Went in today 2 fritters and a buttered roll The rool had next to no butter , the fritters were warm but not hot Guy serving was slow and not interested Crap service and food won't be back , I will take my money somewhere else

we came here to see if someone could order us a taxi after an event at Hampden. Zerra was absolutely fantastic. Went out of her way to help us book a taxi, kept coming out to update us and chase the taxi us and was just an all round lovely person.

the fritters are great nice and batter is perfect I used another chippy and the fritters are nothing compared to marini's yes I'm the guy vinegar and tomato sauce..Good stuff

The worst fish supper I have ever had. The fish had so much grease on it cheap nasty taste. The chips were the same. I couldn't eat much. I left a whole fish and chips. I Will never order anything from this place again.

The worst special fish supper I've ever had. Horrendous Thin tiny flat fish inside a mass of breadcrumbs. Dry, bland , and tasteless!!!!

A pleasure to shop here. Nice, polite and helpful staff serving freshly made food in spotless oil. Well worth the eight mile round trip. Update. Has reverted back to the original pleasant owner. Food is just as good.

I purchased my first ever veggie pizza in my 52yrs on this planet. OMG, it was a thing of beauty, when I got home and opened the box I didn't know if I should eat it or frame it. I decided to look at it for a while as it cooled down. It tasted as beautiful as it looked. The veg on it was as fresh as I have ever tasted and it was fully loaded with cheese. The crust on the edges had those lovely well fired crispy bits without being burnt or overdone The underside of the base was perfectly cooked. I woke up the next morning and my first thought was, that beautiful looking and tasting pizza. My second thought was , I still had some of it left, Jamming !!!! I felt like a child on Christmas morning. 10/10 to the Chef. It was amazing. It was from the Speciality Pizzas menu, "The Veggie". Amazing value for the price and super fresh veg on it. I am a meat eater so "The Veggie" was a first for me, and I will get it time and time again. All meat eaters should give it a try, it was MIGHTY. Best Pizza Ever.

Ordered off just eat took forever for an update then says enjoy your food when it wasn’t delivered iv phoned the restaurant 74 times not 1 answer *update* 30 minutes later still nothing phones them 160 times been solid phoning for over 30 minutes now just going to voicemail

This is opened at lunch time does some price deals I bought couple off fritters they were well made but they only thing was you could taste the oil he's using and it's not very nice but if you're ok with it then it's fine for your lunch but not my cuppa tea👋💕💕

Best place for old school fish'n'chips. If you want the style of batter you were used to as a kid in the 70s and 80s then this is place. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a fresh flakey haddock. Their curry sauce is tasty and an excellent dip for yer chips! Youngins are welcome to those new fancy places with the boring batter

This is a horrible place went in for fish supper it looked as if it was reheated it was nasty and greasy the seagulls wouldn’t even eat it

Food was good but charged £7 for a hamburger supper and 2 rolls I think very expensive . Understand prices have went up but a tad excessive.

Worst food iv ever tasted. I eat out a lot & that beat my worst expectations. Give this place a wide berth

Like most fish and chip shops, it hit and miss. One thing that is disgusting is the workers smoking outside the door, then going back to work without washing their hands.

Sausage and hamburger was out of date it was stinking smelt rancid. Owner wouldn't even let me return food. Disgusting won't be back

Most expensive chip shop ever. £6 for large chips and curry sauce! I can get doner meat and chips in the shop next door for the same price

never have any issues with this Marinis, the food is cooked nicely, I mainly order through just eat and the deliver time from order to door is superb. The delivery drivers are always really friendly too

very bad burgers, old chips very old. I couldn't eat it, I was afraid of food poisoning.

Usually excellent quality fish and chips. However last week's purchase very disappointing. Perhaps bad time of year for potatoes.

Special fish, the bread crumbs were thicker than the fish. Who do you get to fillet your fish, a sushi chef. No masks no social distancing and no gloves when handling the food. Chips were below average.

Got a black pudding supper and they gave two bits of black pudding and plenty of chips. Struggled to finish it. Good black pudding, crispy batter and real potato chips.

It really should be 0 stars but that's not an option here. Literally just ordered a pizza, tiger prawns, small chips and a portion of fritters. Normally I hate leaving poor reviews because I feel people can be quite harsh. However, I paid just shy of a fiver for 5 of the most pathetic looking prawns I've ever seen, battered in standard chip shop batter with a tub of store bought chilli sauce. The chips are raw in the middle and the fritters are stale. I'm now waiting on real food cooking. Disappointed doesn't cover it. Avoid avoid avoid. The only reason we ordered from here was because Etalia was closed.

Food was ok for lunch crispy but when I bought two cans of Diet Coke I was charged £1 per can which is fair enough I thought, but I was handed over two cans that stated (multipack not for resale ) which mean not a can of pop they can charge £1 for as it’s from a multi pack which cost £8.50 for a box of 30 cans figure it out cash and carry cans don’t state this and thus can charge £1 per can

Always good as long as you always ask for a freshly fried fish.they have just changed from frozen fish to fresh fish locally supplied and it's working ...My uncle's (Arcari)are Italian and had fish & chips shops here since the 50's..so I know a good fish supper

Nice pizzas, plus they do a chippy munchy box, good price and a lot of food- but huge amount of calories. Not recommended if your trying to watch the waistline

Food was great but experience of queuing, ordering, waiting for order was mental. There was a Scotland game on admittedly which caused the chaos.

Excellent fish and chip shop! The fish suppers in particular are great. They cook fish fresh to order so you'll need to wait 5 or 6 minutes but it's totally worth it.

Absolutely disgusting. Fish soggy, Chips terrible. What is the point of leaving a note on Just Eat when ordering . I asked for the fish to be crispy not bloody soggy. Marinis is a well known brand in Glasgow but I would never recommend this shop to anyone. An embarrassment to the Marinis brand.

Our local fish and chip shop which we enjoy on occasion. Staff always happy to chat and food tastes great.

They never have anything ready at lunchtime on weekdays, and if they do it tastes like it's all re heated, Almost like they don't want your business. I went In again a few months later to give them a second chance, still exactly the same.
