McDonald's in Harlow

I have never visited this place, but it us pestering me for a Google review.

Rubbish food rubbish service must be. Franchise store

Order via the app from here, and 8 times out 10, the order has something missing. Usually delivered by a bloke on a bike, which means the food is cold and the drink cups have nothing left in them, as most of it is sloshing around in his delivery bag. I don't even like McDonald's, I prefer the other one!

Tried the new BBQ stack meal. Service great, food hot fries crisp, new burger was actually quite tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Most of the trays were empty and some food to were cold . didn't enjoy .

It's mcdonald's, Fast food, with rubbish nutrition value. Was out and hungry, Unfortunately mcdonald's was it 🤷

Ordered my food at 10 told me my food was coming at 11:45. An hour and 45 for food that’s gonna be cold and soggy. Food didn’t even come and I called the restaurant said they can’t do anything about it. Rubbish mate

Not the greatest. We live not far away but like to order breakfast for delivery and it comes cold even though the driver comes straight from there. I can only imagine they cook it and leave it on the side for when the driver gets there rather than serve it when they turn up. Yes we could collect but that's the whole idea of paying for delivery, so we dont need to. There are often bits missing. Last breakfast was thrown away as it tasted gross.

the delivery driver showed me the bag he carried them in on his bike. the drinks had slopped out and ruined the burger and fries. one cup was almost empty and the other was half empty.

Order was cold and no straws for drinks

we paid for sweet and sour sauce and none arrived with our food

No dips 5 and no straw for milkshake phoned Mc and told will send them next time I order

turned up late food was wrong order full of kids meals and anything else was stone cold so couldn't make a meal out of it. Stop giving drivers loads of orders when on a blooming push bike!!!

We have not had are food delivery at are addresses which is 200 milwards cm19 4sj you are telling me it's been delivered but I have known give not code to anyone because no one has knocked on the door

The driver last internet connection and was knocking on all the neighbours doors and I had to go out to find him, as he didn’t have the address then I had to give him my internet information so he could logon and close the job then give me my order which by this time was stone cold. Paid over £27 and was only offed just over £4 so wrong.

Delivery driver was lovely and patient, I’m not sure why the app pinned the drop off down the road

Took over 40 minutes to arrive, after predicted time. When arrived was freezing cold.

Delivery Driver nice and friendly. Shame the food was cold and very squashed. looked like someone had sat on it. Disappointed..

McDonald’s delivery’s are rubbish. Always forget some of your food then don’t answer the phone to complain. Won’t refund you as you have needed a refund too many times because they forget food everytime.

Our chicken was fine, but our 4 portions of large fries were most disappointing! All of them were only 1/4 filled! Not impressed

Why is it always the weekend I get disappointed at this mc Donald’s ?? Everything was warm, and the HOT DRINKS WELL , WE just DRUNK DOWN IN ONE GO, THEY WERE THAT LUKEWARM.

Ordered a double Big Mac and got a normal one, chips were half full and my drink was half spilt in the bag quite honestly the level of service offered by Mc’ds and just eat is getting worse and worse.

Got the chicken select meal for my wife but I forgot to ask the sauces, and they didn't ask customer service is zero very disappointed as the chicken strips by its self a very dry meal

The delivery driver, i loved him just sounded kind and nice, the food was hot which is weird for McDonalds

No signal on delivery phone so couldn’t add my code and took ages. This is a problem that shouldn’t be put on the customer. It delayed me at the door for over 5min it’s.

i spent £18 nearly 19 quid on a maccers and i didnt evem get the right order there for i would like a refund

Food was terribly cold and not eatable the delivery driver drove around before coming to my property I took the food back to McDonald’s and was told I have to contact just eat which I have done and I can guarantee they won’t do anything…

Driver did not turn up or deliver the food and Just Eat are refusing to refund. Will not order from Just Eat again.

Cold courier put cold drinks in with hot food in same bag = cold food wish i could retrieve tip cold mcdonalds is horrible threw it awsy. Will get it myself at least i have common sense not to put both bags together.

Grandchildren love an occasional McDonald's. Food comes quickly and is hot.

My order was left on the doorstep. I live in a flat so the buzzer wasn’t buzzed and there was no knock on my door. I didn’t realise until I went on the app a while later to see where it was to see it had been delivered twenty minutes previously and was stone cold.

Very slow drive through especially in the morning. One lane always dealt with late due to staff having multiple tasks to compete. When reported to manager the attitude was “if you want quicker service come and be served inside” how pointless is that? The whole point why I come to drive through is being served quick without parking and walking etc. I think McDonals needs to educate its staff to better level. I won’t be using them again. I do not recommend to anyone to be treated that way unprofessional and rude!!!

The number one fast food outlet on the world,and it's not surprising,a perfect variety of tasty well cooked food available 24 hours a day ,no other burger outlet can even begin to compare.

Orders are nearly always wrong or something missing

By the time the man had delivered my food, the food was cold and the milkshakes had melted. So clearly he decided to take his time for whatever reason.

all burger boxes were broken and bent, and one of the drinks was crushed causing a leak in the bag ruing the napkins and staws

food was cold. if you charge everyone for a delivery you should get your food hot. the driver obviously took out more just my order with him. its wrong!!!

O ordered plain Big Mac and it was again with onion. The cheeseburger from Happy Meal had pickles when I asked to have them removed. Not to mention the fries were cold.

As per normal I always find the food nearly cold even though it's probably a 10 minute drive to me.

much prefer using the staple tye one out of all the macdonalds in Harlow. never had a problem. had to use the delivery hub last time and that was an absolute joke. Well done Staple Tye.

Cleaning Staff are amazing, friendly, happy, always ready to help🥰 , as for the management get the bloody aircon working because your staff are melting and have to put water on there heads to cool down 😡

Food was cold and drinks spilt as cyclist appeared to take 2 orders to deliver, as could see on map they went over other side of town to deliver first and then ours, hence why ours was cold. The delivery time kept increasing. No apology from the cyclist over our drinks spilt. Think cyclists should only be allowed to accept one order at a time to prevent a paying customers food getting cold. Therefore zero stars if I could.

all the food was cold and it took an hour to deliver. some of the order was crushed and I could not belive that the chips were undercooked. really poorly made food.... and it's really difficult to ruin a Maccers. 1 out of 10..... you need to take a little bit of pride in your work. it does not matter that you work in a fast food resterrount. what matters is how you work in a fast food resterrount.

Got served by a specky guy with a dead trim and he spat in my food. 10/10 service would recommend!
