Family birthday meal for our 16 year old daughter, food was lovely, stsff were lovely. venue lovely, and customers also joined in singing happy birthday. We could not have asked for more. We’ve had a tough couple of years, i had cancer with ongoing treatments and my beautiful daughter was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in December. We needed today to be perfect and it was. Thank you!

What a beautiful venue! Our server Erdan was spectacular! So attentive. Always making sure we did not go without drinks whilst waiting for our food. Was pleasantly surprised at the prices too, will certainly return, great value for money and the service was outstanding! Definitely one of our favourites places and cannot fault any part of our visit!

We visited here and had the lunch menu, the lamb shank was very tasty and much larger than expected (very good ) the whole meal was very tasty and we will be visiting again.

CASA RONIE. To descrive this establishment in 3 words would be spotless,friendly,inviting . The staff here are outstanding, they provided excellent service the entire evening making us feel welcome and part of the family. If you are celebrating a birthday I really recommend this restaurant as they go beyond for there birthday guests turning up the volume and playing the happy birthday song by Stevie wonder and bring what looks like a flavourful dessert over with a candle. this brings cheerful vibes and smiles from everybody around.i wish I could give nothing but praise To read the full review of this established head to the_scouse_foodblog on instagram

Second time here. First time was lovely, beautiful food, amazing service. Sadly last time wasn't so great. Lovely place, lovely staff but our food really wasn't the best. And my main was mushroom risotto but mostly a bowl of mushrooms....and not a great flavour...nowhere near enough risotto. Couldn't eat. My main complaint though would be to tell customers who order lemonade that you only offer sprite. Unfortunately sprite doesn't mix well with wine or spirits so the drinks were ruined too. Put a downer on our Valentines meal but honestly can't fault the place itself. Shame the foods gone downhill...

Customer service is incredible! Staff are very attentive and look after customers really well. Nothing was too much effort! Food was delicious and there are some great offers on starters, mains and desserts. Excellent drink offers too! Cocktails are out of this world and 2 for £12! Will definitely be returning!

Been here a few times now over the past months, and every time the food, service and atmosphere have been amazing. the crispy liver starter is beautiful and every item that all of us have had over the visits are perfect. the portion sizes are fantastic and they will even box up if you cant eat all the food. i would highly recommend this place and if i could i would eat here every day!

Just Come for Lunch with My Sister! The Lunch deal is amazing £16.95 for a Starter and Main! The food was absolutely delicious as you can see from my photos below 😊 the portion sizes we huge which was great as most places you go for lunch they downsize with the portions! This is not the case here ♥️ they have a upstairs which would be beautiful for a small occasion Baby shower / small birthday gathering! Cant wait to come back again

Loves this place so much we came twice in 2days

25th December 2024 ..... what a day, Casa Roni won't forget it, and we won't forget the meal and way we were treated. Six of us on our table were left waiting over an hour just to get seated and told only then that our pre ordered meal was not available. "more will be added with photos after my holiday".

Spare of the minute lunch and really good and they do a lunch special for £16

Gorgeous food! I enjoyed every bite of my pizza it took me back to my favourite Italian pizza. Staff and managers are super welcoming and provide outstanding service. Also very romantic. 100% recommend

Absolute disgrace!!! Went into casaroni to find no table had been made available for us at our time slot, even tho you are only given a 2 hour time slot at the table before being asked to leave. Had to wait for a family to finish their meal before a table was cleaned and set. After pre ordering months in advance we were told there was a problem with their system so they had none of our info so we would all have to place order again. We then had to wait for a member of staff to take our order and it turned out they couldn't understand English very well. After a long wait we received our starters which wasn't too bad, then we waited ages for our mains, which were the worst ive ever seen no veg no Yorkshire pudding no roast potatoes no carrot and turnip just 2 pieces of tough meat and a couple of tiny carrots and 1 and a half boiled potatoes. We then give our order for dessert to which we were told certain items were out of stock so had to make a different choice and off the member of staff went 20 minutes later we had to ask for our dessert again once again we had to give our dessert order and off the member of staff went another 10 minutes went by no desserts at which point people were queuing and waiting for tables and we then brought our dessert being made to rush so the people standing could have a seat. The quickest part of the night was when casaroni took payment and they had the cheek to automatically put on service charge. Will never be going again worst meal I have ever had. Absolute disgrace.

