3 hours later we were informed the food had been delivered but it hasn't.Restaurant couldn't care less. Pretty sure the restaurant just chose not to deliver as the order wasn't financially viable for them. Avoid.

Not the best value for money, overpriced and didn’t even come with any gravy

I just had an absolutely brilliant burger here, and my daughter loved her chicken tenders and milkshake too. Great food, the service was really fast and laid back, matching the comfy casual ambience of the restaurant perfectly, with excellent tunes throughout. A*, 10/10! Ps Google is a bit naff for guiding to the door, and there are currently major works on the path outside, but persevere and you will be rewarded...

It was my first time going here, it turned out to be such a lovely establishment, we were welcomed in with a smile and positive attitude. Then to be seated without booking a table, additionally our drink orders were collected quickly, swiftly followed up by our food orders. The food was immaculate, presented nicely and tasted even better. All the staff were very welcoming and worked professionally. I would 100% recommended this restaurant, whether you want to visit for food or for a catch-up with friends as the cocktail menu looked incredible and the music made the atmosphere a lot nicer to be in. I’ll be visiting again☺️

Food was great, although very limited choice but it was great. Waitress was extremely rude and she shouldnt be working there. Very negativ and almost argued with us. She was the worst Waitress i ve ever seen. Very disappointing.

The chicken burger was tasty. BUT 3 chicken goujons for £8.95? You cannot be serious. You should specify the quantity on the menu. Feel utterly ripped off.

What is the point in leaving driver instructions when they just sit on the other side of the estate and do nothing and you have to go looking for your food you paid extra to have delivered. Won’t be using Just Eat ever again!! Food was cold! 😡

The menu is full of delicious food. Opted for the honey halloumi tacos, which were very tasty. Good portion sizes. Staff were friendly and helpful.

For the day, my boyfriend and I were in Cumbria! Before catching the train back to Edinburgh, we made the decision to go to lunch. Along with a side dish of coleslaw and onion rings, we ordered a Texan brisket and a double bacon burger My burger was still red and raw when I sliced into it! I asked the waitress to check with the chief When the waitress returned, she stated, "The chief checked The temperature and was cooked ," Who want to eat a raw burger?! my partner ate it then notice his was the same. We both have not been feeling great- we only ate a few onion rings chips and a thirds of the slaw We paid just under 40 pounds and was t worth it Also the atmosphere was horrendous and the staff were average. I think if you can’t cook or tell if a burger is raw then don’t work in a kitchen as a chief

For somewhere that is normally really good that I order from once or twice a week tonight and the other night this was appalling, the burger was tasteless lacking any seasoning and tonight with no pickels. The loaded mac n cheese was the biggest disappointment the bacon has changed, the brisket was tasteless, the lack of cheese sauce, and whatever this crumb is you have now started putting on top is vile, it's like dragging every mouth full through wood shavings, infact wood shavings would have more taste, please go back to the old way it was unreal especially the mac n cheese.

One burger we did not eat as there was far too much source and we could not taste the meat. The other burger was ok just had a little sauce. We just wish they would not put loads and loads of sauce in the burgers. But I would still order from here as I do love the cheese chips

My first time in the Cafe and the staff are hundred percent dedicated to the job they do I went in sat down the food very nice with a coffee to wash it down and staff asking how the food was couldn't have been happier

Went here for a friends birthday lunch, we actually really enjoyed the food, the burger was a bit dry however every single one of us (4 people) have ended up really poorly with food poisoning. We have been sick for at least 5 days. We wouldn't return here because of this.

Amazing to see different options with the carlisle fast food world! And not only that it was delivered fast and in excellent condition. And most importantly it all tasted great!!

The double cheese burger with bacon and secret sauce is hands down the best burger i have ever had! The nachos with that cheese sauce and fresh sour cream are to die for. Ive tried most of the menu and yet to find something i dont like 🤤 Its my all time favourite restraunt to order from now. I have never ever had an order wrong or had anything to complain about and ive ordered many times now, its always been hot on delivery, and just all round absolutely amazing food. Worth every penny. Credit to the chef where its due.

