Spoke to me like I was a child and then proceeded to get the order completely wrong I guess that’s what you get when you employ incompetent people

The drink spilt, the food was wrong and now i have to wait for you to decide whether i deserve a refund

Crimes stabbing not safe - rubber chemical food no fresh salad - EVERY DAY MORE RUBBER ON SALE WITH LESS AND LESS SALAD

Nice and clean and a lovely member of staff who cleaned the table and had a chat with us

Food was damaged and destroyed, bags were ripped and driver couldn’t care less

Chips were cold and soggy, completely inedible. Burgers were okay but rather bland

My 14 year old daughter ordered food and the delivery driver swore at her leaving her very upset all over a simple mistake of putting the wrong door number. I would like a refund for this terrible service. I asked for the drivers name he refused.

Full order didn’t arrive. Items missing as usual and the items that did arrive was strewn across the bag like it had been thrown around for an hour beforehand. Delivery time always gets longer after order. Waste of money and time

Staple tye McDonald’s has got to be the best one, I’ve visited many all over the uk, food is always correct especially brilliant compared to many others as I like to customise my order and I find usually from other stores it doesn’t come how I’ve asked but this store never fails me ! food is always punctual and hot, staff are lovely In the restaurant and there will always be someone to greet you with a smile or help you if you need them, food is served and prepared with care, I have had food delivered and dined in and both methods produce quality food.

No food arrived. Driver messaged said his outside. Street names are clearly signed. Come up delivered when it hasn’t been. My last bit of money till tomorrow and now have no dinner for my child. Great stuff and no one to contact to get this sorted.

The toilets are disgusting someone left a brown monster on the floor. And the food is good and all service not bad but toilets just a no renevoate ur toilets pleasee

placed an order of over 20 pounds, at approx 7pm was given a delivery time 7.25pm. kept getting order being prepared upto 9pm and then order delivered, but not received.

It's a McDonald's what more can be said, the only thing I can say is dont use the drive throu if you have a low car because you will get stuck on the speed bumps

Had no issues, ordered a burger meal, table service delivered very quickly, plenty of seating at the time, it was a Sunday afternoon. Food is what it is, everyone knows McDonald's, don't have to write an essay here.

Popped into staple tye 13th feb about 3.30, sat in to eat. Didnt take ladies name who was tidying up and looking after customers, she had short grey hair and glasses, but she was so nice and polite, made us feel like we was eating in a upmarket restaurant! She was great! And deserves a mention.. Thank you x

Food was fresh and tasty. Toilets were out of order. I'm sure that it's a legal requirement to provide toilets at a venue serving hot food. Didn't get sauces I'd ordered and had to ask staff.

Food was on time but these drivers do multiple drops and yet charged service fee and delivery fee, not only was the delivery guy on a bike but he went past my street to deliver to someone who obviously ordered before me so by the time i got my food it was cold…. And hot choc tastes like water

The driver had issues finding the address and was quite abrupt on the phone when we were trying to explain the address. Said we had put the wrong address in etc. Food then arrived late and was cold. Driver also said it was our fault essentially.
