T.G.I. Friday's - Liverpool One in Liverpool

We have 3 children, and they put us all on a hight un appropriate table for small kids all the kids fell and hurt them selfs asked to be moved and they said no won't be coming back

We visited on Sunday evening for a meal with friends. The sharing starter was very nice, same couldn't be said for the main. I had rib eye which I asked for rare and it came over cooked and just tasted burnt. I think they must have burnt something in the grill and then out the steak on hence the burnt taste. They had hardly any draught drinks avalible. Service was good but wouldn't rush back.

Great food, great service. Also gave us some extra jack Daniels sauce 😋 Charlotte took care of us throughout our experience there.

Charlotte was amazing tonight, it was near close and she had been on a long shift but still managed to make us all laugh. She made sure my friend with allergies was well cared for and overall made our experience the best at TGI Fridays to date!!! x

I have been to TGIs many times an always loved it here! Today however I was greeted by a host called George who was very rude an had a really bad attitude! We was waiting for a table outside we had a pram which he made us aware was going to be a problem so we chose a different table where we could put the pram out of the way and asked another waitress if it was okay she said it was fine , he then came over to that table saying “listen you don’t just come over an decide where you want to sit alright! we’ve got to wipe the table” huffing and puffing. We understand about cleaning the table but the way he said it was so rude there’s ways of speaking to people an we come out for a nice meal an was greeted with little to no manners. Our waitress however was lovely an made us feel very welcome!

Charlotte was an amazing waitress very helpful and lovely manors only negative was tables and seats where a little sticky must be from cleaning solution.

Last night me and my family went to TGI Fridays on my recommendation. All of us really enjoyed our meals and were well looked after by our waiter Peter, nothing seemed too much for him and he made us feel really welcome. I’ve never really had a bad meal from TGI Fridays but tonight it topped the others I had a Steak/Rib grill with shrimp and it was beautiful everything was cooked perfectly. We were also greeted with a free Father’s Day beer which was a nice touch to a lovely evening.

Great atmosphere and nice food, perfect for a meal out. We were served by Peter G who is by far the best waitor as he is full of energy and happy to help. Overall Peter made it a 10/10

We went for dinner and it was so easy and quick for our food and drinks, our waiter was Charlott and she was very friendly and kept refilling our drinks quickly, very positive experience during this pandemic.

Great location with a nice view over Liverpool One terrace! Lovely selection of food-6 meals and all came quickly and tasty! Cocktails were an amazing size and full of flavour. Started a hen weekend here and recieved a round of free shots as a celebration which was appreciated! No complaints-lovepy food and service, thank you!

So after my Dad recently pasting away from covid, myself, sister and 2 daughters went for a shopping day to cheer us up. We decided on TGI Fridays at Liverpool One for lunch. Ordered 4 meals and 3 drinks costing £77. There was only the option of Diet Coke or coke on the menu which you had to scan a code for. It took well over 1 hour to get my 10 year old daughter a cup of tap water! Our food arrived after 25 mins.... well, half of it. No chips, sides, dips came which were paid for on the app! After 1 hour and several complaints to numerous staff and management, my daughters meal which we paid £13.50 for arrived. This was 3 chicken goujons in a take away box.... no sides, salad.... 3 goujons! My daughter ate her ‘snack’ alone as we had already eaten ours. After yet again another complaint, we waited 20 mins only to be given a box of 3 more goujons for her to ‘nibble on while we shopped’. Discussing! Almost £80 for for take away food in cardboard boxes. Terrible service and unfriendly staff. We have been offered back £13.50..... absolute insult!

Had a lovely meal with my friend, service was good as always. Food came really fast and was delicious. Ur waiter Callum was extremely lovely made us feel welcome will definitely be coming again!

Visited bank holiday Sunday and sat in the takeout outside area, what a fab idea for extra seating! The staff were very accomodating, very covid secure & the ease of ordering on the app was great 👍🏻

