Starbucks Coffee in Swindon

Very quick service from incredibly friendly staff. The brown sugar cinnamon latte was absolutely divine! The mozzarella and pesto panini was very good. The cafe was clean and welcoming.

Nice coffee and outside seating.

Machine coffee it's a cheap café service at a high price. Machine coffee.

I'm a Costa coffee fan, but I have been on the dark side having a Starbucks coffee, but I never told anyone........not a bad cup of coffee, tho'

The young staff in there looked miserable, one was throwing the milk about, the cleanliness was awful, definitely under staffed.

Located in the outlet, visited on a Sunday around 2pm and it was busy, (all the coffee shops were busy at this time). Just had Americano X2 with a snack. The team was very friendly. Overall what you would expect from Starbucks.

It's a Starbucks. Coffee came in a bucket (wish I had known what large meant), was really weak, and far too milky. Again, it's a Starbucks. Some like. Me? Not so keen.

Visited designer outlet centre for shopping and had bought drink/pastry here for breakfast. Lovely staff and store which leads to children's play area. Fairly big and lots of comfortable seating which us nicely spaced out. Playarea is for younger and older kids.

I stopped whilst browsing the shops at Swindon. I bought a flat white, I didn't have time wait long. Very clean place, nice friendly staff. I would recommend if your ever in the outlet centre in Swindon

There were not enough staff, and the A/C wasn't working. Long wait in the queue and staff was exhausted. Next time will grab coffee from the coffee van.

The staff where very snappy and impatient when giving giving the drinks they didn't even check to see if the right person got the drink, the shop it's self was unclean won't recommend coming here any time soon

Can't really rate under food, as I got hot chocolate? Can't fault the drink, staff or service, a couple of flickering lights were kind of off putting though

Have had my breakfast here for a long time as I work in the outlet. The other day I came in around 10am to get my usual. It was relatively quiet and when I went to the til there was no queue. The woman with pink hair had her back turnt away from me for a good few minutes and didn’t respond to me saying excuse me so I assumed she was busy. Then, I noticed she was on her phone. I was stood there for at least 5 minutes with no queue before I was served. Usually the customer service is amazing but today I was very disappointed.

Amazing workers, come here almost every day with my friend and they always treat us so nicely and are always so happy. Would highly recommend to anyone

Oh deary me, first time coming in here and clearly the staff don't want to be there. Service wasn't great, no smiles or asking what milk I'd prefer with my coffee. Think I'll stick to Costa.

A decent Starbucks in an excellent location in the heart of the Swindon Outlet Centre, probably the nicest place for coffee and cake.

Extremely disappointed with my visit today 6th January , staff were standoffish and lacked in knowledge about gf when I questioned about a hot chocolate. I wanted too double check for my son who is colieac. I met with a rude server who didn't have a clue what I was taking about.... she then looked it up on the ipad for allergens and was met with other colleague who went on too tell me that if it's with normal milk it's fine! It's not lactose!!!! Extremely dangerous that the staff do not have a proper understanding of colieac, this could make someone very poorly 😢. I have also sent through feedback

Three times in a row items have been missing from delivery orders. On one occasion apparently the item was sold out, the store were insistent that they tried to contact me to offer an alternative but I hadn't received any calls.

Not the best place for a good coffee in my opinion.

Too busy, not enough staff and dirty. Space not large enough, left waiting at the till point with no communication, walked out. Real disappointment and will not return.

First time in Swindon , decided to end our visit with a treat at Starbucks , arrived around 16:40 , ordered two toasties , a hot and cold drink to have in before hitting the road driving back to Bournemouth. We were well disappointed to have our cheese and ham toasties in a take away bags where the hot, liquidity cheese was all running inside the paper bag as well as getting our hot drink in a take away cup where I surly was charged for dining in . Lack of communication from staff was 100 percent the main issue as we should have been informed about this prior to paying as we would have definitely moved to the next cafe , I had to go to the till and ask for plate and cutlery and was given it with no words exchanged or apologise for the inconvenience. I just don’t see why our food and drinks was not served properly as they were still to be open for another 90 minutes.

Latte was awful and strawberry frap had no taste of strawberry and chunks of ice. The staff did not have a uniform other than an apron and were more interested in chatting to each other than customers. we felt like an inconvenience. swindon outlet approx 3.30. we usually go to Starbuck near travel lodge at barnfield in swindon and the service there is beyond fantastic and the staff are really friendly.

Overall it was like any other Starbucks in terms of quality of food. Servers were OK. They didn't seem to want to be there

Didn’t get Usual standard of Starbucks! Firstly service was quite slow! Then both of our coffees had a bitter taste like if they had burned the coffee beans left a nasty aftertaste! We opted for syrups but couldn’t actually taste them!

