Premier Inn Harlow North (Harlow Mill) hotel in Harlow

Far from being premier! The room was far to small for a family of 4 (if you can not cater for this then don't offer) could not even get down side of the beds as they were squeezed in so tight, the rooms was too hot the fan that was supplied may as well not been there. Beds not comfortable and the whole place definitely needs a deep clean! The only good thing about our stay was the breakfast in the beefeater.

Lovely spot by the river. Nice for a walk along the river in either direction also walking distance from harlow mill station. Rooms a bit warm in summer though

Premier Inn Harlow North is one of my favourites. The staff are friendly, very accommodating, and the room are spacious. I like the cooked breakfast at their resturant onsite.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need for a short stay. The rooms are well-maintained and the beds are comfy. What really stood out was the staff. They were very attentive and always ready to help with any requests or questions. Their friendly service made the stay much more enjoyable. The location is convenient, close to a limited amount of local shops and restaurants. Overall, it's a solid choice for a budget-friendly stay in Harlow.

Rooms tiny and dated, half length curtains that let a lot of light in, fabric shower curtain smells like urine, bathroom had cracks on the wall around the toilet, ( extremely small bathroom with sliding door as a normal noor wouldn't open properly) double bed was just two single beds put together plus it was extremely squeaky, woken up twice to loud workers shouting at eachother to unload god knows what sounded like a house, the thermostat didn't work, think layer of dust on top of cabinet, was absolutely a waste of money and woke up not peaceful and stressed: WOULD NOT RECOMMEND...

Stayed with my family over the weekend. Wonderful service on check in by Karen and Adrian when we checked out. Will definitely return. Lovely location ,wonderful meal . Staff did their best throughout our stay to accommodate us and make us feel welcomed.

I stay in Premier Inns up and down the country quite frequently and until staying in this one have always had a comfortable stay in a clean room and have always found staff welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful. NOT this one at Harlow Mill... Surly receptionist and totally disinterested manager who did nothing when she was told the bedsheets were so damp in room 7 that my watch face misted up when I got into bed - no offer of another room or even to change bedding - had to air sheet and duvet myself by turning up heating and stripping sheet etc. Cramped, grubby rooms (we had two) that need a deep clean and total refurb damaged desk top...black mold on overflow on bath and in other parts of bathroom....badly stained carpets in rooms and hallways. Thank God it was only a short, 2 night stay. Needs a new manager and staff who know how to welcome guests and work to address problems.

First impression as we walked into the room was, where is the purple throw that is usually on the beds (the one that goes along the bottom of the bed). When Premier Inn is advertised on TV, or on the web site, the cover is there. Our room was dusty, the bathroom needed painting, the soap dispenser needs putting further down the wall by the sink. The shower curtain needs replacing or washing as it smelt ! The whole place needs a bit of TLC. There is a no smoking policy which is good, but our window was open and people smoking nearby - the smoke smell came into our room.

Stayed there for work for the week, and there was nothing around it.. Toby next door, so wasn't too bad..

I will be honest, the room it wasn't clean,and the smell from the toilet it wasn't nice at all... also, we had a spider in the room....

Resteraunt great, especially as most are brewers fair. Hotel is tired like most prem inn's
