Tesco Cafe in North Ayrshire

Staff welcoming. Ambience, cleanliness excellent. Food and drinks quality excellent. A relaxing place to visit while shopping. Haven for reading, working on computer or generally watching the world go by beneath in the store. Coffee delicious, toasties very tasty particularly the cheese and spring onion. Seating and table layout comfortable.

Girl making coffee opened the bag of coffee beans with her teeth- really?! The free tables were all dirty, the staffs attitude was “just can’t be bothered”! All the staff walking about looking at their mobile phones, baked potatoes were very dry- felt like they had been cooked for days in the oven, very little filling and no butter. All in all absolutely horrendous, completely unacceptable for such a large company, Tescos you should be ashamed!!!

To day 20/09/2023 l bought one white coffee in the Irvine Tesco store cafe it cost me £3.25 this Cafe must be the most expensive cafe in Irvine this was about 10.30 am try witherspoon 5 minutes away £1.45 for as many cups as you want, won't be back to this cafe .

Browning salad, watery unappetising tuna and cheeky staff, very unpleasant lunch. Wasn't expecting fine dining but blindly serving salad that's past it's best and not taking time to drain a tin of tuna shows that these are just folk "doing a job" not people who care about what they are serving

Great service. Staff very pleasant and cheery. Food reasonably price and good quality. Yvonne served me today.

The food is typical supermarket cafe food of decent quality, but where this place excels is the friendly, helpful and generous service