Keira was really great at making a pumpkin chai latte special was really quick and took notice to our names its my first time in Starbucks and normally people are not passionate about the menu and patient with us when deciding but she was and severed us accordingly with patients with my polish partner jakub -Emma :) i hope she gets a smile and rewarded for her hard work as in her new carrier and i hope to see her another time

Keira-Mane did an excellent job serving my friend and I on the busy period earlier today. Very clear and prompt when taking my order and was rather polite and considerate. Keep up the good work dude!

Nice convenient little Starbucks, but all too regularly out of stock with food/milks/drinks and staff never seem to have time to clean tables.

Went to get my wife a drink while she was dress shopping with daughter the batista was very helpful and quick

Honestly a bad experience. My iced coffee was pretty warm not iced and cold. They added extra stuff on my drink i didnt ask for. Tables were dirty. Baristas were pretty fast tho gotta give them that. Other than that i would say my visit to starbucks this time was below average.

Service was quick and efficient and staff are friendly. The place looks a bit dim with lighting and a bit sticky. It could do with a good clean or a refurbishment!

Queue was pretty big but staff were speedy. Card payment only. I do love a strawberry and cream frappe whilst shopping

I was having an issue with a delivery ordering from Just Eat as there were no drivers in the area. Cancelling the order on my end would've meant I wouldn't get refunded, and I'd been waiting for a while with no update, so I called Starbucks up and a supervisor called Sunny (or Sonny) very graciously helped me by contacting Just Eat and cancelling the order on their end so I'd get my money back. They made sure to ring me back after to confirm that everything was sorted on their end and I've just had funds put back into my account. I'm very happy with the professional and kind customer service provided by them

Coffe is ok, I can understand coffe price but £2,45 for a small 750 ml bottle of water is seriously not acceptable.

Waited 20 minutes for my order and was given the wrong drinks. Please show your staff more respect by scheduling more people on shift they were completely overwhelmed.

Staff were friendly and happy to accommodate for any weird and wonderful drinks ordered. One of the party ordered and forgot to specify almond milk but the team at Starbucks were very accommodating and re-made the drink, although this was no fault of the barrista. However. Service was slow, we waiting over 20 minutes just to order as 3 members of staff were stood talking about their upcoming plans.

Coffee tasted as expected....however I was over charged by 70p....when I asked why it was a different price to advertise I was told that's what the till said it was? I paid the higher price 🤔

Dirtiest Starbucks - behind counter was disgusting, a complete tip. There were spilled drink and milk everywhere. No cream,no skimmed milk half way they the day? Outside tables were gross hadn't been wiped or cleared. Really let's the name down. I actually said "forget it" when u saw how dirty it was. I suggest get coffee from anywhere else and take in with u, staff never come out to check tables anyway 😁 - don't risk eating/drinking from there

Miserable staff, very slow service and the drink tasted like treacle because there was far to much caramel in it. They don't accept cash.

Not the cleanest Starbucks I have been in. Its disappointing to see that there was melted ice and spilt drinks where the baristas were working. Didn't look too inviting.

DO NOT MOBILE ORDER HERE! You will get the worst customer service ever. They don't even start your order until you arrive, and they do have a sign up saying to tell them you have arrived. But it is completely impossible to get their attention. You could literally be dancing around in a monkey costume and they will be completely oblivious. No one even has the basic human intelligence to think 'this guys been stood there a while, maybe we should ask what he's waiting for'? You can stand there all day. If something you ordered is sold out they don't even have the decency to tell you, they just completely ignore your order and carry on.

Not a great experience yesterday. Great drinks of course, but way too many baristas behind the till, all bumping into each other, it was like a comedy sketch. And even still my Frappuccino waited on the side for ages for someone to put cream on it, and then the order was wrong anyway.

I went there to try their new “Forget-Me-Not” Frappucinno exclusively served in reusable cup. They ran out of cups but didn’t say so until after making the beverage. 🙁 It was tasty though. It is a nice Starbucks location over all.

A modern cafe that, given the numbers using it, is very popular. Several tables were being used by people obviously working and it has a sub culture of regular workers.

Appalling service. Cafe was EMPTY with only one customer in front being served. The two members of staff, one preparing an order and other just doing her own paperwork or something. Stood waiting to be served for 10 mins with no acknowledgement, whilst they chatted and joked about something. She finished her order came to the till and looked at us and walked away! Put my food back on the shelf and walked out!

I have to say that I have only been here once but not likely to go back. Our coffees weren't great and my sandwich was soggy. The kids food was fine.

Coffee was good ... but cafe was filthy. Tables not cleaned. Or just cups taken away and then not wiped down. For the price of this coffee .... I would expect at the very least a clean table.
