Used Escape Rooms and the lazer tag. Then used the arcade after good family time. Security on the estate kept place looking safe and another security officer in ten pin was good to see.

Was very busy, wouldn't let you get served at the bar for a beer as couldn't handle it... got told to goto a table and order.... only wanted one beer

Me, my partner and our daughter (9yrs) bowling for the first time. She enjoyed herself so much. Bought 2 games, she wupped oir but 1st game with the barriers lol great family atmosphere with the arcade aswell, amazing experience for 1st time visit

We attended Friday to celebrate my husbands birthday with our two young children. We purchased a game of bowling and also had 30 minutes in the karaoke room. All of which was reasonably priced and well structured. To fill the gap in between our time slots we used the arcades which our children enjoyed, and had a family game of pool too. The drinks were reasonably priced and we got some small snacks for whilst we were playing bowling. whilst we didn’t eat there, I had a Quick Look at the menu and it looked to cater for all and was very fair in price. Overall this was a very lovely family night and we will definitely return.

Kids enjoy it, although they find the music a bit loud.

Had a good time here. As I am in my 70s it was a bit noisy for me and set off my tinnitus. A good place for younger people.

Worst experience ever. Do not waste your lovely time and money at this place, terrible service and the staff is so rude, especially the manager . We bought bowling games and drinks online through the Frenzy Friday promo on Friday the 3rd of January, our slot was between 1800hrs to 2000hrs. We got there at 1750 and after checking in we were told to wait for 10mins and they will show us were to go, but we waited for 30mins and no one came and they were just avoiding us, until I had to go and ask again and the response wasn't very good and professional. However, after another 10 more minutes they managed to give us our bowling space for 4 adults. You can't believe what happened next, they came with all the drinks we had ordered for the night all at once and the beers and drinks were all opened, and I asked the waiter why did they do that, because no one in their right state of mind would bring 8 pints of draught beer at once for 2 people, how are we going to have all that beer at once? The waiter responded that's what we do here when you order online, and I told them you never mentioned that to us, neither is it mentioned online...because we now have our beers opened in the public, and people are just passing by, coughing and whatever and our drinks not covered. He then called the manager who just came and said am afraid there is nothing we can do and if you don't need the beer we can just take it back and put it in the bar for no refund. I then tried to reason with her to at least cover our beers and put them in a fridge to maintain the cold temperature but she refused and said to us we were not being reasonable and threatened us saying she will call her 2 security guards to throw us out of the area. She was very rude, that's not how you treat customers. When the waiter said let me call the manager she can help you with what have happened, I thought our issue was now going to be attended by someone professional and it's going to be solved, but I was wrong...the situation just turned for the worst. The waiter was far much better, he was polite and understood the situation that had happened, he should have just dealt with the matter himself. Maybe the manager was just having a bad day and she decided to pour it out on us, we don't know...but overally that's the worst bowling place I have been to, avoid it if you can.

Best to book in advance as can get quite busy at peak times. It’s pretty pricey for the length of time you are these but kids like it

Booked bowling with mates for 4pm. Got there just after 3 hoping to grab few pints before the game only to find out you cannot order it at the bar! You have to scan the QR code and the whole process is not easy. Waiting time unacceptable, only 1 girl serving at the time. We only got our drinks 5 mins before the game. Won't be coming back here for drinks.

Whichever business genius came up with the idea of only permitting drinks orders via QR code needs to be demoted immediately 😂 When bar staff are literally standing there but refuse to take an order directly you have to wonder - is this innovation for the sake of it? Not everyone wants to give their personal details just to order a pint.

Food was crap and ceilings are weak

Went to ten pin last night we were not allowed to order at the bar so used QR codes on the tables took 25 minuets to get a round of 3 pints (not anything fancy just pints) could see the bar from where we were sitting it looked like pure chaos no organisation. I also watched one of the “bartenders” attempt to shake a cocktail which was pretty pathetic. Train your staff, get a better system in place and organise your staff behind the bar they clearly don’t know what they are doing! Such a shame as the place looks great since the update.

We arrived on a Friday evening for bowling. We were told to hurry up when eating the food provided at the lane, essentially encouraged to eat at the same time as bowling which is very unhygienic. Our drinks order was completely wrong 3 times in a row when ordering at the lane. We had to stop 3 rounds into our second game as the lane was double booked despite booking several days in advance, no sympathy at all from the staff. Due to the time the other activities were too busy so we had to head home with a ruined evening. As compensation we received 2 free bowling games which cannot be booked online and cannot be used on a Friday evening which is simply not good enough. We were extremely disappointed with the experience.

