The kebab was inedible, the meat itself was good but the sauce was sour

Hit and miss had some nice food but also some that wasn't to my taste!

Worst delivery had me waiting nearly 3 hours now and the shop closes at 3am ordered at like 12

I ordered my food over an hour ago for me and my child and I'm still waiting, called restaurant said on way but yeah I'm again still waiting..

Tried to order from online but they cancelled my order for no reason! Wasted my time ! Avoid!!!!

I am sooo disappointed, we waited over an hour for food, spent 31.00 and got really small portions. I paid 8.00 for a mixed kebab and it was like a small donner meat with 3 Single chips. Not only that but it was cold. When I rang to complain he was VERY rude to me. I've actually had to order more food from another take away to feed us. Plz DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

My order came early what was great and the food wasn't bad but I ordered cheesy chips and they were bland and I nearly chocked on a hair that was definitely not mine so that ruined the rest of the meal

Got in from a night out, ordered me scran at 1:30am on just eat, it said to expect delivery at 2:25am so I waited, and waited, and waited, anyway when it got to 4am and my calls wouldn't go through to the takeaway I gave in and went to bed. Not one to complain but when it doesnt even turn up and I get no calls or answers or anything i get a bit annoyed.

I've been visiting here for years. consistently lovely food and a good service too. great business hours. even early hours of the morning the quality is still good (best cheesy chips in Hull...and i have shopped around believe me!)

Our food came in about 10 minutes late. The pizza was squashed against the box. Part of the filling was stuck to the box..really bad delivery from Just Eat.

Chips was hard and disgusting and the donner wrap was just awful. Thrown the full thing in the bin wish i never ordered it.

We got takeout tonight, garlic bread was like cardboard, pizza was over cooked and hard. Chips was warmed up... think it might be last time we order from here

Ordered from Just Eat, food was an hour late, which seems to be common with this place. Garlic bread was like pork crackling, you could break a tooth on it. Pizzas were gritty from having a weird garlic bread base, even though a plain base was asked for. Donner meat calzone was pretty much empty as about 2 inchs of the edge was just dough. Cheese omlette had next to no cheese in, it might as well been plain. Cheesy chip wrap was not wrapped well at all, took a bite and all the filling just feel out, not to include the paper wrapping it was wrapped in was stuck to the wrap because of the grease. Only good thing was the chips and onion rings. Wouldn't recommend or order from again

My food was lovely but Found a sharp piece of plastic in the salad of my burger

I could barely taste the chicken seasoning as the chicken was badly burned, the chips were all dry and had hardly any spice added. I will never order from here again.

Basically Yh ordered at 1:45 meant to come at 2:30, big shock it didn’t called up 3:15 they said they’re busy so it’ll take 20 mins again didn’t then guy calls at 4am saying he’s outside and can’t find my house. I said I’m coming out but I just blocked his number and didn’t go out. He found my house eventually but man turned all the lights off didn’t I and told everyone not to answer. He left after 10 mins dude was per-sis-tent but I’m not paying for food 3 hours late. I’ll just wait til asda opens at 7 and get some fat scran there I was about to get dominos cos that closes at 5 but then remembered I’m not stupid and won’t pay extortionate prices for average grub. Never again. Time wasters. I sat there and watched half of stranger things s3 when I thought I’d only get thru one episode before my food came. Don’t waste ur time with these scum.

Placed order over £9.00 and was supposed to get free pizza did not arrive with order. Won't got there again food OK had better.

Delivery was terrible he was 1 hour late and the staff in the shop was rude and not helpful also food was cold and greasey will not be using them again

Went in and ordered a pizza to be delivered paid for it in the takeaway and they didnt even bother turning up. Took my money and didnt even try to deliver it what a joke best get my money back when I pop in later

Good food, very tasty. Honestly, Ive tried few places in Hull, this is by far the tastiest mixed Turkish kebab. And staff are very friendly. Would recommend that.

The food looked and tasted awful. There was items missing from my order and it wasn't the first time but gave them a chance to improve. I will not be using this takeaway again and certainly wouldn't recommend it. Extremely disappointed is an understatement.

Nice burgers and chips, great service and prices

disgrace ordered from here last night burger came with what looked like a bite taken out of it called the driver and he was abusive calling me a skinny c*** and threatened to come to my girlfriend's house for trouble called the restaurant to complain they said to call back tomorrow and that what happens with the delivery driver is not there problem I couldn't believe this will never order from here again!!

BEWARE!!! Didn't listen to food allergy, missed PAID toppings off, and driver tried overcharging me £5 claiming to have no change then suddenly having change after I said I didn't want the food. Not to mention after calling the restaurant to complain they fired the driver, and he in turn rang me and sent abusive text messages, then turned up at my home! swearing at me for getting him fired. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!

This place used to be brilliant! However I haven't been in say 3 years, but waiting over half an hour for cold food? What happened? Do customers not matter anymore? I used to love these guys, but I'll steer every student away and never return.

Wouldn't even give one star. Food was cold, may of been on time but was rancid, the only good part of the experience was a bottle of Coca Cola!

long waiting times waited here for nearly a hour and then food tasted horrid and was often cold, i couldn't even stomach the food and my cousin described his kebab "tasting like horse meat"

Waited an hour for chicken wings and paid for them and then was told they had run out. They didn't offer anything else to replace it and were really slow with the rest of the order which was disappointing. Would not recommend

1 whole hour I waited for 2 kebabs, would of been faster to have it delivered
