Ten Streets Social in Liverpool

Had the best time at Ten Streets Social for our Christmas party! The band was absolutely brilliant, keeping us dancing all night long. The food was delicious, and the Santa Claus was hysterical, adding so much fun to the night. As always, the staff were amazing, making the experience even better. I absolutely love this place, and I also come here regularly for their incredible roast dinners. Can't recommend it enough!

Went for our works Christmas do..cost £60 each for a Christmas buffet. Turns out that we only received a small plate that compromised of a mini hamburger, chipolata sausages. A small prawn cocktail. Some cod bites, some small triangle sandwiches. Oh and some olives. When staff were asked about the amount of food we were advised that it was a small plate and we were paying for the band and ambience too. Disgraceful that we had to ask for more food. Such a shame as the food we did receive was nice. Come on Ten Streets Social stop ripping people off and just put on a decent amount of food.

Went here on Sunday with all the family to celebrate a birthday food was fantastic and Craig went the extra mile serving us .

Extremely disappointed in the treatment received today. Sat on a wobbly corner table after booking in for dinner. Told this was the only left while there was 3 tables for 2 empty for a good 15 minutes while we decided what to do Gives the "if you are not a regular you aren't very welcome" vibe. Also the shout of "sound" by the front of house while leaving was a lovely cherry on top. You'd think in the current climate the staff would be more accommodating. Good luck with your future endeavors.

Worst experience ever. Waited 50 minutes (we only had an hour to spare) and asked where our food was to be told it hadn’t even been sent through to the kitchen yet. This wasn’t the only thing - waited over 15 minutes for a teaspoon for my tea which went cold. Asked to swap salmon for bacon to be told no swaps. Wasn’t even busy. Made us miss our spa trip at the Titanic which was our whole purpose of visiting Liverpool. Ruined our whole weekend - they weren’t even apologetic. Should not take over an hour for breakfast - disappointed as we had researched where to eat in Liverpool and this place had good reviews. Cost us a 200 mile trip to Liverpool and our spa reservation in return for no breakfast - worst service ever. Chef and staff stood laughing and chatting - should be paying attention to what’s going on

Amazing little find, food looked amazing

Had my Daughter's wedding over the weekend at this amazing venue. From initial organising to finish time it was absolutely faultless. It's family ran and they couldn't do enough to make her day special and memorable. The food was outstanding ( and plentiful) and I'd highly recommend for any event as they have various spaces for hire. The brunch the following day was gorgeous too. Thank you

We came across TenStreets Social on our walk, we just had a beer we both thought the atmosphere was good and the staff were welcoming. Next time we will have a meal. ( I thought i had put 5 stars on the first review. My wife Told me i had only had 1star instead )

What more do you want than a family run business with amazing food, the best vibe amazing cocktails and friendly attentive staff. We tasted the fabulous new menu and our waitress Liv was so friendly and went above and beyond. What a gem ten streets social is !!

Visited again after the refurb, nice food but it's a bit pricey, not sure if we can afford it anymore. Also, not a great experience with the service - we (a party of 2) were charged 10% service fee even though it was stated on the bill that the service charge is only included for groups of 6 and more persons.

Went here for lunch, ordered sunday roast. It was lovely, althought wait a bit long for it. Reasonable price for the portion. Like the interior very much.

Changeable prices one occasion 3 pounds for a soda water,another occasion 4 pounds, and after questioning I was told should be 1.50. On top of that,I was robbed and lost some items of importance

Came to Princess show... no thoughts put into having children in the building... nails.. trip hazards, poor crowd control and its very very dirty. Sound is very poor mic's very dull we on balcony can not here what's being said. Young staff at bar where nice and ones serving food but the food was not up to much. Kids seam to enjoy but over all needs lots of improvement

Such a cool place!! The staff were lovely and the service very fast; food was delicious, especially the dessert 🤍 perfect if you wanna watch a football match while having a meal/drink.

Can only assume they misjudged the numbers that would attend the event I went to! Not enough bar staff on and also happens to be the coldest venue I have ever been in, even with a big coat on is was like being in an Igloo! Plus side the band was brilliant and was a really good atmosphere

We had a really nice breakfast. There was plenty of space, and the service was friendly.

