Tea Party in Camden

I booked Tea Party as part of my friends hen do. Sam was so helpful and responsive from the start and made the booking process so easy. She also helped me to decide about options for the tea and decorations which I found very useful. On the day, the room was beautifully decorated and laid out. We added some bits of our own too like photographs which Sam was very accommodating about. When my friend arrived, she burst into tears as the venue was so special and just for her! Sam and her staff we extremely attentive throughout the tea, constantly topping up the food and refilling our drinks. The food was delicious also, really lovely selection of sandwiches, cakes, patisserie and scones. We had a fantastic afternoon there, played games and just enjoyed having our own space for afternoon tea. I scouted out a lot of afternoon tea spots in London and wouldn’t have found better than this one. It is very reasonably priced, great selection of food, beautifully decorated and fantastic service. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Sam!

I had originally booked Tea Party to hold an intimate afternoon tea for the “oldies” and the younger members of my family that couldn’t attend my hen weekend, but eventually decided to hold my baby shower on the same day for convenience. Sam was super accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for us! The sandwiches, cakes and extras were delicious, and Sam even packed up what we didn’t eat to take home. Sam and Tanya were always around to top up our sandwiches, scones, tea and lemonade (which was delicious). I would highly recommend this venue for any of your afternoon tea needs, and would most definitely be booking again in the future! Thank you again to Sam and Tanya for such an amazing afternoon!

Lovely venue, sooo pretty. Was Great fun having a private party so we could play hen party games and have our own music. Highly recommend.

We had the sweetest afternoon tea, everyone was so pleased and in awe of the decor! Sam was amazing from the get go as well as the lovely girl who also hosted us.

I attended a baby shower in December for a close friend. The venue was beautifully decorated and well set out. The food was delicious especially the eclairs and chocolate dipped strawberries. The sandwiches were continually replenished. The organiser Sam was very warm and nothing was too much for her, A good time was had by all. Lots of fun games were played. The mum was delighted and could not have been happier. Thank you Sam and staff for making the day so wonderful and memorable.

Please do your research before booking here. On Saturday I attended this venue for a baby shower and I was more than a little disappointed. To be fair the venue is intimate and was adequately decorated. That is where the positives end. Let"s start with the catering which was very poor. The white bread sandwiches were dry and clearly hadn't been covered after they were made. The minature macaroons were tired and my 9yr old could have made a better job of the scones. The host was 'cold' and not welcoming at all. She is clearly only in this for the money and doesn't have the personality or passion required to attend to her guests needs. It cost £800.00 for 12 people and do you know that woman still made the organiser go out in the freezing cold for £8.00 that was short for the corkage because she demanded cash! I would never book this place, which is below par for the amount she charges. I said it before and I will say it again... Read ALL of the reviews and do your research before using this place

Honestly, the day was INCREDIBLE! Sam was constantly filling our plates with more food like sandwiches and scones, we had copious amounts of tea and lemonade and the whole thing was just fantastic. The Hen said she had an incredible time. Thank you Sam and co.

I had my baby shower here on Sunday and it really was amazing down to every last detail. It was everything I imagined it to be and more. The place was decorated beautifully and the cup cakes were absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend my friends and I all had the best time. 10/10

Was here recently for a hen do. Food was fab, set up was amazing and all staff were so kind and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely afternoon tea, with plenty of Prosecco! 🤗

25 of us attended a Hen Do at the tea room on Saturday 18th September. Firstly from the start of the booking Sam was absolutely amazing, helped me decide on many things I was unsure on. She kept me updated all the way through to the day. Sam and her team were absolutely amazing on the day, the food was delicious and we didn’t want for anything ( even got to take home what was left over) The tearoom is absolutely adorable, gives you such vintage yet modern vibes. I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything else and would highly recommend the tea room, Sam and her team. Thank you again you made our hens day truly amazing xxx

Just attended a baby shower at this beautiful venue. The owner Sam was really friendly and had decorated the room beautifully with vintage teapots and silver cutlery. We were treated to plenty of sandwiches, pretty cakes and tea. This place is Instagram heaven and I’m so happy to have discovered it.

The owner Sam is not a pleasant person to deal with. We paid £150 deposit but then had to cancel due to most of our group testing positive for COVID or having to self isolate. Sam refused to reimburse our deposit event though we had informed her in good time and explained it was a situation we couldn't help, despite us being front line key workers! Not a nice person to do business with and from reading the reviews, glad we didn't hold our event here, would probably have got rotten sandwiches and scones. Please do not book, she starts off sweet then turns nasty!
