Kurdina Restaurant & Bar in Liverpool

I've only ordered for delivery so far, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The seafood linguine was great, as was the tagliatelle affumicato (a bit salty, but expected from a smoked salmon dish). Nice thin crust caprino pizza. The arancini good as well. The portions were not on the large size, which is about all the negative I can say.

Great little place atmosphere not to busy because of location/access. Service was great, food was lovely and 3 courses with a drink will cost around 30 quid.

wrong food got delivered, called restaurant about the issue, had it resolved very fast and they sent out the correct meal. fast delivery, very nice customer service. given five stars even though I received the wrong meal everything was dealt with very swiftly and empathetic. will order from here again ☺️

Very disappointed the meal was really really horrible been there soon as you walk in you can smell garlic all over the place the meal we ordered was not was not nice couldn't easy the ass what was wrong with the meal said it wasn't very nice said it never had a complaint before about the burgers I said that was not real meat the chips were frozen skinny chips and a salad and a salad dressing was terrible staff made me feel8 after that

Came here for a family birthday meal. Food was piping hot & delicious. All meals were thoroughly enjoyed and there was quite a few of us. The only off putting thing was the staff didnt look very happy to be there including one of the chefs! A smile goes a long way guys...

such a pleasant surprise. First batch of pasta that was ordered locally and actually arrived al dente. Everything was perfect! Will hope to visit to eat in person but for now would definitely recommend as a takeaway as well. Really well made dishes.

Fantastic food, good prices, decent atmosphere. Would have given 5 stars if the waitress wasn't looming, clearing dishes from one person while others were still eating, watching people eat so she could swoop in as soon as the fork/spoon hit the plate... a bit off-putting. It's not like they needed the table... place was half empty!

Food just lashed everywhere. All split in bags. Sauce for pasta and mushrooms all in bag. And the restaurant staff said he wasn’t interested the restaurant is closed and speak to just eat. Dreadful place will never recommend or go again

Very nice place to visit for a special occasion there were a number of birthdays there the evening we went. It's expensive for your Xmas dinner even though we really did enjoy it. Would definitely go there again.

Food was delivered to us emptied out into the delivery bag. No apologies from the driver just handed it to us after examining the bag as seen on the ring cam. Bruschetta was soggy and crammed together. Food was not edible as foods had mixed into one another and 80% of it was in the bag not the containers. Delivery driver needs talking too about his service

Food was fantastic as it always is when I visit the restaraunt in person. Fast service which is good. Bit miffed I ordered 2 x glass bottles of coke at £2.45 each and just got 2 cans. Which even said £1 on them haha. The restaurant should specify it is a can not a bottle, even if the amount of liquid is the same it's not as good in a can and I wouldn't have paid that much for 2 cans had I known.

I got the Polpette Pasta which was nice. Good amount of meatballs and had a good amount of flavour. The sauce was a bit thin so had sank to the bottom. The garlic bread was very garlicky. Which is good in my opinion. However, it was dry. It needed some oil or more butter. The french fries were ok. Standard fries, a little undercooked. They came without salt and they definitely needed it. I'm not sure if i'd order from there again. It has potential but isn't amazing.

VERY disappointing at best! Waiter got the order wrong & the chef went mad when we brought it up politely so ended with a dish I didn’t want because he was so nasty over it. One person was served Mussels that were closed luckily she knows not to eat closed ones but not everyone does! The Arincini didn’t have any flavour at all which was a shame a bit of simple seasoning would have helped a bit. Really disappointed & not a nice experience the chef there needs to learn that sometimes waiters make mistakes & there’s no need to start mouthing off & staring at Customers it wasn’t even our fault.

We went to the Restaurant Kurdina for our Sunday meal. We had garlic bread with cheese starter it was hot and the tastiest we have had for a long time. I had sea food Linguine wow it is the best I have ever tasted and full of sea food. My wife had Spaghetti Bolognese which was very tasty with extra sauce. The restaurant is warm and clean and looks 5 star. Staff are friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced. It is well worth a visit

The food was actually quite nice but I think the delivery driver had dropped it or something before giving it to us as he just kept saying sorry and shaking his head as he passed it to me at the door and when I opened it the lid had come off the food and it had leaked everywhere in the bag.

Pasta was really bland with no flavour. Chips soggy. Garlic bread was a little bland also. Really disappointed.

Could not amend or delete previous reviews, but the below was a misunderstanding and it was an issue with the driver. Manager personally contacted just eat and came back to myself. Let me pick up my food and apologised for the issues. Thank you again.

A mate and I popped in on our way back to the hotel after a night drinking. Looked like they were about to close but they were happy to stay open and serve us. I had the Calzone that was very good. Would recommend this place.

9 of us had a family meal 30/08 and have to say it was the nicest meal I’ve had in a restaurant for a long time, the food was outstanding and service excellent. We ordered a wide variety of meals if the menu with all but one having a starter and all having a main with 5 having desserts so plenty of different meals with not one complaint. Sorry no photos too busy enjoying the food. The place was spotless and very surprised to find out it has been here for 6 years as it looked brand new inside.

Used to be outstanding but last week was a total disaster! Not sure what's happened but we were served rotten meat - we ordered two steaks. Sent them back and were offered apologies plus replacements, one of which was sea bass which had also gone off, so was sent back. Such a shame though because before this, we rated food and service 5/5. Hope it's just an unfortunate glitch for the team that day.

Always go to this restaurant and always very good.but went last week it was not good.steak very small and price have gone up.