Worst Christmas dinner we've ever had. Came here last year and it was absolutely gorgeous. This year was the total opposite. 20 minute wait for table to be ready, no roasties, no yorkshire puddings, no pigs in blankets, no accompanying sauces offered. Six of us all had different bits of veg, three sprouts between the six of us, not a traditional Christmas dinner as was advertised. Ran out of the desert we wanted even though everything had been pre ordered months in advance. Wait in between courses was ridiculous, had to ask multiple times for our desert. Felt like they were trying to cram in as many people as possible, two hour time slot on the table and as service was so poor people were constantly stood waiting for tables making it uncomfortable for people sat trying to eat their dinner. £80 per head was an absolute rip off. Won't be going here again that's for sure.

It was the worst xmas dinner ever .Had to rebook food a month ago even though when we eventually got served 90 minutes later they had no roast potatoes ,no turkey and they had ran out off the roast pepper soup starter. Staff not really bothered even though we had paid £80.00 per person never go there again

Xmas day was £80 and definitely not worth the price. Food was very average and roasts were dry. Wine was also poor. Could have spent less elsewhere and had much better food. :(

The food was good quality but have very little options for vegans. As we attended as a large group I made sure to call up in advance and check if I could be accommodated for, and was reassured I could have something made (vegan pizza, vegan Risotto etc) but when I arrived they said the only thing I could have was tomato pasta. It was nice, but I would have liked to have had options, especially after being promised it over the phone

Really enjoyed lunch at Casa Roni, the lunch menu had a wide selection. Food arrived promptly and service was warm & friendly. The lasagne was delicious, a larger portion too! I would definitely recommend.

Had a really nice meal with some friends, the food is excellent, the place was found by my wife on an internet search and we drove to it, there is a really atmosphere in the place, I'd like to give some feedback to the owner, you had several big groups in when we were there and we had to shout the staff for more drinks etc, this won't put me off dining here again, and I genuinely would eat there again, thanks

I would like to thank the front of house staff and the chefs for making my daughter 40th birthday meal as wonderful as it was. Nothing was too much trouble the food was delicious and served hot even though we were a large party of 13. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Food was very nice, portions were quite big. The place is always busy so you can wait a while for food but it was worth the wait.

Went to this place a couple of years ago and I Can’t fault the meal and service had a steak peppercorn sauce and hand cut chips it was perfect my partner had the carbonara it was fantastic couldn’t fault a thing the little cat footprints on the edge of the plate were great attention to detail and the place seamed full because it’s so popular to the allerton area and to us . 5 star 🌟 guys great service and friendly staff you did us proud definitely returning in future 👍

Attitude of staff on entering like doing us a favour finding us a table even though we booked . Menu said pork chops but was fillets ! On the whole we were rushed we not offered if we wanted a coffee or dessert , Don’t have booking up to 9 pm if you are not going to treat your customers well . Sorry but declined since my last visit !

Went with Nephew and great Nephew, food was beautiful, I had Lasagna, both boys had Pizza, kids menu is brilliant, no complaints there. Staff very attentive and friendly, would definitely recommend.

Lovely restaurant, great serounding, Great food, and service, enjoyed my vistit, would come again.

We were the only two people in the restaurant I ordered ki,g prawns in creamy garlic sauce and it was king prawns in warm cream not pleasant go.eat. my friend and I both ordered lasagne there was alot of pasta and very little sauce it looked delicious but had an unpleasant texture very little sauce. We didn't eat ?uch and no one asked why we weren't asked if we would like any?ord drinks or a desert there was very little interaction with the ser:er.

