Had a lovely birthday meal here. Served by Sharayu who was lovely and very helpful. Had 2 great cocktails and recommend the steak!

This tgi is amazing the servers are allways kind and helpful they dont look at you any differently weather your using redeems or cash the food is allways cooked beautifully the drinks are allways cold its my number 1 place to go to with friends or family

Lovely experience in TGI Fridays food was amazing and quite quick service too, waiters and waitresses were very helpful and kind, lovely to chat to aswell, would highly recommend going here for any occasion causal meal out or a party 10/10

We've been coming for last 5 or 6 years and it's been beautiful every time until now. First time we've been since the whole liquidation thing in the US, not sure If it's a coincidence but the burger Cobs were the cheapest, nastiest things you've ever seen and my girlfriend left all her cheese and bacon topped chips. They used to come with a lovely cheese sauce and plenty of bacon. They come with about 4 strands of melted cheese now and about as much bacon then loaded with chilli sauce to hide it. Would never go back

Such a hidden gem in Nottingham! Went before popping to the theatre over the road- so convenient! Service was fast but also didn’t make us feel rushed, portions were massive, such good value for money! Will definitely be returning

I had a gorgeous meal at TGI Fridays Nottingham for a friends birthday celebration. The burger that I had was absolutely delicious - could not fault it. The 2-4-1 cocktails are fab too, would recommend for any celebration as the team go that extra mile to make it special and one you will remember!

Could not recommend TGI Fridays Nottingham enough!! Their team go above and beyond with everything they do. I was out for a meal for my friends birthday and they made it so special for her. One of our friends had a nut allergy too and the way that they handled his allergy with such caution was amazing. Not only are the team great - but the food and drinks WOW! We will be back soon!

We popped into TGI Friday in Sheffield on a quiet Tuesday evening, only to be greeted by what appeared to be a soft play centre cleverly disguised as a restaurant. Several children, clearly turbocharged by fizzy drinks and unburdened by supervision, turned the place into a lively indoor sports arena. Fortunately, after about 30 minutes of free entertainment, they departed — possibly to audition for Ninja Warrior Kids. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we had the privilege of waiting over 70 minutes for our food. One can only assume it was being handcrafted by a team of monks in the Himalayas. When it did arrive, the food and service were... fine. Not bad, not great — just sort of there. The undisputed highlight of our evening was discovering a 25% off voucher. Never has a discount felt so well-earned. All in all, a memorable experience. Just maybe not for the right reasons.

Had an amazing family meal last night! It was my daughters birthday and the lovely waitresses couldn’t do more for us- and made us feel so welcome! Plus the Fajitas are to die for! Would give it 10 stars if I could!

Awful experience. My partner and I went here for our ten year anniversary (because we also went to a TGI Fridays on our very first date). And back then it was great. When we first walked in, no one came over to us for a good five minutes, then when they did their attitude was very moody, like it was a nuisance that we’d come into the restaurant (even though we’d pre booked a table). She sat us down, but it was half an hour before anyone came over to our table to even ask if we wanted a drink, even though it wasn’t even busy at this point. By this time, we were already looking at trying to book a table somewhere else. The atmosphere was horrible and we could see other people at other tables getting annoyed, and a couple of people waiting so long to pay or for someone to come over to them that they were just walking out. We finally ordered and when the food came out it was nice. However there were items missed from our order, and when I asked if we could have the missing food items, the waitress said yes and walked away, and then just never came back with them (or the ketchup that I’d asked for). We had to keep getting up to find someone to ask for a drink, and I had to search around the restaurant to find a clean fork and ketchup. We really wanted to get dessert but couldn’t bare the wait or the atmosphere so didn’t want to stay. We wouldn’t have minded if it was clearly very busy and they were run off their feet, or even if we’d had some sort of acknowledgement for the wait or the treatment. But nothing. And they were just wandering around out the back or at the bar and then disappearing for ages. Very disappointing, considering how good it’s been in the past and we always liked going as it’s ’our place’. Hopefully it was a one off, but we definitely won’t be going back for a while.

