Ten Streets Social in Liverpool

Such a cool place!! The staff were lovely and the service very fast; food was delicious, especially the dessert 🤍 perfect if you wanna watch a football match while having a meal/drink.

Can only assume they misjudged the numbers that would attend the event I went to! Not enough bar staff on and also happens to be the coldest venue I have ever been in, even with a big coat on is was like being in an Igloo! Plus side the band was brilliant and was a really good atmosphere

Food looked and smelt delicious, but the staff flat out refused to serve me, very rude, will not be returning.

We had a really nice breakfast. There was plenty of space, and the service was friendly.

The sticky toffee pudding was really delicious and their cocktails were lovely. The staff were really friendly too, I recommend it if you’re ever in the area.

this is a warehouse converted so huge openplan space with skyhigh ceilings. Lovely atmosphere, music was on but the volume wasn't booming & it was easylistening stuff. Staff were quick and efficient, pricing was good as was the food, we went for breakfast You can park infront or up a side street. Would go again and recommend

It was really quiet when we went, but the atmosphere was lovely and welcoming. The food was delicious, though I only had a sticky toffee pudding. The service was fast and people were really friendly.

Walking by, nipped in to see it. First timer. Bought a take away coffee. Lovely venue, lovely super friendly staff..definitely be back for food and drinks. Place is a music venue as well...right next to the new Everton stadium, bound to be very successful.

MY REVIEW ON TEN STREET SOCIAL SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN SO BAD REALLY AS THEY DIDNT ORGANISE THE EVENT, THEY HELD IT THERE DUE TO ISSUES AT THE ORIGINAL EVENT. I HAVE CHANGED SOME THOUGHTS ON MY REVIEW BASED ON TEN STEET SOCIAL & NOT ON THE EVENT ITSELF. WHICH WASNT PUT TOGETHER BY TEN STREET. SORRY TEN STREET SOCIAL. Booked an event at the shankly Hotel only to be told that it had been moved to ten street social. Hadn't been here before so wasn't sure what to expect. It was cramped with seats that close to each other we couldn't move. One of our party ordered a burger & found a what looked like a maggot crawling in her food. ( We have since been rold it wasnt a maggot but another insect) When the staff memeber took it back to the kitchen to tell them we could see through the door & we seen the chef just shrug his shoulders. Ten Street did provide our friends with a full refund for there food but this still had a massive effect on the person involved. The dj was OK but he kept repeating songs throughout the night. We was promised a bigger & better event with live singer which never happened. There was no live singer. This event was not what we paid for or was expecting. The only thing I can day about the venue is it a bit our if the way. I have emailed the event organiser weeks ago but have still not received a reply which is a joke.

Great place for Sunday roast, gigs and late evening drinks, but the service can be a bit hit and miss when it's really busy. Food was excellent.

The Sunday menu was great, everything was cooked really well and our food arrived quickly. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were all super friendly. It's definitely worth a visit

Went for Sunday lunch, it did not disappoint us at all. Also had the sticky toffee pudding for dessert 🤤. Everything about here was just unreal, food, service, drink choice and being serenaded by Robert Vincent. It was a lovely afternoon.

Popped in around 3pm on a Sunday and they were still serving Roasts. Super high quality joints of meat and the trimmings were spot on. Great portion sizes too. Vegi options were only a nut roast but my partner enjoyed it very much. Might offer more on a weekday. Choice of beers on tap was really decent. Just after we ordered a live act played music at a level that we could still chat over and really completed the atmosphere.

Not a suitable venue for yoga. It was freezing cold and when I picked up my mat, it was stuck to the floor. 😱 I disinfected it as soon as I got home. The toilets are not good either. The lunch was good, but my friend and I left early as it was so cold. Very disappointing ☹️

The only good things were that the place was very clean, the toilets we're clean and the staff we're friendly. Waited longer than we should have for our food.

Unfortunately our first visit for Sunday lunch was a disaster from start to finish. We arrive and were seated in front of the stage and then ignored for 15 minutes whilst other people who had come in behind us had been served, I was finally able to get hold of someone to take our order ,not the best start but we gave them a chance. My food was cold and not great and i was a little annoyed but my wife enjoyed hers .We waited for the bill for 20 minutes whilst the servers chatted between themselves. By this time I'd had enough and had to go and get a manager to pay , i was confident he would come with the bill but he didn't he just went to talk to the band, I'd had enough by now and let it be known to another member of staff and we finally received our bill and although they had given us a discount it had all been a poor experience all round. We had such high hopes but were really let down by the service

Went on Friday 30th Dec around 7.15pm. It was really quiet with hardly any customers, so it was really hard to judge the venue, staff and atmosphere. I heard a lot of good things about the place, so I'm making my review neutral for now and will update when I'm next there and it is much busier. The location is against it, though. I just can't see this bar, or any bar in and around this area, really taking off until the city centre properly moves out, which I think could easily take 10 years- maybe longer due to the Impending recession. Yes, on Everton match days, once their new stadium is opened, the bar will be packed gorgeous 5 or 6 hours, but 5 or 6 hours once a fortnight will not make the business sustainable.

