I would like to thank the front of house staff and the chefs for making my daughter 40th birthday meal as wonderful as it was. Nothing was too much trouble the food was delicious and served hot even though we were a large party of 13. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Food was very nice, portions were quite big. The place is always busy so you can wait a while for food but it was worth the wait.

Went to this place a couple of years ago and I Can’t fault the meal and service had a steak peppercorn sauce and hand cut chips it was perfect my partner had the carbonara it was fantastic couldn’t fault a thing the little cat footprints on the edge of the plate were great attention to detail and the place seamed full because it’s so popular to the allerton area and to us . 5 star 🌟 guys great service and friendly staff you did us proud definitely returning in future 👍

Attitude of staff on entering like doing us a favour finding us a table even though we booked . Menu said pork chops but was fillets ! On the whole we were rushed we not offered if we wanted a coffee or dessert , Don’t have booking up to 9 pm if you are not going to treat your customers well . Sorry but declined since my last visit !

Went with Nephew and great Nephew, food was beautiful, I had Lasagna, both boys had Pizza, kids menu is brilliant, no complaints there. Staff very attentive and friendly, would definitely recommend.

We were the only two people in the restaurant I ordered ki,g prawns in creamy garlic sauce and it was king prawns in warm cream not pleasant go.eat. my friend and I both ordered lasagne there was alot of pasta and very little sauce it looked delicious but had an unpleasant texture very little sauce. We didn't eat ?uch and no one asked why we weren't asked if we would like any?ord drinks or a desert there was very little interaction with the ser:er.

We have eaten at the Casa Roni serveral times before so decided to celebrate our Mum’s 90th Birthday here and I’m really glad we chose it for the occasion. Not only do they have an extensive menu to choose from, but the quality of food was second to none. There was eighteen of us and our food was all served at the same time no one was kept waiting. It was a fantastic afternoon and the staff are amazing too …. Very attentive making sure everything was ok. Thank you so much for making Mum’s Birthday a memorable one. See you again soon.

Really enjoyed my first trip here , lovely surroundings and atmosphere , food was top notch and good portion sizes , also the prices were fair , I had the chicken Milanese which was delicious ! wouldn’t hesitate to I go back

Such a lovely place. Set lunches are particularly good value.

Good service and very nice food, I had meatballs and prawn linguine. Very nicely remodelled old Barclays bank. We went on a Friday night and the place seemed full of family groups with kids and birthday parties which spoiled things a bit. Although it wasn't windy people kept leaving the main door open and this produced a bit of a wind tunnel effect because the kitchen door was open.

Food was of good quality and fairly priced. Service was v good and staff friendly.

Really good quality restaurant when the food comes! Waiting team that initially took our orders were great, however we then waited over an hour for our mains to come. Then one waiter started clearing plates away while some of us were still finishing our mains. Shouldn't really be rushing us to finish, if it's the restaurants fault the mains took so long...

Had a 70th birthday meal for 30 here. Absolutely fabulous food and service. Staff so helpful nothing is any bother to them. EXCEPTIONAL and would fully recommend.

This was our first visit to Casa Roni, following a recommendation and we were very impressed. The food here is absolutely delicious, and the portions substantial. The service is superb. We both had fish and the dishes were flawless. We will definitely be back.

Lovely restaurant. Staff are so friendly and food is very fresh, hot and tasty. The lovely lady on the desk was so helpful when I asked for me and my son to be moved to a quieter spot due to him struggling with loud noises. Fantastic

Lovely venue, good choice, food was good and not too pricey, the Arrabiata could have had a bit more heat, but still very tasty.

We have been a good few times, always busy and the food is very good and a bonus its local to me. Would highly recommend.

A reunion held with schoolfriends...a lovely afternoon with great food

Cant thank the staff enough who managed to fit us in for a joint 80th and 21st birthday meal at very short notice after being let down by place we had booked. Must say really happy we were let down and ended uo eating here, 12 of us ate here and there wasnt one part of anyones meal that wasnt perfect. From the steaks to the pizza they were top quality. Thanks to all the staff there. We will be esting there again

Why do you add 10% tip to bill? Surely its up to the person to issue a tip

Most lovely restaurant and food but I must say adding the service charge is unfair and make the meal really pricey even for a table of two! I really think the restaurant should think about removing this.

We took our 15 year old and 9 year old son. Both ate all of their food. The 15 year old wanted to try something different, and although it was a bit spicy for him (he thought the red chilli's were tomatoes!) he still had an empty plate. All 4 meals were cooked exceptionally well and tasted great. Staff were kind, friendly and polite. The atmosphere was good and prices were acceptable. 10% optional service charge was automatically added to my bill - no one pointed this out to me (I did see it before paying). I would prefer a member of staff to tell me that it is there and give me the opportunity to remove it or add more, if I want to. It's not really optional if I don't get given an option!

Food was absolutely fantastic! We were staying at the nearby Travelodge the night before our flight, and looked up local Italians. This place did not disappoint! Absolutely fantastic food and atmosphere, and only 10 mins from the hotel. Only (very small) downer was service was a little slow, but I will forgive due to how busy it was, plus the fact we weren't in a rush!

We went as a party of 12 for an evening meal in January 2024. We had all been the previous year too. The food was amazing, staff were friendly and efficient. Service was great. Would highly recommend Casa Roni.

Amazing Italian food,big portions, gorgeous atmosphere and decor.our waiter was very attentive too. The only negative was one of the waiting staff, who stood by the bar looking at us with impatience for us to leave so they could clean up. The whole room on the ground floor was still full of people, but we upstairs were made to feel an inconvenience and that we had to rush out. One little adjustment would make this a 5 star for service.