Waited 20 min for drinks, food came and chicken burger was black, mac and cheese very bland, sesame chicken dry and tough couldn't cut it with knife and folk. Staff sat eating congregated around a table had to wait to be seated

The food was made carefully. The ambience was amazing. Service was exceptional. I would love to leave a good name for Sharayu. She was very patient and attentive while explaining the menu and taking down our orders. The experience of the whole evening got better with her finding time to check on us while being so busy. We ordered the chocolate fudge fixation as Sharayu suggested and it was so delicious. I would highly recommend TGI and a big thank you to Sharayu.

I had a wonderful dining experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Sharayu. From the moment we were seated,she offered helpful recommendations, and ensured everything arrived promptly and just as we asked. The food was delicious—beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavor. She checked on us at the right times, made sure our glasses were never empty, and always had a friendly smile. Overall, it was a five-star experience, and Sharayu’s service made it even more memorable. Highly recommend both the food and the team here!

The food was pretty nice and Tam R was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I couldnt complain about anything on this visit.

Lewis did an amazing job of serving us, the drinks were out of this world, great energy and an enjoyable experience.

We had the American Ultimate Mixed Grill which was good. The beef rib was excellent 👌🏾should I point out. The nachos were also great! Only bummer, it was a Friday evening around 6 and there was no music. You atleast expect this on a Friday at TGIF. So the atmosphere could have been a bit better. 2.5hours later we could hear a bit of music, at this point we were packing up.

Had a very disappointing experience. The burger I ordered had a burnt patty with a strong burnt taste. When I raised it with the crew, they said it was "normal." After eating part of it, the taste was still bad, and on checking, the patty was clearly burnt. The chef refused to do anything because it was half eaten. My wife and I were genuinely worried about the food quality and our health after eating it. Very poor service and standards.

Myself and a couple of friends came here today, and unfortunately I don’t think the food is worth the price. The chips and onion rings were lovely, aswell as any of the sides we have but the steak was dry, and the burger my friend had ordered was not appealing to look at which made him not want to eat it. However, the waitress we had was amazing. Super lovely and couldn’t fault her one bit, waitress deserved a raise! Overall, nice atmosphere and lovely service, just not great food unfortunately!

My wife and I had the bottomless menu and it was worth it. She had the bottomless sesame strips while I had the bottomless wings. The ses comes in one flavour but the wings has 4 variations. What really made our night special was Henry’s service. He is the kindest and most accommodating waiter we’ve come across at TGI. Shariyu also did really well in making sure we were okay. 5 stars overall!

Came with friends for food and drink Saturday night, was met by Henry at the door with such a great personality, so refreshing and friendly. The food was amazing sesame chicken never fails to impress and the classic glaze ribs amazing. Food came out looking amazing and super fast. Will definitely be returning with more friends!!!

Ordered a cheese burger and chips..with sides. The burger was very under cooked and raw. Picture attached..Not happy and will not return again!! * Update so I contacted like I was asked 3 weeks ago and I've heard nothing since. Think I only got a reply on here so they can be seen as trying to rectify but nothing!!!!!

Go somewhere else is the best I can do way overpriced burgers 2 × 2oz burgers a chips £20 on a cold bun with no flavour. Apart from Asian waitress the rest of the staff tend to ignore you as if its to much trouble and your an inconvenience. My advice go to McDonald's taster burgers at a quarter the price.

Been here three times now, staff are always super attentive, food is incredible! Try the chicken strips, we get them every time! If you book similar cocktails as your friends on the bottomless, you'll get them quicker, drink quicker and get more 😈😏 this time we were here for a friend's birthday and Lilly and Lewis were AMAZING! Lily made sure we were well looked after the whole time and Lewis was an absolute legend with how quick he got drinks out! TGIs should be indebted to your service, folks! Perfection! 🤩 Thank you!