Overpriced, poor service but nice enough food.We stopped here for an early lunch, great to see that there's a big outside space available, staff explained that you needed to order on the app and food would come out in takeaway bags. That's fair enough, we're COVID-aware and wanted to stay in a ventilated outside space. We like what they've done there, that's a plus point to be fair.But sweet, holy deep-fried comestibles! I don't know if it's the LiverpoolONE location or a national policy but the prices were a good 30% above what the food/venue/service was worth. It was tasty enough though.But our order came out, minus one person's food and without any of the drinks and the side dishes.We had to chase those up and had to wait for those to be produced, during which time we had to eat what we had otherwise it would go cold.That meant we then had sides as a course of their own rather than as actual SIDE dishes! No hint of an apology from the 3 waiting staff servicing that area but then again, there was one other table in so perhaps they were feeling the pressure...<sarcasm>.Long wait for any drinks refills and the Oreo milkshake was just 3/4 cup of grey sludge, none of the toppings that are shown online - much to the disappointment of my daughter who ended up leaving half of it as it was so bad.Part of the child's meal that came out was stone cold. A pot of baked beans that she didn't want anyway so no harm, but c'mon - attention to detail? What attention to detail? How hard is it to ensure that the food leaving the kitchen is actually hot?Needs more experienced team leading of outside staff & a kick up the backside for the kitchen management.I used to use TGIFs quite often in my road warrior days, but this was a poor effort!

Me and my partner book for ZIZZIs next door, we had a bad experience and went into TGI Fridays on the off chance they had a table, it was a Saturday night on a bank holiday weekend, so we didn’t even wait for a table, very lovely service and friendly staff! Food was lovely and the lady who served us was so very friendly and attentive it was lovely service after receiving rubbish service in zizzis, Couldn’t of failed a thing, prefect as always ☺️

I went here today nice to sit outside we were seated after people squeezing in the crowd and not being told off we got sated in the far corner near family we refused and asked to be seated somewhere better which happened once we figured out how to use the app we ordered a coke and a milkshake to see if it was the right restaurant for us IT WASNT, as the waiter had all the coke, was standing waiting while the waiter went back and forward with one thing at a time my coke was 100% flat and the milkshake WAS NOT cold it was room temp so spending £8 on 2 drinks to get this service is shocking this was my birthday too so I wanted something good but when I realised this was a posh version of mc Donalds when they give the food in a bag we just left its not a good impression to have young people hanging about if I forgot to mention it took 35mins for a cup of coke to be delivered to me

It’s my first time in TGI fridays and I decided to have a burger, I HATE burgers but this burger took me to a different universe, the service was a 10/10, out waiter was the nicest girl i’ve ever met and really made my week, would recommend this 100 times and MORE. GODDAMN (i finished my meal so quick i forgot to take a picture)

First meal out in over a year with my wife , both really enjoyed our meals and the staff where all nice , restaurant was really busy but seemed well prepared.

Me and my friend have come today for lunch and were greeted with the most amazing waitress Annabel, she was so attentive and I have never in my life received such amazing service. She made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond by filling our drinks up and clearing the table without even having to ask, she was also always in sight if we needed anything and just had a lovely positive attitude. She absolutely made our day and we hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Upon telling her we thought she was the best waitress we had ever had her reply was “I just absolutely love my job” which was so lovely to hear. TGI’s is very lucky to have her on board xxx

First trip into town since easement on lockdown and as we had 2 children, my daughter suggested TGI's. If you like a burger or fried chicken I suppose this place fits the bill, I decided on the salmon and at £17 it is possibly the worst value for money I have ever paid. The small. thin salmon filet was stuck to the bottom of the take-away carton, half a raw pak choi and what looked like a spoonful of Batchelors rice. Just awful and disgraceful over pricing. Never again.

Before the 3rd national lockdown descended my twin brother Stephen and I had a day out visiting some of the great pubs and bars our city has to offer,we visited TGI Fridays Liverpool One as we were wandering around this part of town. This is a really good looking TGI Fridays, a modern interior, an industrial style decorative scheme, great decor and furnishings including a superb eye catching serving bar and plenty of seating options spread throughout this TGI Fridays both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling shopping area. We were here on a Wednesday afternoon, greeted warmly by a very pleasant member of the staff, we gave our details of name and phone number to assist with the governments track and trace system and then sanitised our hands, we were allocated a table, after a study of their menu we ordered a beer each and for our meal ( substantial meal ) we ordered a beef burger with chips, beers were served iced cold and sparkling and after a short wait our burger meals arrived and what a treat. My burger was superb,a big burger beautifully seasoned, a very generous spicy topping served between two fresh tasty buns the chips were also fantastic and coupled with our delicious beers made for a wonderful dining experience in a cool TGI Fridays. We really enjoyed our burger and beers in here ,as on all other visits to this particular TGI Fridays we had a great time.This TGI Fridays is easy to locate along Paradise Street in the Liverpool One shopping area looking out over to Chavasse Park. Opening hours are;Monday to Sunday, Open from Midday but with the 3rd national lockdown closed like all other pubs,bars and restaurants throughout the UK till at least mid February. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

WOW!!! Me and my partner visited the restaurant last night and it was the best waitress experience we have ever had. Upon arrival I asked our waitress if there was any chance we could have a window seat instead of the table we had been given, she sorted this for us straight away! :) Annabell was so lovely and chatty and even sorted everything out when our food order came out late because of a printer issue. Such a credit to your team! THANKYOU ANNABELL we will definitely be back soon!!!