I would rate this arcade game space less if I could. The games are really not worth your money. Every game lasts less than 30seconds for £1/player. Also, the change machine gave not just pounds coins but also 10p, 20p and 50p which you would assume can then be used for all the machines but NO! Really sad seeing how these once upon a time safe spaces for children to play and have fun have turned into money making opportunistic scams.

My daughter had an accident here where she cut her finger (not badly) on some glass that was dropped and had rolled under a machine that she had dropped some money under. We reported the glass and asked behind the bar for a plaster. The lovely lady (manager?) who helped us was very attentive; reassured my daughter, gave her a lollipop, filled out the incident form immediately (very lovely to see such due diligence) and staff members spent a long time straight away ensuring that the area was completely safe. We also received a voucher to detail. Incredible and exceptional service!

I came in with a few of my friends just to play some pool. We ordered drinks and we were rightfully asked for id. However, one group of our party is heavily tattooed and clearly of age and when he went to order a drink he was rudely asked for Id and when he said he hadn’t got it they told him rudely that he would not be served. Following this, members of our party were asked for id multiple times even though they already knew we were all of age, it almost seemed like they were trying to make us have a bad time so we would leave. I know it’s their job to id people but the way they did it and their mannerisms just isn’t acceptable. When our hour of pool was up the short brunette girl came and told us this and we said that’s fine we will pay for another hour and she rudely said “okay” and sighed with a dirty look and walked away which made us feel unwelcome and uneasy. Throughout our whole time this occasion we have felt uncomfortable and unpleasant due to the member of staff mentioned and another one who has blonde curly hair they both were clearly pointing looking and laughing at us for whatever reason. However on a positive note Louis, was lovely to us tho whole time, even though the two girls were making him do their dirty work, assuming he was a new member of staff? Additionally this is not the first time this has happened, I don’t know what their issue is as we have never caused a scene or made any disturbance, we just come to enjoy ourselves, but that seems to be a struggle due to these two members of staff.

1 star because they took my sons chips he literally had loads didn’t give me the money back so gonna sue the place absolute waste of money it is all because some people have allergies it is only five guys chips they sell chips so what’s the point of taking them they are normal chips

Place has been revamped and looks amazing, great atmosphere and plenty to do for the whole family.

Music way too loud. Have seen previous reviews where you say you can ask for it to be turned down. The staff can’t communicate properly with customers or team members. Then had bowling booked but although our lane was ready all of the child ramps were being used and our lane did not have a ramp, upon telling a team member they said they would get us a ramp but after waiting nearly half an hour we found a ramp when someone left. Wouldn’t mind if it was cheap but £50 later! Then had two J2o’s delivered but no offer of glass and ice or straw expected two kids to drink out of bottles. Two senior staff members in grey jackets appeared to be hiding at the end by the bar and every time I went to get help they walked in the other direction. Won’t return. Ever. Would advise if your children have any kind of aversion to loud noise to avoid this place. You expect an arcade/ bowling alley to have noise but that was excessive and unsafe. If you had some sort of emergency heaven forbid.

Went recently since they have taken over the unit next door and expanded. They now have karaoke and escape rooms plus extra bowling lanes and pool tables. Great value for money, plus daily deals. We had a great time and happy there’s somewhere local for young people to spend time. You Can also order food and drink from the QR code to your lane or table which we loved

Really nice venue however... We went as a family to try out there new karaoke rooms which were nice but one of the staff members ended up locking us in the karaoke room which we were unable to get out of for nearly an hour we even pressed the panic/emergency call button and no members of the staff came if there was a medical issue that happened this could have been fatal as no one came after we pressed the buzzer and there was no way to unlock the room from the inside which is extremely unsafe as if there was an emergency such as a fire this could have been fatal - we even called the support line which didnt work ether so we just had to wait for a member of staff to find us and realize that they locked us in - Extremely unsafe and I cannot recommend this to anyone

Excellent venue. Just trebled in size. Played air hockey and pool with my teenage daughter. Very inexpensive and great fun

Great evening at the new-look bowling alley in Chichester -very swanky! It was really busy but our food and drinks were served swiftly, direct to our lane, using a fancy QR order system that even I managed to use without issue. The menu is much improved and not overly expensive - the pepperoni pizza we chose was delicious. The environment was a little louder than I would like, but at 50yrs old, I am probably not the target audience! That said I had a blast and almost felt like a teenager again.

