What a place!!! The staff are very friendly, one even said he was ‘living the dream’. We had scallops to start and they were fantastically juicy and tender. Then we had the lobster special, suggested to us by our lovely waiter. What can I say? One of those dishes where neither of you speak because you’re enjoying it so much. Mike at the bar makes the BEST margarita I’ve EVER had!! It took 5minutes for my face to straighten out😬😂 We finished off with a couple of lemon cellos and SURPRISE… they presented me with a birthday tiramisu 🎂

First visit on a spontaneous date night & Giuliano didn’t disappoint. The restaurant has a warm family holiday vibe, with friendly & welcoming staff. Phillipe recommended the evening’s lobster special, which was absolutely superb! We will definitely be back, thank you!

This was our first time dining here and we will definitely be back! We were served by Felipe who was very friendly, helpful and attentive. We tried the lobster special which was delicious and a very generous portion size! The lobster ravioli was also delicious. Food was quick to arrive and service was great. We look forward to trying more on the menu!

I’ve been here with my family a few times on Friday and Saturday nights. The food is very good and the staff is good too….however….. don’t even bother coming here on a Saturday night if you want a nice family meal with good ambience. Our meal was thoroughly ruined by a loud and raucous group of 12 who were progressively getting more and more drunk, and louder and louder. A few diners complained to the staff, asking them to intervene and quieten down. To no avail. The group made their way through a load of booze and were shouting profanities and upsetting patrons. I so love this restaurant but it’s disappointing that the staff didn’t manage this group. Also…..we waited over 1 hour for our food. Just not with the aggro… we won’t be back.

The food is absolutely fabulous. Been for our third visit now and took friends with us. Everyone had a great evening as the staff are brilliant and the atmosphere and decor are top notch.

Managed to get a table despite not having a booking. Aziz made us really welcome and told us we would have a great meal and he wasn’t wrong. The food was delicious and plentiful. Looking forward to returning.

I obviously ordered the wrong things here!! Lasagne was tiny £15 with no sides and had nearly no meat in it but nice flavour, honestly a tiny portion, wish I'd taken a picture. Partner ordered chips with his.. a normal soup bowl of frozen chips was £5 which ok they wernt bad, but they charged us £8.40 for 2 pints of black currant soda!! To top off the pizza was undercooked. Really don't like a soggy pizza. Also ordered long island icetea, which was 100% not a long island ice tea £12. Which would have been fine if it tasted like the cocktail ordered. Service great and staff lovely, so over all I'd say we have chosen the wrong things completely. I definitely don't recommend choosing any of the things we did at all, im not the best cook but i can do better lasagne and pizza, lots of other people on here have raved about and really enjoyed their food, can't all be wrong..?

What a touch of class. I turned up in my day time scruffs, hungry and was treated to an excellent five star experience all round. Extentive, helpful staff. Gorgeous tasting and presented food... And the venue itself has been very tastefully put together. I just had the loveliest time in their care. 100% recommend.

Food is okay. Deserts a bit better. Sticky toffee pudding nice. Steaks are a little tough & dry.

A wonderful character Italian restaurant with a wide choice of appetizers and main courses to suit many tastes. The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly and we had a lovely Chianti to complement the food. The only aspect which slightly marred the experience was the sangria offered at the start which was not on the drinks list and charged at £11 per glass - unexpected and not a great look. I'll know better next time.

We had a wonderful experience at Giuliano's for our anniversary on last Friday. I'm a huge lover of seafood and the Lobster/seafood pasta that Felipe (server) recommended did not disappoint. My husband had the lamb and it was cooked to perfection. Felipe was very friendly and attended to our needs in a very professional manner. We will definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends and we'll be returning soon.

An authentic Italian dining experience. I would give more stars if I could. It was our first time here for a special occasion family dinner and we were made very welcome. The food is amazing. Clean plates all round! Will definitely be back!

Celebrated a family anniversary on last night everything was perfect. Loved everything, the service was great, the food was perfect. The best Italian restaurant around. Love it. The place was buzzing so I’m not the only one who loves it.

