Me and My wife popped if for a coffee and a quick snack My wife go her sandwich I wanted 30 min more only to fine they forgot me make mine and when I asked I got tuts and head shaking

2nd time ordering ( I ordered yesterday) and again I'm very happy. No issues at all. Food arrives, hot and well packed so nothing spills ( i ordered full breakfast and hot drink). My egg was runny again 😊thank you so much. Highly recommend. Delivery driver also very pleasant which was nice

Very happy with the food. It arrived hot and fresh. I do enjoy the food from here as often go in with my little boy, so thought I'd try a delivery. No issues at all. Portion sizes just right for me and nearly 3 year old. Fried egg was runny 😁thank you so much, love runny eggs. Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast.

Banging food always use this cafe the big breakfast

Food is super tasty just arrived cold and the hot chocolate has ice cold I know it wouldn't have been boiling anyway but it was icy it was originally ment to arrive at 3 arrived at 20 past again the food is really good and usually arrives way quicker and warmer

Really slow service. Waited 45 minutes for food and it was cold when it arrived. We ended up not having enough time to go shopping and didn't want a fine in the carpark so had to pay for parking in St Stephens

Just had a full breakfast 1 rasher of bacon 1 sausage beans 2 hash browns and toast 5.50 shocking for the price and 3 pounds for a coffee. Could have been better they need to be filling the plate up

Staff are so friendly. Cafe always busy because food is delicious and drinks are perfect.

We were served a wrong order, we returned it to the kitchen and the cook stormed over to the table, spoke to my daughter aggressively and advised it wasn't her fault and the issue was with the cashier. I asked her to calm down and that the issue was clearly a process issue between the cashier and kitchen not us. The cook then came back slammed my refund down and said loudly to my daughter 'thank you'! My daughter purchased from Tesco a meal deal and joined us to eat, the cook came back a 3rd time and told her she wasn't allowed to eat it in the cafe, despite a Tesco employee doing the same thing across from us. We asked for the manager after the 3rd interruption and he apologized and gave us a card to write a review!! I then proceeded to do my shopping and spent a further £71, I will be using asda in future!

Takes ages to get served its getting worse the food ok but never out in stock coffees and other hot drinks are always coldish menu needs changing 😫

We visited on Sunday afternoon and had a lovely meal. We ordered food and it arrived within 10 minuets. Loads of sauces available in bottles rather than stupid sachets. Food arrived and looked ok but the kids meal was avocado on toast and was very sparse with the avocado. I think they had run out because my daughter should of had avocado on her veggie burger but there was non. I had scampi and chips and it was very nice. Nice pleasant staff.

Went into the cafe before we did out shopping the costumer service was rubbish ordered sasuge and egg bap and bacon and egg bap and 2 coffees, when the coffee's came was in paper takeaway cups and when the baps came was on paper plates it was laughable really. They was no napkins cutlery or not even asked if we wanted any condiments just thrown at us on the table for what you pay it wasn't like you was in a cafe. It was disgraceful.

Called in at the cafe whilst out shopping in Tesco. We decided to have the breakfast, with a medium hot chocolate. Firstly, the breakfast was almost inedible with uncooked sausage, raw toast and tasteless almost cold beans. As I don’t eat sausage, I asked if I could swap the sausage for another egg, only to be told quite curtly that they “don’t do that” and if any item was changed, we would have to pay for it! To make things worse, the hot chocolate was very watery and tasteless. I don’t recommend this place, and will not be using again!!

A full breakfast meal missing off my very first order placed with tescos cafe needless to say I won’t be ordering again the whole point of ordering food is to have the food you ordered delivered!!! Shocking service for a 3 items order to get it wrong!! Not hard is it

Missed a sandwich off also ordered the breakfast for 2 for £17 and they sent standard one, food was cold and definitely not worth the money luckily got refunded for most of it. Couldn’t ring to complain neither, shocking 🤬

Portions are ridiculously small. Waffles were burnt. Sausages were undercooked. Full £30 Order in the bin. Never again.

Tasty breakfast, egg cooked to perfection, nice tomato, fried bread not at all greasy. Prompt delivery after ordering. Friendly staff

Visited the Hall Road Tesco cafe. The cafe itself was clean and tables spaced out well. The staff work hard and seemed understaffed for the volume of customers. The lady on the till had a heavy cold not sure if she should have been at work. The next day we both came down with bad colds not sure if related. It can get noisy with children screaming and running about while parents seem oblivious to them. The coffee is good and the staff take a pride in what they do. Tesco managers tend to stay a while in the cafe so it must be good.

Delivered in good time, toast and eggs weren’t great. Hash browns were nice. Below average but nothing particularly bad. Just wouldn’t order again.

Ordered the breakfast…all sloped in one box so the beans covered everything. Sausages were really small, and it was pretty cold too. Won’t be ordering again.

