The delivery man was brilliant as I had put in the right post code but the wrong place on the map he found me and was very good 10 / 10

Cold food when arrived told driver to pop into reception as I’m staff and he stood there for 5 mins.

Restraunt took longer than expected with the prep

Food was good, delivery driver was on time and a very polite young man.

This KFC was really spot on! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just how it should be. The flavors were amazing, and everything was fresh and hot. The staff was friendly and quick with service, making the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best KFC visits I’ve had—highly recommend!

I had sauces that were 5 years out of date and my daughter ate them without knowing then, we realized it looked a bit lumpy don’t go !!!!!!!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt this KFC deserved it. The food is always piping hot, fresh, tasty and the restaurant is clean and pleasant. A family of 5 had more than enough for £50 all in. Not bad at all. Will definitely come back for more. Thank you Swindon KFC team!

The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Everything was just as expected, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend

Delivery driver didn’t deliver my food

Fantastic hot food. Driver very polite. Great service as always.

After an hour and 15 minutes wait the order was not delivered. Numerous messages to the courier yet still the order didn’t arrive. The tracker then said order delivered …. !!!!!!

I've used this KFC several times when I visit Swindon. I have enjoyed every meal there. The chicken has always been hot and NOT greasy like some other KFCs. The tables are cleaned, and the restaurant is generally tidy. Staff a friendly and efficient, I wish my local KFC was this good. See you next time I come to Swindon.

Good quality food delivered by friendly driver. Delivery time kept changing due to traffic but tracker was accurate. Only thought is food could be in better heat retaining containers as we on limit of the current ones used.

I placed an order last Thursday evening, a family boneless feast, Took it home and give days later I am still suffering from salmonella completely ruining my Christmas. I have been up every day with diarreha and vomiting and all because this restaurant served me uncooked chicken Incredible pissed off it’s completely ruining my Christmas and I will never come again. Do not ever order from here.

Went through the drive through an explained what I wanted, collected the food and the order was wrong again. Wanted chicken in sweet chilli sauce but was given the sauce without the chicken. They wanted me to que up again and reorder letting the food I had go cold.

Took an hour from order to delivery. Once it got here it was pretty much cold but, still enjoyable

20 hot wings for £7.99 all over the KFC website... apparently they dont do it in Swindon so they charge you for 2 x 10 hot wings which is £13.90. Awful experience, I wont be returning. Had promised my family they were having it so had to continue. False advertising!

I haven’t been to an KFC gif a few years so thought I’d treat myself. Ordered a box meal to eat out. A pitiful amount of chicken (leg was just fat and bone). What seemed like only a half portion of fries thrown into the bottom. No hand wipes supplied either. I won’t be hurrying back.

Always a KFC Fan, Calm and clean atmosphere to enjoy the meal.

Zero stars. Food never arrived and JustEat have refused to refund the money. Supposedly the driver made several attempts to deliver. I have cctv at the front of my property which proves no attempts made. Never using just eat again. Be warned.

Useless service at drive through

The items I FINALLY received were not mine and as the driver confirmed i was the second delivery i will NEVER receive my order.

All the food was mashed and nothing was in the pakaging that it was supose to be in. Most of it completly un edidabe. All the chicken coating wasnt even on the chicken. Gravy was everywhere.

Super fast delivery which is appreciated and the food was warm.

Some of the food items were wrong. I had ordered corn on the cob but got gravy instead. I’m allergic to gravy.

For that money the order came cold! The burgers barely had any sauce in them and very little amount of lettuce!

Ordered vegan burger as that’s one of the only items on menu suitable for a veggie, which is fine. But no chips?? Cooked in chicken oil? Not necessary? The “milkshake” tastes like water & milk with some minuscule chunks of milky way what a waste of money! Do not recommend. So disappointing KFC used to be my favourite takeaway and clearly are now not even close to what they used to be…

Customer service is almost non existent, when you order a drive through they virtually throw the bag at you with no pleasantries. Have been there and ordered a sharing meal and despite asking them if it was all there, arrived home to find no fries included. Inside is as per usual, but not much time is spent cleaning tables and the toilets aren’t the best. Could definitely improve a lot.

absolutely disgusted. ordered at 5pm took over an hour to arrive. food came cold and drink was missing. when asked about it driver said to call store. and when I called the store. she was rude and said "oh well it's our fault take it up with just eat"

what a difference another try makes. everything fresh and perfect. full bag of really tasty fries too. thank you kfc.

Did not receive my order even though the app said delivered, when I phoned the restaurant they said Just Eat had control over the drivers and it was nothing to do with them!! Looks like I won’t be using just eat anymore

Absolute awful experience on just eat. Driver never turned up, yet the app says the driver was there. I got so fed up of waiting I went down to the restaurant myself, seeing my order right infront of only to be told that I cannot have it as he was waiting on the driver that never came to pick up as it’s company policy. I then had to order a new order and PAY AGAIN!! Just eat makes it impossible to chat to anyone. Their app is fundamentally flawed

I usually ordered from kfc Delta Park because they use to make fresh food, but now it was the worst food I ever eat! Chicken and hashbrown very old and dry, throw it to the bin more than half order 😤😤

Sorry to say but chicken was really oily and lacked the iconic kfc flavor

ordered at 6pm turned up at 8pm the eta kept changing then app showed driver at restaurant for over an hour , then coincidentally the tracking stopped working , the food was all very cold!!!
