Tesco Cafe in Wiltshire

I absolutely love the breakfast at Tesco Salisbury’s restaurant! The food is consistently delicious, and Cat always makes the experience extra special. She’s friendly, kind, and knows exactly how we like our food. Even my hubby is very happy when Cat is on shift. It's such a nice touch that she remembers my rocket salad with the chorizo breakfast! When I see her in the kitchen, I know my meal will be just perfect. Thank you, Cat, for making every visit a delight!

Visited at 12:40 on the 11th March The cashier wasn’t listening properly to anyone’s orders and had one AirPod in so was clearly distracted. We struggled to find a table that was clean and didn’t have previous customers plates ect on. We ended up sitting just in front of the till and what appeared to be the cashiers mates were chatting with him and he took ages to make the drinks they’d ordered, leaving people waiting in the queue for quite a while. The wait on food was about 40 mins and they told us it was because they’re busy, looking around the cafe wasn’t very full! We then got our food before someone who had been waiting over an hour. Luckily the food was nice. As we were finishing our food, a family came in and one of the workers went over to them to tell them they wouldn’t be able to serve any hot drinks. When asked why, they said because they have no clean cups. They’d had a quiet period in which they could have easily got some cups cleaned but they didn’t. I could also see clean cups on the shelves behind them. The family were understandably annoyed by the service and lack of initiative and left. The whole atmosphere was so tense and everyone was fed up. This isn’t the first time I’ve visited and I’ve never had a problem, always been lovely service but today was such a let down!

Terrible service - waited in queue for 10 minutes as both employees were occupied in back kitchen washing and clearing up. Place was also a mess with tables left uncleared for my 30 minute stay.

Stopped here for breakfast while traveling along the A303. Pleasant cafe and the staff were friendly and very efficient. Our breakfast was well presented and not swimming in oil as is often the case in supermarket cafes. We both remarked that it was the best supermarket breakfast ever!

El cajero no me escuchó. Envoltura de desayuno ordenada, bollo de queso caliente, desayuno tradicional, frappy, dos chocolates calientes, uno para mí y otro para mi hijo de 22 meses. Sin pajitas, el desayuno tradicional estaba frío, el chocolate caliente de las hijas estaba demasiado caliente, salió un pastel de limón derretido en lugar del bollo. No trajeron una envoltura de desayuno, sino un pastel de desayuno. Envió el desayuno tradicional de regreso, obviamente, solo calentado en el microondas ya que todo se marchitó en el lugar. Terrible, terrible experiencia

Fui en familia durante un viaje de compras navideño. La comida era muy mala y francamente decepcionante. Macarrones con queso completamente secos. Tostadas de jamón y queso duros como una piedra. La envoltura del dedo de pescado era exactamente como se describe, un miserable dedo de pescado. Tuve la hamburguesa que no guardaba relación con su descripción en el tablero, es decir, sin adornos y ciertamente no era una hamburguesa de ternera "premium". De hecho, me supo mal y lo dejé sin comer. Escuché a alguien en la mesa de al lado quejándose de su hamburguesa también. No volveré.

Fuimos a desayunar a las 9 am mientras visitaba a la familia en la zona. Pidió huevos escalfados (como se anuncia en el menú) y la camarera me dijo abruptamente "no, no huevos escalfados" sin dar ninguna explicación. Esto efectivamente eliminó la mitad del menú. A pesar de que era la primera cosa de la mañana y el café solo las mesas de apertura estaban sucias y claramente no se habían limpiado del día anterior. No del estándar que suelo experimentar en otros cafés de Tesco

Ordered the standard breakfast. Nicely cooked. Tasty food and good value for money. Quiet seating area.

A bit bare and uninteresting. ok for a quick coffee before or after your shop. not good for a lunch.