I specifically asked for no beans or tomatoes as I find both very off putting, but they still put them on anyway. It is a good job I didn't make my request due to a food allergy! The bacon was like cardboard. Won't be using again. Stick to the independent cafés folks, you get more for your money and the quality is far superior. Really disappointed, didn't enjoy my food at all. Total rip off!

Paid for extra beans did not get beans , paid for an extra sausage only got one , told them in the notes I’m allergic to tomato land tomato was in my wrap !!!!!

Received my breakfast £5.75 is ridiculous for what you get, didn't receive any toast. Never again a waste of money and so expensive.

Not one for reviews usually but this visit pushed me too it. Walk in and order 2 breakfasts and coffees on a quiet Sunday morning, no more than a handful of people in, to be told it's a 30minute wait. Not a problem I thought and sat down. One customer's order was given to another person, when questioned the waitress got very snotty and rude with him, stating 'it's not my fault, you got anything else you want to say?' Before proceeding to tidy up a table banging everything loudly onto the table while she did. 45 minutes come and go and still no sign of our breakfast. When it comes out it is given to another table, only recieved it as they told them we was here before them! Now here's the best bit, so 45/50 minute wait for a full english to be presented with 1 slice of overcooked bacon, 1 tiny sausage cooked on one side well done and the other not, half a soggy tomato, 2 frozen hash browns and a handful of beans complete with 2 cold slices of toast!... so all in all, rude staff, no communication between them, stupid wait times for something that resembled a child's meal and not cooked well in anyway. Add to the list that several JustEat delivery drivers came and went in this time so clearly people not visiting the cafe are given food before anyone in the cafe. Will not be visiting again, had a full english served quicker and much nicer in a greasy spoon on matchday then this!

Don't t even waist ur money u can go to shop and get more for what u get of here for 5 pound plus deliver so it come upto ten pound and I got a sausage one pice of bacon a tomatoe good job I added more on to it or would still be hungry

Frozen, but very nice fish and chips, very filling, £6.10 fabulous choice of meals and snacks, staff excellent very helpful 😇 good access for disabled, bad points main menu past the coffee service bar, school kick out times large amount of kids otherside of windows (needs screens/blinds or large stick on privacy vinyl to glass)

The staff are friendly and work hard and they serve good coffee too. The food always looks nice , can sometimes get a little noisy with young children just having fun. It is always clean and tidy all in all a nice place to visit.

Good breakfast - ordered extra toast, which arrived but it was missing the toast that it came with…

Ordered 2 breakfast and they send me totally another order, another receipt for another customer. Avoid at all cost

Slightly more expensive than other places doing breakfast and delivery isn't cheap, but the food is a lot lighter and tastier. Plus there's more variety.

Do to roadworks and no drivers it took longer than expected, however the food was piping hot and sooooo good! We'll be ordering breakfast from here again, and again, and again and aga....

I got given the wrong order which isn’t great as I’m a veggie with a normal breakfast now

I didn't receive my order at all, it was cancelled by the restaurant when it was supposed dto be delivered, This is the second time that I have had problems with this particular restaurant, the first time they took the breakfast menu off early with no indication that they intended to.

By far the best breakfast I’ve had delivered, all real nice food and the it arrived hot. Delivery was also fast deffo recommend x

Stopped for breakfast before shopping, lovely breakfast, staff friendly, little slow but due to covid resrictions meals were made to order and brought to your table. It was nice to see a few people had come into the cafe for breakfast or coffee. The over all cost was very reasonable and i felt i got value for my money. I would use the cafe again maybe for lunch ? Next time. Over sll very relaxful and enjoyable

Good honest food, reasonable prices, friendly staff and very responsible over social distance measures.

All high chairs broken so my baby had nowhere to sit, over an hour before closing and the only thi g available was pre packed sandwiches/paninis and pre cooked (probably been sat around on a hotplate) sausage/bacon sandwiches... All I wanted was an omlette and avacado on toast. Won't be returning.

I have eaten here a few times, mainly for lunch when shopping. The food is better than you expect from a supermarket cafe. I have eaten from the menu, and I have asked for things not on the menu, the staff are always friendly and usually happy to oblige.

Terrible customer service, miserable staff Unhelpful.not polite and they never smile Food isn't nice. Tables and cutlery are dirty. Definitely wouldn't recommend

Eaten here a few times. (orchard Park road/beverley Road corner). Never had a complaint with the food they serve. Hot, tasty and varied but limited menu. The bonus is..... not expensive. Really good value. We would recommend it. It's nice to have a cuppa and breather before or even after a shop. Or collect a morning paper and enjoy breakfast.

Very disappointed on my last visit. Although most the food was nice the bacon was obviously sitting around on a hot plate and was hard as stone, and the Victoria sponge was stale.
