Absolutely fantastic food and the service and friendly chat from Dan made our meal! Tried the new cheese dounuts starter and it was great, will be back

An unexpected treat for our granddaughter. The service was 1st class and the food arrived quickly and piping hot. Matt our server was very attentive.

The ambience and decoration of the place was spectacular, it adds significantly to the experience and I had a great time. The food was out swiftly and my server Lisa was lovely and polite and attentive to my needs! She made the whole experience even better, and I will be visiting again.

Really good service. Some good food but the new menu is missing some old favourites and the garlic bread was very odd - tasted like vinagrette. That was not a winner.

I went in here tonight, solo woman on a business trip.. around 5pm… stood waiting for someone to acknowledge and seat me in an almost empty restaurant for what felt like 10 mins, others waiting behind me .. felt so awkward I left.. went next door to Nando’s, seated in seconds and looked after the whole time really well and felt welcome. Nando’s was buzzing, almost full, clean and super friendly polite staff.

First time at TGIs and the staff couldn’t have been better! Liam greeted us at the door. He was really smiley and made some really good cocktail recommendations, he made us feel really welcome. Matt B was our server and cocktail maker, he was really polite, attentive, knew all the menu when i asked some questions and made a perfect bramble :) very happy with our visit! Will be back soon

We came to TGI’s for a fun night of food. It was our first time. The decor was really cool and the atmosphere is great for a relaxing friendly night. The food was delicious and great portion sizes. We were served by Roberto (17/02/24) and he was polite and really friendly. He delivered perfect customer service and nothing was too much trouble. We can’t wait to come back. Very expensive for what you get and what TGI Fridays is. £20 for a pasta dish! The food was not very tasty and not very warm. The restaurant was chilly too. I won't be going back to any Fridays due to the prices they charge.
