Ken's Chinese Takeaway in Reading

The prawn toast tasted like cardboard. It was clearly overcooked. I had to call them and express my distaste. I ended up arguing with my wife as she did the ordering and I asked her if she read the reviews. My 13 yr old said he enjoyed the chow mein tho so that deserved another star. We tipped the driver as we always do.

probably the worst chinese ive ever had. the chicken noodle soup was basically pure soy sauce. eating the salt and pepper squid felt like i was chewing rubber.

Had hot pot here for Chinese New Year. Food was good and the waitresses were very friendly. Will come back again.

The delivery driver did not deliver my order. He did not even buzz my flat and when I complained to JustEat they did absolutely nothing.

I have had excellent food and service at this establishment for several years. I highly recommend them.
