TGI Fridays - Milton Keynes Theatre in Milton Keynes

Probably the worst TGI Fridays Iv ever visited. Cutlery missing then just bunged in the middle, waited ages to even place our order or get a drink had to keep stopping stag as they passed and asking. House slaw was off these people charge £25 for a basic burger and fries and can’t even get the service good. Table next door also complained. I think TGI Fridays are need to seriously look at their prices in comparison to their food and drink and service. Even the coke tasted flat no lemon or like just rubbish needs completely looking at.

Sophie was a brilliant attentive waitress, she was polite and had good banter especially on Christmas eve when I’m sure she would rather be at home with her family. Well thanks for coming to work and serving us Sophie 😄🎄 Food wise, we were disappointed to see the removal of the time square big share although where reccomend the wall to wall chicken which unfortunately didn’t suit us since we used to like the variety. Everything else spot on 👍

Went to TGI for my sister in laws birthday, very busy but staff managed it well. Our waiter Leslie was brilliant and attentive. They bought out the cake and sang a song which was fantastic! Thanks TGI’s!

To be honest first time been to tgi for a whole and was a pre theatre visit, and very disappointed in all honesty. Kids fajitas - chicken strips very dry, wrap is already made up and placed on plate, didn't look very appetising. Adult short rib fajitas, difficult to construct really as rib comes out on the bone, loads of onions on the skillet that didn't look that great, cheese quite rubbery, and overall just cheap looking meal that doesnt include any sides. Rib tasted pretty good, but a lot of fat and gristle on them. They ran out of ketchup. At £50 for 2 adult fajitas and a total bill of nigh on £70 for 2 adults and one child for just mains and soft drinks, I won't be revisiting in a hurry.

Came in today and was served by the lovely and amazing Kathleen had a big smile on her face and made it an experience forever to remember Give that a girl a payrise

What an amazing nibble pre theatre. The team here were so welcoming and kind. My daughter has autism and the young lady looking after us couldn’t do enough to make her comfortable! Would highly recommend visiting this TGI Fridays if you’re in the area!

Attended for bottomless wings and a few drinks, got the opportunity to taste thier new winter selection of experimental drinks for free & had a lovely time. TGI’s is always a win 😍

Come in for food with the family last minute and was made to feel nothing but special from start to finish, from our first greeting at the door to the bar service delivered to us by Rahat and Liam, to the fantastic service we received at the table from our server Paige and mannie and manager garrah, couldn’t recommend enough, great service great food and drink and very friendly service, we will be back soon.

First time at tgis. Such a friendly atmosphere, it wasnt too busy which was ideal because our waitress Kath was so attentive and she kept us in good spirits till we left. Being served by a waitress who clearly enjoys their job makes all the difference. Great food too :)

Haven’t been in 3yrs but it felt like I’d never left. Customer service was TOP TIER and Cath especially made us feel welcome and accommodated. Very patient with our orders and great banter on top. This TGi’s is never a let down.

Stopped for an impromptu meal, we all enjoyed our meal and our waitress Regaan was very attentive and friendly.

I come a few times with my partner and kids, I came in on Saturday just gone and although it was shambles and you can tell team was run off their feet and it was extremely busy with multiple tables around us complaining. Today really did make up for it. Taig and her manager, Kath I think, treated us really well. They were extremely friendly and when I mentioned to Kath about Saturday she apologised and offered the children free icecream and bought over balloon dogs for them. I can not fault this place and the team, although a tad expensive, our children love it there and so do we. Always welcomed as well. See you again soon TGI Fridays.

We visited TGI's for lunch before our trip to the theatre and had great service. We were served by Leslie, he was very efficient and helpful when it came to choices. What a credit to resturant! Thank you

Absolutely abysmal effort of a restaurant! I’ll try and keep this as short as possible but in summary: After waiting an hour for our food to come out (this was after chasing a few times) I think some of our order was served to another table so we was told my child’s meal would take another 5-10 minutes. My food was not what I ordered so I had to make do as we were running out of time because we had theatre tickets booked. My wife’s chicken burger meat was stone cold like it hadn’t been cooked fully (possibly still partly frozen as I assume they don’t use fresh food) so she couldn’t eat it. My childs meal came out and the bun was still frozen inside. Again not edible. We ordered second drinks that never turned up (not offered complimentary because of the delay either) Never offered any condiments. Finally the manager Courtney came over and said she would fix this and this is where the kick in the teeth came. She took the meals off the bill (charged for all drinks) but because we had eaten some of the chips between the 3 of us (as it was the only thing edible) she had the audacity to charge us for 2 sides of chips as well! I explained that we will have to go to our show now hungry and this has ruined the family meal out and we won’t get to eat now till 10pm at night, She couldn’t care less. Despite me suggesting that I can’t believe she is still going to charge considering they have ruined the start of our night, her attitude was simply “well you have eaten the chips so you should pay for them” !! I’ve never experienced such bad service before. It was chaotic in there. They have no systems in place because the tables in front and behind us you could hear also had problems. I was chatting to someone else from another table and they told me it’s like that a lot in there. They must employ young staff with no experience or training nor do they have any systems in place as they were run off their feet and everything seemed to be going wrong. These poor people must have to put up with constant customer disappointment and anger.

30 minute wait for a table, which is fine for a Saturday, so we were encouraged to have a drink at the bar...which we did. 35 minutes later we're given seats (with less than convincing interest), a few minutes later a waitress arrives to take our order and tells us there is a 40 minute wait for food....... I mean FFS, why wasn't that said to us half an hour earlier? Crap place, crap service, no wonder they went bust!

Lovely place to eat. The chips are genuinely some of the best chips I’ve had when out, perfect crisp chips. The burgers are lovely too, they are very heavy too, super filling. Loved the service, Kathleen was so welcoming and lovely. She was the best. The only thing lacking in this place was the chicken strips. For some reason they tasted burnt although they weren’t. The actual chicken was cooked perfectly though.

We just popped in for something small and a few drinks before a trip to the theatre and had a great experience. Our server was called Georgie and made our visit even more enjoyable. She was positive and polite and always had a smile on her face when she came to our table. She even recommended some good drinks to try. We would definitely return especially if all the servers are like Georgie.

Had a family meal recently.. food was great there was a slight mix up with drinks but was quickly rectified. All the staff were friendly and welcoming from the time we entered until we left. Children were entertained and happy which is always a result. Would highly recommend a trip

Sophie E has served my mum, brother and i on multiple occasions now and every time truly goes above and beyond. the loveliest girl and is always really genuine. couldn’t fault the service but did have undercooked bacon on my burger that is advertised as ‘crispy bacon’. sesame chicken is always amazing though x

Came to TGI before the Theatre for my Nephew and Nieces birthday, Courtney was absolutely amazing in ensuring the children had the best time'. They all got special balloon hats and balloon pumpkins and then at the end the birthday children gor special cake! Thankyou so much;

Not enough room to sit at some of the tables comfortably. We had to be moved tables as was so tight. Cocktails were awful and overpriced, even as a 2 for 1 offer. Food was ok. Service was slow.
