My five star review is mainly for the professionalism and care shown by Casey and other staff members. I was in an exspensive establishment today who were not very helpful and caring. Casey and beyond and above. A great asset to the place.

Unfortunately, the service was not very good. Only one person at the bar serving drinks but also taking orders. The staff looked as though they didn't want to be there. We went on 22nd December. The main chef and manager were the only happy ones. The food was ok. My daughter has a Christmas tree garlic bread and pizza. They cut into triangles. To make look like a tree. It was quite disappointing.

I have a serious allergy to garlic. All the staff were really on it from the start. But! Casey went way, way above expectations with his concerns of cross contamination at the self serve servery. I assured him it was fine as I would find my nemesis very quickly, which I did---in the cauliflower cheese. That was my first choice and the reason I went for a vegetarian option. I filled a clean plate with all the other veg and went mostly satisfied. Then Casey turned up and apologised profusely again and again. He then made sure my wife and I could choose any dessert on the house! So, goodbye Toby carvery and a big Hello for future visits to Brewers Fayre. Thank you all for excellent service throughout. I'll be back!

Worth a visit, meals for everyone on the menu, and at an affordable price to.

Pulled in on my motorcycle to grab a hot meal on a very cold day. Saw that some of the tables had reserved signs on them, so chose a table for two that had no reserve sign. Was immediately approached by a large foreign lady who informed me that it was reserved, and I could sit only at the tables behind the bar area, which were deserted. I asked if all the tables in the dining area were reserved and the said that they were. My instincts told me that she was lying. A customer seated nearby was shaking her head, clearly disappointed with my treatment. Just to be sure, I sat near the entrance, and of course a couple came in, and she asked if they had reservations, and they told her that they didn't. And she promptly asked them to follow her and sat them in the dining are where all the tables were apparently "reserved". Needless to say I won't be going back.

Kitchen team need to get grip,I have arrived and expected the kind of short of service ordering just burger when was not busy at all,after placing order ,sit down and waited 50min for burger to arrive, God bless what would happened if I didn't go to the bar and asked where is my order,I have been on long trip from Newcastle and was looking forward to my meal, only just to send the manager back to kitchen just to get a portion of chips, as because when I mentioned about the meal is just arrived in seconds,I'm chef myself and I do believe burgers even frozen doesn't cook in seconds, well done team behind the bar top notch,team in kitchen I know is low wage pay job,but if u serve customers do they same way u would expect your meal come to the table.take a pride what u doing

I came with my wife and kids, food was really good, The chef showed an interest in what we thought about the food. The floor staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend coming here. We came on the 8th of December. Nancy was on the till very welcoming from start to finish.

We originally reserved dinner somewhere else than here, however on arrival at premier inn we can into brewers fayre for a coffee. We were so impressed with the menu and the staff we cancelled our original reservation at another well known establishment and booked a table here. Well so glad we did.. It was table for 2. Hubby ordered turkey with all trimmings and wow what a plate. It was huge and he said delicious. I had the 8oz rump steak, medium, and it was by far the best cooked steak I've had out in a very long time. Plate also came with loads of extras. We were both very impressed with this place. Not only was the food top notch, the staff were friendly, professional and couldn't do enough to help people. Also had the unlimited breakfast the following Morning which again food was excellent. Even had second helpings. I would definitely recommend kimbrey park brewers fayre to anyone in the area looking for a lovely meal out. You won't be disappointed. Reading previous reviews we nearly didn't come here. But our better judgment caught us. So glad it did. Only 1 criticism and this is just being picky. Could use a lick of Paint. That's it. If ever in the area again we will be eating here.

OMG. This place is grubby. Cannot have even had a vacuum in days and it really needs a deep clean. There were dried, crispy, peas on the floor and the feet of the table was encrusted with dirt and dust. Toilets were a disgrace and hard surfaces sticky. Even the outside desperately needs a lick of paint. We were seated promptly and the staff were friendly and approachable. Food was lukewarm but edible.

We were visiting family who live in Swindon and stay at the Kembrey park. Our experience at the Brewers Fayre was excellent. There was 6 in our party and I ordered for 4 of us but one of our meals had being missed off. The manger on duty was quick to rectify this and they dealt with it very well.

I attended a family, birthday party and was very pleased with everything. Could not fault a single thing. Staff were friendly and helpful, All the food was excellent. Will definitely be visiting again.

