad we did, we will definitely be back with the rest of the family. The service was second to none, our waiter was so tentative and so happy/smiley, prices were reasonable for the location and the food was impeccable, the pork Massaman was maybe the best I’ve ever had in the UK. Couldn’t fault the place, lovely clean and aesthetic decor. Thank you for a great experience!

Best Thai restaurant in Sheffield, for both food and service. We ordered the pink and Thai milk tea which were both really nice, they also gave us water for the meal. We ordered the chicken satay for starter, with this restaurant having the best version of this imo. Then for mains; a red curry and massaman curry, the massaman curry was once again the best version I’ve had from any Thai restaurant in England. The portion size was such a good value for money we ended up packing the rest of our meal up. The prices are also a little cheaper in comparison to other Thai restaurants in Sheffield for mains. The curries don’t come with rice by the way. The service is also spectacular, especially the woman serving us who was so sweet and attentive. Will definitely be back especially due to the woman leaving such a good impression.

Came for Mother’s Day. Servers were so smiley, lovely and attentive. Starters came quick: the steamed pork was my favourite it was so tender! Then I had the green curry with chicken and coconut rice. Service was really quick and food was top notch! Nice selection of hot,cold and and alcoholic beverages. I had the Jasmine tea which was so warming. Really reccomend! The best Thai milk tea! I have to say the plastic straw really adds up to the whole taste! I hate the paper straw btw, cus it always melts in the liquid… Good mango sticky rice. I like the salty sticky rice part, making the whole dish richer in flavour. Plus, the waiter is cute🥰

Not authentic enough but overall is nice

We stumbled upon this restaurant on our way to meet friends and having chatted to the staff decided to come back the next day for dinner. We weren't disappointed! The food here is amazing. A great variety of options with lots of choice for vegetarians. The portions were huge and the flavours incredibly varied. The restaurant itself is simply decorated and understated, but super clean and the staff were lovely. Defnitely worth a visit. Can't wait to come back.

Just tucked in the centre of Manchester this no frills authentic Thai is simply that. Great food, service, prices in an unpretentious setting. Flavours excellent and spicing just right. I don’t have much else to add except if you like Thai food you need to go. There was a queue as it opened.

What an amazing find in the centre of Manchester. Found this place after some brief research on TA. The food is probably the most authentic Thai food I have had in Manchester. Clean, fresh and reasonably priced. This place is simple, good food and highly recommended.

We absolutely loved the food and the laid back vibes of "No 6". From the generous prawn cracker portion onwards we loved all our dishes, especially the Steamed dumplings and sausage starters. The mains were delicious too, from the simple but excellent chicken Lard Na to the squid, the sticky pork and the extravagant rice and prawn filled pineapple. The service was great and they have beer on tap as well as good wine options and cocktails. Can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be back again

The food tastes really bad, all the meat is very hard, the curry is very watery, like water, I will not come back again. A sweet fried rice noodle. Does not match the photo

This restaurant took me back to Thailand- amazing food with excellent service. Great value for money and loads of choices. 10/10 would recommend.

Having Ba Mee Moo Dang and Cha Yen for dine. It was good! The milk tea ain't too sweet which is good for my level of sweetness. The wontan abit too tiny but the BBQ pork was a lot. Ordered Khao Ka Moo for takeaway, it is good! If it comes with egg and intestine it would be perfect. Will go back and try other dishes!

This was wonderful! I had the Thai curry with beef and it came with a choice of sides (I had rice noodles). The food came out very quickly and was nice and hot. In my hometown in AR I for sure don't get great Thai like this!

Great staff but really bad food. I had high hopes for this place but the food was really bad. I visited at Saturday lunch and it was very busy which was a good sign but I was soon disappointed. The prices are really high for what you get. Fried tofu starter was bland and became cold quickly. It was like chewing on cold oil. Pad Thai was awful, not like any pad Thai I have ever had. Papaya salad was ok. Pork Rice was poor. Don’t like leaving bad reviews but if I can save anyone else wasting time and money I should. I will never return.

Was in manchester for the weekend with a friend. Found this place on a search of food places in northern quarter. I had the green curry which was very spicy. The staff were great and changed it a milder version for me. It tasted great and would highly reconmend. My mate had the masan curry which was milder and again great. Definatly reconmend

Called in whilst passing on a Saturday tea time and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Fantastic and friendly service and hot and tasty food served to a very high standard. Would highly recommend.

The food was great .. really great taste was so nice but the service was really bad .. was on tuesday . we was ordering 2 morning glory rice and couple pf more for the table .. first the food has come was wrong order we was explain to them that we didn’t order another vegetable we just order the morning glory .. but she was coming with very rude way that we was ordering the food.. she’s not even repeating the order and was in hurry while mean that time there’s still couple of table are empty, she was very rush while taking our order and come back push us that we were ordering that vegetable, my and my husband doesnt like argument and we were just say fine . she’s not even come back once after that.. untill we ask for the bill and we still seeing that they charge us for that vegetables.. we dont even touch single vegetables on that plate. And we pay for nothing.. she dont even apologise what poor was it?? She was wearing grey pants and blue shirt and black hair.

