Order was made quickly and came hot and with free prawn crackers. Ribs had plenty of meat on them, order seemed fresh.

Ordered take away delivery … chicken balls where so crispy and over done …special chow mein was like they spilt salt all over it .. chips so crispy nearly took my tooth out ….

I've been getting food from here for 20 years, sadly I won't be again as have been very poorly after last night's takeaway

Terrible food, tried this about 5 times as it was around the corner and to give them the benefit of the doubt. Disappointed every time. Food bland and stomach ache the next day every time. Avoid Just in case you want to roll the dice it's cash only

Ordered for delivery at 17:25, website says you're open. Phoned three times and alas it's now 18:30 no answer, no response, so just canceled it online. Order at 15:00 to arrive just after we got home... Very poor effort and just lost customers, by the looks of it it, were not the first

Terrible!! Everything that’s possibly bad about a Chinese takeaway or food in general. To start with it was late for delivery, secondly after looking at the food it was all very small portions, it was stated that if you spend over £25 you get a free can of drink (no free can) prawn crackers were those disgusting tasting thin nasty things (and stale) , the ribs were cut up in tiny pieces and amounted to about 2-3 full ribs at most, the conton rice noodles where bland, awful texture and had a couple of tiny bits of meat in, think you get the point. The rest of the food was the same, shocking!! This has got to be the worst Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had, and I have them weekly, as bad as wan choi!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

we waited two hours for our food, we figure that’s fine, if the restaurant is busy then there’s nothing we can do. but, our drinks were warm and we had to stick them in the fridge whilst we ate and we ordered the sweet and sour chicken balls, which comes with ten pieces of chicken, but only enough sauce to cover three. this combined with the wait was just not worth it and i’ll be sticking to my regular chinese place from now on.

Ordered the salt and pepper munchie box it was mostly chips nothing really good about it at all first time I went here and probably the last

Portions are generous, good amounts of meat and veg but it’s all very bland… i had to add my own seasoning to bring the taste out. I had House special rice (which I expected to be fried rice), chicken with Chinese mushroom and bamboo shoots with oyster sauce and deep fried shredded chicken ( it was supposed to be spicy but actually it tasted like sweet and sour)

I've used this place for well over a decade, its like a 5 minute walk. Used to be wonderful. Ordered whole family meals at £45+, or used to pop in for my favourite spicy Singapore Chow Mein. Never faulted the place. But recently its provided really bland under-spiced food to which I've had to add so much soy sauce and hot chilli sauce to make it palatable. No problem with quantity of meat. Not on a health trip when I eat a take-away. Just gimme back the spices, soy and salt, especially in my spicy Chow Mein !

Rude staff and very money consuming! For the quality it’s no good

I've been using this Chinese takeaway for the past 7 years, I never had problems. The food was always well done, hot when delivered and in general good customer service, but lots of room for improvement. The delivery service is usually quite fast and the food arrives hot. One thing to keep in mind is that this place takes CASH only.

By far the worst Chinese I have had. 20yrs professionally following and working hospitality and this was far from the mark. Beef pad Thai consisted of beef, noodles and sweet chilli sauce from the bottle. Nothing else. Not a pad Thai at all. Roast pork dish had that shiny green look to it you get from old pork, when returning the food I saw in the kitchen and meat was not refrigerated just left on the side in the hot kitchen. Not just a portion or two but enough pork for the whole weekends service. Health and safety critical issue for food safety. Chips were stale, old and hollow. Checked just eat ratings after returning food, I don't believe they are all genuine reviews. The prices were good, a shame the food was poor, inedible and unsafe.

Order didn't turn up and they tried to say we cancelled our order and presumably try to keep the money. They hung up on us when we tried to find out what was going on. Don't bother.

We order the same thing ever time we have china’s that sent the wrong food and say we ordered wrong not going to use them again they were not helping

Google should introduce 0 stars for these guys. they're a special kind of incompetent. Tried to order online via JustEat several times, and everytime the order is cancelled. These guys wont last long - dont waste your money and time.

Best Chinese takeaway and reasonable price

Ordered from this takeaway on Sunday and got food posening! After waking up in the early hours of the morning in agony and being sick everywhere! I will not be ordering from this takeaway ever again!

I called, and I did not know what to order. Ms. prompt instead of me said that I see on the internet and call again. Drama!

Good quality, generous portions, stayed hot until home, friendly staff and excellent value. Highly recommended. If I was to have a Chinese take away again, I would choose this place.

food is alrite but not that good.and The lady on the counter was really rude and one Nasty bi...,she had no idea wat was she doing on the counter ,worst customer service I ever had.

Would not order from here again.. Chicken balls were undercooked, crispy spring roll was full of grease, absolutely disgusting. Only nice thing was the egg fried rice and even that was a bit bland.

Wanted to order my usual meal from a Chinese.. woman answered phone was very rude. She wanted to charge me for mushrooms in a curry when I was getting no other veg.. never heard of it before... mushroom is a veg.. Isn't it??

Worst.... Chinese... EVER. The duck ho-fun made me sick and the "spring rolls" are just one BIG piece of batter with a bunch of white noodles on the inside, it is absolutely disgusting. I won't even bother going into the other bits of food except to say that the only enjoyable part of the meal was the can of Fanta - I implore you not to eat here, you WILL regret it.