Mess all over the floor from the last group. Tables so sticky you dare not put anything down on them in fear of not getting it back. Service was non-existent, food was mediocre, would compare it to a weatherspoons. But I've probably had better food at a cheaper cost at most weatherspoons. Chairs super uncomfortable. Won't be rushing back to this one, that's for sure.

They were struggling with being short staffed by but they were friendly, professional and the actual food way exceeded our expectations. Recommend the burger, the Thai curry, cheesecake and crumble. Total bargain !

Food was ok - not sure on the pre booked meal deal as think we were overcharged. Terrible service, no staff only one waiting staff. Shame could be a thriving business with proper management.

Pleasant breakfast, bit of a queue for coffee as it is one of those machines that grinds and brews fresh, which is ok but a bit slow. Everything you could want, and the black pudding was especially nice. Additionally the coffee was good, I had white americano, as Gibbs would say "Good coffee" but he has it black!

Those homophobic progress flags everywhere. Staff dismissive, disabled toilets absolutely disgusting. Long wait and poor service for overpriced food. No love, care or attention to detail. Very dissapointing indeed. Long way off what it used to be.

I have to eat here due to work paying! My first night was terrible staff where lazy and couldn't be bothered, durty plats and glasses everywhere. 2nd night was a bit better, change of staff but still not good. Well breakfast was rubbish chef didn't put anything out till 7.20am even they say 7am! Plus then had to wait 15 minutes for eggs. The breakfast chef needs to find a another job!

Had the carvery Sunday dinner. Choice of beef, turkey or gammon. Excellent.

Very warm and friendly welcome, as always from Nancy. The restaurant had a comfortable atmosphere in which to enjoy a relaxed breakfast. Food was delicious, well prepared and cooked perfectly. Plenty of choice on the buffet as well. Nancy and Mel were fabulous hosts who made us feel at home and that nothing was too much trouble.

Mel set a table in the window for us, and Nancy quickly took our order. Great services from both of of them felt right at home food was great. We will be back for more thanks guys

Food is always lovely. It's cheap but a decent quality. We go every boxing day!

Staff are always friendly. Great value for money and food is always tasty. Clean restaurant with a good atmosphere. I'm always happy to return to the Kembrey.

Been here before but really let down last time. Food came out after an hour of waiting. Restaurant wasn't busy and didn't have any complicated food. When food did come out it was luke warm and the plates were hotter than the food. Think it was left under heat lamp for too long. Also they forgot our daughter's fries from her child's meal. Had to ask someone to get them.

on arrival greeted by member of staff called lewis, very good customer service when placing food order. Lewis even came over several times to make sure everything was ok with meals, if we asked for anything he had no problem getting it very friendly always smiling and makes you feel very welcome keep up the good work Lewis 😊😊

An absolute joke! Ive ordered a bowl0 of chips and never saw anything like it! they came in a small ramekin and there were maybe 5 chips in total. never again!

Jack, Maddie & Lily are a credit to the business, Great service & willing to help. One of the best mixed grills I've had in a long while. Definitely coming g back. 👍

We stayed at Premier Inn just nearby this restaurant for 3 weeks, so we used to go for dinner in the Restaurant and daily for Breakfast for us dinner were jsut ok as we are Vegetarian so limited options, but Breakfast is Good. I frequent here with my husband as the food is well priced and tasty. The staff are friendly, especially Nancy! Her service is impeccable. We visited on a busy evening and her patience in the face of frustrated patrons was amazing.

An okay experience- not great not terrible. The staff behind the bar were great, very friendly and attentive despite seemingly there not being enough of them. We ordered two cheese and bacon burgers. They kind of seemed somewhat thrown together. The beef was dry and chewy. The fries were nice but as pictured there was only the smallest amount of coleslaw. Everything- from the floors, to the tables and menus, was sticky. It was gross. Football was being shown in the bar which was great.

A cheap lunch had today , 2 mains and 2 coffes £17 , what's not to like 😋

This place always seems to be understaffed. Whether you’re at the bar just trying to order a drink, or waiting for your food, without fail every time your wait time is ridiculous. One customer commented she’d recently applied for a job here and been turned down due to the number of applications, hard to believe they’ve been inundated with applications given there is only ever one bar person and one person serving tables. Shame too as the food is good.

