Lovely food, always nice and hot, big portions and delivery is always fast

They never deliver the pita bread that clearly states on the item order comes with pita bread. Even after leaving a note to not forget the pita bread. Also they have forgotten ordered tubs of sauce in the past. Never will order again no wonder there score is low when they don't listen to customers.

The order never arrived but said that it did. Clearly this new code thing doesn't work.

Everyone’s saying it took 2 hours to come for them they took about 20-30 minutes for me. However the curly fries looked felt and tasted as if I put my chips from last night into a microwave it was gross . I ordered a burrito it was disgusting they’ve put mince but the mince wasn’t even mince I’m not sure what I even ate it was spicy but a disgusting flavour worst burrito I have ever ate

Absolutely delicious food every time, highly recommend the exquisite selection of omelettes! The food usually always comes early and Flame is one of my favourite takeaway places in Hull.

Don't order from here Ordered via Uber eats Took 1 and a half for the food to arrive even though it's 5 mins in a car away from my house food was cold and poor quality won't order again tried to call no answer

I ordered on just eat. It took them 2 hours to deliver my food. I called them after 50 minutes of ordering, I was told the food will be there in 10 minutes but it didn't. I called again after 1.5 hours, I was upset. I told the man over the phone that unfortunately I will take the food and put it on the fridge as it's too late now to eat it. He asked me if this was the first time to order from them, I said yes .. he answered then don't order again from us. In addition of ruining the night, he was extremely unfriendly. Fortunately the delivery man was quite polite and apologetic.

order from here every week, have fantastic customer service and food always hot and delicious and delivery is always on time. overall outstanding

Ordered of just eat and there was a fly in the cheese tried to contact the company and there phone is disconnected. Never ordering from here again.