I i really like the refurbishment and extension of the bowling alleys, the led strips look nice at a distance but when you are sitting near them on the seats, they make my eyes go a bit weird when I look at them, maybe it's the frosted effect on the leds, maybe they are bit intense too, the led lights on the wall. 🙂

good interior looks nice but don’t be fooled. cocktails filled more than half with ice and it still wasn’t even full to the top of the pitcher. got less then 3 drinks out of it, very disappointed.

I brought the kids for a game of bowling and they wanted £85! Just for bowling… so we left and went to flip out instead. It’s so much more fun and lasted 3x longer at half the price. Don’t do it guys, it’s a money trap here. Also the atmosphere is so loud you can’t even talk to each other inside. To top it off the place is dirty and smelly and staff are clearly underpaid. I don’t mind paying extra for a good experience but they fail in every area. The place is like a skanky, uncleaned holiday park amusements centre except even more expensive. Seriously there’s so many better things in Chichester, I wonder how they are still here. If you have kids expect to be spending £150+ at this place. STRONG AVOID

Turned up and no clear instructions how to enter the building as there was building work going on. Then when bowling the building work was so loud your couldn’t hear eachother talking. The children running the place were standing around meanwhile the ques were getting bigger ans bigger. Incompetent staff (kids) standing around while customers getting frustrated hence 1 star.

Went for the 1 hour of bowling and a 12" pizza, pizza arrived in the last 15mins of the hour and barely had any cheese or tomato on it. Queue jumpers are quite common here and the staff serve them first even if you tell them you were there 1st, there is a lot of maintenance going on and the men's toilets are closed the disabled toilets aren't up to the job and are disgusting plus work men using them every 2 minutes. Ten pin in millbrook Southampton is much better and saying something

I'm sure bowling never used to have cables attached to the pin? It seems to make it harder to get a strike.

Fun evening for adults. Prices at the bar are cheap. I'm not sure why the pins are now all on strings? Should have got many strikes but didn't due to the strings! Wasn't that busy in the evening considering it's school holidays and a Saturday!

Took the Family bowling for the first time in years and must say was very impressed the staff where excellent and friendly and extremely helpful

A solid option, go for the cheaper price at 7:00pm, 3 games for 35 quid is decent. They offer a lot of good deals. They let us in early, service is good, and when the renovations are done it's gunna be awesome.

Terrible service, went to order 2 cocktails with the price stating £10.95 but the till said £13 they couldn't sort it there so they asked us to wait at a table and they would come to us when they sorted it out. They never came so we will not be returning.

The staff members was kind even the bowling place was good but the reason why 4 stairs just because I had a pizza and it tested abit over cooked it was crunchy and it didn't really test nice so I ended up eating the cheese instead it's wasn't busy it was fun and I enjoyed it just asep from the pizza

Visited in half term. Booked 2x games online. Managed to get on the lane straight away and staff were super helpful and quick to set up. Place in general is good. Large bar area. Pool area and and arcade games. Didn’t visit the toilets so cannot comment.

This was great fun, even for the older folk because the lanes have bumpers and there is a free-standing ball-guide which means those who are unable to throw the ball can just roll it down the metal guide. We were a little concerned about the onsite pub as players could land themselves in trouble on the lanes after a few too many pints.....

Service and staff great. Food took 20 mins to come out. We ordered the bolt on package as an online deal, don’t bother with the burgers or nuggets. But the pizza looked nice that others had.

This is my favorite bowling spot, annoyingly though they don't have bowling shoes and it's a bit pricey to get a lane. I think a spent £35 for 2 games?

Slight issue with birthday girls name but resolved so all good. Staff excellent and I was pleasantly surprised with the great quality. Exceptional value for money 💰

A friendly member of staff was present at reception. Quickly got a single game just for me, and it was a bargain under a fiver. The string pinsetter is a little disappointing and the lanes were a little sticky but there was a good selection of balls. Arcades with tickets available post game.

Lovely place, but can staff to guest ratios can be overwhelmed at times. Staff are all friendly, and there is a decent small arcade and bar here too.

Really enjoyed this bowling alley. We went for the special hour long bowling with pizza for £30 for up to 6. We booked in advance. Was warmly greeted by Chloe at the desk and was looked after. We ordered drinks both at the bar and also on the app. Both were delivered to the lane. Plenty of arcade machines in the foyer too.

