Missing Items again but that's to be expected when a company only hires teenage workers who couldn't care less about their working life, time for a change Mcdonalds.

The time on my delivery changes 3 times my son plays football tonight so I prefer 2hrs before just to make sure , and it was nearly an hour and a half till I got my food from order ! The delivery driver said he only received the order 10 mins previously and was gracious enough to prove that too me ! Somthing is falling apart with this just eat McDonald’s collaboration, it’s happening consistently am fuming , my child late for his training , ment to be for convenience it’s anything but nowadays !

No condiments delivered, chips cold

as of 7:37pm it has still not arrived and the time keeps going up and up we placed an order at 4:55pm this is unacceptable.

i tried to cancel this order and contact the restraunt about 15/20 times as i was not at the correct address so just tried to cancel the order . now dont have food or the ability to refund

This food was not delivered. After it being over an hour late I went to Irvine macdonalds who didn’t answer their phone. Showed order and the supervisor confirmed it had left over an hour ago and must have been delivered to wrong house! I bought my food at drive through again and have receipt. Refund me please!

Delivery was fine but McDonald’s always forgot to pack something usually always my sons chicken nuggets from happy meal. Every single time without fail.

half a cup of irn bru. ordered 4 pineapple sticks and got 1 and 3 bags of carrots. chips were freezing cold. not just cold. freezing cold and half cooked. quarter pounder was cold. the length of time it was going to take kept changing so you can't say it was late. shocking

Restaurant kept pushing back the time from 22:15pm until 00:16 until it suddenly changed from preparing food to delivered, yet, it didn’t arrive at all.

This is the last time I’ll be ordering from McDonalds in Irvine. I’ve ordered from them about 4 or 5 times and not once have they got my order correct. There have been missing items or incorrect items. The food is also always cold. Absolutely terrible service.

i've put 1 star quality cause this time it wasn't just one or two dips missing it was 8 that's terrible surely you can miybe miss 1 or 2 but not 8

Hey we are happy with our food but we asked politely and even tipped the driver but asked him to chap back but he chapped the front and we were missing sauce. We asked to have the back door chapped as the kids are sleeping. Sorry not trying to sound disrespectful
