They used to have very good piza but quality is not up to the mark. I have been their customer for so many months but now the taste of the pizza is not goodm

Ordered from them - gave clear instructions about where to order. Gave them my address. They Cancelled my order out of the blue without calling me. I called them and they telling me they called when they didn’t. I’m not the one to scream down the phone. Maybe I should have. He told me they couldn’t find my address. Telling me two different things. Even put the phone down on me!! Now I’m walking to McDonald’s because these guys are complete doughnuts.

Caprinos is our go to favourite pizza place. Always worth waiting for. Hot and the tastiest pizzas. 5 stars !

they "forgot" (their words) to make part of the order, the driver only realised after I found him somewhere down my street (they don't deliver to your address). instead of just refunding me like I asked for, they insisted on making the missing items, which finally turned up over half an hour later. overall I don't really know why I bothered. the food itself was average at best.

Our regular local halal pizza place. Ordered for collection on a Monday evening. Pizzas were ready on time, and still hot when we got home and ate. Fresh toppings, good quality dough. Enjoyed our pizza and wedges, will definitely order again.

Parking on the road is is on luck, but that’s just the area as a whole. One of the tastiest pizzas I’ve had in a while. Food was piping hot. Pickup is recommended than having it delivered and I had taken my own hot bag to pick up and everyone in home also loved the pizza, cheese bites and hot wings. Go there at least 10 minutes before your pick up time so you can find a parking spot on the road. Definitely recommended.

food never arrived. I rang straight away after realising had old adresss saved on my account couldn't understand a word of what the worker was saying told them where and when I was staying, an hour and half later received a tx msg saying where are are you didn't see the msg until it was too late the delivery driver had returned the food I'm left out 50 quid. they had my phone number could of rang don't go here

Waited over an hour for food, called up, first call was hung up mid conversation, second time we were rudely told it would be over another hour. At that point it would be a three hour wait for pizza! No sorry, very bad attitude and ridiculous customer service. We shan’t order from yourselves again.

Love this pizza place, but the last 2 have been a bit disappointing. I think they’ve changed the crust, or base, but something just isn’t tasting quite the same.

Twice messed up my order In November i didn't recieve fries & was wrong pizza. After complaining I was assured next time I order to mention it , I will reimbursed. Today 16th Jan Paid for stuffed crust pizza , but got normal, As a reimbursement for wrong pizza & no fries , I received 10% discount & 2 cans of coke Is That the value of 15" pizza & regular fries ? I let you decide but for me & my extended family & friends we have boycotted this so called pizzeria for good. Never Again

In November ordered 2 pizza's & 1 fries , delivery came , with no fries & 1 pizza wrong one . Called up , they promised next time I order I will be reimbursed, fare enough, Today 16th Jan , went in person spoke to a guy who said his name is Mohammad, explained everything detail, he said he do something for for because the guy I originally called & spoke to isn't working today, so again I gave them benefit of doubt, ordered 2 different pizza's 15 " with stuffed crust , So to reimbursed from last time of £13.98 which was charged from ubereats in November, I received 2 cans of coke & 10% off Which no were goes to match what is was short changed , but still I paid for today , went home , to shock & horror they just did it again , pizza's without the stuffed crust I paid for , complained by phone , guess what they promised, they will reimburse, How Can they carry on as a genuine business & short change their customer's & make false promises . They need to be reported to the governing body SBC.
