My sister went here to try bubble tea for the first time. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about vegan choices and I ended up getting a hot chocolate too. The bubble tea was nice and hot chocolate was served at perfect drinking temperature. The one issue is that it is on the pricier end for the market, especially the food options.

I visited on Tuesday October 18th. I was met by a warm and courteous smile by both staff members. I decided to try their new special called the Halloween special. This was very refreshing and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Would highly recommend you visit this place.

Ordered a kebab and it was barely recognizable as a kebab. The bread reminded me of a wrap and i had to eat it out of a box with a plastic fork. It didnt taste bad, but not good either. If I wasn’t as hungry I would’ve asked for my money back. Can only recommend if you’re really hungry and not picky.

3 hours later we were informed the food had been delivered but it hasn't.Restaurant couldn't care less. Pretty sure the restaurant just chose not to deliver as the order wasn't financially viable for them. Avoid.

Travelling back home to east coast of Scotland after flying into Manchester airport. Stopped at Gretna for an overnight stay. Chase hotel was recommended for an evening meal. We are glad it was. Great, friendly atmosphere. I had the special curry and it was fantastic. The staff member that looked after us was Preet, she was friendly, professional and just added to our evening. Can’t recommend the Chase enough. Fantastic meal venue and a true added value to the many visitors to the outlet stores.
