This was great fun, even for the older folk because the lanes have bumpers and there is a free-standing ball-guide which means those who are unable to throw the ball can just roll it down the metal guide. We were a little concerned about the onsite pub as players could land themselves in trouble on the lanes after a few too many pints.....

Service and staff great. Food took 20 mins to come out. We ordered the bolt on package as an online deal, don’t bother with the burgers or nuggets. But the pizza looked nice that others had.

This is my favorite bowling spot, annoyingly though they don't have bowling shoes and it's a bit pricey to get a lane. I think a spent £35 for 2 games?

Slight issue with birthday girls name but resolved so all good. Staff excellent and I was pleasantly surprised with the great quality. Exceptional value for money 💰

A friendly member of staff was present at reception. Quickly got a single game just for me, and it was a bargain under a fiver. The string pinsetter is a little disappointing and the lanes were a little sticky but there was a good selection of balls. Arcades with tickets available post game.

Lovely place, but can staff to guest ratios can be overwhelmed at times. Staff are all friendly, and there is a decent small arcade and bar here too.

Really enjoyed this bowling alley. We went for the special hour long bowling with pizza for £30 for up to 6. We booked in advance. Was warmly greeted by Chloe at the desk and was looked after. We ordered drinks both at the bar and also on the app. Both were delivered to the lane. Plenty of arcade machines in the foyer too.

The pins-on-chains system is not super reliable. The COVID screens between each lane make it cramped. Their website is a nightmare to book things through, and the app to buy drinks is even worse. The best thing about the place are the staff, who are friendly and always available to help.

Shame always choose chichester but our last visit was awful. Lane not ready then told we have a time limit. Kids played on the arcades had tickets to trade for a gift to be told they can't open the cabinet to get them ? And the security guard had a chip on his shoulder with my eldest son who joined us later for a game off pool. So disappointed.

Alley seats were uncomfortable and camera on screen didn't work and food was bad. However it is barrels of fun playing bowling and arcade with your mates. Also, staff was very friendly.

The lane drift is atrocious you are no longer playing a game of skill but instead playing a game of chance avoid at all costs. Cant wait till someone launches a group action lawsuit

I'm not a fan of this place... the staff are quite moody and could do with some 'happy training', the atmosphere is low to none, and just has a bit of a dull vibe about it! Not sure I'll return..1

Hive of activity, noisy, well run and not too expensive

Went to the 3.11.23 with clients from my work place , we was served by a girl called Emily she is a absolute asset to your company she was polite friendly and very accommodating as we had w/chair users , she even went and wrote a nice message on our coffees . She really did make our day . So a massive thank you.

Paid for an hour for 4 people. With no or minimal delays between taking shots. The hour expired on the 2nd game with the 2nd person taking 8th shot. Rather than finishing the game they closed the lane. Shocking. *edit - in response to reply. No, won't be coming back. Didn't even get into the 60 seconds time on the air hockey and basketball games in the arcade. £70 quid spent on an hour for 1 full game of bowling and a few drinks. You can do better with your time than go here.

Nice place to spend some time with friends. Screens between the lines should have been gone a long time ago, pointlessly, and separate you from your friends. Want a drink? Order online, otherwise you gonna spend ages at the bar.

Went bowling yesterday and had a few issues. The bumpers broke, so we changed to a different lane, then the machine on that lane got stuck… But have to say the staff were amazing. Everything was dealt with asap and we were offered refreshments an given a voucher for another day. Will definitely return x

you have a good service, everything is great. 4 and not 5 because they didn't sell us alcohol. because we did not have any documents with us. and according to the employee, we did not look like adults, even though the youngest was 29 and the oldest 54

Great place for 10 pin bowling. Extremely disappointed that we were advised that the kitchen was closed without advising us beforehand that it would be closing at 9.15pm. I was looking forward to nachos after the game!

Good but small bowling alley in Chichester Leisure Park. Good bowling lanes and a selection of bowling balls to choose from. Loud music through a surprisingly good sound system. Toilets were clean and they have live Sky Sports playing in the restaurant. Arcade is very small but enjoyable.

Nice for an evening out. Bit pricey but they do have lots of deals so not really an issue.

Good bowling alley. Nice, clean and modern. The staff were super friendly upon arrival. Had one game of bowling which included some food for £20 so great value and strangely cheaper than a single game without the food

Loved it here! All the staff were amazing and on of the staff called Dylan was so amazing and I had no problems at all.

Tuesday is half-price so great value for money. 2 games of bowling for 2 people was only £14 so well worth the money and drinks are even half price so got a pint for £2.05. Staff very friendly and place very hygienic. We got severed by Levi who was friendly and helpful.

We came here today for a deal that was on. Our lane was all ready for us even though we turned up a bit early which was great, after we sat for some food/drink and I began feeling a bit unwell while waiting. One of the girls that worked there came over and asked if I was ok and if I wanted some water. Which I think was so kind and caring. We also got offered another deal while there which we will most likely take up on. Thank you again for doing a great job!! 😁😁

Good but they could care a bit more for disabled people

The bowling was good, reasonably priced and the bar staff were beyond helpful so I would highly recommend them. My only gripe is having booked 2 of us for three games we were told we had to be gone off the lane by an hours time from the booking.. Apparently 'the policy' is one person per game is 10 minutes.. end of... Thats one person having both their goes every 60 seconds.. that doesn't allow for the slow reracking of pins, getting a drink, using the toilet or even celebrating getting a spare. I would rate higher if it wasn't the unrealistic times you're expected to be turfed of the lanes.