Went last night for my girlfriend’s birthday and our server Annabelle was fantastic. Very friendly and energetic throughout our meal, and to top it off gave us complimentary shots to celebrate her birthday (as well as cake!) she’s an absolute asset to the team. This was quite possibly the best Friday’s experience I’ve had!

Felt very covid safe, food came vety fast and was tasty. Caitlyn who served us was friendly and attentive, a credit to the work place.

Had the most lovely waitress serve us her name was Annabelle and she had the pink and green hair she was so polite and helpful and looked after us really well she was chatty and polite and honestly just made the whole experience more enjoyable after being out the night before so we were quite rough and she even gave my boyfriend birthday cake to take home with us after we told her about his birthday the night before 10/10 service and the food was nice too

Walked in tonight and got seated straight away. Our waitress (I hope this is right) Georgina was amazing !!! She honestly couldn’t have did any more for us. So welcoming, friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much. Food came out nice and quick and was amazing. All round great experience and will 100% be back!

As soon as we arrived all the staff were lovely :) but our server for the evening was Anna and she was outstanding - she really impressed me when she knew the menu and when my friend was asking about the sauce for the steak, nothing was ever a bother for her, we were able to have a laugh with her and made us feel at ease especially with everything going on atm! So thank you Anna for making our TGI experience perfect and the food was amazing, no complaints from either one of us

I came for a quick lunch with a friend. I ordered the Louisiana Hot Mess chicken burger and it was delicious and spicy. I would recommend the loaded fries with it too. Annie who was our server was on top form! She was very welcoming and had our drinks ready within seconds of asking. 10 out of 10 :)

We had a family meal booked in last Thursday for our daughters 10th birthday. Trying to mark special occasions at the moment is a challenge but our waitress Annabelle made our entire visit really special from start to finish and made both my daughter and son feel very spoilt. We nipped in here for a quick lunch before our train home. I would recommend to anyone to large up your cocktail it was massive. We both had burgers and it was nice but I have much better at other places, I was quite disappointed and will not be returning.

Me and my boyfriend always have the worst experience at restaurants, whether it’s the service or the food, and our server today, Annabelle, has exceeded expectations and made our day so much brighter. She was so helpful, talkative and friendly, so great at service despite having other tables and attentive. Visited here to celebrate our daughter's 16th birthday.We had pre-booked a table,due to current covid restrictions. Upon arrival, we waited in a queue to enter. The people ahead of us turned up just hoping to be seated, there was no separate line or acts for those who pre-booked.Once inside we were shown to our table. All very clean, access was clear, all patrons were socially distanced. Viewing the menu was done online by scanning a QR code.Food and drinks ordered, the wait was short before they arrived. The food was excellent, very well prepared and tasted great. Just as desserts arrived, they kindly also bought a piece of birthday cake for our daughter. Overall a great meal out. We have no complaints. And a special mention to our server Lucy W, who was amazing. She was friendly, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Lucy is a credit to the restaurant.

We had a super family meal here on Tuesday. Social distancing and cleanliness was all carried out efficiently and effectively:) Food was delicious and service by all staff was friendly. We did not feel rushed at all and thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Absolutely amazing food &amp; service!! Our waitress Naomi B was fantastic and when there was a minor error with our order the way in which she dealt with it was second to none. Tbh the entire front of house team and chefs were on the ball consistently throughout the entire time we were there. I have not experienced such great food and customer service in a very long time. Myself and my daughter visited for lunch, we had pre booked our table due to it being 50% off and we knew it would be busy. Restaurant is well laid out with clear one way system and space between tables. Staff were friendly and attentive and food was tasty.

