On time but food was cold and delivery courier was unpleasant

Food ok, service not great. Have a good kids menu.

I did the kids tgi fridays party for my sons birthday with his friends thinking it would be easier for us. The venue asked for us to pre-order the kids meals which I did. We arrived at the venue and told them it was booked for kids party and they seated us somewhere different then got moved to correct table. The 1st server had no idea what we were talking about he kept giving the kids menus and tried to explain we had pre-ordered their meals it was only adult meals that we had to order. The kids party was supposed to come with a colour in table cover, snacks, balloon animals etc and we didn't get them. I went and asked about this and got told that was not in the package I order... when it was and showed them conformation email which shoes this. They came over with the table cover when the table was full of kids meals and drinks etc. They then sent someone over for the balloon animals and they were ok but deflated after an hr. We asked 2 servers for the kids ice cream sundaes which were pre-ordered again. Took them over 30mins to come with these and that after I complained to the manager about everything. The manager told us that the venue are not equipped to do kids party's and unsure how to handle them. He then told us he was just covering from another location and he would be speaking to thr staff For something that was supposed to have been so easy it was a nightmare. Definitely won't be going back here for a kids party

Ribs were like…naked. Very unappetising don’t understand why the glaze option is given to you when they give you it with no sauce and looking like dog food

food was nice enough but full order was cold which was disappointing so had to try and reheat the whole orderwhich never tastes the same.

The sesame chicken is so nice, however from when I last visited the portion sizes have shrank and the prices have sky rocketed. Not really worth the money anymore. On the plus side, service was good.

My wife's food came out so cold and then was going to take any other 15mins to get ready when me n my son had finished.

I ordered a hot dog. It was disgusting. Bit into the sausage and almost broke a tooth on a large hard piece of I don’t know what. Can only assume it was a piece of fat or grizzle. Couldn’t finish meal and won’t order again from this restaurant.

Delivery driver could not find my address food was cold when arrived. Paid nearly £23 for this so no not good

Fantastic food, excellent service, especially for going to the cinema near buy.

Place very dark inside. Had the hot dog with pulled pork THE PORK HAS BONES IN IT nearly broke my teeth. Thank gdness I didn’t give this to the kids Never again.

Food was superb, delicious as your expect from TGI. Service not so great. Servers were friendly enough but scarce to say the least. Booked a table, and had to wait around 10 minutes for a table. Not normally an issue but when there was 4 empty booths (there was 5 of us), and a whole side of the restaurant empty then that’s a bit annoying. Food came reasonably quick once ordered. Tried to order another cocktail and waited ages. Managed to finally get someone’s attention and gave them the order, which they took. Waited ages again, got fed up and managed to get someone’s attention again to get the bill, and cancel the cocktail, to be told the cocktail was never ordered !!! Got to say, there was a fair few members of staff standing around too so I don’t think staff numbers were the problem. Waited about 15 minutes after getting the bill before we could actually pay it ! TGI Glasgow Fort, needs to do better!.

Arrived at the restaurant to be told we would have to wait 25-30 minutes to place our order as their tills were down? Surely a pen and paper would suffice?

Food was bland, really noisy, and took ages to get the bill.

Got the Sesame chicken and chips, more than half of it wasn't edible as the chicken was that hard.

Dirty tables. Our booth seat was badly worn and one part taped up with duct tape. Dirty floors and sticky menus. Under table full of old chewing gum. Staff around but all look stressed and running around. Overall not a great restaurant or product.

Ordered online came to pick up wasn’t ready was waiting for over an hour. nothing. money came out my bank but nooooo it was still gone so they rudely made me order again so practically charged me twice.

I did not receive my order! At 7pm it still said driver at restaurant then changed to it was delivered at 5.30pm won’t be using just eat again,

Really enjoyed our unlimited chicken strips! Alasdair made the whole experience, he explained how it would work and was very friendly.

I use tgi Fridays every weekend for family dinner I must say this one has the smallest food portions ever I did mention to staff they apologised not that it's the waiters fault however I feel management need to address this this is my second time visiting same again small portions not good when you leave a restaurant hungry due to small portion sizes .

every thing is down hill now, use to be a good restaurant but not anymore, pricey not worthit.

