We did a bottomless a the waiter/bar man Liam was great ! He got us trying different cocktails and we had a great laugh

Came here with my girlfriend, and it was amazing! Our waiter Simon was phenomenal, so helpful and friendly. The service was quick, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was great. The food was warm and tasty. Simon made sure we were having a good time and everything was okay. Overall 10/10 experience.

Sophie was amazing though service form everyone was slow at the start. Otherwise give Sophie a raise!!! Super sweet and very attentive.

My friend and I went for lunch & were given a booth. Being tall & well built, I could just get in the seat as the table space was so small. That wasn’t the worst bit though; it was the very poor service we had. We ordered drinks & 10 minutes later we had to tell another waitress that we still hadn’t got them. It took about 30 minutes for our main courses to arrive at the table & I was about to chase that up when we finally got our food! When we settled the bill, despite my complaint about very slow service, they did nothing to compensate for that. They could have offered a small discount. They seriously need more staff and also an understanding that when customers are upset, some form of compensation would be most appreciated! We won’t be back.

Our group all agreed that they need more staff there to serve the customers! What a long wait for both drinks and meals!

Me and my partner visited today for a few appertizers and the 2 for 1 cocktails which were amazing! We were served by the lovely Courtney, she was very polite and couldn’t do enough for us. It’s nice to go out and have conversation with the staff and Courtney was very friendly, definitely recommend.

Went yesterday for dinner, 4 adults and 4 kids. Wasn't overly busy, entered approx 4.30pm and no one at front desk waited few mins until someone came. Got seated, and eventually someone came over to take drinks order. Got our drinks and then eventually someone came over to take food order. Food took too long to come out, we gave the staff about 30 mins before asking someone how long for food to come out. Eventually food came out and the food wasn't the problem it was the service. After dinner we thought maybe have some dessert so we asked for some menus and then it took ages for someone to come back over to take our order so we decided not to order and get elsewhere.

Sophie E was our waitress and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. We got the bottomless strips, wings and refill drinks. Sophie recommended the hot sauce boneless strips which were incredible! Everything was hot, fresh and came quickly. She kept checking on us and nothing was a hassle for Sophie despite us being picky and constantly asking for different things. We got super full off our food and the dishes kept coming one after another. The value and service were absolutely amazing. Thank you Sophie!

Was seriously let down by our experience here, I usually love the food and experience here but our experience was not good. We received our starters without napkins or cutlery. (I had to look around for staff members to get me some but eventually got my own from the host stand) Our plates weren't cleared even when they brought over the mains. I usually don't write complaints but this was a big let down.

Haven’t been to TGI’s for awhile but I must say we had the best experience last night from the moment we walked through the door. The lady who opened the door I believe was Stephanie was so welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful as my son is really fussy and she did an excellent job of helping us find options for him. She went out of her way to even change dishes slightly so that he was happy. Great service and the food was hot and delicious. We will be back soon!

Sat there for 30 mins till I waved over a waitress and asked for a drink. Then took our order. 2 tables got up and left before ordering. 1 table did a runner without paying. Had to chase up my drink. Food arrived after another long wait . not much to write home about. Cuttlery was thrown on the table . Service was super slow. I’d say go somewhere else for your food to be treated better.

I'm so so confused by all of the recent positive reviews about the 'atmosphere' and service. We went for a meal on Friday evening at around 7, and the first thing we noticed that out of around 40 tables, 14 (yes I counted) were dirty, had glasses and plates left on them. When we left, another count took this up to 18 (none had been cleared since we were I there for 75 mins). The service was non-existent. Considering there were 3 waitresses and around 10-15 tables, we barely saw them. They took our order, and that is all we saw of them. The restaraunt had no staff the majority of the time we were there, and we had to approach the bar to pay as we were left alone for our whole visit. The one bar man had to go look for waitress in the back, and was another 5 minutes before one appeared to allow us to pay. What could have been so pressing that they couldn't serve us, or clear the 18 dirty tables? The food prices are also now ridiculous, £21 for chicken pieces and chips, and £8.75 for microwaved fudge cake? This will sadly be our last visit which is a shame as we have loved it over the years.

Ate here yesterday evening whilst visiting family. Pleasant atmosphere and the food was satisfactory. I had the sesame chicken which came hot and quickly. The service was great and Lucy (Or Lindsey?! - sorry) was very attentive and polite.