We had the BEST meal at Giuilanos in Handforth. Felippe was an amazing waiter. Told us the fabulous specials which was the lobster pasta which my husband LOVED. Couldn’t recommend this place more. The owner is an amazing guy! Very personable. All round fantastic service. Will be coming again. Thankyou xx

We decided last minute to come in on a busy Friday night, we called ahead and they said we could have a table within 15 minutes! Upon arrival we were seated in a cosy table in the corner & waited on by Felipe. He advised us of the special of the evening & WOW it was amazing!! A seafood & lobster linguine. The meal was ended with complimentary limoncello which was a lovely touch, along with lots of laughs and chit chat with Felipe. A favourite Italian of ours & we will certainly be back again to try more of the specials! Thanks everyone

One of the most enjoyable meals i have had in a long time

The food and service were amazing. I would definitely be coming back here. They also had halal options and catered to how we wanted our food to be made (without certain ingredients) which was lovely. A special shoutout to Eris who was super helpful and attentive. Thank you.

First visit. We went as an adult family celebrating my husbands birthday. For a Tuesday night the restaurant was busy. That is always a good sign and we weren't disappointed. Food excellent, not over priced. Service excellent, attentive. I'm gluten free and the menu is very accommodating. Will visit again definitely

I visited Giuliano for the first time with a group of friends. The food was delicious, authentic and Fresh, there were so many great dishes to choose from including specials and ones to suit different dietary requirements. The service was fantastic. Felipe was our waiter for the evening, he was charming and attentive. If you visit this restaurant you won't be disappointed !

The restaurant is full of Italian atmosphere. The waiters are gentle and passionate. I must say thank you to one of them trying his best to find a table for us as we didn’t book. My bad. You can’t find another better than this.

Visited for the first time this week to celebrate a birthday. Service from Aziz was attentive and friendly. Food highlights were the mushroom starter & lobster ravioli!

Great food, great atmosphere and great service. Felipe was an amazing host, really friendly and lively personality. The food tasted so good we had to ask about the Chef’s name and thank him ourselves. Chef Bujar is definitely a top chef! Next time we’re in town we’re coming again!!

A gem of a place, never disappoints. Restaurant, service, food all excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. I can see some previous dubious reviews. Sometimes things don't go to plan, that's life. But why would someone want to try and ruin a businesses reputation because if it? That's just spiteful and sad. Says more about the reviewer than the restaurant. Rick D also left 1 star but didn't state why. I know what the D stands for, it rhymes with Rick.

Felipe was serving us and what fantastic service and entertainment by our waiter! The food was brilliant, I brought my mum here on a last minute decision and luckily they had a table available. We loved it and will return !

We visited on 19th April 2024, as a company meal out we had a table downstairs but were offered an upstairs table where we could all chat this worked well for us all as its very rare that the team get to all sit down together the staff were attentive, and completely available at all times. The starters, mains and desserts were all outstanding quality. not sure of the price as it was paid for by our owner and boss great atmosphere and we were not rushed out of the venue huge thanks to all the staff that were on shift that night

Wow, this is the first time visiting this restaurant after hearing lots of good things about it and it didn’t disappoint. This is a wonderful restaurant. Great menu and a special dish for the evening too! The food was delicious, super tasty. I visited with a friend, it was a Friday evening with lots of diners but we could still hear ourselves talk which was lovely, I hate noisy restaurants! The staff were delightful, super friendly and very attentive without it being too much. A special thank you to Felipe in helping us with our choices and being one of our wonderful waiters for the evening. I will be returning very soon.

Very nice restaurant, big enough to feel special, but not too big where your just another customer amongst a sea of tables, definitely a personal touch by Aziz our main waiter who took time to ask about you.

It’s always a pleasant experience at Giuliano’s. The team are always exceptionally accommodating, especially with my autistic brother. They made him a beverage without fizzy soda so his sensory issues wouldn’t overwhelm him, and they were very patient when he was ordering his dish. The new gentleman, Nipo (apologies if that’s wrong!), was a fantastic server this evening. Considering he’s only been there a fortnight, he’s definitely part of the furniture! Very charismatic, attentive and downright lovely to chat with. As always, a fantastic night to celebrate my brother’s birthday with the family. Laura x

This was our second visit to Giuliano and it was as great as the first time. Really good atmosphere, lively yet relaxed. The food really is good and all four in our party had different starters and main meals and couldn't fault any of it. Me and a friend went in for dinner and the staff were very welcoming. We ordered a bottle of wine and the waiter (Pipe) kept coming over and topping up our glasses which was very thoughtful. He was very friendly towards us and gave us complimentary limoncello after our meal just really made our night!

This was our first visit to Guiliano and I was extremely impressed with how my food allergies were dealt with. They checked every ingredient in the dishes and ingredient lists were on hand for items not prepared in the restaurant. I asked Luz lots of questions about various dishes and nothing too much trouble, he was so helpful and reassuring. The meals were beautifully presented and delicious. This was on a busy Friday evening and it had a wonderful ambience with crisp tablecloths & sparkling glasses. The service was impeccable from the minute we arrived to the moment we left when they opened the door for us to leave. Pipo our waiter was charming and really attentive. We will definately be returning as there are so many wonderful dishes to experience.

