Came here for my birthday and our waitress Paige made it so special the atmosphere was great the cocktails were incredible, 10/10 experience.

We joined for a pre-theatre dinner, Paige was fantastic and couldn't do enough to acomodate us. Would highly recommend visiting before the theatre. Fast service with a smile and a friendly touch!

Came in a few nights ago to celebrate a birthday and we had the best time! Our server Georgie Milton (apologies if spelt wrong) made the entire experience truly outstanding. From the moment we were greeted, Georgie was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. What really stood out was the attention to detail—our drinks were always refilled promptly, and any special requests we had were handled with care and precision. Georgie even remembered small details like my preference for lemon with water, which added a personal touch that made us feel truly valued. Overall, Georgie was polite, professional, and personable, making our dining experience memorable from start to finish. If you’re dining at TGI’s, I highly recommend asking for Georgie if possible —you won’t be disappointed!

Came here today as going to theatre,walked in restaurant not very busy,seated in booth ,4 of us,ignored, no menus given after 10 mins we got up and walked out,shocking seemed to be only 1 lady working!

Not enough room to sit at some of the tables comfortably. We had to be moved tables as was so tight. Cocktails were awful and overpriced, even as a 2 for 1 offer. Food was ok. Service was slow.

Food was a tad more expensive than I recall but still tasted great. Pleasant server, Leslie H, who had a bit of banter which is always welcome.

Small issue with food which was quickly resolved and rectified by Leslie. Offered free dessert and fresh food quickly made for me 😌

Had excellent service throughout our meal from Leslie Hobbs, he couldn’t have been more helpful and polite. He dealt with my queries professionally and with a fantastic persons. Thanks Leslie (you are a star 🌟)

We are from the Macintyre Centre and brought 2 students with us. We were served by Courtney L. Courtney was brilliant in every way. The students asking her questions and talking to Courtney. Courtney was very endearing and polite to them and made us all feel so comfortable. We would choose TGI again if you have staff just like Courtney. 10/10 from us. She was amazing.

We attended here as a group of 26 to celebrate my nephew's 21st birthday last night last minute having been let down massively by Midsummer Tap opposite. The staff couldn't have done anymore for us! They were polite, attentive and very professional. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were lovely 😋 and the atmosphere was calm & relaxed! The food came out quickly with no issues at all! Considering how many people they had to serve & how fussy a few people can be, the staff endeavoured to make sure everyone was happy & had smiles on their faces the whole time! Highly recommend this restaurant for families! 5* plus! Thank you 😊

Wow, I was so blessed with the guy who saved us called Emmanuel Great service and I will be coming back next time I’ve never seen anyone who serves like Emmanuel so kind so humble just a blessing I will be coming back

Possibly the worst steak I have ever ordered. £30 for half meat, half fat! Definitely not worth the money when you can get a quality piece of meat from a local butcher, Miller and Carter or even Lidl for that matter. Had to ask for drinks and food as the staff seemed occupied waiting on other tables who arrived after ourselves. Atmosphere only made better due to dining with friends. If you're after a better meal, head to my house because I can't cook either, but value for money is guaranteed.

Didnt get carrot or apple with kids meal

Decent food not massive portion and very expensive for basic food. Staff were very attentive (Courtney did us proud🙂). We had to cancel desert as we couldn’t get it within 30mins from ordering and had to go to the theatre. 20% discount for theatre goers was good.

Always loved tgi's in MK. The smash burgers are so good and the chicken strips are very addictive.. Courtney was a great waitress, kept the drinks coming and was good fun.. will keep coming back for the food and service.

The service from the host and our waitress SophiE was amazing. She was very attentive and communicated all wait times. The frozen cocktails and food was actually really really bad with lint in our chicken, the potato skin where potato wedges and there was hair on our utensils. Once again SOPHIE was amazing and deserves the world.

Received excellent service from a female lightskin server starting with Q, I keep forgetting her name but she was brilliant and very friendly making me feel at ease and open to request any help from her. :)

It was my first time in Milton Keynes and went to have dinner here. We were greeted by the staff and because we didn’t have a booking, she said it would be around 15-20 mins wait for table. Not enough staff cleaning/ preparing tables and so we waited around for a while. When we did get a table, it took even longer to receive the food. We had to follow up and can only suspect not enough kitchen staff/ busy theatre period. However we were served by a very friendly waitress Sophie who showed good knowledge of the rewards app when we queried about this and also kept us updated about our food order. Being served by Sophie was the main positive point of our visit as we could tell she did try her best to help us and was working very hard. Just perhaps lacking quantity of staff at the restaurant.

What an amazing nibble pre theatre. The team here were so welcoming and kind. My daughter has autism and the young lady looking after us couldn’t do enough to make her comfortable! Would highly recommend visiting this TGI Fridays if you’re in the area!