We have eaten at the Casa Roni serveral times before so decided to celebrate our Mum’s 90th Birthday here and I’m really glad we chose it for the occasion. Not only do they have an extensive menu to choose from, but the quality of food was second to none. There was eighteen of us and our food was all served at the same time no one was kept waiting. It was a fantastic afternoon and the staff are amazing too …. Very attentive making sure everything was ok. Thank you so much for making Mum’s Birthday a memorable one. See you again soon.

Such a lovely place. Set lunches are particularly good value.

Good service and very nice food, I had meatballs and prawn linguine. Very nicely remodelled old Barclays bank. We went on a Friday night and the place seemed full of family groups with kids and birthday parties which spoiled things a bit. Although it wasn't windy people kept leaving the main door open and this produced a bit of a wind tunnel effect because the kitchen door was open.

Food was of good quality and fairly priced. Service was v good and staff friendly.

Really good quality restaurant when the food comes! Waiting team that initially took our orders were great, however we then waited over an hour for our mains to come. Then one waiter started clearing plates away while some of us were still finishing our mains. Shouldn't really be rushing us to finish, if it's the restaurants fault the mains took so long...

Had a 70th birthday meal for 30 here. Absolutely fabulous food and service. Staff so helpful nothing is any bother to them. EXCEPTIONAL and would fully recommend.

This was our first visit to Casa Roni, following a recommendation and we were very impressed. The food here is absolutely delicious, and the portions substantial. The service is superb. We both had fish and the dishes were flawless. We will definitely be back.

Lovely venue, good choice, food was good and not too pricey, the Arrabiata could have had a bit more heat, but still very tasty.

Cant thank the staff enough who managed to fit us in for a joint 80th and 21st birthday meal at very short notice after being let down by place we had booked. Must say really happy we were let down and ended uo eating here, 12 of us ate here and there wasnt one part of anyones meal that wasnt perfect. From the steaks to the pizza they were top quality. Thanks to all the staff there. We will be esting there again

Why do you add 10% tip to bill? Surely its up to the person to issue a tip

Most lovely restaurant and food but I must say adding the service charge is unfair and make the meal really pricey even for a table of two! I really think the restaurant should think about removing this.

We took our 15 year old and 9 year old son. Both ate all of their food. The 15 year old wanted to try something different, and although it was a bit spicy for him (he thought the red chilli's were tomatoes!) he still had an empty plate. All 4 meals were cooked exceptionally well and tasted great. Staff were kind, friendly and polite. The atmosphere was good and prices were acceptable. 10% optional service charge was automatically added to my bill - no one pointed this out to me (I did see it before paying). I would prefer a member of staff to tell me that it is there and give me the opportunity to remove it or add more, if I want to. It's not really optional if I don't get given an option!

A great menu containing Italian amongst other dishes..It was quite busy so the service was not the fastest but worth the wait.

Food was absolutely fantastic! We were staying at the nearby Travelodge the night before our flight, and looked up local Italians. This place did not disappoint! Absolutely fantastic food and atmosphere, and only 10 mins from the hotel. Only (very small) downer was service was a little slow, but I will forgive due to how busy it was, plus the fact we weren't in a rush!

We went as a party of 12 for an evening meal in January 2024. We had all been the previous year too. The food was amazing, staff were friendly and efficient. Service was great. Would highly recommend Casa Roni.

Amazing Italian food,big portions, gorgeous atmosphere and decor.our waiter was very attentive too. The only negative was one of the waiting staff, who stood by the bar looking at us with impatience for us to leave so they could clean up. The whole room on the ground floor was still full of people, but we upstairs were made to feel an inconvenience and that we had to rush out. One little adjustment would make this a 5 star for service.

I have wanted to visit the restaurant for some time just didn't get around to it. I'm happy to say it was worth the wait. The food was amazing, portion sizes perfect, service was great. Will definitely be back.

Tasty food good service will definitely come again

Been this restaurant quite a few times now and never been disappointed with the food. Reasonably priced and the garlic bread is a must. However when I book for 5 people we are usually sat at a table that is far to small. Only other issue is that a 10% tip is added to the bill and I like to leave my own tip depending on the service I receive.