The sticky toffee pudding was really delicious and their cocktails were lovely. The staff were really friendly too, I recommend it if you’re ever in the area.

this is a warehouse converted so huge openplan space with skyhigh ceilings. Lovely atmosphere, music was on but the volume wasn't booming & it was easylistening stuff. Staff were quick and efficient, pricing was good as was the food, we went for breakfast You can park infront or up a side street. Would go again and recommend

It was really quiet when we went, but the atmosphere was lovely and welcoming. The food was delicious, though I only had a sticky toffee pudding. The service was fast and people were really friendly.

Walking by, nipped in to see it. First timer. Bought a take away coffee. Lovely venue, lovely super friendly staff..definitely be back for food and drinks. Place is a music venue as well...right next to the new Everton stadium, bound to be very successful.

Went to my 3rd gig @TSS tonight with my ex Mrs and my son (first gig)TSS is an awesome venue for bands!!! Let me say the staff are next level!!!!really can't stress how much of a credit they are to the TSS organisation so we'll done gang. This place is a destination and ais a major pkus for the city. Going for a Sunday dinner tomorrow which looks bloody amazing 👍🏼💙✌🏽🇬🇧

First time in huge place but great ambiance and superb staff first choice of lager wasn't on but Camden pale was good didn't try food but looking at the diners it looked great will deffo be back

I HAVE RECENTLY HAD TIME TO THINK PROPERLY ABOUT MY ORIGINAL REVIEW WHICH I THINK MAY HAVE BEEN A BIT HASTY. MY REVIEW ON TEN STREET SOCIAL SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN SO BAD REALLY AS THEY DIDNT ORGANISE THE EVENT, THEY HELD IT THERE DUE TO ISSUES AT THE ORIGINAL EVENT. I HAVE CHANGED SOME THOUGHTS ON MY REVIEW BASED ON TEN STEET SOCIAL & NOT ON THE EVENT ITSELF. WHICH WASNT PUT TOGETHER BY TEN STREET. SORRY TEN STREET SOCIAL. Booked an event at the shankly Hotel only to be told that it had been moved to ten street social. Hadn't been here before so wasn't sure what to expect. It was cramped with seats that close to each other we couldn't move. One of our party ordered a burger & found a what looked like a maggot crawling in her food. ( We have since been rold it wasnt a maggot but another insect) When the staff memeber took it back to the kitchen to tell them we could see through the door & we seen the chef just shrug his shoulders. Ten Street did provide our friends with a full refund for there food but this still had a massive effect on the person involved. The dj was OK but he kept repeating songs throughout the night. We was promised a bigger & better event with live singer which never happened. There was no live singer. This event was not what we paid for or was expecting. The only thing I can day about the venue is it a bit our if the way. I have emailed the event organiser weeks ago but have still not received a reply which is a joke.

Great place for Sunday roast, gigs and late evening drinks, but the service can be a bit hit and miss when it's really busy. Food was excellent.

The Sunday menu was great, everything was cooked really well and our food arrived quickly. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were all super friendly. It's definitely worth a visit

Went for Sunday lunch, it did not disappoint us at all. Also had the sticky toffee pudding for dessert 🤤. Everything about here was just unreal, food, service, drink choice and being serenaded by Robert Vincent. It was a lovely afternoon.

Great people, Great Customer service .

Here with a couple of friends for dinner. First time for all of us. It's a nice space, industrial looking, and with a 'studenty' vibe to it, though there was a good mix of peoples there. Service throughout was friendly and efficient. For eats, there's a limited menu (check it out), but what they do do they do exceedingly well. We started with nibbles/starters. The pitta, chorizo, olives, and sun dried tomato hummus. For mains, we all went for the chicken supreme, and of the six sides, we ordered four. The chips, okra fries (fantastic), mac 'n' cheese, and the house slaw. For drinks, there's a well stocked bar with artisan beers, wines and cocktails. Taking a break from wine, I started with a cocktail before moving onto the beers. My cockail, a 'boozy jacuzzi' I'd not seen/heard of before, and it cracked me up when it arrived complete with a little rubber duck floating on it. All in all I couldn't fault this place, food, drink, service, everything was excellent. We had a really good night, and will most certainly be going back. I'd definitely have no qualms about recommending this place to anyone.

