I used the drive through some of my order was missing

Just as tasty as my last one. Not over cooked

Order never came and when confirmed we’d get a refund, we never did

The chicken is always good here, cooked properly, crispy and hot! And the staff are nice too. I very rarely have to wait.

Order not delivered, but app says it has been? I am still waiting for the delivery. Just Eat what’s happening?

Food tasty but cans luke warm. I phoned Swindon Delta Park. Lady said they don't chill their cans, only bottles. Didn't see that when I ordered. Didn't enjoy the lukewarm pepsi max so won't order KFC again

Disgusting. Also about 20 staff and 2 tables busy, asked if I could have table service for my son’s birthday party and said they were not doing it. Never going to KFC again. Awful

I'm disappointed by the small portion, very small and my burger has almost no lettuce... I don't recommend it!

Sometimes when using the drive through you need to check that all your ordered items ar in the bag.It happened a few times when I discovered at home. The food is reasonably good and it will be even better is they would change the oil more often.

Guy was on bike everything it's cold

I drove away before opening my popcorn chicken to eat it. It did not spill in the bag, I checked. For the price we pay I expect the bucket to be full, not 3/4 full. Rip off. Same with my small fry. Ridiculous. Had I not already been five minutes down the road I would’ve gone back and demanded they fill my bucket and fries properly!

best gravy I've had from a KFC. the top chips were a bit cold

I ordered on Uber Eats and the delivery driver was very friendly very helpful but when I open my bag, it was all stone cold. It was dry and not very nice. I shouldn’t really give stars to be honest. I want my money back.

I received someone else’s order after over an hour wait. I tried to call the store several times with no answer. Driver didn’t speak English so couldn’t help me. Disappointing and will not order again.

Food was not delivered to our nominated address at all. We could track rider who got to somewhere in the vicinity but not our road when the delivery was marked as delivered

Wrong order delivered chances of getting a refund from just eat is probably in possible, getting a the right order delivered from KFC delta park highly unlikely, the chances of getting a response from either, your guess is as good as mine, time will tell

the food was very good but delivery time kept changing.

this is the 3rd time in a couple of months that over 50% of the bucket is just legs. not worth the price at all

Order was incorrect, cold and the delivery time was over an hour and kept being pushed back even later more than once. Food and delivery time is usually really good so was shocked and disappointed.

The chips were inedible as they were cold and mushy. However the bucket of chicken although greasy was lovely. Everything else was fine. Just a shame about the chips.

Unfortunately, I've had to change my review of this KFC, today's experience wasn't so great. The meals have increased in price, and at the same time the portion sizes have decreased markedly! I'm afraid that will be my last visit to this KFC, I was really disappointed today.

Service at this kfc is always great. Staff are always able to apply the offers on the app correctly (something that is a problem at most other kfc's). I like using the till to order and you are usually acknowledged and served quickly here unlike elsewhere!

I recently visited KFC and had a truly pleasant experience. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, which made my visit even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend KFC for anyone looking for a clean and enjoyable dining experience.

Never had an issue always nice and fresh

I could see the delivery on the map had gone to the wrong place, they tried to call but then didn't speak when call answered. when she did arrive I asked her if she had gone to the wrong address all she said was sorry. shame as food would of been hot if she had got the right address the 1st time.

Disappointed ordered quite an expensive delivery for a treat and we order regularly. I’m not sure what went wrong but all the pieces on the bone were legs and more legs no other pieces which was a shame. When you order usually you get different types of chicken?? I don’t know if someone was rushing. Shame

Well I must say the food was fantastic, its KFC, yum, but a gentleman picked up my phone I forgot behind on the counter and handed it in to the staff, everyone was happy to help recover my device, can't thank the gentleman and all the staff enough for recovering my mobile, it's such a critical tool for my work, I'm so happy, I totally appreciate you guys

First time here and was nicely surprised by the staff, who were happy and smiley and had a quick chat to two old bikers, that's a huge positive . My god we love KFC, but the food here was dam gorgeous. Will definitely be back. 😊🤙

Genuinely the best KFC I have visited. The service was excellent. You very rarely get served with a smile at fast food chains, but here you do. The food was also perfect, piping hot!

Many things were missing from my order. With this amount, it's unsatisfactory to make such mistakes and it's not the first time :)

Food arrive after waiting a while and was extremely burnt the chicken within the burger was burnt as well as the hot wings,the only thing that was okay was the hot wings! Poor quality overall was not enjoyable to eat.

Hello, on Saturday 16/03/2024 I ordered a meal for my wife a me, at about 18.30, A, the meal was about 2 hrs late, Due to no delivery drivers and it was cold, B, This made it very greasy and tasteless. not a very good experience all round.

Food was good but one missing fries

food was over an hour late cold and completely wrong order am not happy at all and I want a refund on my order and I will never again use just eat a load of rubbish can't even speck to anyone

Received completely the wrong order. Was not edible, in situations like this there should be a contact number so they can re deliver. Ended up going without food. If I had ordered direct theywould have resent the right order.

Today I visited the KFC Delta park location and went through the drive through, the staff were decent and the food was given correctly with no issues. My main issue is when I parked to eat, by the bins is RATS, RATS, RATS! they are crawling in the hedges and pop out because of the bins that are overflowing, I entered KFC and tried bring this to the attention of a worker; a middle eastern man who's reply was along the lines of "if you do not like it you can set a trap, they are friendly". I understand as a employee the infestation may be out of his control but ???! what. this is a serious problem....

Staff cannot count. Walked in, Anita took my order for 15 pieces of chicken, to take away. I waited around 5 or 6 mins, which is good for this place. Saw my server spill my order. She went into the back -i thought to replace the spilled pieces, but no. I got home and only had 12 pieces in the bucket. 1 job.....put the amount of chicken ordered, into a bucket. Its not brain surgey!

I wish this place was consistent, one order you can get a lovely well cooked zinger with lots of yummy crumb, the next you get half breaded chicken with the whole underside of breading missing, why is that?
