TGF Pizza in Broxbourne

Best pizza place this side of M25. Made from fresh dough and EXTREMLY reasonably priced. Tastes great whichever one you choose (and there is A Lot to choose from). Very friendly stuff, too. And no delivery charges.

Usually amazing but the garlic bread was toasted on one side and not the other was a let down

After ordering several times , pizza was always good. I ordered a deep pan as usual , however when it the manarrived it was a thin crust. I called straight away. The man said the dough hadn't risen . This is rubbish. He refused to do anything about it. Bad customer service . I won't be giving them my custom again.

Food and service are great. They tend to under cook the pizzas though, so i always make a point of asking them not rush mine.

The worst pizza i ever had. It’s use to be good before, but now it’s nothing.

Used to be good but last 3 orders, the 18in pizza has been undersized, at closer to 16in. Now we use Barley Pizza at the Pond which offer 20in for the same price and tastes virtually the same.

I’ve been ordering from the cheshunt Branch for many years and I feel the quality of the pizzas are worth the price. I have always loved to walk to the cheshunt branch and but an 18” for 9.99. I have moved to hoddesdon and now order from this branch so I can’t verify the current price of this deal. However, both stores are great. Always my go to for pizza. It’s just a shame it shuts at 9pm. Sometimes I fancy a pizza around 10pm.

STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. We ordered from here as we had guests round. They delivered the wrong order twice (after two hours of waiting) and then laughed in our faces when we handed the order back and asked for a refund. Use others in the area.

Best pizza in Hoddesdon. Used to go domino's but TGF smash them. Every topping u can think of, on time, hot and they even sell fries. Wish they stayed open for longer though 5-9pm isn't long enough

Scheduled order at 18:49pm. Food arrived 20:26pm. Very late delivery with great confusion when I called to find out. Responses from call handler “yes yes he’s 2 minutes away” at 20:12pm.” Arrives 14 minutes later. Very disappointed with communication level and professionalism. Pizza is very well done and the sides are extremely well cooked. I believe in fairness, food is brilliant, delivery time was terrible.

Ordered at 10.15pm, food hasn’t arrived. Drove down after calling numerous times, but shop is shut. Processed my online payment, but haven’t received our food. Poor.

My wife ordered online, she then called and spoke to the person in charge and asked for fresh ingredients, and please to put some love and care into the pizza, due to her being pregnant. We received the pizza it was burnt and the middle layer was uncooked. She hate one slice and started feeling ill, she called and told them how she felt. They told her to order from someone else if unhappy, we make the best pizza in cheshunt, next time I'll make sure it's better cooked. No refund, no apology. Please take care when ordering from this pizza place. Im just glad my wife is feeling better and nothing serious happened. I hope next time they go restaurant, with their pregnant wife. They receive the same treatment. Food poisoning can cause miscarriages, maybe if they feel the same fear I felt. They would take care when cooking.

After I got home from work I was so hungry and happy that I’ll get to eat my favourite salad but they sent THE WRONG ONE. On my bill it says “ caesar salad” and they sent “ mixed salad “ which I hate and of course I ended up hungry and mad. Thanks a lot. I almost cried.

If I could rate a 0 I would. After ordering a pizza at 10:42 pm I was told a 40 minute delivery time, I waited over an hour before I decided to call to check on my delivery, no answer. After driving to the shop and finding the shutters down and all lights off Its clear I am not getting my pizza, and yet my account has been charged. It's ridiculous how this can be acceptable. If it was too late to order I should have been told it's not possible to fulfil it, I should not be charged for a product I will not receive. The shift manager failed tonight. Customer service can not get lower than what I have experienced. Let's see how effective the resolution process of this shop is tomorrow.

Good quality pizza at a very good price . Have been using for a few years and never disappointed.

Ordered pizza was advised 45 min wait after hour and half still no pizza was advised driver had left shop and clearly hadn't my son fell asleep with out dinner and when trying to cancel they had turned there phones off !!!!

You know what? This pizza takeaway is all right. Fairly priced at collection, and with a free drink and dip. On a day when nothing but a satisfyingly unhealthy pizza will do, these guys are saviours

Just had 3x 18" pizzas delivered, from taking my order and by the delivery driver very friendly polite and courteous service, and pizzas arrived 10 minutes earlier than quoted, also pizzas were full of flavour and piping hot, great service will definitely recommend and use again.
