TGI Fridays - Watford North in Watford

Came for some post-cinema food and drinks on Sunday night, Elise was very friendly cheerful and helpful despite it being late on a Sunday. She also gave some chocolate caramel cake for my mum’s birthday, when she realised the normal birthday cake had run out. The manager also came to give mocktail recommendations too. Food was pretty tasty but music level can be a little loud (as well as some other customers) but that’s the usual lively TGI Fridays atmosphere!

I've been here afew times, and it's always been amazing! I always get an appetizer and main meal. The staff are so lovely and the food is delicious! :) Happy customer

OMG Kimberly our server for the night was incredible. Made us feel so welcome and made us laugh through the night. Made sure we had everything we needed. The food was incredible, the music choice was great.

Food was great, dessert was delicious but the star was definitely Kimberly. She made our night so amazing. She was kind, friendly, had super fast service and overall we just had a great night. Thank you Kimberly!

Great night popped in for a cocktail and a little snack, didn’t have the drink I wanted but was able to make something that tasted very similar! So thank you Kia and gus! Over all a great couple of cocktails with a great atmosphere

Good food, although a bit overpriced for what it is. The birthday cake sundae was huge and my daughter loved it! Lauren was our Waitress and she looked after us really well! We ordered a couple of pints of Guinness to celebrate St Patrick’s day, but they weren’t very good - a bit watery and not very creamy. Overall it was a pretty good meal though

Lovely lunch, served by the friendly Lauren. They were able to swap out one of the items we did not like on the sharing platter. Quick service, though had to ask for more drinks.

On arrival we ended up wandering around trying to find someone to get us a table along with another couple, manager noticed us in the end after she decided to put her phone away. I’ve honestly never come across someone so disinterested in their job, got seated and served by Jemel who honestly was great, couldn’t praise him enough. When we were done I asked the female manager for our bill and it was like I’d done something terrible to her, she was mad because I’d asked her to do something. Jemel honestly was 11/10 The manager however 0/10 Left feeling a bit irritated as we spent about £90 for the 2 of us to be treated like an inconvenience by somebody who clearly hates their job.

Went here for a nice trip with my mum for mother's day, was fantastic with brilliant service from Connor. Will come again!

We had an amazing experience which was purely down to Sienna. She was accommodating and super helpful. So lovely to be served with a smile. She went above and beyond for us. My son loved his birthday treat! Hope to be back soon. Impressed by the variety of vegan and veg options.

Sienna was fantastic. She carefully listened to our dietary requirements. We could see her running up and down the restaurant to serve the tables around us. Nothing was too much trouble and she always greeted us with a warm smile. The food was fantastic but Sienna really made the experience at the restaurant exceptional. Cheyenne was brilliant , was a table of about 20 people. She was polite friendly and couldn’t have asked for better service , thanks so much.

Food is expensive for no reason, good but nothing out of the ordinary. £20 for some sesame chicken strips is an absolute robbery. The temperature in the restaurant is extremely cold, never rushed to leave a place like I did tonight, I felt like I was eating with the penguins! I don't think I'll be going back any time soon.

Agata always looks after us impeccably, it’s our favourite place to spend time together as a family whether we are eating or just drinking.

We were met with Agata (our waitress) and she gave us both a warm and friendly service. The food- excellent quality and great portion sizes! Short waiting time also..! The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. The music was good, the decor was pretty and the place was spacious. If you are looking for fairly priced and fab quality food then I highly recommend TGI Fridays Watford North, you won't be disappointed :) Thank you.

Staff 10/10, it’s a shame the prices are so expensive! £19.60 for a burger and fries, it could have at least included some side salad or coleslaw, the portion sizes are the same as the children’s meals. Unfortunately I don’t think the prices reflect the meals, sad to say I don’t think I will be coming back here anytime soon!

Firstly, I just want to say the staff are absolutely fantastic and hats off to them, they were all legends. However, I have never been in a restaurant where I've wished I bought some earplugs... the amount of loud people in there... the food was good and spaced well between meals. The pricing, however, is staggering. It's definitely not worth the price, in my opinion. Friday night is probably not the best time to go either if you want some peace and quiet. I just feel sorry for the staff really, absolute respect to them for working in that environment!

Tina was brilliant with the kids and even brought out balloons and transformed them into dogs. Great service all round

Came for a birthday dinner. Great service tonight by Tina, she is super efficient and an amazing server. We had a lovely meal. Only negative aspect was the toilet situation , they were flooded in a bad way and we had to walk through 2 inches of water to use them and it smelt of sewage.

Good atmosphere, super service but soulless food. Ordered cheese nachos it was cold and stuck we could not separate. Hot wings were not taste good too greasy, also ordered a chicken dish which was way too sweet. And the prices are not cheap at all.