So this eatery was chosen as I am vegan and the breakfast menu advertised vegan options which is rare for a breakfast in Swindon . Disappointed to find on arrival that no clean tables or drinking cups were available. In fairness this was addressed after a few minutes wait. Unfortunately the vegan sausages and bacon are not available at the buffet and have to be cooked to order. Therefore, my fellow breakfaster had eaten their breakfast by the time mine had arrived. The vegan ‘sausages and bacon’ were Ok but slightly under cooked. Generally the place is tired and dirty. It has an extremely grubby looking carpet which looks like it had not been hovered or cleaned for several months. The wallpaper/paint on the wall next to the table was absolutely filthy. The restaurant had a 5 out 5 food rating which I was amazed to see given the overall grubbiness. I can see the attraction of unlimited breakfast buffets for a certain type of person but personally I would prefer quality over quantity.

Plenty of parking outside, now I know why, it wasn't busy, we found a table and checked out the menu. We approached the bar with only one person serving and taking food orders, after a considerable wait we placed our orders and showed BL card and were told none of the main meals are covered by this although they advertise it. The wait for the meals was quite long although the waitress did apologise as for the food the fish and chips seemed like it was oven cooked not crispy, gammon was 5oz should have been 8oz and lasagne was small. Food was very over priced for quality to sum up we will not be returning.

After ordering it took over an hour for the food to come to us and then desert took around 40 min and after chasing two came and the kids deserts took another 20 min and when asked staff was not bothered

Food was good, but service was a bit slow. We were the only customers in at the time and food took a long time to come out.

Lewis, the manager, who welcomed us, couldn’t have been more helpful. Food and service was very good even though they’d been left short staffed today.

Our appetites are not what they once were so their 2 lunches for £11.49 is excellent value. There was quite a wait from ordering to receiving the food but we are retired and the wait wasn’t a problem. In fact it usually indicates it has been cooked fresh rather than having been hanging around for a while being kept warm. We both had the fish and chips and were very pleased. My only complaint would be that the garden peas might have been green painted ball bearings. They were either of very poor quality or hadn’t been cooked for long enough. The service was very good, especially from Luis who might have been the manager. We will definitely be returning.

Toilets disgusting, never use it. Food was okay. Spicy. Service was nice but had to ask for each bit as they were forgetful/ gave wrong orders, missing orders etc. We didn't bother asking for everything back but you can see each dish of the same food had different stuff. E.g. missing sauce or lemon, or sides. A single meal is same price as 2 so we bought double. Those who only had 1 portion looked rather hungry as they were picking up every part of the plate. For a pub I think it's average. Atmosphere was nice and staff were nice.

Food was good but Petra the waitress was rude, didn't clear our plates and we didn't have fresh cutlery. She definitely needs to be taught how to deliver good customer service.

When I arrived at the Kembrey Inn I thought the decor and gardens looked rather forlorn, inside the decor and carpets need replacing, we waited for 35 minutes for our meal, but the food was amazing, so that was the saving grace.

The food was the worst we have ever tasted and we eat out alot. Was frozen produce. The restaurant was extremely dirty. Definitely wouldn't go again and definitely would not recommend going there.

Staff was nice. Manager is very pleasant. Food and drink were good and reasonabley priced. We had a pizza and lasagne. All round pleasant pub for food.

Turned up late for Breakfast but plenty of food. All the basics all hot and tasty. Nice greeting when we walked in gave us a good experience. Having experienced a bad one I can assure you this Brewers Fayre is defo a GOOD one.

Lovely breakfast here on Wednesday. Buffet not being used today as not too busy, so order taken at the table and breakfast brought out from the kitchen, which I prefer. Full cooked breakfast with all the usual items, plus a really nice continental breakfast spread as an alternative option. Looked after by the lovely Mel, who checked back to make sure everything was ok and I had everything I needed. She was friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Really enjoyed my experience here, a great way to start a busy day.

Went for breakfast, scrambled egg was a bit too runny. Other than that not bad to have breakfast here. Staff are lovely, work hard as they are constantly on the go

Visited this brewers fare on Sunday 7/7/24.Big mistake. Carvery is advertised as being from midday until 18:00hrs. Not so. Wifey and I arrived before 17:30 to find carvery area devoid of any food. Upon asking I was told they had ran out of meat so we would have to order from main menu. I ordered steak and ale pie chips and peas and the wife ordered the " crispy" haddock chips and peas. 45 mins wait and food arrived. Batter on haddock was as far from crispy as you can get. No bread + butter. Steak pie, well what can I say, 1 lousy little piece of steak. Good disgusting and cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired. Will not be returning. Waste of time and money.