We travelled up from London for the weekend, and while in Liverpool TGI Fridays had to be our place to eat out.And as usual TGI's does not dissapoint, pleasant and friendly staff and excellent banta makes your eating out experience even more special, the food is always lovely, consistant and on point.being very very reluctant to travel, let alone eat out in this time of Covid-19, I wanna say a big thank you to Charlotte our waitress, she probably didnt realise it but her excellent customer service mannor &amp; presence made us relax and enjoy our evening at TGI's even more.Thank you Charlotte.TGI Fridays ??? Me and my 11 year old came here after school one Friday evening... I'd just picked him up and we opened his 11+ results and he had passed, when entering your l1 branch we were met by a lovely happy lady who asked us what's the occasion and when my son told her she was so over the moon for him which made him happy and he was buzzing.. Showed us to our table and he brings over a little hat for him to wear to make him feel special and it was about him ❤️ the food was lovely and reasonably priced to. Will use u for every celebration now and I do reccomend. Thanks again x

1st time visiting TGI fridays and oh my, after those ribs I'll happily go back very soon you can book on there app (if you have it you can get a dessert for free which we did ) and you can get points form your visit too. We got a share potato dippers with bacon and melted cheese and they were delicious. Then my fiancee got grilled chicken with garlic chips and I got full rack baby back ribs with legendary glaze and it simple was amazing, probably the best I've ever had. I had a purple rain cocktail which was lovely and sophie had a mocktail tropical sunshine. For dessert I had a cheese cake and sophie had cookie dough sundae. Overall our 1st time was amazing and the waitress we had was lovely and we left her a good tip I think the menu is limited but what ever you get you won't be disappointed. Would most definitely go back again and go back soon

Booked a table online for 12pm, 50 mins before going. Very prompt and attentive service. Great burger and refillable drinks. Plenty of hand sanitiser and place very clean.

Usually go to this Tgi’s around every 2 weeks. Went on Tuesday 3rd and only time I have been very disappointed! Once I started eating I realised that the chicken bit in my burger was pink! I was gonna complain about it but just wasn’t enough service around to help me with the time I had to get be home.

Came in last night for my daughter's 16th birthday, and wish I didn't now, food was cold and tasteless, plates were absolutely dirty but I tried to not let this bother me, staff seem more busy checking there phones and sitting down on the booths Infront of the kitchen then to seeing to guests.And to top it off I had brought in a birthday cake with candle sparklers with the numbers 1 + 6, when the cake come to the table there was only a 6 on it, as they had 'lost' the 1, absolutely embarrassing and ruined my daughter's birthday, I just wanted to pay and get out as quick as I could, would not recommend at all.

I visited here today with my husband and 2 children (9&11) staff were very welcoming and we got seated. One of the first we got asked is if any of us had any allergies, as it happens my daughter has a peanut allergy, she then told me a manager would be over to discuss the menu with her. I was so impressed with this. He came over within one minute with an iPad to show me all the meals she could have. It's nice to see how thorough they were and took it very seriously. The food was amazing and kids very happy. Thank you for a lovely visit.

The only plus to this experience was the lovely waitress however the rest of it was really rubbish. Bland tiny portions I’m not greedy but the portions are the smallest I’ve ever seen in a restaurant handful of chips and tiny ribs not cheap neither dessert wasn’t much better one teeny scoop of ice cream and tiny tiny slice of brownie which tasted like onion!! Just a very underwhelming experience which I can only say was made better by the lovely server won’t be going back

Visited today. Never been in one before. The staff are excellent very nice everyone of them. The food is ok. Not much vegetarian and only my personal thought is the fact it is quite expensive for what you get. Although I enjoyed my visit I wouldn’t go again. Not my sort of menu.

I vowed never to return following my last trip to TGIs but my daughter was so eager to go so I caved in.

We went for a family occasion at the request of the younger members and would never return! We felt sorry for the naive customers thronging there, as they seemed to be misled like us.

I enjoyed the food here. I had a. Cheeseburger which was nice. The food and drinks were good. But it isn't cheap.

The food was amazing and we had an amazing waitress that made us feel so welcome and she was so bubble and kind, she introduced herself as Charlotte as soon as we sat down we had a laugh with her and she kept checking to make sure we was okay. Will definitely be coming again

Came into TGI's as we are Xmas shopping.. We have just had the most wonderful meal.. The cooking of the ribs & the crispy duck fajitas was just amazing!!! The service from our waitress Asia was fantatsic & we wanted for nothing as she was always looking after us with the utmost care.. Will definitely be visiting again..

I came here today (Friday) with my son. We were sat down and it took 15 minutes for someone to come to take our drinks order and when asked if we could order food as well she said she would be right back and after about another 10 minutes we were finally able to order our food. The food then took over 30 minutes to come out. The food tasted great however, my son who has autism was quite distressed with the amount of waiting we had to do and just wanted to leave so we only ended up eating half of it before leaving.