Stumbled upon this place down by Bramley Dock. Service friendly and attentive if a tad slow actually bringing the food. Breakfast first rate. They need to remove the large F-Bomb off the wall if they want to make it more child friendly ( didn't bother me...) Will definitely return.

God place for an out of town beer

Was not the best experience really. We booked for 2 special occasions and we had family visiting from Jersey. We booked for 15 people and had to pay a deposit to secure our booking. Firstly they didn’t have a main meal from the menu available, so basically it was a roast or nothing. Then they were advertising 4 choices of desert but only had 1 available. When we questioned they said they had an unexpected booking of 25 people earlier on. Why is that our fault? I asked why they didn’t take a deposit from them like they did from us and why did they not allow enough food for their requirements to which I was told that not everyone wants dessert 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. To top it off when we wanted to pay the over £400 bill we were told they had no WiFi and we had to pay cash!! Who has £500 cash these days. It was embarrassing trying to collect the money between the family and so was quite poor really . We also had to ask for cutlery as there wasn’t enough. The best thing was the room was empty. Imagine if they had been busy. I think they at least use my parents a free meal or some kind of refund for the, let’s face it, well below average no to be visited ever again experience

Came here for breakfast/brunch for the first time today. Very nice, spacious environment. Only about 4 other tables occupied, but had to wait over 30 minutes for our food after ordering. Another table which was seated after we ordered got their food before us, despite the fact that ordered standard stuff. The food itself was very good quality, and well cooked. I had ordered a pot of tea for with my food. This wasn't brought out, despite the waitress asking the barman. By the time the waitress noticed, I had pretty much finished my food, so I asked her not to bring it. No apology from the waitress, although the barman did apologise when I went up to pay. All in all, good food, nice environment, prices about right, let down by how long the food takes to come out, and the service.

What a beautiful restaurant, so welcoming. You won't be disappointed that you popped in. They are forever updating the fixtures. The new lighting they have had fitted is out of this world. I have heard the party booking are fabulous.

Cyclists take note! Happened across this place whilst exploring round the docks and neighbouring streets. Let us bring our bikes inside whilst we had a fantastic lunch! Great, friendly and informative staff.. And that light up dance floor! Highly recommended.

Nice venue + great food. Shame about the rude staff. Never came over despite waiting to order/pay bill. Waitress came out shouting, accusing us of not paying the bill when we had paid her colleague, no apology when she realised her mistake either.

Wow this place. I honestly don't know where to start! The best place to go it suits all different types of people with different types of music from live music, bands and open mic nights. They have a great selection of beers, cocktails/mocktails, coffees and food: MUST TRY scouse croquettes- you won't be disappointed. On top of all this they are dog friendly, my dog Bentley loves going here to get attention and strokes from all the staff. Staff are very professional, well presented and well mannered and nothing is too much for them. Hands up to Joe for managing the place and making me feel welcome and helping me every time. The staff love to have a conversation with you and get to know you. If you don't want to sit inside on a nice day then you'll have to take a seat in those Camden deck chairs out front or take yourself into the spacious back with shelter. Ten street social is also a great area to relax especially on the sofas either to complete work or just to have abit of 'you' time Highly recommended.

Happened on this by chance, tucked away, and we needed a drink, popped in and although we weren't in this instance able to get something to eat we could have a drink. It was a lovely surprise, the staff were friendly, the atmosphere great, live music and great beer, what more could you ask for, we've booked to go back!!!

Beautiful location let down by the attitude of the staff. We called in for coffee on Sunday morning. Not a particularly busy morning but staff were rude and we were made to feel like we were imposing on them. A shame for what seems to be such a nice venue.

Lovely spot for breakfast. Really cool decor and relaxed vibe, plus lovely staff. We popped in for breakfast on our walk from the Titanic Hotel into town. We both had a full English and it was great. We mentioned to the staff that we had just gotten engaged and they really went above and beyond to make our experience special. Thank you so much, we'll be back!

A must place to visit. We went late on Friday afternoon. Small plates menu, very tasty. Live music on a Sunday, lovely decor, comfortable seating, looks great for parties. Everything was spotless. Will definitely be going again.