Arrived at 1500, not that busy. Carvery on display but only small piece of beef. On ordering carvery was not available, on menu available till 1800. been too busy. May be the voucher, Of 40% off which we had , had something to do with this. No trio of pies either. Not over impressed, eating area bit dirty, will not come back.

The Kembery Inn brewers Fayre was a great experience the food was good standard. Also the service being to a good standard and the staff where welcoming as you walk in. The atmosphere was quiet and was quick service of food and was not to busy. With great parking and great prices this was even at when you expect at 12pm for it but i was surprised. Every week I come for coffee or breakfast before work and Nancy greets me like an old friend! The food is consistently brilliant, with great portion sizes. Service is good, and the Kembery has calm and welcoming atmosphere.. as well as being cool even on the warmest days!

It's ok, the food is not what I'd call exciting but it tastes ok. The service is flat but far from rude. Brewers fayre are hardly a premier restaurant but when you're paying hard earned cash a little bit of flair is not too much to ask.

Visited for Father’s Day, ordered food, and waited an abnormal amount of time and then the food had finally arrived. The nachos that we had ordered had just cheese and salsa on and arrived with the smallest amount of grated cheese and some cut up vegetables as salsa with no sauce. Some food arrived and others didn’t and we had to ask after waiting for an hour at this point, to only find out that the kitchen never received the order. The food had finally arrived only to be bland and not cooked the way it was requested. Staff were helpful and ensured they would give us free deserts which we decided to take up the offer. However, the cheesecake we had was disgusting. Will not be returning unfortunately.

Possibly one of the worst places I've ever been, the outside tables all had flooded ashtrays that smelt disgusting, the food was dreadful, the drinks were expensive, my first experience of a brewer's Fayre and definitely my last.

Not informed that Breakfast service finished @10:30 when paying for Breakfast on arrival. Which we discovered when we went to get some toast and pastries as they had all been cleared, as the service had finished.. The standard of cooked breakfast was appalling. The safe option would have been the wearing of safety glasses due to the bacon and hash browns being that well cremated. Definately a need for staff retraining with regards to Customer Service. 1st and last time in this Brewers Fayre 😡😡

Great breakfast . All you can eat children eat free , have to have an adult buy breakfast. Check with venue details. Other food avaliable during the day. Refill coffee and tea and soft drinks. Check prices before buying.

Under staffed during bank holiday weekend. Staff overwhelmed during breakfast and the food slow to come out on the buffet. Food not readily available and long queues to get coffee and toast as there's only one machine.

Food was a good selection, especially the dessert line. Good staff and good allergy awareness. The manager actually came to make sure I had the food that wouldn't make me ill. Came in again and they were really great with my nan. Gentleman came out to help carry her plate to her table and help with her order.

Stayed next door at Premier Inn so this was the food outlet for it. Food was good and well presented. Staff were both friendly and very helpful. Good choice for breakfast.

Lovely warm welcome and clean surroundings but tables and chairs are a little worn and wobbly. It became quite tiresome at the dinner table, making sure drinks didn't topple over. Refillable drinks, special deals on food and daily specials on the board. Sundays there is a carvery. I ordered the fajita burger and it was thoroughly enjoyable. Staff more than happy to let us eat our own birthday cake after our meal. Even provided a knife to cut it with. Toilets could of been cleaner given it was a very quiet Monday night, but nowhere is perfect I suppose. Overall I would come back. At least to try the carvery.

I was using this pub for 2 years, not anymore. I was there today after 2 pm. Food was overdried, fish taste like shoe. Staff wasnt too intrested. Long waiting time

Came here just for a night away. So had dinner and breakfast here. The evening atmosphere was very quiet and the service slow mypartner waited 50 minutes for our food to be delivered but apart from that the food was lovely. The pub was very quiet though not many customers at all. The breakfast atmosphere was very quiet also the lady who served us was lovely and again the food was great and we didn't have to rush or queue for anything.

Amazing pub/restaurant can get busy but the atmosphere is quiet brilliant staff and the food is gorgeous
