Chicken shish, rice, and salad. Perfect 🥰

This place is literally the bees knees. The best cafe food we’ve ever had and we order regularly at work! The crispy chicken wrap, the nuggets, the eggs and the chillie con carne👌

I've had to edit my review as this place has really gone down hill, I just feel like I'm being ripped off every single time. This Kebab cost me £15 😫 it's mostly salad!! Plus the chicken tasted funny, I also really don't like the chilli sauce they serve here.

I have eaten from here about 5 or 6 times now. The food is always cooked fresh and is very tasty. I like the fact that the take aways are served on a plastic tray which feels more like you are eating off a plate. Normally I have the chicken shish with a hot starter.

Baguette was sparse on fillings. Paid £6 for one half of a sausage and a bit of bacon.

Delivery is always quick and we always enjoy the food.

Ordered a chicken sheesh when it turned up all that I had was 2 bits of small chicken and some salad called said Where's the rice and bread apparently 2 sparse bit or chicken and some sad salad is a chicken sheesh. Rubbish customer service when we called won't be using again.

Been eating in this restaurant for over eight years but this is the last time overprice food now and charge £6 for extra chilli sauces £1:00 per pot it’s not the money it’s the principle I will never go in there again much better places around locally you’ve lost me as a customer .

£19 worth of cold meze delivered with no bread. I called to query and they confirmed it doesn’t come with bread. So, you’re expected to lick up the Tarama, hummus and the yogurt or maybe attempt to drink it through a straw. Absolutely baffled.

Just ordered a takeaway as this place was recommended to us by a family member and naturally we trusted their recommendation. Large lamb shish with extra doner, rice and pitta and salad (£13.50+ £6.50 for the extra doner) and a mix kebab; lamb and chicken shish, kofte and lamb doner with rice (£19). Chips on the side. Food arrived earlier than said, was very well packaged and was nice and hot. Portion sizes were very good and the quality was excellent. We paid £43 with delivery and ordered off the website. We are new into the area having moves from North London which has an array of Greek and Turkish restaurants and have tried a few takeaways and restaurants in Broxbourne and Hoddesdon. So far this has been the best one. We will definitely order from them again.

Ordered doner wraps tonight, portions were very generous for a small wrap. Tasted lovely but the meat was cold!

Food quality has gone downhill drastically. Prices have gone up, portion sizes have gone down. When I called to ask for a refund on one of the dishes the guy on the phone was so rude and dismissive. Almost £50 on 2 kebabs, drinks and a couple starters. Save your money and go elsewhere.

No vegetarian options did call them...... they said veg burger available but on arrival only halomi was avaliable ..... and veg breakfast is not all day! What sort of veg option is there 🤔! Wasted my fuel and time! Vegan please don't waste your time here! I left without eating!

Since the start of the lockdown, I haven't been able to go to work. I have used the Anatolia several times for sheer convenience while out to get bread and milk. I found the staff very polite and helpful. The quality of the food was excellent, and I didn't have to wait long, as they were only offering a take away service. I will be definitely be using them again.

I have ordered some breakfast this morning and a fresh orange juice, the food was lovely but on the orange juice I have found a maggot, which was disgusting.

Prices have gone up, which we understand needs to happen, but quality has dropped massively. Noticed it over a few months. Used to order pretty much every week but no more. They missed out on a £50 order tonight because they couldn't swap one item for literally anything else on a mixed meze, "no, we don't do that". No worries, found somewhere else that could 👍🏻

Had a lovely family lunch. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly.

Absolutely amazing food. The open kitchen is clean and the staff are very efficient. Their takeaway service is excellent too. My food always arrives hot and is of fantastic quality. Antolia understands about food intolerances and I feel completely safe when receiving food that is gluten free. Cannot praise this restaurant highly enough.

I order on their website at no busy time and after 50min waiting I called at shop and they've told me in 5..7 minutes my food will arrive...after another 20 minutes I called again and they said forgot to sended ....very poor services.....

Worst takeaway on hoddesdon. Got fryup from there. Half of it was over cooked other half way undercooked. Got a kabab delivered. Was stone cold hardly any meat with a flat pita can't be opened

Very very disappointing. I wouldn’t of bothered with reviewing this but the customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Nearly £40 on two peoples takeaway and they couldn’t care less. They tried telling me the cold meze which is all the dips in a large pot doesn’t come with any bread. I don’t fancy spooning out taramasalata on its own thank you. The calamari came soggy and without the usual dip we have. They missed the burger sauce, the chill sauce and gave us half a portion of chips. Before lockdown we came into his restaurant on average 2-3 times a week. Never ever again.

Excellent Kebab and Turkish food. We ordered on New Years eve and food was very well seasoned and well cooked. After finishing the food we actually asked for another delivery of the mixed kebab on the same night-no bother at all, delivered within the hour. Portions are generous and prices are very reasonable considering all food is cooked on open charcoal. Takeaway price for restaurant quality.

Fantastic Kebab, Ordered at 1730 and delivered at 1800. Hot, tasty and I will be ordering again

I ordered two large chicken shish kebabs with ALL salad. I also ordered different sauces and specifically asked in the notes for them to be put in pots and NOT poured over the kebab. Not only did they deliver the wrong kebabs (WE RECEIVED LAMB DONER instead of CHICKEN SHISH) they poured the mixed sauces over the kebab. SERIOUSLY, who in their right mind thinks that burger sauce, chilli, sauce, and garlic sauce should be mixed together? One kebab had NO salad at all, and the other had carrots and onions. NOT ALL salad, as ordered. We are not lamb lovers but would have tried the option delivered if the lamb doner had not looked like scraps. Hard, miniscule pieces of dried up meat that I would not feed to my dog. I understand we ordered late on a Sunday evening but if they couldn't deliver the order then refusal would have been better. They took my money and ran. DISGUSTING, UNEDIBLE FOOD. ZERO STARS. AVOID

Rubbish service. We ordered a take away for delivery and was told it will take 45 minutes but ended up taking 2 hours. Called them so many time and they kept saying food was on its way and it wasn't. Food turned up cold, so ended up heating it in the microwave. The owner was suppose to call me but never did and we were promised free desserts and drinks which never showed up. Would never order from here again.