The pins-on-chains system is not super reliable. The COVID screens between each lane make it cramped. Their website is a nightmare to book things through, and the app to buy drinks is even worse. The best thing about the place are the staff, who are friendly and always available to help.

Shame always choose chichester but our last visit was awful. Lane not ready then told we have a time limit. Kids played on the arcades had tickets to trade for a gift to be told they can't open the cabinet to get them ? And the security guard had a chip on his shoulder with my eldest son who joined us later for a game off pool. So disappointed.

Alley seats were uncomfortable and camera on screen didn't work and food was bad. However it is barrels of fun playing bowling and arcade with your mates. Also, staff was very friendly.

The lane drift is atrocious you are no longer playing a game of skill but instead playing a game of chance avoid at all costs. Cant wait till someone launches a group action lawsuit

I'm not a fan of this place... the staff are quite moody and could do with some 'happy training', the atmosphere is low to none, and just has a bit of a dull vibe about it! Not sure I'll return..1

Hive of activity, noisy, well run and not too expensive

Went to the 3.11.23 with clients from my work place , we was served by a girl called Emily she is a absolute asset to your company she was polite friendly and very accommodating as we had w/chair users , she even went and wrote a nice message on our coffees . She really did make our day . So a massive thank you.

Paid for an hour for 4 people. With no or minimal delays between taking shots. The hour expired on the 2nd game with the 2nd person taking 8th shot. Rather than finishing the game they closed the lane. Shocking. *edit - in response to reply. No, won't be coming back. Didn't even get into the 60 seconds time on the air hockey and basketball games in the arcade. £70 quid spent on an hour for 1 full game of bowling and a few drinks. You can do better with your time than go here.

Nice place to spend some time with friends. Screens between the lines should have been gone a long time ago, pointlessly, and separate you from your friends. Want a drink? Order online, otherwise you gonna spend ages at the bar.

Went bowling yesterday and had a few issues. The bumpers broke, so we changed to a different lane, then the machine on that lane got stuck… But have to say the staff were amazing. Everything was dealt with asap and we were offered refreshments an given a voucher for another day. Will definitely return x

you have a good service, everything is great. 4 and not 5 because they didn't sell us alcohol. because we did not have any documents with us. and according to the employee, we did not look like adults, even though the youngest was 29 and the oldest 54

Great place for 10 pin bowling. Extremely disappointed that we were advised that the kitchen was closed without advising us beforehand that it would be closing at 9.15pm. I was looking forward to nachos after the game!

Good but small bowling alley in Chichester Leisure Park. Good bowling lanes and a selection of bowling balls to choose from. Loud music through a surprisingly good sound system. Toilets were clean and they have live Sky Sports playing in the restaurant. Arcade is very small but enjoyable.

Nice for an evening out. Bit pricey but they do have lots of deals so not really an issue.

Loved it here! All the staff were amazing and on of the staff called Dylan was so amazing and I had no problems at all.

Tuesday is half-price so great value for money. 2 games of bowling for 2 people was only £14 so well worth the money and drinks are even half price so got a pint for £2.05. Staff very friendly and place very hygienic. We got severed by Levi who was friendly and helpful.

We came here today for a deal that was on. Our lane was all ready for us even though we turned up a bit early which was great, after we sat for some food/drink and I began feeling a bit unwell while waiting. One of the girls that worked there came over and asked if I was ok and if I wanted some water. Which I think was so kind and caring. We also got offered another deal while there which we will most likely take up on. Thank you again for doing a great job!! 😁😁

Good but they could care a bit more for disabled people

The bowling was good, reasonably priced and the bar staff were beyond helpful so I would highly recommend them. My only gripe is having booked 2 of us for three games we were told we had to be gone off the lane by an hours time from the booking.. Apparently 'the policy' is one person per game is 10 minutes.. end of... Thats one person having both their goes every 60 seconds.. that doesn't allow for the slow reracking of pins, getting a drink, using the toilet or even celebrating getting a spare. I would rate higher if it wasn't the unrealistic times you're expected to be turfed of the lanes.

A nice bowling alley but way too expensive.

The change machine ate my fiver - not great and there was no way to prove it on the spot either. The manager was patient and very kindly offered to take down my address so she could do a count at the end of the night to determine the excess. Following on from this I just got money back via post which was a really followup. Thanks for the great turnaround we will be back in the future for sure.