Two sisters treating mum for a belated Mother’s Day treat. We were made to feel very welcome and the food was fabulous. Huge calzone pizza and really tasty baked pasta. Home made tiramisu to finish was perfect - boozy and not too sweet. Lovely atmosphere even though it was a relatively quiet mid-week evening.

WOW!! what can I say...Giuliano's hosted out daughter’s 18th Birthday party for 21 guests in their newly refurbished area upstairs. The whole evening was perfect and enjoyed by all. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they literally took care of everything so that the family could just relax and enjoy the evening. The venue is beautifully decorated, lighting and seating was perfect for our occasion. The food as always was excellent and enjoyed by all and the staff are so friendly and attentive. We have another 18th in our family next year and 100% we will be back to enjoy this experience again. Thank you to all the staff for making it such a perfect evening.

We have used the function room many times over the years but this was our first visit since the refit ,fantastic ,top class furniture and fittings excellent new lighting suitable for any occasion . Great use of the existing beamed ceiling again great new lighting just terrific no wonder this was voted best Cheshire restaurant . All this was complemented by first class service from the moment we walked through the door. Occasion this time eighteenth birthday party ( age range two to eight-two ) all catered for with no fuss at all . Food as always faultless service great always there but not in your face ,from kitchen ,to service, to management as always first class . Great night BACK SOON !

Food was served quickly. Well seasoned, hot and delicious food

Food has always been excellent, and staff are friendly, attentive and very accommodating. Especially Ilias. Only possible grumble. And it's really small. Would be the music. Just the choice. It's not too loud, just not quite our taste. But it does not interfere with the enjoyment of the meal in the slightest! This is not the first time we've been, and we will be back. Never had a problem with this restaurant, at all.

There seemed to only be 2 waiters taking orders I think and plenty of staff bringing out the food and changing tables etc. Starters were Calamari and Arancini which were amazing. The Tomato sauce with the Arancini was delicious. Mains were Tagliatelle Salmon, Tagliatelle Carne and Lobster Ravioli. All were amazing, especially the Ravioli. Desserts were Creme Brule and Tiramisu. Again did not disappoint at all! How meal cost £149.99 for 3 of us, 3 courses and 2 rounds of drinks. Can not wait to go back. Special mention to our waiter Aziz, who was so friendly and helpful.

I love this restaurant! I am a regular but the last time I visited was last Friday. The food is consistently exceptional and the staff are always attentive. This is my ‘go to’ restaurant. I am happy to eat here with close family, friends and work colleagues- it accommodates every social setting. As already stated, the staff are attentive and amazing! Really great spot for dinner. Came down the road from Heald Green to try something for dinner with my parents. Aziz was really brilliant, great guy and looked after us. Had some nice recommendations for different food and chirped away all night which was greatly appreciated. Thanks Aziz !

I am staying in Handforth for business and we wanted somewhere nice for dinner. My colleague saw calzone on the menu and that was it - I booked us in. The service was excellent and the food even better. This part of Cheshire is "proper posh" but we were made to feel most welcome and valued as customers, especially by Aziz, a waiter with great personality :)

Celebrated my birthday at Gulianos last month, a restaurant my wider family and I visit regularly as the food, service and atmosphere are always superb. It was a busy friday night and the restaurant let my friends decorate the two back booths which our party of 13 were lucky enough to keep all evening, staff got involved with the celebrations, we all had a brilliant laugh, food and drink were excellent as usual, nothing we asked was too much trouble, I can't thank Gulianos enough for making the night so special for my family and I.

I'm not a massive fan of Italian food, but wow is this place amazing. The servers are all very friendly and if you have a dessert you must try the sticky toffee pudding.

Warm welcome by staff, quickly seated and looked after with drinks served in no time. Great choice of menu/food to suit most tastes. Food is always excellent, as is the service. Azil particularly attended to all our needs. Value for money. Popular place with adds to the atmosphere.

Cod in parmigiana was v. good. Salmon and prawn tagliatelle v.good. Efficient friendly staff, will go again. well worth a visit.

A wonderful restaurant filled with friendly, attentive staff. Aziz was or waiter and recommended some wonderful dishes and additions for our meal. The bell and Lobster ravioli are spectacular. The calamari was also scrumptious.
