KFC Swindon - Delta Park in Swindon

My food was completely cold and 1 lot of cookies tasted stale

Haven't had A take away in a while easy order and delivered on time and hot

only problem was that cold can of drink was put next to hot food

Exceptionally quick delivery and the gentleman was extremely polite and friendly.

Quick delivery time and I love the original rice bucket.

Food wasnt hot (except beans) and the hot wings didnt look cooked through

Dried old chicken with hard skin. Was longing for kfc and was so disappointed. Chips were old. The tower burger was made wrong with ketchup on the top side. Now, that doesn't matter , but it shows how the rules are followed. How do I know this. Because I worked at kfc 20 years ago during uni times. Why 2 stars then? For the lovely lady with an eastern European accent who took the order at the drive through.

They could do better. Everything about this branch needs a kick up the backside. Maybe it's a UK malaise? They also seriously need to reconsider their 'recycling' bins.

Terrible food, cold fries that were just soggy half cooked inedible. Won't waste my money again especially at the prices of it all.

My family met with me at KFC Bridgemead, there was a total 16. Service was brilliant quick and very friendly, quality of food great. Highly recommend

order a bucket and only give you half of what you ordered then refusing to give you any sort of compensation because they say you gave the driver the code before you could even get the food. if I could give 0 star I would. will never use these con artists again.

Very fast delivery and food was delicious

That definitely didn't taste or look like a proper KFC. The coating on the chicken was terrible, tasteless and way below the normal standard. The food was luke warm at best and the pepsi even warmer!

I asked to have it delivered by 21:55. The courier was 10 minutes early. We are not yet available that time and the courier complained about it. He is a bit rude and he didn't even go to the door. We looked for him in the carpark.

I stopped by this KFC recently and was honestly really impressed. The moment I walked in, the place looked spotless. Everything was clean, sanitised, and well-kept, which isn’t something I usually notice in other KFC branches. It just felt like a really well-managed and welcoming environment. The staff were all super friendly, smiling, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. One of them stood out in particular—a woman who I believe was the manager. I took a quick glimpse at her name tag and saw her name was Anita. She had such a positive energy and made the atmosphere feel warm and inviting. You can tell she runs a tight ship in the best way. My food came really fast, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and tasty it was. The chicken was cooked perfectly—crispy, flavourful, and not greasy at all. Everything just felt like it was made with care. All in all, it was a great experience from start to finish. Big shoutout to Anita and the team for making this branch stand out. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This KFC was really spot on! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just how it should be. The flavors were amazing, and everything was fresh and hot. The staff was friendly and quick with service, making the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best KFC visits I’ve had—highly recommend!

I had sauces that were 5 years out of date and my daughter ate them without knowing then, we realized it looked a bit lumpy don’t go !!!!!!!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt this KFC deserved it. The food is always piping hot, fresh, tasty and the restaurant is clean and pleasant. A family of 5 had more than enough for £50 all in. Not bad at all. Will definitely come back for more. Thank you Swindon KFC team!

After an hour and 15 minutes wait the order was not delivered. Numerous messages to the courier yet still the order didn’t arrive. The tracker then said order delivered …. !!!!!!

I've used this KFC several times when I visit Swindon. I have enjoyed every meal there. The chicken has always been hot and NOT greasy like some other KFCs. The tables are cleaned, and the restaurant is generally tidy. Staff a friendly and efficient, I wish my local KFC was this good. See you next time I come to Swindon.

Good quality food delivered by friendly driver. Delivery time kept changing due to traffic but tracker was accurate. Only thought is food could be in better heat retaining containers as we on limit of the current ones used.

Never received our order even tho just eats tracking said I did. Have been ringing KFC with no answer just keep getting the phone put down on me.

I placed an order last Thursday evening, a family boneless feast, Took it home and give days later I am still suffering from salmonella completely ruining my Christmas. I have been up every day with diarreha and vomiting and all because this restaurant served me uncooked chicken Incredible pissed off it’s completely ruining my Christmas and I will never come again. Do not ever order from here.

Went through the drive through an explained what I wanted, collected the food and the order was wrong again. Wanted chicken in sweet chilli sauce but was given the sauce without the chicken. They wanted me to que up again and reorder letting the food I had go cold.

Took an hour from order to delivery. Once it got here it was pretty much cold but, still enjoyable

20 hot wings for £7.99 all over the KFC website... apparently they dont do it in Swindon so they charge you for 2 x 10 hot wings which is £13.90. Awful experience, I wont be returning. Had promised my family they were having it so had to continue. False advertising!

I haven’t been to an KFC gif a few years so thought I’d treat myself. Ordered a box meal to eat out. A pitiful amount of chicken (leg was just fat and bone). What seemed like only a half portion of fries thrown into the bottom. No hand wipes supplied either. I won’t be hurrying back.

Zero stars. Food never arrived and JustEat have refused to refund the money. Supposedly the driver made several attempts to deliver. I have cctv at the front of my property which proves no attempts made. Never using just eat again. Be warned.

All the food was mashed and nothing was in the pakaging that it was supose to be in. Most of it completly un edidabe. All the chicken coating wasnt even on the chicken. Gravy was everywhere.
