We get takeaway from here whenever we fancy Thai food. It's always very good, and portion sizes are better than a lot of other Thai restaurants. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

The pork larb and pork pad see ew was so amazing. Please keep it up and don't change or cut corners. Whoever cooked our order for deliveroo order tonight, 7th September around 830pm for P.K, please stay consistent and keep up the great work. I'm so happy I found a place that does great larb. Sometimes what I find is some restaurants can be unreliable with certain food orders (saltier or overcooked one day) which was why I decided to try a different thai restaurant, which led me here Update: 5 stars to 4. Ordered drunken noodles and it did not match description of dish made with basil, garlic and chili. Instead it had cauliflower 🤢, tomatoes, beansprouts, red/green/yellow bell pepper, carrots, brocolli, spring onions, yellow onion, purple onion, bean sprouts and parsley and lemon slice. This is not pad kee Mal (drunken noodles), as you can see no basil, garlic, chilli. What the heck? I don't even know what dish this was as I couldn't find it on the menu. It seems like someone just threw this together and didn't think a customer could tell the difference. If so, it's unfortunate because this is a good restaurant and maybe someone new cooked today? Please keep the consistency and quality control. Ordered Friday noon, 27th Sept Update 8th October: this is unfortunately the final and last time I order pad kee Mal. This time it had long green beans, tomatoes and pineapple.

The food here is absolutely delicious. Me and my mum went in randomly once after a yoga class and were pleasantly surprised by how fresh and tasty everything was. Now we make sure to go regularly and always try something different. I couldn’t recommend it enough and there are loads of amazing veggie options too! The staff are also all lovely. I don’t normally leave reviews but this place needs more recognition for how good it is!!

The food is fantastic. Delicious and authentic. However, the service is absolutely diabolical. I have stopped going there as it is so poor. It makes for a very unpleasant atmosphere as you can sense and sometimes hear other diner’s frustrations. The last time my family went we walked out on a quiet afternoon having spent 15 minutes sat waiting to be greeted or offered a drink while a member of staff stood chatting out the front on her phone. It’s a real shame as the food is great. However, until the standards of service improve, it doesn’t really deserve anyone’s custom.

Love all the foods there. Just a bit complicated of menu style . Apart from that best Thai food I’ve had in UK so far as an Asian . 100

Great Thai restaurant! The food was so nice, and the hardworking waiter made our experience special.

I ordered them off deliveroo and I was so pleasantly surprised. It's authentic and just so flavourful. I went for the spicy papaya salad and it was so spicy so good I just can't believe I found this place in Brighton. Also they got the BEST tom yum absolutely not a doubt there.

Overall, this place is quite a find and definitely the most authentic Thai food I've found in Brighton. It's taken me years to find a Thai curry that wasn't loaded with tons of added sugar. They also have khao soi and other regional dishes that I've not encountered in the UK before. The only downside is I was disappointed to find that my vegan pad kra-prow inexplicably did not have any tofu :( . Just seems odd to have all vegetables and no protein for £10. I'll definitely try some of their other food in the future though.

I see all the bad reviews of this place and they sound like a different restaurant to what I just ate. This has to have one of the best takeaways and Thai meals I’ve ever had. And I am not easily impressed. We had the Tom Kha, Pad Thai and Pad Kee-Mal and all were delicious. Perfect spice levels, loads of flavour, fresh yet rich and decadent - just how I like Thai food. Only thing I can think of is that maybe this place is too authentic for some people’s taste? Not sure, but to me it was amazing. Highly recommend.

Thought I'd try somewhere new, BIG MISTAKE!!! ORDERED king prawn pad Thai with added chicken and broccoli. Received chicken pad Thai basically as only 1 prawn in it and 1 piece of broccoli!!! JOKE!! So phoned them to tell them and was told to just eat what I received and see how I felt after. Duck spring rolls were chewy on one side and Thai crackers were chewy and stale. Will be first and last time ordering from here!! And also £3.50 for delivery even after spending £25 on food!!

Such a lovely little family run restaurant! Great food and good service. We lived for 10 years in Asia, and it's always beautiful to get authentic food like this. We had a pad Thai and the chicken rice and both were absolutely delicious! We will come back!

Great meal for 4 of us last night. It wasn't busy so the atmosphere was a bit flat but it was nice to have a conversation without shouting! The waitress and owner were/are lovely but the attentiveness could be a little better, but they left us alone to enjoy the food.

Best, most authentic Thai in Brighton. No where else does the tyres of dishes they do.

Food was 10/10 and so inexpensive (including a bottle of wine) and the staff were so lovely and tentative. Would recommend!!

First time and I thought it was great. The duck red curry was super tasty, stacked full of ingredients and plenty of duck. I lived in South East Asia for a few years and I enjoy the spices, so I asked the chef not to be shy with the chilis. It was the perfect level of spice. Friendly service and nice decor. I'll definitely go back

The owner is very friendly, polite, and kind. The food is very nice, worth to pay for everything in this restaurant. My partner and I live quite far from the restaurant around 1.30 hrs but we love to go there and we will go more and more.

Had lunch here, a very good food. Pork noodle soup was great, hot, filling and flavorful. The Thai rice with prawns is my absolute favorite here. Took a bit of time but it was worth the wait. Will be coming back again!

Not sure if I've been extra lucky or if some of the reviews here are written by rival businesses but I have had food from IM quite a few times and it's been absolutely excellent. Most recently the prawn pad Thai, veg green curry and salt & pepper squid made my mouth extremely happy. Also the guy who delivered it was super friendly!

