I wish now that we had tried the food - we were a 'walk-in' and were seated quickly but after considering the menu we decided to try elsewhere - the ambience was a little lacking and the menu a little limited, especially for vegetarians. There was a table with quite loud children and as there was no background music or soft furnishings it was a bit grating. Plus we hadn't realised it was BYO for wine. At least one dish marked as vegetarian listed meat which always makes me a bit nervous. But will give it a go another day.

Called in here on a very wet Saturday afternoon. It was rather quiet, but good with us . It has a rather a simple and basic appearance, but don’t let that deceive you , let the food do the talking. Our waiter was a super friendly chap who looked after us all through the meal ( and one of the co-owners) . Service was spot on and our order taken quickly. We got drinks shortly after order and then the best bit arrived. I had 1/2 pizza 1/2 calzone , never heard of or had it before but it was delicious. Others had lasagna, cannelloni and another pasta dish . All were tasty and enjoyed by them . We couldn’t resist a sweet and once again something unique, a calzone filled with hazelnuts , cream and Nutella . Simply gorgeous and not at all too sweet , just perfect. The cheesecake was very good too . All in all a perfect way to enjoy a wet day in an excellent little restaurant. It has been going for about a year now , go and enjoy the best food in Altrincham .

Our first visit. Cosy little restaurant. Staff very friendly. Really loved the thin based pizza. Its bring your own alcohol, which we always like, and if you don't have, Sainsburys is only round the corner.

It's a Saturday in Altrincham and as to be expected all the restaurants in the bustle of the centre were packed to prim. We walked a but further out of town to find Terzo and while we were the only people in throughout we enjoyed everything about it. Polite and friendly waiter, authentic (and v fresh!) pasta and huge deserts. Everything home-made, and you can really tell. We ordered the cheese bites, foccocia (wasn't expecting it on a pizza base but nice all the same), pasta ragu with mushrooms, gorgonzola pasta, tirramusi and a peach cheek cake. We definitely recommend. And we eat a lot if Italian.

Second time visiting this great little restaurant. Small menu but the quality of the food is outstanding. Huge thin base fresh pizzas perfectly cooked, the seafood risotto is fantastic, plus fresh home made tasty pasta. You can take your own wine and beer. Please support this local business.

This is a good restaurant for a meal with friends or family. My Spaghetti Al Mare was very enjoyable, though I'd have preferred a smaller portion but with a higher ratio seafood to pasta, even if if cost more. My partner, however, was in raptures over the Maltagliato con Garfagna ( wide strips of pasta with ragu and mushrooms). We had unwisely ordered a crostini starter, which was lovely but which meant I couldn't finish my main course (let alone go for a dessert). You have to bring your own alcohol which means you can enjoy a really decent wine for the same price as you'd pay for an indifferent bottle in a licensed restaurant. There's no corkage. Staff very pleasant, and service good. Plenty of ventilation. One drawback is that to access the toilets you have to go out of the restaurant and a short distance down a dark alleyway. The men of our group escorted us women.

The unassuming exterior hides a very pleasant atmosphere, excellent service and delicious, generous food. This was our second visit and it was excellent both times, highly recommend!

Very good food and table service. Staff were very attentive and the rustic Italian Breads were great and authentic. The Pasta with Salmon was really good having been to Italy alot the food compares very well. It was then finished with great authentic Tiramisu and Italian Coffee. I would highly recommend and will be going back.

Shop side has good range of local products and luxury additions - cafe nicely laid out and welcoming. Wine & beer available. We had a late sandwich lunch - Brie & bacon was well filled and beautifully melting. Roast beef sandwiches were tasty and had epic horseradish and piquant crunchy salad on the side.

Our booking was for early evening (1/11) prior to an event in Nantwich. I hadn’t finished taking my coat off when we were asked if we wanted a drink, we asked to have a few minutes to look at the menu. It was very quiet and we felt under pressure to order, I dislike asking for more time, however I also want to enjoy the experience. We shared whipped burrata with tomatoes and focaccia, it was very tasty and a plentiful portion, I was glad we shared it. My husband had paccheri al ragu di agnello, slow cooked ragu of lamb with vegetables, finished with white wine and a touch of tomato, it was ok, however my husband likened it to ‘left over Sunday lunch with pasta’. My salmon, however was delicious, perfectly cooked, served with roasted baby potatoes, spinach and a fabulous honey and walnut dressing. The last time we visited Romazzino I commented on the lack of warmth from the two male maitre d’s, sadly nothing has improved from one of the gentleman along with a female maitre d companion. Again, smiling was non existent and both were aloof. The waiting staff however were delightful. Will we return, absolutely, I’m hoping for great service, third time lucky perhaps?