We had a great time here. Food was really good and our server was excellent. Very attentive. Came over to refill cola when noticed the glasses were nearly empty. We all enjoyed our time in the Fort TGI's. Will be back soon

Overall this was very bad wouldn’t recommend I took my child and the children’s menu food wasn’t even enough to satisfy his hunger won’t be going again

Pretty good! Kinda expensive but nice food, good atmosphere, friendly staff, and you can get rewards with the app. The chicken meal deal is pretty good but not fan of the wings

Found the prices had jumped up alot for the same food. And found out they do special deals Mon to Thurs so the next time my friend and I go for lunch we will do min to Thurs visit.

7 of us went in last Saturday and it was such a drama for us to get a table (restaurant was half empty) that a manager had to be called to make the decision if we could have the table that fits 9. After a wait we decided to leave and went to bread meets bread instead.

Yesterday was our first visit to your restaurant. From the moment that we entered we could not have felt less welcome. The lady at the door made no conversation whatsoever, when showing us to our seat, she was very unpleasant. When it came to ordering, I can honestly say that we had the rudest person that I have ever come across in any restaurant that I've ever visited! It is not okay to put your hand towards your customers face to ask them to keep quiet when you are taking an order!!! Unfortunately, I did not get the persons name, but, the description is tall, slim with glasses. We will never be back to your restaurant again.

Not happy driver took over 20 minutes with already late order went totally wrong way or was delivering another order. There was no heat in food whatsoever and tomato in burger. Terrible waiting on refund.

The food was great and the service was quick and friendly, but I've not been here for a while and the prices have risen massively since last time. I know things have gone up everywhere but the prices of most main meals were expensive. The bill for 3 was 90 which for TGIS is just a bit too steep

Ribs were tasty and tender, fries were well seasoned and the corn on the cob was tasty but could've used some butter. New Mac'n'cheese side was really good and the Long Island was tasty but could've been a bit stronger. Nice meal and fair price

There becomes a time that one must realise the difference of pricey but a good treat and daylight robbery. Potato skins now like 2 chopped up in to wedges rather than 3. Frozen (but tasty) chicken with JD sesame £4 extra on the set menu just because it's a favourite. Prices went up like everywhere but portions went down too. Really not good value these days, I get costs go up and prices must but don't mess with sizes and reduce filling too.

Absolutely terrible service from Nicole B tonight,from serving us only one starter when we ordered two and then serving completely burnt ribs didn't check up on us at all we had to ask repeatedly for drinks and service to our table and then waited 20 minutes to be served our bill completely outrageous

Usually fantastic food and service cant fault the support from the restaurant staff however food arived absolutely freezing can re heat the chicken in the micro but 2 reg chips , a loaded chips and onion rings in edible soggy and cold unfortunately landed in the bin

I have ordered a takeaway and paid extra for the sauce, when arrived home I noticed it was missing so I phoned up and complained. I was told that they remember my order and they are sorry , they have lots of new staff. Manager who was polish said he will refund me. Over 2 weeks later and still I didn’t get my refund!!! I won’t be back.

Popped in on Tues evening for a quick meal before heading to the cinema, I have always been a fan of TGI but after dinner last night I won't be back for a long time. I was always a fan of the sesame chicken strips as you used to get a great portion at a good price, not anymore, it's down by at least a third and the price has increased massively in my eyes. Never realised how expensive it is compared to other restaurants close by. Our server was decent but the food was a major let down, some things where cooler than others, the salad on the plate was depressing and dry and my partner's loaded fries came late and where cold to touch. Not good, vast improvement needed TGI.

Clean, fast service, friendly staff and very nice food. What more could you ask for

Went on a Monday night at 7pm which was pretty quiet, left waiting at the door with no acknowledgment from staff. sesame strips were extortionate and tasteless at £16. Waiter didn’t check on the table once during the meal and was sulky. Stick with TGI Fridays at Silverburn.

The food was good, but the prices would shock Elon Musk. However, they do child eat free offers, which helps. The food was a little slow in coming, but the staff were very helpful.