Food is always lovely at TGIs. We went out for my dad’s birthday and Tina arranged for the staff to come and sing a birthday song for him. She even came out with a cake for him too. It really made our experience very special. Thank you Tina for your amazing service too. Tina regularly checked in on us and asked us if we needed more drinks/food was good. Really, really impressed. Will definitely be returning :)

Tina our Server was super attentive. Our visit this evening was to celebrate my dad’s 79th Birthday. Tina took the time to chat with my dad. Throughout the meal. Tina continued to enquire if we needed more drinks. The food came out tasty and hot. Our meal was made all the more special by Tina and her attentive attitude. Plus it’s got to be said the sesame chicken was very tasty and will be our go to for the next time we come!!

The food was amazing. Hand in hand with the amazing service by the wonderful Elise! She was fab!

Tina was really helpful with the ordering and superbly friendly. Her aura is a breath of fresh air. She gave my daughter a complimentary slice of cake for celebrating getting into the secondary school of her choice.

Came in for dinner with some friends had a fantastic experience. Waiters were very friendly and welcoming made us feel like we were dining at a friends house. Bartender made some fabulous drinks for us. Will be coming again!

Tina was very attentive ! She even gave us some fun tips as we were heading to the Warner Brother studios.

Servers had a stinking attitude, took 1.5 hours to get starters, booked a table of 10 and only had 2 small tables fit for 8. No cutlery, I ordered fajitas and the wraps and chicken came out 15 mins apart. Just a sheer all round lack of effort from all staff involved Note, toilets are below par in all categories the place stunk and the general cleanliness was disgraceful

Very disappointing!! Arrived and gave us a table that wasn’t big enough for our booking and then tried to squeeze us all on a table that wasn’t big enough! Sat waiting for 1.5 hours before we even received any food and having to go the bar to get our drinks as we were receiving no service!!

I would have given a minus star if the website had it. We came in and spoke to the hostess to be seated. Waited over 15 mins she kept on going back and forward without even acknowledging. Last after being constantly ignored by the staff and not even providing a table for us we left from there. Teach your staff what is called customer care. Attitude,no manners at all!!!!!

Visited TGI Fridays Watford North for the first time to celebrate my nephew’s third birthday. The staff were helpful, efficient and looked after our table to see if we needed anything. The staff made it extra special with a birthday cheer and dessert which was a very nice surprise. The food was delicious and a great portion size. Highly recommend!

Oh dear. Saturday night, not busy and generally poor. Bar service was good but sent to a dirty table and watched other tables taking 15+ minutes to be cleared. Menu items unavailable (onion rings, TGI seriously?), definitely not TGI as it was. If it's a franchise, drop 25% of the staff doing little and get the rest to graft!

We visited on the evening of my daughters birthday,the girl who showed us to our table was quite dismissive and service was slow as I think our waitress didn't have much help. Seemed a couple of the staff were working realy hard whilst others were hardly working. Food was good though ☺️

Burnt food. Extremely slow service followed by irritation because I "should have known" that the sweet potato fries on the menu ACTUALLY referred to the normal fries ordered. TGI has gone so far downhill in quality, service, and ambience. That was my very last visit. Never again!

Would give it one star if I could. The food came all wrong, we had to bed for cutlery and napkins, the mash smelled bad, my husband's drink order never came and when I asked the waiter she said "it's because they didn't have no glasses". No apology whatsoever! Never setting foot in a TGI again.

So we didn't get to ear in here because we took one look at the prices and nearly had a heart attack £21 for 4 chicken strips so we went across the road to harvester and had 4 plates for half the price on top of the this it is incredibly loud in there and very cold

Limited menu and very expensive for what you got. Service was slow and made to feel you're were an annoyance. The toilets were pretty grubby and the whole place needs a good spruce up.

Kimberley was probably the best server we've ever had. She was friendly and attentive, our glasses were never empty! Absolute Credit to TGIs!

Everything about this place is FANTASTIC! We ate there last night and our waiter Conor B couldn’t have been more accommodating! He was lovely, polite and just absolutely wonderful and hopefully when we come back, we’ll see him again.

Was waiting for about 30 minutes. And no one has brought me even a menu. I am coming here quite often, and to be honest, I am very disappointed in service.

Took my niece for her 18th and Tina was fantastic with her service. She is a very nice person.

Today me, my husband and my 4yo son went to the restaurant (North Watford) and had a horrible experience. 1. Waiting 5mins for someone to order drinks. 2. Waiting another 10mins for our drinks. 3. After another few minutes my husband stopped one of a lady-waitress/manager and kindly asked if we can order our food and if the kids eat free (it’s on TGI Friday website during half term time). She was rude, she said ‘yeah, yeah’. 4. Waited 45 minutes for food!!!! A burger for nearly £20, 3 chicken wings for £9… When received the bill the kids meal was included, then waitress took it back because was system error, she came back with extra few pounds on the bill. To not to pay for kids meal you have to have TGI F app on the phone (which I had) scan the barcode and some code should come up with discount but never did. Very dissapointed. Waisted time and Food wasn’t worth the money.

Service was slow! Took 20 mins just to get someones attention to get the bill. Cleanlyness was below par and food was below average.
