Tesco Cafe in Swindon

Eastimated time was 20-25 minutes but this would have arrived too early for my lunch break so i requested for a 1pm delivery. The delivery arrived at 1.30pm which is the end on my break. To top this off, the products leaked and contaminated the rest

the driver gave me the wrong bag with someone else's order in it and not mine

Food was still hot and tasty 🤤

Badly cooked fish of poor quality. Will not order from them again. Threw large amount away.

My husband and I visited on a Friday afternoon.The coffee was warm ,no where near hot .Bacon takes no time at all to cook and with only four other tables occupied,all couples, I would of expected the bacon to be cooked fresh.The bacon was barely warm and was not cooked fresh.Will never visit again and on reflection that's why on a busy Friday the cafe was virtually empty.I suggest Tesco not look at the money coming in but to provide some really good customer service and products because without us there would no jobs for them.

Had a Big Breakfast here whilst waiting to conduct a farm visit nearby. Service was fast and efficient, the cafe was quite aesthetically pleasing. It was also clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. There isn’t much more you can expect from a supermarket cafe. The food was okay and did its job. Based on my experience if you’re in need of some food and find yourself at Tesco cafe I think you’ll be okay.

Absolutely awful. Ordered 4 chunky chips came in 4 bags, 2 of which had 4 chips in!!! £3 each. Food was also cold

Food took ages to arrive even though we didn’t order much, and yet they were serving everyone else who ordered much more before us. The food was over cooked and dry, also didn’t taste very good. Probably won’t be coming back

So it’s been about 1 hour 45 min since I order and the just eat app is saying it’s been delivered but it hasn’t

Place is filthy seats and tables covered in dust and dirt.

The place was absolutely disgusting, filthy, tables not cleared or cleaned! The floor was coved with food and just sticky floors all round, something had clearly spilt all over the place. The food was really really nice (cold) but it was a shame I had to go and get it myself because the staff were too busy talking to each other despite me saying that my food was over there and me asking “can you clear my table please” I was told that they were too busy to clean 🤦‍♀️ I replied you can’t serve people because there’s no where to sit because it needs clearing, she shrugged her shoulders and laughed 🤦‍♀️ she was not rude at all just useless and didn’t want to do anything. When I finally found the condiments - which I took from another table- were filthy and more or less empty.

Wrong order sent, tried to contact cafe to rectify but it is impossible to make it through tescos phone system to speak to anyone in the cafe & the customer service team just say there’s ‘nothing they can do’

Once again items missing from order. 2 out of 3 items missing today. Just Eat is getting worse and worse over time! You can’t speak to anyone directly or to this cafe. Just have to submit a refund request and wait 7 days 🙄 you then only get a refund for the food, not the delivery charge or service charge! So this one breakfast bap has cost me £16!

Had a breakfast, the beans were yesterday's I'm sure. Just a a mass of mush very dark in colour. The toast was like a piece of cardboard. The bacon was overcooked and fatty. Had the egg been hot was perfect. My advice don't bother

Tesco cafe is a real find! Bright, clean and welcoming. The staff are so nice and their service is really good. The coffee is really good, and I visit every day for a latte and scone. It really makes my day enjoyable.

the portions were very small for what the breakfast cost the food turned up cold which had to be reheated the eggs and bacon were overcooked the toast was like eating cardboard all in all the breakfast is not recommended in my opinion

This used to be bad. Now it's worse. I dont know why I bothered. It's always terrible, but I give it a few months and try again. I think I'll stop doing that now. It's consistently bad service and bad food. Update: On this trip, I paid for three coffees at the machine that wasn't printin reciepts, picked up the cups and noted that the register was closed so the only option was to use the machine. There are 2 coffee machines. Both were broken.

Order was much later than anticipating (lunch rather than breakfast) and we had no order updates when the food left the restaurant until after it was delicered. Unfortunately the food was fully cold, however luckily the food did taste very good!

Mediocre Luke warm breakfast and a fairly decent cappuccino. Fir the cost of it I expected better a lot better at £10 for the vegan breakfast and a cappuccino. Do yourself a favour and get to the Butchers cafe in Gorsehill for a less expensive much better breakfast.

Driver decided to put he was at the restaurant when he had no plans on picking up the order… food was eventually delivered stone cold after an hour of talking to just eat over chat. Another driver was sent… I requested to just eat adviser that the food if cold was cooked again she promised me the food wouldn’t be cold and it turned up not even slightly warm how can u deliver a cold fry up. I was then told that I could only get the breakfasts refunded but not the delivery or service charge absolute joke so I paid for a delivery for something that wasnt edible absolutely disgusting

I have ordered two meals and a smoothie however only the drink had arrived - I was told the restaurant did not give the food to the delivery driver and was promised the food will be re delivered however was not! Terrible service.

I’m always ordering food from tescos but recently it’s got worse and worse, foods cold or not how’s it’s supposed to be. It’s not packaged well so butters melt get all over bags cold drinks make food cold when placed on the top of all the hot food. When you want extra food in the roll or wrap they put it on the side and now inside the roll or wrap so have to do it all yourself. The taste of the food is nice but it’s making me not want to order from them because the service is just not what you expect.