Had the sesame chicken strips for a starter when they arrived they were best described as luke warm, so I had to request a fresh portion. Had the wagyu burger for main with bacon and cheese loaded fries, the burger was a huge disappointment and basically tasted of nothing and it felt dried out. The fries can be described as macaroni fries due to the amount of liquid cheese they were swimming in. The seating down the middle of the restaurant is that dark you can barely see what you’re eating. Despite the restaurant being about 50% full they still seated people around the many screaming babies in the middle of the restaurant, not a relaxing atmosphere. Food is very expensive, is around poor to average quality and prepared poorly. Won’t be back.

Never deliver to my house went miles from my house and driver and staff from TGI rude am down 28 for not gettting my meal not happy at all

Everything tasted great, the food was pretty cold when it arrived though.

Drinks order was taken swiftly enough to ensure we'd need another by the time our food arrived! To be honest most of us could have done with a top up by the time our food order was taken!🙈 They didn't have some of the things we wanted to order and made no attempt to recommend something similar or help in any way! 4/5 of us had the sesame chicken as either a starter or a main and 1 of those orders was requested without chili flakes and every single lot of chicken came the same! No sign of sesame seeds so I don't know if the spice is mixed with those. We would have questioned it but no one came to ask if our food was okay or see if we needed anything. Really not impressed with this location, it's not our local and honestly we won't be back to this branch.

Very disappointed in my visit to TGIs at the Fort Glasgow today. With the choice of a very uninspiring vegetarian menu I asked for the halloumi burger. The waitress informed me that it was only available on the 2 course menu and that I could not have this on its own. She offered no solution to the problem. If I had not been with other people I would have walked out the resturant there and then. I eventaully ordered a starter only. To the management team, not only did this spoil a special lunch out with friends, but you have lost out on what should have been a dearer purchase for a main meal. I do not understand if something is available, why it could not have been sold at the price of a burger on the main menu. I hope for future you will have more forsight and compassion when dealing with the paying public. For me, I will not be returning and would not recommend your resturant to others.

Food was great, good portion for the price and it was hot this time, I got the appetizer sesame chicken and sesame chicken main just to see if it was any different in portion size than in the restaurant, but you get way more in the appetizer on just eat than in the restaurant and for main you get a smaller portion than you would in restaurant. I ordered the jar of glaze at £5.99 and I didn't get it, didn't even get any sauces as a substitute either. Currently waiting on a refund for the glaze.

TGIs charge £15.95 for the sesame chicken dish. This comes as a starter size portion of chicken and some chips which were freezing cold. I paid £27 for a meal for one which included this dish and a side of macaroni bites - everything was freezing cold and very small portion size. It’s so over priced and is not like the dish you would get in the restaurant. Won’t order from TGIs on just eat again

Hadn’t been for a while and the place is really run down. We had a booth which the seat was all ripped, toilets were really dirty. Staff really nice, food average and so expensive. £70 for 2 mains 2 kids mains 4 soft drink. Don’t think I’d go back. We would have the same average meals at McDonald’s for 1/4 of the price.

Missing 1 fries and 2 cans of Fanta, burger I asked for plain and I got salad and cheese when in the notes I said nothing but the burger and bun how hard can it be? Chips were cold when they arrived too, I phoned up TGI’s and they said it was just eats fault even though it was them who got the order wrong, just double checking if I need to ask them for a refund or yourselves as I’m not paying for food I didn’t order or receive

We have been to tgi Fridays restaurant before and we really liked the food but I will never be getting a take away from here again. The potions were very small, the chips were cold and all in all it wasn’t nice. Very disappointed!!!

Best Hot wings ever!! We also enjoyed their wall to wall chicken meal, it came with 4 different types of chicken. Service was brilliant and drinks were nice. They do special offers on cocktails at £6 Monday to Thursday.

Steak wasnt good and small portions. 1 mushroom and 1 tomato next to a small tough steak. Didnt even give a steak knife so had to attempt with normal knife!. Then brought a stone cold cappucino at the end. Wont be back as this isnt the old TGI I remember. Has gone downhill.
