Tesco Cafe in Thanet

Been using manston cafe for some time with friendly staff. Come here today and there is a new member and I can not belive how rude she is. I'll be going else where from now on.

Very similar to an old people's home

Haven’t even got the food, driver was around the corner never knocked on my door

completely wrong food was delivered

No chip seasoning this time :(, otherwise very yummy!

Ordered at half 9 came at 11am all cold sweet!

Cooked perfectly and still hot when arrived

The food was not a hot and the chips were still cold in the middle. Too pricey for what it’s worth

Food was luke warm, a teaspoon of baked beans, overcooked eggs & cold sausages. Dogs enjoyed their breakfast though as it was inedible for us

Food was cold and tasted horrible, gave me a tummy ache

The hot chocolate was cold I took it back and got another one and it was still cold

Having visited this cafe on several occasions I can honestly say it is worth a visit. The staff are always friendly and welcoming when I go there, the service i.e food and drink are tasty and served hot as they should be in good time. Like a lot of places they do get busy so you have to occasionely have to wait an extra few minutes for the items to arrive but over all I would say give it a try if you are shopping in this shop.

Not sure how that is called an English breakfast, service was great, but the food was disgusting challenge manager and staff to try their own servings avoid

Thought would give another go as was shopping in the store and the food here is still very poor as cold and not at all appetising. Won't be going again.

Great for a meet up plus a cuppa, light bite or hot food. Friendly staff. Convenient for shopping or sitting it out while the other half shops... 😉

The so called manager does nothing but sit there and do nothing whilst letting the others do the work for her. The other staff are all friendly and put alot of effort into making the best of tue awfull food which is normally cold

Food is really poor - some dishes stone cold by the time you get back to your table - but the service is good as the staff try really hard to make the best of an awful food fayre. Will not be using again

Good basic fayre. Clean tidy warm staff friendly and efficient. Very handy with spaces to put your shopping trolley.

Vine aquí para el desayuno y la salchicha parecían anémicas y los frijoles, helada. Personal estaban demasiado ocupados charlando que pagar ninguna atención.
