Milkshake I ordered was a month out of date

Says delivered but food never came tried calling the restaurant half an hour after it said delivered and they didn’t answer requested refund

this place was fast becoming our favourite take away. ordered lots of times the past 3 weeks. total let down this evening though. missed off our garlic bread which I paid £7 for and the rest of food was cold. the garlic yoghurt actually tasted and smelled curdled/off as if it had been sat next to the food for a long time. nothing was edible due to this. hopefully it's a one off

Me and my family all agreed it has been one of the nicest take outs we have had in a very long time. 10/10.

Truth be told, good food from here. Ordered around 15 times. Wife was away tonight so ordered on my own. Clearly didn’t want to deliver my £7 order tonight but was happy to take my money still. If you don’t want to deliver small orders, raise your minimum. No reason for a cheeseburger and chips to take 2 hours to deliver 1.2 miles on a Monday night. No apology passed on through driver when it arrived. Passed me the food and turned around. I’m being fair, the food is good, service tonight wasn’t.

Ordered a delivery from here tonight, I wasn't happy at all. I got the spicy chicken filet burger and it wasn't cooked at all, the chicken was still clucking! I rang the shop and the service was shocking, they said it was completely normal for a chicken filet burger to be pink. I will not be using this takeaway again, they have lost a customer!

orderd a triple cheese burger and chips with a milk shake.burger was spot on but no chips probably a genuine mistake these things happen the burger more them made up for such a traumatic loss of chips will order again as that burger was phenomenal

2 and a half hours and no delivery

Order from here quite often specially the Turkish kebab offer that is basically donner Kebab with sauce, chips and can of coke. Recently ordered spicy chicken wings that never stood next to anything spicy and chips were very soggy but to be honest it’s a bit of hit and miss with the chips here.

Late delivery and quality of food was very low.

Normally order from here but after the state of the food last night was a joke I ordered a large chicken kebab with sealed which wasn't cheap got 4 small pieces of chicken chucked on what's supposed to be nam bread the burger looked a mess like a child could dry on better

food arrived within 20 minutes, quickest time yet and is one of the many reasons I've been a customer of theses guys for many years, pizza was delicious and piping hot with a nice crisp to the base, plenty of fresh toppings and the dough is always fresh and delicious. Delivery drivers are always the same couple, very friendly. This takeaway is constantly improving and we worth your money.

The man I spoke to over the phone regarding order was extremely rude and impatient with me. He would accept the fact he did know how to put an address into the drivers satnav, and they failed to rig me when my courier didn't know where my house was. My driver, however, was really nice.

Always a fantastic service from these guys, good food which is always hot and fresh and friendly delivery drivers even when it's sub-zero temperatures outside as was the case tonight, compared to other takeaways in the area; despite the current cost of living crisis they have kept their prices low and haven't compromised on quality. Will always highly recommend.

My order was very late with no apology. When it did arrive they charged me more then what it should be. Delivery driver left my gate open my dog nearly got out.

Pretty much a perfect wrap and packed full of ingredients, these guys know how to treat a drunken barman!, donner and chicken were very fresh and hot. Chips plentiful and perfectly deep fried with enough chip spice to cause hypertension.

Wow the cheesy chips wraps and dinner wraps are the best about with garlic butter in the cheesy wraps are the bomb from here you get ur moneys worth all day long I definitely recommended it’s under rated with takeaway

Good food, but I paid for extra chips with the wrap which was about £2 extra but they didn't send them..so was an expensive wrap on its own 🤦🏻‍♀️

Never again, spicy chicken burger, not spicy, dry, bread bun falling apart. Turkish kebab no fresh chillies on it, apparently have to ask for them even though description states chillies. Not helpful on phone, just say no one here who can do anything!!!

Only takeaway in a few square miles to put actual bacon and sausages on their menu, and they sure know how to cook it too, top quality burger made with fresh ingredients and a real belly buster long with the large portion of well cooked chips.

Order arrived on time, went for the Mexicana pizza with Bolognaise and Jalapeños, never a dissapointment with it at all, the bolognaise is made in house using top quality ingredients and the Jalapeños are always freshly cut and plentiful.

Cold, soggy chips, no garlic just thin bread. Wafer thin pizza with tiny bit of cheese, hardly any chicken, pepperoni or Donna, waste of money

Did an order worth £50 for it to be cold which has never happened before I rang the restaurant and explained the gentleman was helpful and said he would speak to his boss and ring me back, after twenty minutes I rang back to be told if I wanted hot food to collect it to which I explained wasn’t good enough as last twice I’ve had it delivered it’s being red hot This was a treat for my family and all the food has had to go in the bed to say wer unhappy is an understatement

It was actually more than 5 mins early , but I couldn’t move the cursor, it just kept on going back to 5 mins , and I had forgot to order the pizza I wanted for my grandaughter , but she eventually got it and she said it was worth waiting for

Whoever thought it was a good idea to put my wedges in a container that had obviously been gnawed at was wrong. One side of the carton was almost completely eaten away. I always ordered from here but never again.

They thought because I added bolognese to a meat feast they could rip me off and not add the pizza sauce it comes with like it makes up for it, left the entire thing dry, I paid money for the bolognese as an extra I didn’t ask for it instead of the sauce, rob us at every chance