Had a lovely evening after a last minute decision to eat out and chose Kurdina. Despite being busy, and us having no booking, the staff quickly separated off a table and seated us. Good choice on the menu. We started with garlic bread to share followed by lasagna and the salmon steak. Both were excellent and we finished off with the vanilla cheesecake which was just divine. The restaurant was immaculate and there was a great atmosphere with families and birthday parties happening. A good mix of casual and formal diners so go in jeans or wear a dress, neither is out of place. Total cost was just £60 which included a bottle of wine.

This is the best food I have ordered on just eat. The delivery driver was nice. Food came 15 minutes early. Food was delivered very hot. Food was very! delicious. I will definitely 100% be ordering from here again.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Food was lovely as always - lamb chops delicious and tagliatelle pollo is my husbands favourite. Only mini suggestion is to package chips separately to the meal, so they stay crispy.

Little delayed but updated and delivery person nice and everything delivered safely, no leaks! Wild mushrooms, pasta and pizza were lovely. Burger wasn’t anything special especially for price. Would try again.

My lasagne was burnt 🙁 and I mean stuck to bottom of container and black on top kinda burnt pity because the other meal was perfect

We have, as a family, had so many great meals in here over the years that I feel mean putting a bad review up this time. The staff as always were lovely but unfortunately the food was very disappointing this time. We ordered food we have had before. Calamari was fine but husband's prawn starter was swamped in a thick tomato sauce, so much so you couldn't actually taste the few prawns in the dish. Our mains of seafood risotto we had had on our last visit and we had been so impressed we couldn't wait to have it again, but again there seemed to have been an addition of some sort of tomato based stock because certainly didn't taste of fish stock. Was perfectly edible but disappointing in the amount of actual seafood in the dish. Finally our shared tiramisu was by far the worst I've ever had, dry sponge (no sign of them having been soaked in coffee or liquor!) Certainly no discernible coffee flavour at all. We understand times are difficult and prices getting silly but if we had been given the option of a better quality risotto (one with more seafood!) we would have paid more but not sure what was going on with the tiramisu. Sadly we will probably not be back for while. We did complain on the day. Very strangely we were the only people in there too! Never seen that before. Hopefully only a blip

Asked for extra cheese on my burger as wasn't having any bun, chips or onion rings but didn't get it. Staff friendly though. Very quiet lunchtime

I ordered the soup of the day which was tomato and basil. I do t know how they made it as it was watery and had a thin layer of oil on the top? I haven't ate that. It's been tipped away. I order the salmon fillet for a main which was over cooked. Spinach was nice as was the sauce and garlic potatoes. I was also given batton carrots - some where a little browned. I'd give it a 6/10. Felt like it was all rushed and no care was put into the food at all.

Been to this restaurant a few times now as a couple or a family or with friend's always enjoy it & staff friendly, only thing is it says its Italian but it does other food choices aswell like burgers,chicken items & steak which is good because you have more a choice for others who don't just want to eat pasta & pizza, Restaurant we'll worth a try iff haven't been...

We had not been to Kardina bar & restaurant we had not been for some time. We went Sunday it was full we got a table and thought we would have to wait a while got our bottle of Prosecco straight away the atmosphere was fantastic the food came quickly and was really good. The staff were the best I have seen there well worth a visit. Well done Kardina the hard work has paid off

Enjoyed another family meal for Valentine's Day. Great food and service. Kurdina always caters for Valentine's Day in style, with roses on every table and a relaxed atmosphere. There is generally a good mix of families and couples, so perfect if you're celebrating the occasion in a group. Well done everyone. We'll be back soon.

Just eat driver did not deliver our meal however the app showed delivered. Called the restaurant who were brilliant and delivered our order themselves. Food was delicious and customer service excellent. Thankyou Kurdina x

Great food, amazing service, can't wait 2 go back again

Small bijou Italian style restaurant. Menu was compact but varied. Lacked Italian style atmosphere inside. Modern not traditional. Fresh products evident. Service was very good. Prices comparable to current post covid market being increased from last visit. Handy for quick visit though and plenty of varied bars nearby.

Had lots of meals here and always delicious no matter what I have ordered. The sea bass is amazing. Cooked and seasoned to perfection. Can't find better anywhere else. The service is excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Nice restaurant with pretty good Italian food albeit nothing special about the cuisine. A definite 'safe' option for a good meal out with friends or family. However, if you are going to open an 'Italian' restaurant and you're not from Italy, it may be worthwhile looking up some of the cultural imperatives; not knowing what a Negroni is when I ordered one was definitely a negative. Still worth a visit for a local though.

Inedible , the driver was lovely but the food was cold ,full of salt and grease. All went in the bin,£65 worth of food to waste.

We ate here recently but have chosen Kurdina many times in the past for family celebrations. On this occasion we opted for the seafood risotto and were amazed how very good it was as risotto is notoriously difficult to get right but this was spot on, the right combination of seafood to rice and lovely and creamy and tasty. Well done Kurdina

Fantastic afternoon for pre Christmas lunch organised by CAMEO group Remona and all the staff are just fabulous and friendly.

Rang for a table, having enjoyed a Christmas film in town. Good festive atmosphere in the restaurant. We enjoyed hearty pizzas and pasta, plus cheese garlic bread (perfect for sharing), coffee and ice-cream. Great service and a warm welcome, perfect on a cold winter's night. Looking forward to our next visit, having booked again before we left. Good quality on the doorstep.