As visitors to the area we were looking for somewhere to get some great food and found this place on Google. It fit expectations and was really good. Great menu options, good gourmet burgers (that come with fries too!) And a good option of drinks, deffo worth a visit

Ate here last night, spur of the moment. Had burgers and cheesy fries, very tasty, good drinks and cocktails, staff were friendly and fun. Atmosphere was relaxed. Will go again

Popped into Carlisle from Gretna. Looking for a nice meal to celebrate our anniversary. Whole town was busy but was drawn to Eaten by Monsters. Doorman said the burgers are grest they were amazing. Great atmosphere great staff and the burgers were amazing. If you get the chips then pay for the 3 cheese sauce two pounds well worth it. Definitely will go again next time we are up that way.

The margarita was not worth £6 as it was just a tiny can of margarita that didn’t even fill half the glass.

From ordering to receiving at the door 20 minutes. Piping hot double cheese burger and loaded cheesy Mac. Brisket was cooked lovely on the cheesy Mac All cooked great. Will be back but will be trying something diferent. Also great burger patty. Sure there was paprika in the burger. . Driver was spot on too. Will be back

Chips have so much seasoning on them they are inedible and burgers were soggy. Tried to find a phone number online but no luck.

Eaten by Monsters is back! Went for lunch today and enjoyed a super triple cheese burger with seasoned fries, buffalo wings on the side. Awesome. Plus they have a great selection of beers too. Nice setup and friendly staff. Check it out...

Amazing food, arrived quickly & still so fresh & warm. Would definitely recommend. Only slight criticism would be that the sauce pots weren't labeled so had to guess what was what but it was still amazing

Went in here yesterday with the family around dinner time the food was totally amazing, and the staff so helpful. Will definitely be back.

Generally disappointed and dissatisfied with EBM. It was never this bad before it closed and I’m not impressed with the quality after reopening. They gave me the wrong burger, and the quality of the food was pretty poor - even my wife remarked that the fries looked and tasted like they were straight out of the freezer. Genuinely disappointed as this used to be my favourite place to eat.

Arrived very quick, and still hot. Unfortunately paper bag ripped the before the driver handed it over, but he was very apologetic and everything was sorted.

This was the first time I had been to try this gastro pub but I was more than pleased with the service that I was given and it is not often you get three plates of food as a meal for one Once things get back to normal I will be using them again

Worst service I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. We were advised that there was a 30-45 minute wait for food, but then it was almost another 20 from then before anyone bothered to come over to even take a drinks order. At that point we also ordered food. Then we waited. A table that ordered about the same time as us got theirs, so I figured it wouldn't be long till ours came. Nope. Another table that ordered significantly after we had (actually after the previously mentioned table had received their food), then got theirs. To make things worse, two other tables who placed orders after that had cutlery delivered to them. So over 45 mins after ordering food, and watching customers who ordered after us be served, we left.

Good selection of ales, ciders they also offer cocktails too. Freindly staff and busy which is a good sign..

Went in with friends earlier today, advised then we were only looking to have a drink. We were directed to sit downstairs and someone would come and take our drinks orderFive minutes later no one had turned up despite staff passing by many times so we walked out. If you don't want non diners can you be honest about it please and not treat non diners as second class ?! Very poor treatment. We went to many other places afterwards and had an excellent experience.

Maybe a bad day to visit, an hour for food, mains of burger and hanging kebab which were nice... Chips were like the scraps that a left but all the fries like this... Sticky table which had to ask to be cleaned... Heard good things about this place but not worthy on this occasion.

I love the food here and allways try something different off the menue each time I visit, they offer a good selection of drinks and the atmosphere is allways friendly.

Nice cosy atmosphere took my date here to try somthing different, drinks choices was amazing as am a gin drinker had lots and my fave blood orange one, and the meal we had we both enjoyed as I say the drinks catered for all sorts and they do an amazing zombie drink but one was enough to send me over the edge so I can see why its 2 per customer haha. Staff are friendly approachable and really helpful and I cant fault the evening team very engaging to all customers would high recommend to friends and family to visit.

This is the second year we visited for our annual get together and the steak was fantastic, the only time I have tasted steak as good was in Spain and Portugal so any one who can cook steak like the Portuguese get the thumbs up from me

Only had a coffee, but friendly service, great coffee & good price!
