CANNOT GIVE A SINGLE STAR TOO!! I placed an order through the app, but after waiting for two hours with no delivery, I followed up twice. When I called again, send the order details and payment details from Caprinos Pizza app via WhatsApp, I was told they never received the order due to an issue on their end caused by internet problems. They offered a £5 refund and said the pizza would be delivered as soon as possible. Which as per my understanding after cooking and delivery time I would be by 8 PM—over three hours after I originally ordered at 4:47 PM. Can you imagine waiting this long, especially with hungry kids? Think twice before ordering here—very disappointing first experience!

ordered 2 doner wraps. It was cold even though it was delivered on time. Heavily salted and overloaded with mayo that you couldnt taste anythingelse. and it was literally running down my hands. it was the same case when I bought the shawarma wrap, thought it was a one time thing.

curly fries were missing from large pizza deal

The order arrived very late, and it didn't look like the one on the website, it was spicy, and I didn't order spicy, so the order was wrong and it arrived after 40 minutes ,The order should have arrived in less than 10 to minutes at the latest and it arrived at 30past , and the app said the order had been delivered, the most frustrating thing

Maybe it's my fault for ordering after finishing work late but the Medium Deep Pan I ordered felt like a Small Thin Crust cut into 6 slices. Base was chewy, so I had to finish cooking it in the air fryer, still underwhelming (not that I was expecting the be blown away at this point). I guess the garlic dip was nice. Are there any decent pizzerias in Swindon??

Ordered a pizza with an estimate waiting time of 25-55 mins, order arrived nearly 2 hours later after multiple calls to try and get an actual eta on my order, with no actual eta being provided even after asking, food arrived cold, wasn’t a pleasant experience at all

I'd give a better rating but it's starting to be a joke, every time I order online and let's say you got an estimated delivery at 20.00 it's always minimum 30min later than that on the app it says 35min and it always takes an hour n a half at least it's honestly a joke ..

Food was exactly as delicious as expexted as ordered from Caprinos in Bedford before and the same high quality pizza was provided here!

We called the restaurant after 1 hour, after receiving a delivered notification and was told another 10 minutes, yet after a further 20 minutes still no delivery and called again to be told 4 minutes. Arrived a further 5 minutes later and driver advised late due to traffic. Having used Waze, google maps and Apple Maps, there were no indications of any traffic issues between our address and the restaurant. It’s a 15 minute drive! Food was still warm and tasted ok.

Ordered from them - gave clear instructions about where to order. Gave them my address. They Cancelled my order out of the blue without calling me. I called them and they telling me they called when they didn’t. I’m not the one to scream down the phone. Maybe I should have. He told me they couldn’t find my address. Telling me two different things. Even put the phone down on me!! Now I’m walking to McDonald’s because these guys are complete doughnuts.

Caprinos is our go to favourite pizza place. Always worth waiting for. Hot and the tastiest pizzas. 5 stars !

they "forgot" (their words) to make part of the order, the driver only realised after I found him somewhere down my street (they don't deliver to your address). instead of just refunding me like I asked for, they insisted on making the missing items, which finally turned up over half an hour later. overall I don't really know why I bothered. the food itself was average at best.

Our regular local halal pizza place. Ordered for collection on a Monday evening. Pizzas were ready on time, and still hot when we got home and ate. Fresh toppings, good quality dough. Enjoyed our pizza and wedges, will definitely order again.

Parking on the road is is on luck, but that’s just the area as a whole. One of the tastiest pizzas I’ve had in a while. Food was piping hot. Pickup is recommended than having it delivered and I had taken my own hot bag to pick up and everyone in home also loved the pizza, cheese bites and hot wings. Go there at least 10 minutes before your pick up time so you can find a parking spot on the road. Definitely recommended.

food never arrived. I rang straight away after realising had old adresss saved on my account couldn't understand a word of what the worker was saying told them where and when I was staying, an hour and half later received a tx msg saying where are are you didn't see the msg until it was too late the delivery driver had returned the food I'm left out 50 quid. they had my phone number could of rang don't go here

Pizza was disgusting and cold as were the BBQ wings freezing cold and tasted off. Staff were very rude and laughed about it when I called and refused to do anything about it. !!AVOID ORDERING!!

the tomato base was good and the dough wasn't sweet but the chips were cold, soggy and undercooked... and I was sent 2 thin crust when I ordered 1 deep pan and 1 thin crust