We tried their new spring summer menu, great choices and presented beautifully. My steak was cooked perfectly and I had the best cheesecake ever . Lovely staff and dog friendly

Popped in around 3pm on a Sunday and they were still serving Roasts. Super high quality joints of meat and the trimmings were spot on. Great portion sizes too. Vegi options were only a nut roast but my partner enjoyed it very much. Might offer more on a weekday. Choice of beers on tap was really decent. Just after we ordered a live act played music at a level that we could still chat over and really completed the atmosphere.

Not a suitable venue for yoga. It was freezing cold and when I picked up my mat, it was stuck to the floor. 😱 I disinfected it as soon as I got home. The toilets are not good either. The lunch was good, but my friend and I left early as it was so cold. Very disappointing ☹️

Such a lovely place and all staff are very friendly. It has a laid back vibe, which is perfect. The food was fresh and tasty and great value for money. I will definitely visit again!

Unfortunately our first visit for Sunday lunch was a disaster from start to finish. We arrive and were seated in front of the stage and then ignored for 15 minutes whilst other people who had come in behind us had been served, I was finally able to get hold of someone to take our order ,not the best start but we gave them a chance. My food was cold and not great and i was a little annoyed but my wife enjoyed hers .We waited for the bill for 20 minutes whilst the servers chatted between themselves. By this time I'd had enough and had to go and get a manager to pay , i was confident he would come with the bill but he didn't he just went to talk to the band, I'd had enough by now and let it be known to another member of staff and we finally received our bill and although they had given us a discount it had all been a poor experience all round. We had such high hopes but were really let down by the service

Friendly staff, fun place & good food!

Went on Friday 30th Dec around 7.15pm. It was really quiet with hardly any customers, so it was really hard to judge the venue, staff and atmosphere. I heard a lot of good things about the place, so I'm making my review neutral for now and will update when I'm next there and it is much busier. The location is against it, though. I just can't see this bar, or any bar in and around this area, really taking off until the city centre properly moves out, which I think could easily take 10 years- maybe longer due to the Impending recession. Yes, on Everton match days, once their new stadium is opened, the bar will be packed gorgeous 5 or 6 hours, but 5 or 6 hours once a fortnight will not make the business sustainable.

Great laugh , great service. Highly recommend.

Stumbled upon this place down by Bramley Dock. Service friendly and attentive if a tad slow actually bringing the food. Breakfast first rate. They need to remove the large F-Bomb off the wall if they want to make it more child friendly ( didn't bother me...) Will definitely return.

God place for an out of town beer

Was not the best experience really. We booked for 2 special occasions and we had family visiting from Jersey. We booked for 15 people and had to pay a deposit to secure our booking. Firstly they didn’t have a main meal from the menu available, so basically it was a roast or nothing. Then they were advertising 4 choices of desert but only had 1 available. When we questioned they said they had an unexpected booking of 25 people earlier on. Why is that our fault? I asked why they didn’t take a deposit from them like they did from us and why did they not allow enough food for their requirements to which I was told that not everyone wants dessert 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. To top it off when we wanted to pay the over £400 bill we were told they had no WiFi and we had to pay cash!! Who has £500 cash these days. It was embarrassing trying to collect the money between the family and so was quite poor really . We also had to ask for cutlery as there wasn’t enough. The best thing was the room was empty. Imagine if they had been busy. I think they at least use my parents a free meal or some kind of refund for the, let’s face it, well below average no to be visited ever again experience

Came here for breakfast/brunch for the first time today. Very nice, spacious environment. Only about 4 other tables occupied, but had to wait over 30 minutes for our food after ordering. Another table which was seated after we ordered got their food before us, despite the fact that ordered standard stuff. The food itself was very good quality, and well cooked. I had ordered a pot of tea for with my food. This wasn't brought out, despite the waitress asking the barman. By the time the waitress noticed, I had pretty much finished my food, so I asked her not to bring it. No apology from the waitress, although the barman did apologise when I went up to pay. All in all, good food, nice environment, prices about right, let down by how long the food takes to come out, and the service.

What a beautiful restaurant, so welcoming. You won't be disappointed that you popped in. They are forever updating the fixtures. The new lighting they have had fitted is out of this world. I have heard the party booking are fabulous.

Cyclists take note! Happened across this place whilst exploring round the docks and neighbouring streets. Let us bring our bikes inside whilst we had a fantastic lunch! Great, friendly and informative staff.. And that light up dance floor! Highly recommended.
