half of order missing. Hopeless.

delivery time was supposed to be half an hour but was at least an hour. items were missing and totally different drinks were delivered. food was all crushed and cold on arrival..not good...and this isn't a one off from them either...

Order was delayed and items were not correct.

Not delivery drivers fault. I ordered my McDonald’s at 9:30am (only 2 breakfast meals) and didn’t even start getting made until 10:45am, food then came at 11 and wasn’t warm enough.

Your driver didnt give the full order my wain went hungry the night

Delivery driver left the gate open. The gate is there for a reason. Terrible delivery driver. Dont send him here again.

Less than an hour from order going in to delivery.. order was fully correct right down to all the dips, was clearly all very fresh and decently presented, tasted great, thanks

Everything was perfect except the ice cream should have been the big size instead it was a big container which was less than half of ice cream in it.

I ordered 3 brownies and the driver stole them because I can see brownie bits on my drink!! and the drink isn't even the right size that I paid for

it's expectable for your burger to come from mcdonald's a little cold usually it's cold but had a little warmth to it.... i usually chuck it in the microwave not this time.... STONE COLD! like freezing not eatable kind of cold. one of my burgers was chucked in the juice bag. keep in mind the juice have ICE!!!! in them. staff absolutely careless and delivery driver looked it he never had a clue.

Four items were missing from the order, and was given the wrong drink, ordered Fanta and was given cola, no straws included in the order either, getting worse and worse each time I order

even though food was delivered on time it was cold and needed to be microwaved. again as per usual dips that are supposed to come with the mozzarella sticks again was missing. McDonalds seem incapable to fulfill the order properly

So disappointed, opened my delivery and only had 1 sauce which is a change from not getting any but I feel getting just one is worse when I ordered 5! How can you just put one in there just to annoy people!

Waited 4 hours for this order to come for it to be stone cold as if it had been sat in freezer for the 4 hour period.

chips were freezing, not enough Pickles, chips were limp and sad

Watched the driver on the map go a detour around almost the whole town meaning the food was cold when it arrived

Double bacon cheese burger wasnt plain for a start then somehow they forget to put 4 dips in the bag as if its a big ask meal was sone cold

I made an order for my parents which contained very specific yet important modifications to the standard. It arrived on time, warm/fresh, and exactly as requested. I have had some negative experiences before ordering from this branch but today they deserve praise. My order was around 2pm on a Tuesday so perhaps I was lucky that it was a quieter time. That said I’ve also noticed an uptick in the service there in recent months, so perhaps this is a sign that it has turned a corner.

Don’t understand how people can’t read what people have ordered yet again missing my wrap getting so bad with missing food not that the pieces they charged and they don’t made sure they send the right items not the first time and won’t be the last time it takes to mines to look at the order and get it right

Was in first thing for a bit of breakfast. Place was empty and placed my order, nearly 20 mins later was still waiting on a hash brown and cheesy flatbread. All the staff looking at me wondering what I'm waiting on. Won't be back.

As per usual McDonalds Staff forgot the Dips. They forget them when you are actually in the restaurant so I guess delivery is no different.

Large fries missing , pineapple stick missing chicken burger inedible frozen cold . Never again will I order at this McDonald’s my son and daughter have had previous orders and without fail an item will be missing which always seems to be around 8/9 don’t know if there is a staff change over or we’re getting what’s left but this was a total waste of money and certainly if I’d had just been more careful as I knew when he handed me the bag that it was too small for what was ordered
