honestly the best bubble tea in Ipswich hands down. I love love the pandan cookies as well as all the flavours of the bubble tea available! The owners are so friendly and nice and will give you good recommendations!

My new favourite bubble tea place! I used to drink bubble tea every week in my old town at T4 but since moving to Ipswich I couldn't find anywhere that I liked for bubble tea. Was so glad when I stumbled across this place! The lady in there is so welcoming and kind and they have so many flavours, all the ones i've tried are delicious! So so many options and really nice atmosphere, I like bringing my friends there when they come to visit. Couldn't recommend enough :)

My Filipino wife and I stumbled across this hidden gem on the way to the town centre. I’ve been to the Philippines nearly a dozen times and tried many desserts. The Filipino desserts in TeaMix are authentic, delicious and affordable. We were made to feel at home from the minute we entered. I would highly recommend TeaMix and will be returning VERY soon. The Halo-halo, ube brownie and buko panda cake are definitely worth trying.

I always try different flavour whenever I visit their stall in the market and as usual did not fail my taste buds.Today is my first time to visit their new place and tried their buko pandan and mango cheesecake. The taste was just soo right. They transformed me to a bubble tea fan. Looking forward to my next visit and try a different flavour. P.s. I ended up ordering a whole mango cheesecake for Easter dinner with the family.

I never had a better bubble tea. As I don't like very sweet things it was always hard for me to find a nice bubble tea and I finally found TeaMix in Ipswich where I can pick the percentage of sweetness! Honestly amazing :DD

I can honestly say this place does some of the nicest bubble tea I've had - and I've had bubble tea in Taiwan, Malaysia and various Chinatowns in the UK/USA. It's really good value for money and it's so clear that the owners of this place put a lot of care into their food/drinks. The custard buns are to die for as well! Can't believe this place exists in Ipswich of all places - check it out! I've ordered from the market stall in the city centre and also had it home delivered. When you place your order online she will get in touch to organise a convenient delivery time too. Can't fault the service.

I stumbled upon TeaMix whilst looking for some lunch ....didnt fancy a £5.50 mac n cheese, and happily discovered the delectable delights of TeaMix! Savoury pancakes are a visual and aromatic feast. Watching their creation is the appetiser, and the devouring is the exquisite finale... The pancakes are a feast of textures and flavours, really fill you up... The incredible thing is that you can have one of these treats for only £2.50!!! Healthy.Flavoursome.Filling.Affordable.

Went for breakfast this morning with a friend. Could not fault it 10/10. Sausage was amazing, lovely bacon and eggs cooked to perfection. People working there genuinely interested in how our experience was. Will definitely return

We arranged to meet our Mother in Law for a meal for Mothering Sunday here last night. The place was welcoming from the get-go with friendly servers. My Father in law doesn't eat meat and isn't much of a fish lover either, so although the steak options suited 3 of the party, we were looking at a limited option for him. However, we asked Katie Partridge, the owner, if there were any other options, and she suggested a Thai banana flower dish. 🌼 Well, we all had a fine eating experience, Katie even bought out a Thai sauce for the 3 steak dishes, which was first class. We all had a really great time , the place was super friendly and extremely accommodating for our dietary likes. I can't remember having such a warm welcome from a pub as we did last night. Nothing appeared too much trouble and the food was delicious. Thank you 😊

This place could be so good, but the problem is they are so hit and miss. Sometimes you get a sandwich and it’s really good, full of filling and lovely and fresh, other times it’s not good at all, which when you’re paying best part of £5 for a sandwich, isn’t good enough, and you’d be better getting a packet sandwich from the local supermarket. Also, sometimes they really make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them by asking for a sandwich, or they haven’t got enough bread in stock, which surely defeats the object of a deli that does sandwiches?

If you’re after a classic country pub with no frills, just timeless charm and great food, The Wheatsheaf is the place to go. This old-fashioned gem is full of character, with its rustic interiors, warm ambiance, and a proper traditional pub vibe. The menu stays true to its roots, offering comforting, classic dishes without the need for modern twists. I tried the fish and chips, and it was everything you’d hope for—crispy, golden batter encasing tender, flaky fish, served with perfectly cooked chips. It’s hearty, satisfying, and exactly what a pub meal should be. Dog lovers will especially appreciate The Wheatsheaf, as it’s wonderfully dog-friendly. After a countryside stroll, it’s the perfect spot to unwind, with water bowls and even treats available for your four-legged companions. The staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly take pride in maintaining the warm, inviting feel of the pub. Whether you’re looking for a classic meal, a pint in a cozy setting, or somewhere to bring your dog, The Wheatsheaf is a true treasure.
