Don’t bother, THEY DO NOT DELIVER! It’s all lies

Quite simply the most incompetent staff I have ever dealt with. I’ve used this cafe since I was 5 years old and was a brilliant place to come for quick bite to eat or a big fry up. Now there is a manager who barks at staff and customers and you can always hear her shouting witch is nice when you’re trying to eat. I made an order I just eat witch is normally really good never takes longer than 30 minutes however this time I’ve waited over 2 hours with no update. Obviously the know that’s down to just eat but I decided to drive down to tesco cafe too see what was happening and found they had made my order and had just it dumped in the delivery bad and just left it. No calls to me witch some cafes will do to say they driver has not taken it. Wish I got her name now but the oldest member of staff with glasses sorry for being rude but was absolutely useless. I ask her to at least cancel my order as I can do it on my phone and told me basically I’m her words that it was just eat driver who caused the problem and there was nothing she could do. I’ve lost 2 hours of the day and now have to go fight with just eat for a refund

food was nice. shame the flat whites only had a single shot of coffee instead of the necessary two shots.

Monika is genuinely the worst manager I've ever seen. Rude, unprofessional, cynical, and gross. It's actually kind of insane that she even has a job there still. I would avoid this place as long as they work there.

i ordered a sausage bap, yet received a bacon roll? i can’t eat bacon… not happy at all. no way to contact them to get it changed either …

Order around 10 and the delivery time kept changing for a hour, coffee was not made right with very little milk

Overall 1 star. Its the Second time I went and first time food was much worse than prison food with burnt toast, they could scrape it off if un bothered to redo them. If you have special dietary needs or just a simple question best to go elsewhere.

Been in to the café twice now for food, had the katsu curry and it has always been delicious, Service is good and atmosphere quiet. Just ordered breakfast sausage baps and an iced coffee, pleasantly surprised! Was super tasty, would definitely recommend for a cheap, tasty, quiet bite to eat :)

I always order from here but this time my food came later than usual and the food was cold aswell as the coffee.

Customer service was fine, took about 15 minutes to get my scrambled egg and bacon brioche which was a bit long Latte was alright, nothing special The food itself looked and tasted like something you’d get in prison, if you are hungry do yourself a favour and get a meal deal.

The guys are so friendly and always really quick and efficient. Trevor, a serene island of calm at the till, is an absolute treasure and should be protected at all costs 😄 Nicole was a whirlwind of cleanliness, tables didn’t last 30 seconds before being turned around. Just awesome. The girls are a fantastic team, even amongst the Saturday carnage! Thank you!

Waffle fries missing from order, but the food that arrived was piping hot and good quality.

Toast was very hard to chew i think the bread they used in the toaster was still frozen.

The food is usually really good but today the sausage Pattie was burnt on one side’s on both of our muffins and the latte coffee lid was not put on correctly so spilling onto the bag luckily you wrapped the orders well

The egg sausage cheese muffins were delicious better than McDonald’s and delivery driver very polite so will be ordering again

Scone was very very dry. Not the best ingredients used. Tea was ok but could have been hotter. Staff were attentive but seemed preoccupied.

Not bad at all for a fried breakfast, all a bit‘warm’ but if it’s 15 minutes on the road I suppose you have to accept that. Bacon was coldest and was probably cooked before. All in all it’s in the top three for breakfast including time, taste, hot or not and people who deliver. I also ordered a latte coffee which was the best I have tasted in years 😀👌

Ordered a bacon roll. The roll was very dry and stale. No excuse for this as they have an in store bakery. Very disappointed and would not order again.

Food cold and solidified so clearly sat about for a while. No butter for the toast and the ketchup ordered for each meal and charged for missing.

The staff are really polite and friendly. I really enjoyed my experience at this amazing café and the food was lovely and delicious. I would really recommend dining in here.

Although I’ve put it was about 10 minutes late, you kept changing the delivery time! If you go by when I ordered it, I didn’t get the food for around one hour. By the time I did receive it, the hot food was wrapped in a piece of greaseproof paper And was almost stone cold, so the cheese had solidified as well as the mushrooms. The most protected thing was a piece of cake that was boxed! The main food and the coffee was so cold that it wasn’t edible. Would like a refund on this, the only thing that was edible was the cake.

For some reason there was onion chutney and a spicy sauce and cheese on my bacon and egg roll haha. Was weird. I didn’t order that extra stuff. Just took it all off and had it in a different roll. Was still nice lol.

Good, but ordered a vegan millionaire bar and received a non-vegan brownie instead. Obviously couldn't eat that. Otherwise, decent quality burger and really nice seasoned fries.

Food was not hot. Now winter is near, a more insulated wrapping would help to keep food at an edible temperature.

Very greasy food, £1 for the smallest flat mushroom I've ever seen and I paid £2 extra to add bacon to sausage baps and they forgot the sausages! First and last order from here.

Thank you for a great all day breakfast. Could there be a place that items can be taken off? I would have preferred to taken items off then throw away.

It says delivered but I did not receive my order. Do they even ask to confirm the name when they deliver things. I am so disappointed I wasted my money and I can't even get what I paid. Not happy at all.

My order was missing an items, cheese and ham toastie was solid and the other food was good but wasn’t delivered hot. Must say I was disappointed as it was my second time ordering and first time was a completely different experience. No numbers to speak to cafe!

Coffee was cold and half of it have spilled upon delivery due to the way the restaurant had packed it

Bacon was rock hard and inedible, putting butter in a hot bag = melted pool of grease in the bottom of the bag. Asked for no egg and tomato, got the tomato right not the egg. Honestly I don’t no why I bother with just eat, restaurants never seem to look at the orders properly and the process is poor.

I never really leave reviews but I just had too. I haven’t even finished eating yet and I just needed to say. That was the best breakfast I’ve had from a delivery. Food was fresh, hot and absolutely amazing.

Being disabled makes life difficult but the staff there are so helpful carry your food coffee yo a table for you with a smile excellent

The staff couldn't be more helpful, especially the manager, he carried our tray for us, helped us choose the right sandwich box, helped the children to their seats with a nice polite friendly smile!!

They do my favourite Hot Chocolate drink with marshmallows and cream on the top!!! Yayyy.