Twice we've visited on a Sunday and have been turned away an hour and 15 minutes before they close twice now. It's been months since the last time we were turned away. Staff said the opening hours are wrong, they need amending. Its a long walk from the hotel

One of our go-to places when we visit the city center - the food is always amazing and the portions are quite big. The service here is on the next level, incredibly friendly and ready to cater to your needs. Strongly recommend their curries and tom yum, if you can handle the spice!

Overrated. 必须用中文写这篇review提醒国人同胞慎重对待某书上的虚假营销。先说食物，某书上可见“冬阴功汤面里好多虾”的评价，对不起我就只数出两只，而且还没完全做熟。汤底味道也很一般，自己去超市买冬阴功泡面的粉包冲一下也差不多。菠萝炒饭（不好意思图拍糊了）里没有腰果但居然有甜椒，芒果糯米饭齁甜而且芒果是温热的，饮料（pink milk和red lemon)和咖喱也都甜的吓人。 服务态度还OK，但环境真的（高情商）简朴（低情商）简陋。我们坐的二人桌光线十分昏暗。 其实食物味道和就餐环境都是非常主观的判断，主打温馨环境没有什么泰式装潢做什么口味的餐点都是店家的自由，但我打低分的原因是中规中矩没有错但别请水军吹成曼城第一泰餐还拉踩另外几家，实属恶心人。装潢，摆盘，氛围都明明赶不上别家，菜式和味道也普通。总之期待而来，失望而归

One of the best Thai meals I have ever tasted!

我們一行五個人，三個點了海南雞飯，三個都有食物中毒跡象，回家後又屙又嘔。其餘二人就冇事，肯定是那個海南雞飯有事，體驗好差。海南雞也不是正宗的，完全不好食，難食。

I ate the Hainanese chicken rice yesterday for lunch . Then I keep feeling sick until today noon. I came with my family and three of us ordered the same of this rice . We keep vomit . We felt disappointed . Please make sure your food can eat safely and for humans.

I wanted to love this place. Unfortunately, the dishes I ordered were very average. In contrast, the service was amazing & the restaurant vibe was overall fun. The duck soup noodle was unbelievably bland. I wish they had condiments like soy sauce already available on the table, unfortunately this was not the case. The sharing starter platter was tasty, and my friend ordered a tom yum dish which she really enjoyed & described as very flavourful. Maybe I just ordered badly?! The expensive prices have put me off coming back for a 2nd try though.

Outstanding food and wonderfully friendly staff. Lovely ambiance, set neatly off King Street. A hidden gem with very reasonable prices.

Food was overall above average. My favourite was definitely the pineapple fried rice. Aromatic and tasty that goes so well with the pint of refreshing Thai Beer. Defintely recommend these two combo! The curry was delish as well. I like it when you get to choose the kind of meat you want for the dish. For sides, I'd say miss out the satay skwers! Food portions were not the most generous so best to order a main dish for each if you are a big muncher like myself!;)

Stumbled on this restaurant. Fabulous place. Really friendly, helpful and efficient . Relaxed and calm atmosphere . Food was amazing especially the Tom yum soup with noodles . I asked for extra tofu which was the tastiest, light and fresh tasting . We went for one dish each but could have ordered so much more as looked delicious and definitely will do next time . Definitely recommend

Sorry to say this but this food when we have there in Saturday 1 July 2023 with my Thai friend's is was terrible.....all food don't taste like proper Thai food, so sad to say this but terrible experience. And it's not just my mind like,,farang,, but sadly this say all my Thai friend's. Especially khao kha mu.......omg 😧, gammon hog from some close market, not a proper brown gravy, not egg, fresh cabbage!!!!! Really don't looks like a Thai food. Feeling like we are in Chinese s h I t takeaway. So, highly not recommended!!!

After discovering this restuarant by chance I've returned a couple of times and is consitenly good. The food is fresh and authentic and they adopt the spice level to suit your taste. Wonderful Papaya salad (som tum),Pad Thai and curries. Staff are really nice, friendly, helpful, and a nice location and ambience to the place. Very popular restaurant, so booking advised.

We was told about this little gem of a place. So we booked. Saturday afternoon. Thai food is favourite cuisine and I have to say the whole meal was outstanding. We will be back soon.

The only things you should order are Tom yum and pineapple fried rice. Never order other dishes like ka paw (stir fry dishes) or chicken rice. Beware the portions are very small considering how much they charge for each dish (£10+). £50 for two people.

One of the most authentic Thai resto I found in the UK. I went here so many times and they never disappoint me. The food were delicious with generous portion and defo worth the price. My favorites are Lard Na, Duck Noodle Soup, Yen Tofu, Tom Yum Soup Noodle, and Pork Noodle Soup. Washed it down with Thai Milk Tea or a pint of ice cold Singha. If you like spicy, ask for Asian spicy or for the chilli powder/flakes that they brought all the way from Thailand!

