The food is spot on tianna served us and. She was fantastic the food is 💯. The steak was absolutely amazing it's worth every penny.

This restaurant is just perfect- no matter the occasion, birthdays or brunch, they cater to every need. All staff members were amazing, but a special mention to our waiter Nathan, who was incredible throughout the evening, who felt more like a friend than staff towards the end of the night, he made our experience all the more enjoyable

I would like to start by thanking Dan, he made the whole meal/experience absolutely fantastic and I will return just for his service! I hope TGIs appreciates what a fabulous employee they have working for them! Myself and my daughter went for a meal tonight and Dan was absolutely amazing, nothing was to much trouble, he was kind, helpful, patient with me (I didn’t know what to pick but got fantastic advice from Dan on the dishes and I loved what I got to eat - and I managed to eat it all haha), he had fantastic people skills and we had a lovely chat which was nice as he made us feel so welcome and relaxed. I must say if I was just rating Dans service alone on this review he would have got full marks (and more if that was possible). There was also another gentleman (didn’t catch his name) that was fantastic too and was lovely to chat with also! You both didn’t just interact with myself but also my daughter, you had her laughing and chatting with you which was absolutely amazing! My daughter (5years old) even commented when we left on how nice you both are and how kind. Thank you both for making tonight such a lovely experience for us and for smiling, making us both laugh, doing everything you could to make sure we had a lovely meal, making us feel at ease, fabulous service and making me want to return just to chat to you both again! You are both fabulous at what you do! Thank you! The meal itself wasn’t great but any issues were quickly dealt with by Dan or the other gentleman so thank you! Food was good, except for the sirloin, a lot of gristle which wasn’t very nice. Service was good, Nathan very friendly, unfortunately we dined at a time when it was quite busy so very noisy

Firstly having sat down Alicia gave us great attentive service. We were however amazed how expensive we found the menu compared to similar restaurants in London where we live. A welcoming member of staff needed on the door as we waited too long to be seated.

My son loved the hot dogs with bacon bits from the Downtown Menu and my full rack of baby ribs were perfect. My wife's Maccy Cheese was a wee bit bland, but not worth knocking off a star. We will return.
