McDonald's Restaurants in North Ayrshire

Really disappointed this isn’t the first time an item was missing and now apparently just eat are stating I am not entitled to a refund for an item that was never delivered? Really disappointing service.

I ordered my food at 8.15pm and it never arrived until 11.30pm.....unacceptable! I would like refunded as I was asleep by the time my food came.

put my order in at 8.37pm . food arrived at 11.37pm and it's not my order . I'm furious , it doesnt even resemble my order in the slightest . My order also cost more than this one that's not mine . 0 stars . I will be binning this and requesting a refund

Absolute joke the night waited almost 2hrs for food that was cold and half of it missing raging is an understatement driver wasn’t happy either said he waited an hr n 20 mins for it himself at the restaurant and said it was a bunch of kids as staff not doing there job

Completely surprised given the comments! Order was correct, warm and delivered when it said it was going to be! Nothing missing/spilled/incorrect. Only ordered due to being unable to drive just now so took the chance and pleasantly surprised!

Ordered a large chocolate milkshake and was given a large cola and paid for sauce but never received it and it’s not the first time this has happened

Ordered at 18:30 to be delivered 18:55-19:10. Order delivered at 19.43. Delivery driver told us he had to order our food half an hour after I ordered it as McDonald said they did not have the order. Nothing to do with being busy as delivery driver confirmed the restaurant was quiet. Food arrived cold, got a Cola instead of a fruit shoot and paid for dips but received none. Whole experience was sadly a disaster.

Order was missing three items. Second time I’ve used McDonalds Irvine and second time I’ve had issues. Tried to contact the store direct and the phone has been hung up twice.

No wonder this place has a rating of 2.6 they can’t get anything right!!! Do they think that the sauces come out of their own wages for heavens sake how hard is it to read the order & see oh this person wants 2bbq & 2 ketchup oh & the straws come on people it’s really not hard is it!! my order was 40 minutes late. Once received it's was stone cold so ended up in the bin. tried to message with regards to this and got offered £2.94 back for a £15 order

Only downfall was that it was cold & had to reheat it otherwise it would be a 10/10 feedback

Not delivered again. !!!!! The courier had the wrong address gault drive not John fault drive so would like my money back this happened twice now!!!!!!!!!

I placed my order, and when the app said it was putside the lady driver had sat outside my house for 15mins then came in to give me a cold meal and melted milkshake. Very disspointed

Horrendous performance from McDonald’s! Never get an order right. Ordered two big tasty meals and only received one big tasty yet they remembered the fries and drinks. Pure laziness and they have the cheek to try and blame the delivery drivers

Stickers on food stated it was prepared 25 minutes before delivery. Entire order was stale and stone cold. Just eat thinks £4 is ample compensation for wasting 18 quid on cold food. Not on.

Order to treat the kids and their chicken nuggets and plain cheeseburger from the happy meals were missing…. Managed to send our “free cheeseburger” which is great as I requested plain for the kids. Seems to be every 2nd order something is missing. My partner had to drive down the last time since it’s a fortune just for half a meal! Be last time I order

Absolutely shocking! A burger was missing all the chips and nuggets and cheese bites were cold and hard absolute joke will never order again every time you order from Irvine there’s always a problem or something missing honestly you wonder why your in trouble financially! They don’t help when you phone and tell you to take it up with just eat and all I got from just eat was the money for the missing burger no refund for the rest of the order that was cold and hard

As per usual McDonald’s haven’t read the notes. I even put yellow stars all round the instruction and typed PLAIN CHEESEBURGER in capitals. Need to employ staff that can actually read and follow a very simple instruction!!! Minimum wage, minimum effort 🤷‍♀️

Food was cold on delivery, despite courier being at restaurant for nearly 15 minutes. For the 2nd or 3rd time my order was delivered minus the sauces that should have been included, as well as the additional sauces that I paid for at 70p each. Poor!

The delivery guy was awful,rushed and gave me the wrong order! As I tried to shout him back to tell him about the mistake he ignored me ,got in his car and drove away! Absolutely shocking! Phoned McDonalds and they offered no help ,only to get in touch with just eat for a refund,doesn’t help me now does it?
