Worst chicken strips and fries I have ever had at TGI’s when asked where are the strips to the waitress, the reply was “ sorry that’s what come in the bag” 🙄 nuggets £20 never again

Very overpriced for very mediocre food , mac n cheese was disgusting no better than out of a can Won't be returning , avoid expresso martini not good Shame used to be a good restaurant few years ago

Great spot to grab some drinks and amazing food. The service was on point. Great music and atmosphere. The waiters were amazingly helpful with great suggestions!

Haven’t been to TGI’s for quite some time, but have to say impressed! Staff were awesome, the food was hot, delicious and plentiful! Definitely would return!

Louisa was absolutely crazy but we loved it!! She is so attentive, helpful and tries her best to tailor the experience you have. She recommended some great cocktails for us at an amazing price and is always very bubbly and cheerful. We had good interactions with the bartenders as well. The lunch menu is amazing value for money and we will definitely be back.

The food was excellent! We had three sesame chickens, the portions were big and it was really tasty. Our waitress was Kate and she was really friendly and welcoming. She was really attentive, and she went above and beyond to make our visit really nice. Thank you Kate.

Very disappointing experience at TGIs. Portion size for a £20 burger was laughable, little more than the size of a Macdonald's double cheeseburger. Rack of ribs was tiny again for £20. It felt like the portion sizes had been shrunk to offset the kids eat free concession . Kids portions were also tiny, baked beans tasted like they were old/ past their best, garlic ciabatta bread tasted stale. Even though the restraunt was virtually empty we were seated in the corner behind a pillar. Staff appeared to keep their eyes to the floor to avoid getting their attention/ being disturbed. Very disappointing for the cost paid.

The place is simply filthy. Everywhere is horrible and sticky. The furniture is old with torn chairs and tables varnish free in parts. We ended up leaving to be honest because if what you can see is that bad…what’s the kitchen like? I used to love this place…do us all a favour and get it sorted.

Mediocre night. Went mid week and it was fairly quiet. The food was nice, warm and like other TGIs we have ate in, the cocktails were ok too. The service however was ridiculously slow. We seen only one member of staff in the bar making up orders so can understand why there was such a wait but several times we were served drinks then had to wait at least 10 -15mins for others to be served in the table. The same happened with mains. We had nearly finished before my daughter had been served. There was only one young man serving who bothered to check in on us none of the females who had originally taken our orders. Wouldn't be rushing back

The handsome George served us. He created an experience for us that was truly wonderful. His charming personality came across. Throughout he made us smile and feel welcome 🤗! We will return to hopefully enjoy the same experience. Hopefully seeing George again in the process. He even appeared to appreciate our dancing 💃 to the fabulous tunes within.

Jacob behind the bar what an absolute legend, served us all night and even gave us recommendations for what drinks we should have. Minimum wage for this guy? Nah give this man the CEO

Always a great little spot to go for some good cocktails. Was served this time by the lovely Jacob who went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, an absolute credit to the company and definitely in need of a pay rise, stay slaying Jacob x

TGIs is a shadow of its former self. Menu has become very basic and expensive. Food was mixed , luke warm fries , poor quality chicken burger. Chicken main was o.k. but lettuce on side was old and not fresh. Drinks were £16 for a weak cocktail made to look value when 2 for 1 was applied. Staff and service were friendly , polite and good. Will not be going back as overpriced and riding on former glory as a place to go. Sad to see and feeling very disappointed

I haven't been to a TGIs in years. For the price - the food was ok but pretty basic. But I was so very disappointed with the 2 for 1 cocktails - I would not expect to pay £16 per cocktail anywhere in Solihull and the presentation of the cocktails was not up to scratch either. It was a shame. Meal for 2 plus a few drinks £85! Too pricey.

The sever is friendly attentive, also a good laugh. He found my dad jokes funny, they also sand happy birthday to me . Definitely recommend thank you George.

Went here today and what a let down, the prices they charge is crazy for what you get and the quality, the steak i had was cold and more grizzle than meat, oniels around the corner is far far better quality food, the server was Lovely or we would of walked out, been to many TGIS and this is by far the worst ever, the place also needs a deep clean.

Lovely food. Service was efficient and friendly. We ordered a coke thinking it would be on the bottomless but it wasn’t and the server Tom was very kind in switching our drink to the bottomless. Very tasty burgers and fair portion sizes. Only downfall was that the food took about 40 minutes and we had only ordered one course, with the restaurant not even being busy. But overall enjoyable experience and amazing service from Tom.

The worst service I have ever experienced. Over an hours wait for food, they served a member of our party with ingredients they were allergic too and when this was explained to staff they just said , well they should be ok, as they watched an anaphylactic shock take place. The manager and staff were rude and began to play rock paper scissors to see who would dare come back to our table after this. No one checked on welfare and had absolutely no care or apology for what they had done or acknowledged the incident. We were made to feel we were in the wrong and should just shut up and put up. Their complaints procedure is no better, they didn’t deem the incident to be dangerous enough to take it seriously. They offered £80 e voucher then upped it to £150, then offered to refund the bill. Still no resolution. A year down the line. This is what they think someone’s life is worth. They are disinterested and now seem to be ignoring all contact. Do not go to TGI Fridays if you have any food allergies. They can’t tell you what ingredients are in there products. Even when they say they can accommodate you, they clearly can’t. Do not put your life in there hands.