I have wanted to visit the restaurant for some time just didn't get around to it. I'm happy to say it was worth the wait. The food was amazing, portion sizes perfect, service was great. Will definitely be back.

Tasty food good service will definitely come again

Been this restaurant quite a few times now and never been disappointed with the food. Reasonably priced and the garlic bread is a must. However when I book for 5 people we are usually sat at a table that is far to small. Only other issue is that a 10% tip is added to the bill and I like to leave my own tip depending on the service I receive.

Stopped for a brief lunch; turned into 3 course marathon. Food and service impeccable. Fantastic. Already booked for Christmas.

Been here a few times and the food has always been unreal. The Salt & Pepper chunky chips are on another level. We had a party of 10 and everyone loved their meals. It’s not cheap but it definitely not expensive either. Great atmosphere, nice friendly staff and just an overall great dining experience. Will 100% be going again

Salt and pepper chicken is the nicest Iv had!! Annoyed at the service charge added onto the bill, quite happy to tip when we have had a nice meal but don’t appreciate it added onto my bill

Absolutely terrible customer service, felt ignored, waited a long time to order, starters and mains came at the same time then we were rushed to eat as if they wanted to close the section at 8pm on a Saturday night, never asked if we wanted drinks and not offered a dessert menu. Food completely average Will not be returning.

Most possibly one of the best meals I've ever had and the wine is fantastic! The only thing I would say is that it is a bit pricey (my bill for one person was £60), but other than that, it is a fantastic restaurant and the food is 10/10! Very happy.

A rehire in the kitchen would save this place. This place has the potential to be a gold mine. Amazing decor, fantastic location. But the food is woeful. Its really such a shame! We were Served raw food its just not on really. The other meals were for want of a better word, foul. We left feeling sick.

The cheek to charge those prices for such low quality food. The food was disgusting. it’s on par with Pizza Hut. don’t waste your money. would never ever go here again, the entire table agreed it was one of the worst meals out had in a long time. massive regrets choosing Casa Roni.

I'd give it a good 10/10 For food service and atmosphere.Was lucky to get a last minuite table when calling in as it was fully packed.Highly recommen the calamari as they were worth the wait and so was their foods

Absolutely amazing food, truly fantastic atmosphere.

My food came 20 minutes after everyone else’s as they forgot about it, it was very overpriced and the food was tasteless, really wasn’t worth paying nearly £19 for chicken and some pasta really wasn’t worth it, you wouldn’t pay that in the city centre. The staff also got several orders wrong, there was only 6 of us and 4 other tables in there, won’t be returning.

I don't understand the 1 stars. Went this Thursday 19th Oct. Lovely place, and very pleasant friendly staff. We were a party of 6 and one was gluten free and one hated onions.NOT A PROBLEM. All the meals from duck to pasta and calzone (which were huge)were delicious and service was prompt. Starters,Mains and Drinks totalled about £30 a head. Everyone enjoyed themselves and will definitely be returning. Thank you Casa Roni.

First time here last night Starters were really good especially the meatballs Went a bit overboard on starters and struggled to finish my main but food was spot on Got a service charge on our bill Bit weird for me but wasn't too much I just prefer to tip myself not be forced in to it

Popped in here on a whim as we drove by and what a lovely treat it was. The staff were so friendly. The food was delicious, the portions were huge (so much that weve been given take away boxes to take home the left overs) and the bill was reasonable. Excellent all round. Will definitely be back again.

Great place for great food! We called in after business meetings becuase airport nd service station food was just getting boring. These guys are so welcoming, food was quick on coming to our table and very very tasty! Well done team!

Brilliant staff great humor extra effort made with music for birthday celebration amazing bruchetta and Palma ham starters but peppers don't belong with fish, salmon mushroom with a ton of garlic just no, grapper was served it was lemonchello and tiramissu was served separate cream cake and cup of expresso all served by a lovely Turkish waiter speaking Spanish great guy tho can I say more lovely environment I'll return for the cocktails and starters please respect and understand the Italian menu don't need to disect traditional recipes brilliant value and quality of ingredients xxx

Wow what a beautiful little place on mather avenue / heath road. Food was gorgous eyes bigger than my belly, good portion sizes and great variety of dishes. Salmon pasta in safron sauce beautiful. Lobster and salmon ravioli beautiful garlic bread and salt and pepper chips. Food was just perfect. Staff extremely welcoming overall great first impression... that lovely booking for my daughters 16th meal. Fab little place.... 😊😊

This is a good Italian restaurant, serving excellent food from an extensive menu with a well thought through drinks menu but ruined by music played at high volume and thereby preventing relaxed conversation. And if there happens to a birthday, the volume is almost loud enough to burst eardrums. It's completely unnecessary and very irritating.

Asked 4 times by non communicating staff if our food was ok. Sat us next to a table for kids party. Surely parties should be kept separate for such noisy tables, perhaps upstairs. Asked for tap water and given bottle instead as this costs us money and came without ice and lemon as requested. Advertised wild mushroom linguine and I got button mushroom which were over run with other the ingredients and there were hardly any mushrooms at all. Bread for starter was obviously cheap due to the bitterness and uniform factory appearance of the pieces. Prawn starter was drowned in a bowl of cream with hardly any seasoning. Prawns were cooked perfectly but the rest of the meal was disappointing. The pizza had no flavour also. The good reviews I can see must be from the people who appreciate lower standards but for Italian food, it’s more than this. The fake plants outside should have given me a warning. The waiting on staff apart from the manager was were friendly, approachable and efficient. The decor is beautiful and the building itself compliments the nature of the business however the standards in house let this down further. We won’t be returning.

Busy restaurant, all tables seemed to come in at the same time. Only two waitresses who were both busy but still offered great service throughout our meal! Food was amazing and cooked perfectly! Portion sizes are huge. Would definitely come back again :)
