McDonald's in Harlow

Staple tye McDonald’s has got to be the best one, I’ve visited many all over the uk, food is always correct especially brilliant compared to many others as I like to customise my order and I find usually from other stores it doesn’t come how I’ve asked but this store never fails me ! food is always punctual and hot, staff are lovely In the restaurant and there will always be someone to greet you with a smile or help you if you need them, food is served and prepared with care, I have had food delivered and dined in and both methods produce quality food.

Excellent place for a quick bite to eat

Free parking. Its just near to lifle, Costa etc. so it's good for people come for shopping. God bless you all

The toilets are disgusting someone left a brown monster on the floor. And the food is good and all service not bad but toilets just a no renevoate ur toilets pleasee

Orders a meal and the only part I got was my burger no drink no chips what did I pay for a meal if I don’t get it 🤦🏼‍♀️

Had no issues, ordered a burger meal, table service delivered very quickly, plenty of seating at the time, it was a Sunday afternoon. Food is what it is, everyone knows McDonald's, don't have to write an essay here.

It's a McDonald's what more can be said, the only thing I can say is dont use the drive throu if you have a low car because you will get stuck on the speed bumps

Popped into staple tye 13th feb about 3.30, sat in to eat. Didnt take ladies name who was tidying up and looking after customers, she had short grey hair and glasses, but she was so nice and polite, made us feel like we was eating in a upmarket restaurant! She was great! And deserves a mention.. Thank you x

It's what you would expect from a McDonald's.

It's fast food. I was hungry, what else is there to say.

Food was fresh and tasty. Toilets were out of order. I'm sure that it's a legal requirement to provide toilets at a venue serving hot food. Didn't get sauces I'd ordered and had to ask staff.

Missing order items and incorrect burger

Waited 45mins, food was freezing cold,milkshake had melted and all the ice in my Fanta had melted. Absolute joke and refunded me £2+ not the £14+ they charged me absolutely fuming.

It would be really great if your delivery person knocks on our door and leaves food. I've paid for food for my parents and no food has been delivered even though it says so on the app. My parents have been waiting for over an hour and now they don't have anything to eat but it's been paid for, terrible service. I've had to put 1 star but rather not put anything.

this is to McDonalds! our order of 20 nuggets, 5 selects and veggie dippers so at least 7 dips were chosen. but guess what!? no dips at all came with our order! I mean really all those dipping items with chosen dips and absolutely nothing!! come on McDonalds!!!

Order via the app from here, and 8 times out 10, the order has something missing. Usually delivered by a bloke on a bike, which means the food is cold and the drink cups have nothing left in them, as most of it is sloshing around in his delivery bag. I don't even like McDonald's, I prefer the other one!

Tried the new BBQ stack meal. Service great, food hot fries crisp, new burger was actually quite tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Coke leaked everywhere, was dripping all through the block and the delivery driver didn’t even acknowledge it or apologise, barely any drink left for me. Appalling.

Ordered my food at 10 told me my food was coming at 11:45. An hour and 45 for food that’s gonna be cold and soggy. Food didn’t even come and I called the restaurant said they can’t do anything about it. Rubbish mate

Not the greatest. We live not far away but like to order breakfast for delivery and it comes cold even though the driver comes straight from there. I can only imagine they cook it and leave it on the side for when the driver gets there rather than serve it when they turn up. Yes we could collect but that's the whole idea of paying for delivery, so we dont need to. There are often bits missing. Last breakfast was thrown away as it tasted gross.

Driver tried to enter my home opening my door and pushing it open

Delivery driver was extremely incompetent and rude. Passed over tbe delivery and split all of the drinks onto our carpet with no apology and no care. One person has gone without food as some of our order wasnt even delivered. Extremely disappointed

Ordered at 7pm for 8:40pm delivery. Somehow, giving 1 hour and 40 minutes notice, you still managed to deliver it 25 minutes late. Absolute joke.
