Had an amazing night out at the Bafu with our classic car club,there was 20 of us and the food and service overall was good.Our waitress Vicki served the whole table of twenty and even took our photo's with my phone.Thank you Bafu restaurant for a lovely evening with friends

Food is always spot on never not liked what we have ordered, most definitely worth the price. Pleasant and polite staff, whether we have eaten in or had it as a takeaway delivery.

My food has not arrived they took the payment, and said they have delivered the food. The food requires a code so don’t see how when only I have the code.

ordered at 5pm for delivery between 5.30pm and 6pm. Called at 10 past 6 as order still hadn't been delivered to be told it was out for delivery already and should be with us soon. At half 6 order still hadn't arrived so called again to be told it would be 10 minutes. 7pm, and still no delivery. Had food from them before in their restaurant and despite poor service food has always been good quality which is why we decided to try for delivery. Wish we hadn't.

The delivery was an hour late. When chased i was told the driver left at 7:30 with the food. The food arrived at 8:45. I rang 3 times, on the phone they said that the driver wasn't answering them. The driver said that this wasn't true. Extremely rude

I have been to BaFu many times as it’s very close to me and have enjoyed my visits. The food is superb and yummy, however the waitresses were not forthcoming. What I mean by that, I find one of them especially rude & not happy. My last visit, I felt rushed. Won’t be back.

Great little Chinese.. don't be put off by the outside..I was...but I needn't have been. Great value all u can eat..duck,lamb,prawns,beef dishes..they do not scrimp..bottle of sancerre £19...perfect !! Food is well prepared,cooked and presented. Eaten here many times. Prices have gone up understandably. £22 pp +£2 supp for Fri/sat...all you can eat

Good was bland and absolutely no flavour at all. Delivery was late and items were missing from the order. Do not waste your money on this!

Food tastes amazing but the staff are rude and can't wait to get you out that door, the portion sizes become ridiculously small after ordering a second round we ordered a sweet and sour main dish and got 6 pieces of chicken in some sauce. I think the waitresses need to be sent to charm school at £21/ head they can surely afford it. WE WONT BE BACK EVER

Waited an hour over the estimated delivery time so in total it was nearly a 2.5hr wait for food, I tried to call the resteraunt 28 times it just kept saying the line was busy in the end I drove there from Margate to see what was going on, I was told the driver was on the way but I asked for the driver to be called and the food was delivered shortly after I left there. The shredded chicken wasn’t great and the noodles were cold. We won’t be ordering again. A shame because it’s lovely to eat in.

The food was lovely , hot and freshly cooked. I've been here twice; both times at 6pm , ordering from the all you can eat menu. Was really pleased. Very clean and courteous. Highly recommended.

Food was delivered late, all cold and item missing from the order. Phoned restaurant and all they could suggest about the missing item was to give it to us when we order next time! Won't be ordering again.

Food was late when it did come was nice but 20 miniuts later me and my partner were both very unwell somthing was not right very poorly not happy atall won’t be coming here again lucky my kids were in bed and didn’t have any of this!!

will not be ordering from here again spent over £30 because i paid by card didnt get the free prawn crackers the curry sauce was smaller and lumpier the chicken skewers the smallest ones ive ever seen the food was good but for the money i spent i could of got more else where

Picked up take-away over the weekend. The food was quite tasty but very greasy which was a real pity. There were puddles of oil left in the take-away containers. Salt & pepper dishes were soft and oily but with good flavour. Singapore rice noodles wasn't spicy at all - tasted more like a chow mein. Unfortunately the net result is disappointing.

Great place to eat highly recommend.

In my opinion the greatest most consistent Chinese takeaway in the area. For the best reliable experience you should use the Ba Fu website directly and pre-order before 5:30pm to ensure your order is prioritised. Otherwise this can take upwards of an hour. A pre-order will ensure you receive this on time. The food is excellent in my opinion too. Rice isn't mushy, you can order plain noodles unlike anywhere else and there is a much wider variety of dishes than anywhere else.

This has become our favorite Chinese take away. Why? The food is authentic, authentic flavors. Also, the portion sizes are as you should expect. We’ve noticed that lots of restaurants are cutting down on portion sizes and the amount of meat or vegetables in the dishes, which is quite disappointing given the increase of restaurant and take away prices. Give them a try, I’d rate them as excellent.

Absolutely appalling. Ordered at 7.20pm & was given an estimated delivery of 8.15-8.35. 8pm received a notification to say it was on its way. Its now 9pm and still no sign of it!!

Just ordered a beef chow mein sweet & sour prawn balls balls & pork & duck with with fried rice which was delivered in boiled rich in 5’mins when it should take longer to to cook the food the food was cold you had about 3 pieces of meet on each portion you ordered they are just reheating food that was left over from the allday buffet it is a total disgrace if anyone thinks about using this place I would give a very wide birth even my dog would tolerate it after he smelt it if you want a good Chinese go to china city grange road they never let you down

Food was near on inedible most went into the bin! Chips where soggy chow mean greasy and had a funny taste to it chicken balls where cold so was both the sauces have ordered here many times before and this is the worst Chinese I've had will not return !

It's the second time I've come to this place and I've found that I have the same experience both times. The food, is good I shall give this place that. If you want good tasting food this is the place but I don't recommend dining in. If you sit and and you are unfortunate enough to be the only people in this place you'll sit in silence save for the constant beeping of their delivery devices. The staff are horribly rude ripping menu's from your hands ignoring you till they think is a good time for you to order. One of my party ordered a coffee with 3 sugars and the woman really had the balls to go "all of that in one cup?" the only time they smile at you is when you order alcohol. Mostly because it's ridiculously expensive. Despite being a place marked as all you can eat the plates come out slowly, the waitress frowns at you if you order more then one thing at a time and the portions are tiny. We requested a larger portion of a starter item as a main and I swear they made a smaller portion. I will not be returning.