Not recommend. Food not good，not tasty，pineapple fried rice was served cold. Staff is welcoming but service still needs improvement. The waiter spilled the drink I ordered on me without saying sorry to me.

Atmosphere is nice, servers are friendly, restaurant itself is neat and clean, and all the dishes we ordered today are tasty and reasonably priced. I liked roasted duck a lot. The duck is tender and seasoned well.

The food is BLAND! We ordered Massaman curry extra beef. It came out NO FLAVOUR at all. Felt like eating pure coconut milk diluted with water and a tiny bit of curry paste... Disappointed!!!! Asked the server about the food.. . He said "I dont know I work at the front" ... Poor service!!! The food took long time to be served. Appetizer came out last. My boyfriend got his food 30 mins+ before my food came out. Do not enjoy the experience at all.. the food overall is Disgusting... Never had any Terrible thai food before in my entire life. Give a big loud of applause to TEDDY who spotted me waiting for a food and kept apologizing for the mistake. He's very polite and humble. 👍🏻

Just happened upon this place and popped in for dinner when I was working in Manchester. Service was excellent and they were very polite. Best Thai food I've had in a long time! I had the veggie spring rolls and a massaman curry with tofu and veg. Portions were generous and good value. Will definitely come back next time I'm around ☺️

We had their sunday buffet yesterday BAD POINTS - not much choice...3 starters which consisted of sliced cucumber and summer rolls with contained crab stick and a weird apple and sweetcorn salad with chilli mains- 6 choices with 1 veg and 2 rices all the mains including the curries were luke warm not hot non of the food was covered and the cold food chilled. god knows how long they were sat at room temp? The food which was advertised in the photos differed from what was served that night. We questioned this and they said everything is chef specials. What is advertised is hot starters like spring rolls and chicken skewers etc...non of these were on the buffet menu non of the food was labelled. had no idea what some of the dishes were. from a safety point of view had people from our table been allergic to anything we would not have know which dishes had nuts etc rice ran out pretty quickly and took 20mins to refill non of the dishes were topped up automatically (we had to ask and even then small ammount was added) we had pre booked a table of 9... they was expecting us...it was like they wanted us to eat as less as possible?!?!?! things like the chocolate cake were never topped up for us...when they ran out they just replaced with oranges when there was an order for takeaway green curry for another customer on the phone the staff just scooped curry from the buffet station into the tray and packed it for the delivery. This meant even less food for us. I would have been disappointed to be given luke warm takeaway curry had I just been the 1 that had purchased that takeaway the chicken in the curry was very tough the added 10% service onto our bill without advertising this as out table was for 8 of us.. they advertise as £13.95 but with added service this bumps it up to over £15pp. which is fine. we were planning on leaving a tip anyways this just meant they got less than we had originally planned to leave as this charge was compulsory 4 members of our party felt unwell the next day from the food, we suspect it might have been the foods which were kept at room temperature for too long or simply because the food was lukewarm and sat too long in the buffet station GOOD POINTS service was actually not bad considering there was only 2 staff...but they kept eating the food themselves behind the bar during service ( very unprofessional) the cooked to order soup noodles and pad thai were very nice...especially the soup base we was not rushed and no time limit was given the staff are very friendly and attentive I would give them a 3/10 we would go back for the al la carte food or lunch specials. definitely won't be going back for the buffet. at £15pp there are plenty of other places and different competition...

Excellent spot for authentic Thai food! Prices are reasonable for the quality & quantity - servers are very polite too. Book before you come if it’s for dinner time / weekend as it’ll likely be busy! Would recommend the pineapple prawn fried rice.

My first time with Thai restaurant in Manchester! My pineapple fried rice is amazing, especially those big prawns. The mango sticky rice is not too sweet and authentic. Besides, the atmosphere is cosy and you can enjoy your time with company. The music is nice but not too noisy. Highly recommended this place, 5-star worthy Thai restaurant

I thought the food here was amazing. The rice dish I had was really flavourful and the meat tasted like good quality. And the mango sticky rice was also delicious with so much mango! I'd also recommend the red lemon drink for a fizzy drink that's a little different but delicious.

It was ok little disappointed with the stir fry tiem it was just chicken in a bowl no veg or sauce or rice just chicken, mrs enjoyed her massaman curry tho

Not by a busy street (not busy to me), that's the type of location i like. Staffs were friendly and nice. Not a fancy type of restaurant, more a down to earth cozy one. Love the fried chicken wings, Tom yum soup can be more chilly for me. Cannot wait next time for the hainan chick 🥰

Very crowded and popular, please make sure you have a reservation. I think the food is just ok. Not a restaurant that I would go back. I ordered a duck curry and egg fried rice and was not impressed by it. Service was great though.

its more like home restaurant, part of dish is absolutely tasty, but it realy depend on how you order it. maybe choose some food we dont usually have,it maybe a surprise.