Arrived with the gf at 7:45pm, closing time is 10, was sat in a small table next to a family of at least 14 with plenty of very loud kids, asked for a quieter place, plenty of tables free, was told no as they only have one server, and when I said I can’t otherwise as I will get a headache, was told they will check and never got back to me, only attitude. Very uncomfortable experience, if closing time is 8 then advertise it as such. There were plenty of servers around and only around 3 tables of people, the big family, two guys next to them, and a couple in the section we wanted to sit 2 metres from the other one. Ridiculous experience. Hope management takes action.

I’ve always found the food is good, it’s as you expect it to be. Service has always been poor, lacking in enthusiasm for customers; have always felt we were an inconvenience. That is until Georgie M walked up to our table tonight. Watching her deal with all her customers was a lesson in how service should be, she was proactive, efficient and most of all enthusiastic. Thank you!

Been here couple of times and Friday’s chicken burgers never disappoint! Service is quick and stuff very friendly, always there to help. Yesterday tried also fudge brownie and cheesecake - both delicious to that point, that forgot to take pictures as they arrived 😅 but really worth trying guys! Definitely recommend! 😌

Started off by waiting for 15minutes to get seated Everyone seemed grumpy that was serving, food was warm even though it took 45 mins after we ordered Was a birthday celebration watched everyone else have birthdays celebrated but as we booked so late they clearly couldn’t be bothered , didn’t really feel like one felt rushed and won’t be returning

Such a poor visit at TGI today. Arrived late afternoon to be seated promptly. Restaurant wasn’t busy, around 4/5 other tables taken. Took 25 minutes before anyone came back to ask if we were ready. In between that time we overheard 2 tables receiving the incorrect order. Eventually we ordered food and drinks at the same time. All arrived about 15 minutes but had to wait another 5 for sauces. Asked for a refill drink and the waitress tried to deliver it to another table. After finishing our food we asked for the bill, the girl said she would go grab the card machine. Another girl came out the back and went to the table behind us to try and take their money for our bill. She did apologise but the whole event was a shambles.

Paige and Quiana looked after us, they were both amazing and made the experience so special. Thanks guys!

The best milkshake! ☺️ We had very nice service from Luke and Leslie! It’s a shame the espresso machine is broken because the espresso martini is one of my favourite cocktails. But this is not the individual restaurants fault.

Came in on a Wednesday afternoon and was seen by Leslie and Luke. Leslie was very profesional and funny who created a fantastic atmosphere. Once I ordered my espresso martinis, I was told the coffee machine was broken and this was not an option. I was then suggested a Long Island once talking with Luke and Leslie. It was fantastic and a very tasty version - one of the best in MK. I also used to be a cocktail bartender and was blown away by this interpretation of a LIIT. I was even upsold some “Fridays Sesame Chiken Strips” which were amazing! 🤩 Thanks again Luke and Leslie!

Sat down for 30 minutes and not one worker came and took our order.. despite multiple servers walking past the table. (It was clear we were ready to order) so long story short.. we spent £23 pound for a couple of drinks. Terrible.

Firstly, the restaurant was empty and they chose to sit is right next to the toilets. It took a while for them to come take our drinks, and even longer for them to be made. We waited 20 minutes for our first round. The food was okay, my friends enjoyed theirs although mine was slighly cold. Waited a while for the food too. Then the icing on the cake, my cocktail had SHATTERED GLASS inside it. I drank from it and instantly realised in my throat and in my mouth was glass, my friend found glass in hers luckily before she drank it. The staff looked and agreed it was glass and got is fresh drinks, but myself and everyone else i was with was too scared to drink their drinks. At first, all they did was take off the two drinks which had the glass, but then they took off everyones drinks which i still dont think was good enough, i couldve ended up way worse than i did. Don’t go here.

Generally really good, the steak was not hot but tasted really nice. Service was brilliant!

Edible but disappointing, only 4 mozzarella sticks for £9.50 is a bit steep, the baked potato skins have gone downhill since our last visit many years ago - not much topping and not crispy. Chicken burger was soggy, and the fully loaded fries were drowned in sauce with minimal topping. Lots of staff for little customers but had to flag them down for every single interaction (ordering drinks/ordering food/refill/bill.

What an absolutely awful place the theatre district Friday is now… They knew it was a birthday celebration, but apart from a few balloons on the table, nobody said happy birthday! The food came out, and my sweet potato fries were cremated and no slaw on the plate, I asked for some slaw & complain about the fries, The waiter agreed that they were bad and said they would replace them, however, they didn’t arrive until I asked for them again after I’d finished my meal!!!! Was also charged £15 for a 2 4 1 Long island tea cocktail??? Really, £15 each?? Nobody came & asked if everything was ok, did we want anything? Or again, mention the birthday celebration, wasn’t until my daughter came on shift that they sang happy birthday & put the cake to go in the doggy box instead of the nice red & white birthday box! I’ve been going to Fridays since it opened and always had a wonderful experience there, but it’s an absolute nightmare of a place with no atmosphere or good customer interaction! NEVER AGAIN will I go there! It’s an absolute disaster!!!!! Ruined my birthday surprise & the day!!!! 😡