I recently collected food from iM Thai Food Factory. I have eaten there many times over 10 years and I love their food and so was really pleased to find they were open for takeaway during lockdown. We had a 2 course meal for 3 of us and it was delicious. Sweet corn cakes were superb and green curry was amazing. Thanks guys, Delicious... (just been back for first time in ages, always delicious - thanks again!)

Had an amazing red thai curry from here the other day, lovely staff! 10/10 will be ordering from here again.

Ordered online and given a 50 minute delivery wait time, after a further 30 minutes after this was up called the restaurant and told that the driver had just left. When I asked why we weren't told about the delay was just told that "Saturdays are busy", no apologies. The food was average but barely warm. Will not order again or recommend. Poor service.

I’m not surprise this place has so many 1 stars. I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews, but the behaviour of the staff at this restaurant led me to leave this review. We called up trying to place a large order for food. The staff promptly said that they don’t accept delivery orders. We then questioned why that was the case if they are on deliveroo.. they then replied we only take deliveroo orders. We agreed to order on deliveroo and then they immediately closed their deliveroo account. Tried calling again but they blocked our number. I am not sure why they don’t want a large order for a clearly stuggling restaurant, but it’s baffling to me. I guess it’s not that big a deal, as we made other arrangements but it’s very strange that this restaurant does not want an order for over £100.

Amazing pad Thai, very authentic thai food and cheap prices 10/10

First picture: the so-called "mango salad." Can you spot the mango in this picture? Hint: it’s not the big yellow bit, that’s a pepper. I couldn’t find / see it, but I was told in no uncertain terms that it’s in there. Good to know. By the way, the second picture is of an actual mango salad I just found online. Can you spot the mango in it?

Avoid avoid avoid. One star is one too many. I never leave reviews but I feel compelled to do this time. Appalling food: not a shred of mango in my mango salad AND not a shred of decency let alone customer service. We were asked "what do you want us to do?" when we got no mango in mango salad and chicken pad thai replaced by satay chicken".... Here is my answer: How about you start doing your job and deliver the food your customer has ordered and paid for? Next how about you apologise? Finally how about you offer a solution (deliver the food ordered) and make up for the aggravation. Have had a similar experience with this restaurant way back. Thinking it was a one-off I wanted to try again. Avoid avoid avoid

DIsappointed with today's order, has been good up to now but order seafood pad thai and the squid and mussels honestly were off, smelt and tasted rotten, Disappointing.

Over priced and tasteless, avoid, avoid, avoid !! Salt and Pepper Squid, merely squid in batter, no seasoning Massaman, tasted more like a Stroganoff, no spice, nuts or flavour, reminiscent to a Birds eye boil in the bag. Sticky rice, smallest potion I’ve ever seen, outrageously price at £3.50 - seriously, how do you justify that. Thoroughly disappointing food, albeit to be fair, their Pad Thai was ok. Expensive at £55 but figured I’d give it a try, never again.

Received my order via Ubereats. The food was tasty...BUT....half of the dishes were tiny. The sticky rice at £3.50 was a pouch that didn’t even half fill the container. The curry likewise was a very small portion for the money. Very disappointed. Conclusion- a pre-meditated rip off. Avoid.

Arrived really quickly via Deliveroo, enjoyed the food and satisfied my late night curry craving.

Just had my first and last delivery. Worst Thai I've ever ordered. Ordered red thai chicken curry, there no meat just some weird soggy bread stuff, and got charged 5.50 for 4 tiny Chinese (not Thai) spring rolls

Lot of money for very little flavour. Drowing in oil/fat, could see it floating on the top of the curry dishes. 2 small potatoes in the Massaman no sign of any cashews. Beef grisly and inedible. Sweetcorn cakes tasted of nothing.Chicken Thai curry - again drowning in oil/fat. Needless to say most went in the bin - waste of money.

Spent £60 on a takeaway and was left hungry afterward. Three of the £7.50 dishes came in soggy paper bags of which contained very small soggy portions. A £13 special curry came with the meat actually tied to the top of the container!! The rice wasn’t enough for even one person - none of the containers were full to the top. Food average. £60 down and hungry. AVOID.

Majorly overpriced with tiny portions, I paid £13 for a curry that barely had enough sauce to cover the meat (which was tied to the top separately in a paper bag). £7 a time for starters that barely lined the bottom of the bottom of the soggy paper bags they came in. Very average tasting food left me feeling dissatisfied and £65 down.

Ordered a lunch delivery. Arrived quickly and tasted fresh and delicious.

Quiet evening with excellent food

Came here for lunch and it’s cash only when all the cards payments accepted are displayed on the front door. They then offered the dinner menu which you CAN pay with card when someone just paid with card for a take out?! My pork noodles came in a flat bowl, tepid and without any pork balls. The soup was sugary sweet with bits of boiled fatty bacon. It was possibly the worse noodles I’ve ever had. Won’t be coming here again.

Ordered delivery. Dry, overcooked satay, 3 tiny dumplings for over £5, undercooked rice and tasteless curry. Was hopeful of trying a new restaurant, but a waste of money

Authentic Thai food - not the cheapest, but best in the area

33 quid delivery for 3 mains and a starter. It was bland and mediocre flavour - the least thai tasting food i have had. Work on your menu, or reduce your price.
