Went to make a big order the rude lady who served us said we could only order 2 chicken burgers as she didn't want to cook more what a joke its a food shop open all day and she couldn't be bothered absolutely a joke a chicken shop that doesn't want to cook chicken

Member off staff very rude it was 2.20pm and was told didn't have anuff chicken for 2 chicken burgers and wasn't willing to make any while we wait floor was dirty and the woman was very unwelcoming

Terrible, rude driver, marked as delivered at 1pm 15 mins later still not here. rang store and said it on way then amazingly the app changed from saying delivered to needing more time and was a further 10 mins on top, and to add no thermal bag to keep it warm and also we are a 5 min drive from store 5 stars no…. More like minus 5 stars

Disgusting service. Ordered chicken kebab wrap and got lamb one which when ringing to change it they denied and said they only have chicken in the freezer and she heated chicken up so not even fresh.

This place has horrible hygiene there don’t were gloves when handled food I was shocked at how they handled my food when I ordered there but the taste of food is quite good but it’s disgusting 🤢 to see them not wearing gloves.

I ordered a wings meal which is suppose to come with a drink and chips all I got was the wings and drink. I spoke to a very unhelpful and rude person over the phone who informed me THEY had made a mistake in the past the meal should not have come with chips…how ridiculous. Irrespective of that I said I will jump in my car and come and pick the chips up only to be told they are not going to give me any chips. The wings I ordered went in the bin as they were undercooked. I won’t be ordering food from there again EVER!!!!!

I tried their food but not impressed burgers 🍔 like same as you can make at home no much difference and look at the shop looks like they are working in garage and staff is not friendly as well when you order looks like your are in different country and they sell bags 10p which is no more than 1p. They should provide printed bass with 10p. Anyway children can buy their food because children do not have much sense

Should of been 2 drinks. 1 missing drink and the other drink was wrong. Food was cold. I tried to call and no one picked up the phone to rectify. The driver did not hang around. This is my 1st complaint for this restaurant normally good. I expect a refund

Wll the service I got was so poor the food was cold he looked like he didn't even care more than just threw the food in my hand and walked a way..... If he did the right thing he would've got £10 tip but he made he's choice he's lost.. I won't be ordering from yous again......let that be a lesson.

Our food was never delivered despite the app saying it was. Tried ringing 50 times in the last ten minutes and the number is busy.

My chilli cheese balls were all squashed and all the chicken in the burgers were dry and over cooked. Hopefully next time it will be better as we love the food there so somewhat disappointed this time round

Fried chicken was good - Peri Peri chicken was extremely old and crispy. Had to throw it away.