A nice bowling alley but way too expensive.

The change machine ate my fiver - not great and there was no way to prove it on the spot either. The manager was patient and very kindly offered to take down my address so she could do a count at the end of the night to determine the excess. Following on from this I just got money back via post which was a really followup. Thanks for the great turnaround we will be back in the future for sure.

What a great Bowling Alley. The place was clean, loos too, food was tasty, beer was cold, the alleys were excellent and the staff attentive. All in all a good night out. I'll definitely go again. Cheers!

Tenpin is a great indoor event center, it's a place for fun seaker and gamers. The service is great and staffs are professional.

I wish I could give a full review but the fact even time I visit, it’s always fully booked. They need to keep some lanes free for walk ins, seems like common sense that some people would just turn up the day. Fed up with having a disappointed child. Avoid so you’re not disappointed.

Very clean, tidy friendly staff, definitely worth booking a lane on the weekends, there is a arcade with a good Variety of games, and money machines, where you can collect tokens to get a prize, the only little problem is that when your on a lane and you would like a drink you are advised to download there app and order through there, you drinks are then delivered to you, its not a major issue just abit of a pain. Would vist again.

Stumbled across 'Tenpin' in Chichester when looking for something to do with 12yr old son and I am glad we did. We booked online which was straightforward, not the '101' questions like most booking systems. I wasn't familiar with the location or parking availability but was pleasantly surprised to arrive and park within 2 minutes. We got there just after 6pm to find parking was free in the evening 😊 result!! I was expecting a que as it was the weekend but this was not the case and had booked in, got drinks & ready to play within 10 minutes 👌 After our game we spent time in the arcade area which, although compact, had a good variety of games/slots for all ages. I struggle with anxiety which can make it difficult for me to visit unfamiliar places so I can get nervous but the member of staff was absolutely amazing. Her attitude and willingness to accommodate this was fantastic, thank you. All staff were very friendly and had an approachable attitude. ☺️ Venue was clean and tidy and prices reasonable. (Although the prizes for ticket's could be updated with better choices for kids. perhaps packs of stickers/cards for collecting, fidget spinners etc perhaps 🤷) Overall, 10/10 for our visit and would recommend to others if in the area. Will definitely visit again.

Orderd an hour bowling and a pizza but when we arrived we were told we could not have the pizza at the lane (as we had done on previous visits), only at a table after our bowling. This was not mentioned in the confirmation email and we did not have time to wait for the pizza after our bowling. Bowling itself was fine.

Each time we visit the whole family have a fabulous time. The team are friendly and helpful, always smiling, always ready to help out. Our kids absolutely love coming here.

Huge thank you to Danny and his team. We come for weekends family fun with our 4 children. My daughter is autistic and gets easily overwhelmed or overestimated during visits but the team are so patient, supportive and always helpful. They truly go extra mile for the customers. I really appreciate how much effort they put into making sure we all have fun during our visits.

We took our 9 year old son bowling tonight whilst our daughter was out with her beavers group. We had the best time. It was great to spend quality family time together. Absolutely shocked of the behaviour and rudeness of some staff . Unpleasant staying and also complained the size cup of latte they serve for £2.90 ? About 5 cm cup 😡Everything is expensive . Food really cheap and expensive . Prefer Mac Donald . Is a joke . Def not going back

Good place to come and entertain the kids. Bowling lanes are always clean and staff bring drinks when ordered. If you visit on a Tuesday then food and drink is half price I believe. Also has various gaming machines if you want to pay a bit extra to use them. Overall I'd certainly recommend a visit.

We arrived un-booked, they were extremely busy but managed to allocate us a time a few hours later, we stayed local and returned an enjoyed a game with my wife and daughter, will certainly return and recommend booking in advance.

All 15 of us had a great time bowling on sunday only to be refused drinks if we didn't order via the qr code so while the girls stood and watched us do this chatting they could easily have served us . It was a disappointing end to a good time

A group of 15, 3 lanes booked- Bowling was great! Service not so…QR codes are all well and good but we wanted to pay at the bar and probably would have spent more if the staff were more helpful. Not everyone is tech friendly!

Staff are incredible. They constantly put up with streams of awful abuse from all manner of people, from feral teenagers to drunken hooligans and deal with it all admirably and with utter professionalism.

Went on a Tuesday because its cheaper, lovely place wasn't to busy and enjoyed the arcade games afterwards

Great value Tuesday offer meant that we bowled alot over the summer holidays! Lanes are clean and the venue is tidy and well kept. Bar area is always being visibly cleaned and tended too. One of the better bowling alleys we have been too.

Overall, a decent sized, family friendly bowling alley which we will visit again. Only annoying factor was we had to book online to get the deal however the lady I spoke to on the till was happy to fit us in earlier than scheduled. Drinks are very expensive.

Ensure you don't bankrupt the business by entering with drinks from other premises. The lord commander of the alley is on point with his eagle eyes and is ready to catch any contravention of bowling alley protocol. If anyone needs career advice, the bloke working here will be able to provide top class customer service lessons free of charge. Just come and sit in the cafe and watch a master in action for free!

Went on Tuesday to meet up with family, we will be going again because Tuesdays is Half price ,2 pints for under a £5 the whole evening was good and I drove my mobility scooter from the car park right up to the 🎳 lane.
